Chapter 16: United Nations

Date: October 30, 20XX

Dimension: Falmart

In Alnus Hill where the sun begun to go up from the mountains, the CPUs (now in their human forms) were now standing in front of the Gate, waiting for their transportation to come through it. They were not alone though, the 17th Infantry Battalion members; Joahua, Marvin, and Torres were there near them. Ordered by the AEF commanders, their mission, along with the JSDF Third Recon, was to give the UN Assembly their reports about the ongoing war with the Empire, as well as to guard and accompany the CPUs to the United Nations HQ in New York tomorrow and during the remainder of their trip on Earth. Rory, Lelei, her mentor Cato, Tuka, and her father Hodor were there also as representatives from the Alnus refugees guarded by the allied coalition forces who would be supporting the AEF statements in the other world.

Prior to their arrival, the Special Region group wore normal clothing for the duration of the trip to Earth as advised by the AEF commanders, including the 17th Infantry Battalion and Third Recon members. The Hyperdimension group remained wearing in their usual clothes though.

After resting in their new small base in Italica for a day, the CPUs decided to join the 17th Infantry Battalion's convoy that is heading back to Alnus Hill at the AEF commanders request, whom they also head back to Ginza Fort in their helicopters to report their findings to their superiors in Earth. Before the CPUs left with them, they given a GEF commander in charge of Italica's FOB and inform Histoire about their intentions to enter into another world, which surprised the commander.

An hour later, passing to an AEF Fort guarding the nearby road, they finally arrived at Alnus Hill. As the convoy make their way towards to fort, the CPUs watched from the windows and saw both humans and non-humans were doing their daily life in their small town, even seeing human children playing with two wolf girls on the dirt road. They remembered that after their raid at Glass Harbor, they have taken the slaves under their care and gave them medical treatment, especially one Lastation soldier reported that one bunny woman protected a Loweeian little girl from her captors prior to their rescue.

Once their vehicles entered Fort Ginza, they stopped at the resting building near the Command Center, where they would be staying temporary until their transportation going towards their Gate were prepared. Since the AEF Commanders were currently busy and their guests occupied in their rooms, the CPUs and their friends decided to stroll around the fort for a while, with Luis split up from them to hang out with his older brother, before they head towards the military airport near here once after checking their identities to AEF soldiers guarding the entrance.

In the airport, Neptune and the others saw a cargo airplane being flown out of here, possibly transporting troops or military cargo into their new base somewhere in the Special Region. Then, they saw another cargo plane safety landing onto the runway as several AEF soldiers and medics running towards the place, passing the group by.

Out of curiosity, the CPUs decided to follow them and, much to their horror, they saw numerous people; both human and non-human, exiting the cargo bay with dirt-poor cloths and bruises. It wouldn't take long for them that these people are former slaves from Sadera and the AEF rescued them from their clutches as soldiers steadily lead them into a hangar converted into a medical bay and giving stretchers to those who are seriously injured. Compa suggested to the others that they should help those medics needed help while waiting for their transport, with Vert and Blanc agreed to the idea, knowing making connections with the AEF early would have an easier time gaining trust in them when they officially joined forces.

Inside the Medical Hangar, the CPUs managed to convince their lead doctor to help them and were now aiding the AEF medics. Thanks to Compa's healing abilities, they were able to help alot of injured people taken captive by the Sadera Empire though several medics were now curious of the pink-haired girl's abilities and questioned the Hyperdimension group about it. While they were having a basic conversation with them, Blanc was checking the patients alone, possibly if any of their citizens were staying here after hearing from her scouts that several imperials were engaging trading slaves with each other.

Once she opens one of the curtains however, she instead was shocked when she saw a familiar blue long-haired woman resting on the medical bed with a TV remote in her right hand, all the while being covered in bandages in her stomach and her neck. Then, Blanc immediately recognized this person as Mina Nishizawa; her long lost Oracle who she haven't seen in months since the attack on Planeptune due to being kidnapped by Saderans.

Mina, who in turn, was initially shocked by her mistress's sudden appearance before seconds later, she began to tear up as she was finally saw her mistress after months of captivity. Blanc then head towards her and giving her reunion hug, which she returns back. Unknown to them, the two were watched by the Hyperdimension group, who just finishing chatting with the medics. While Neptune, Plutia, and her children were excited that their friend was found at last, Noire and Vert were happy as well, knowing that Mina was safe and sound and quickly decided to contact Histoire about this good news.

Back at the present, they and the 7th Infantry Battalion continued guarding the Gate until they saw the black limousines driving towards them before they stopped. Stepping out one of the vehicles is the current ruler of Italica; Myui, along with her 3 personal maids/bodyguards; Mamina the Warrior Bunny, Persia the Cat woman, and Aurea. The last maid caught Joshua's team and AEF soldiers nearby off-guard, with some closing their eyes to protect themselves from her, though Marvin was immediately captivated. "Holy, is that a real life…."

"Just close your eyes idiot!" Torres shouted as she put her other hand onto his eyes, shielding him.

The medusa woman was confused at their stares and went towards the 3 AEF soldiers, who still covered their hands. "Is something wrong you three?"

"Can you um… not stand near us?" Joshua replied, still covering his eyes. "We prefer not to be turned into a stone."

"Wait…." Then Aurea giggled as she realize they might be afraid because of her…. "You mean me right? Don't worry, We Medusa's don't have the power to turn anyone into a stone, not since our first ancestors now passed away centuries ago."

"Phew, that's a relief. Wait…. What do you mean your first ancestors 'passed away'?" Joshua asked her.

"Well, our ancestors were not born here in this world. Although our history is all but faded, I remember my late grandmother used to tell me about our race lived from another world until they found the Gate and entered through it. At first, we lived peacefully with the other races without trouble until a few centuries later, we were hunted down by a huge human tribe and killed many of us. As for the reasons why, I have no idea." Aurea truthfully explained.

Joshua nodded in understanding. While its a relief that this Medusa lookalike doesn't have the power to turn anyone into stone, he wondered her presence in the UN General Assembly would cause some problems. For now, he decided to put it into his mind for the time being and looks at the other group behind her, recognizing his little brother and his friends as they exited from the other limousine. "So, are you guys ready to go?"

"You betcha! I can't wait to surprise myself in front of Lulu's parents when we get to your world Lulu!" Neptune cheerfully said as she raises her hand to the sky.

Luis looks at his beloved with a sweatdrop. "Please don't call my nickname towards my family. Its embarrassing."

Joshua coughed. "While I'm also excited to go home and meet with the entire family, we have you all needed to the United Nation's HQ in New York first to introduce yourself to the Assembly, along with the Special Region group, after our representative gave our reports. I'm sure you all already knew that in advance during our talks."

"I see… so this must the Gate our adversary summoned into your world?" Vert asked as she eyed on the structure that has the same size and shape like theirs.

"Yes. At least, that's what our we believe for now as we completely focus on the war itself." Marvin answered. "Though considering that this is a fantasy world like in our fiction books, using magic to summon a portal is not out of the question."

Blanc looks at Mina at her left. Despite losing her hat and wand, which was recovered near the Planeptune's clothing store, she still wears her usual clothing and was perfectly clean thanks to the nurses who washed it during her Oracle's recovery. "Are you sure you'll okay? You can stay at the hanger and rest until we come back."

But Mina shook her head. "There's no need to worry Lady Blanc. I'm perfectly capable of moving thanks to Miss Compa's healing."

Compa smiled. "There's no need of thanks! I'll always help people in need."

Then they hear a honking noise behind Joshua. "Looks like your ride is here." he said.

Just after saying that, 2 blue school bus exited from the Gate and stopped near them. In one of the buses, Akira Yanagida stepped outside the vehicle and heads to the large group, holding a clipboard in his hand. Nearby JSDF soldiers and their Third Recon, currently led by Sōichirō Kuwahara, saluted the young man. "At ease."

They put their hands down as Yanagida looked at the CPUs behind the Filipino Master Sergeant. "You must be the CPU deities my superior talked about. My name is 1st lieutenant officer Akira Yanagida. Its my pleasure to meet all of you." he bowed towards the goddesses in a respectful manner.

Noire quickly shakes her hands. "Umm... I think that's quite enough being respectful for one day don't you think?"

"If you say so." Yanagida replied before looking at the other groups behind her. "Good afternoon, everyone. Since we have 3 buses given by our government, its best that we split you up in 3 groups. First one is the people from the Special Region, who they will be guarded by our JSDF officers during the trip. Second group is the people from Gamindustri who they would be representing their own world and, like us, they would be guarded by the Philippine's 7th Infantry Battalion, as decided by the AEF commanders."

Luis looks at his older brother, smiling as he winks at him in confirmation. He deduced that his brother somehow managed to convinced his superior to be stationed near him. "Is there any questions everyone?"

Before they could response to Yanagida reply, they hear a jet sound coming nearby. They turned their heads in the right, only to see a Planeptune's Condor VTOL flying towards Fort Ginza and to their location. Yanagida and other AEF soldiers, who they didn't went with the AEF battalion going to Italica, were shocked of seeing a futuristic vehicle for first time. What surprised the most is that, after the VTOL lands safely in an empty helipad, its cargo bay door opened and saw a small blonde fairy with pigtails wearing a light purple white dress. Besides her were two Planeptune soldiers.

The CPUs were also shocked by Histoire's appearance as they did not expected her to come here. Blanc and Neptune asked Noire and Vert if they knew she would be coming here, both girls denied it as Histoire and her guards went to the Hyperdimension group.

"Whoa there Histoire! What are you doing here?" Neptune asked, still surprised at her Oracle's sudden appearance here.

"Yea. We all thought you'll be staying at Elbe Hill for future operations with the others?" Noire stated.

"There's no need to worry about that Noire. I'll already tasked IF and Compa to take control of our operations for a while until we return safety. I just simply wished to be a witness during your negotiations with the United Nations. Besides, I need to make sure Neptune doesn't do anything... dramatic during the presentation." she looks a Neptune with a serious face.

"Aw, come on Histoire! I'll be a good girl this time, I promise!" Neptune whined.

Although the rest of them laughed at Neptune's response, both Vert and Andrei were increasingly suspicious at the fairy. While her reasons for going with them are sincere at best, the two believe that there's more to it than that, especially she told about having relations with Earth not long ago. But their thoughts were interrupted by the same young man who then introduce himself to Histoire. "Greetings. My name is 1st lieutenant officer Akira Yanagida of JSDF. You must be Histoire correct?"

Histoire nodded. "Yes. I assume your superiors already informed you about me?"

Yanagida slightly moves his glasses. "That's correct. The commanders were also interested to meeting with you face to face, but they agreed that can wait after your negotiations with our leaders went smoothly."

"That's reasonable." Histoire looks at Mina "There's no need for you to come Mina. Go with my escorts here, I'll be the one to watch over Blanc in your steed."

"But Miss Histoire! I..." Before she could say something, Mina glanced at her goddess, who gave a glare that says 'no you don't'. Seeing this, she slumps her shoulders in defeat. "Oh alright... I'll accept it. At least the twins are waiting for me in Lowee."

Blanc nodded with a smile. "Yes. I'm sure they'll missed for their caretaker after so long."

After Histoire telling the JSDF officer to send regards to his superiors, the entire group were finally allowed to enter their respectful buses after checkings were made by the AEF soldiers. Kurata, Shino, and Mari volunteered to accompany their second-in-command, much to his chargin. The remaining 7th Infantry Battalion and Third Recon waves their hands goodbye as the buses started their engines and entered back into the Gate.

Dimension: Earth

In the bus where the Hyperdimension group stayed were silent and unnerved of the dark void around them, having already experience with it in the other Gate in Elbe Hill. Histoire remembered that she, together with Noire and Vert, tried to study the phenomenon inside with their scientists shortly after building their first base. Only to find out that, despite the vast interior, the insides were like a space tunnel and whenever they tried to go beyond that would be blocked by an invisible barrier. For now, they would focus on the war effort first before investigating the matter.

After for how many minutes, they finally reach at the end. Once the buses exited from the dark tunnel, the Hyperdimension group were shocked as they now step into a new world where Luis and Andrei were born to.

Outside of their windows, they notice that the city is much similar to Planeptune and its other cities, with the people they saw were living their normal lives without trouble. The only difference here is that this city is aren't as advanced as their cities in Gamindustri nor they see any weapons carried by the populace, aside from the armed forces guarding the Gate. Another thing is that there are few vehicles driving and no existence of flying vehicles around, unlike in their world.

While Joshua and his two fellow soldiers went out from the bus to speak with a middle age man wearing a brown coat, alongside with the JSDF officers, the CPUs took the chance to ask Luis about what they witnessed. He simply replied. "Because this is our current technology and, as far as I know, we are still inventing new or innovate as of date. Take for flying cars for example."

"So your tech still haven't fully progress yet?" Noire asked.

"We would have gotten the sheer amount of technology like you girls have. Heck! Seeing your world for the first time actually made my dream come true since I was young. I always wanted to go on an adventure and killing monsters like in video games." Luis admitted. "But..."

"But...?"

"But unfortunately, this world is not the case actually." Andrei responded, putting both hands on his kneecaps. "I'm sure all of you remembered the time the two of us telling about our world when you all asked but our experience in this world is... complicated."

"Very complicated if you ask me." Luis sighed sadly.

"How so?" Vert asked.

Before Luis could answered that statement, he was interrupted by Joshua who entered the bus and looks at the group. "Sorry about the wait everyone." Joshua replied. "Apparently, the Japanese intelligence reported to us that foreign spies were spotted near this district. PISA suspects that this group has been active since the Gate opening but thankfully, they were captured and sent back to their respectful country before we come here so there's no need to worry on that."

"So, who were those men uncle Joshua?" Compa asked.

But Joshua shook his head. "Unfortunately, I can't tell any of you as, quote by the PISA officer, is a state secret and the Japanese government doesn't want this news to go public, especially that last one still fresh on anybody's memories."

Although a bit suspicious for the passengers, they nonetheless agreed to keep it a secret for now as Marvin and Torres went back into the bus and give the go to the driver. Afterwards, the vehicle started to move as the three Philippine soldiers goes back into their seats.

As the second bus follow suit after the JSDF soldiers went back to their bus as well, the leading member of PISA; Hideyo Komakado was standing there, watching the buses leave the security gate and made their way towards the airport. Then, a PISA officer went towards Komakado and saluted the latter, with him waving in dismissed. "What's the situation last night?"

"Well, the prisoners that the AEF special forces captured weeks earlier were all killed last night and none survived sir. Although the masked man tried to force his way in prior after being blocked by the police, the chief had no choice but to let him inside the jail and deal with the captured inmates." the PISA officer reported.

"Its must be that he found out about the young nun in one of the leaks, damn it." Komakado cursed as he pulls out a cigarette and lights it. "What's the stance on our government about this one?"

"Along with the cover up about China's special ops here in Japan, the prime minister wanted this another incident to be hidden and never release to the public as possible, though he and us suspect that man would revealed it in due time should he wishes."

"Heh, I'm not too surprised about that. Its better to let that Enforcer blubber about it to the whole world than us." Komakado said and exhales smoke from his mouth. "After all..."

He slowly rolls his eyes to the left. "...he is the one who burned the whole world after all."

Back at the convoy where the two buses now heading towards their destination, the Hyperdimension group were currently watching through the windows to pass the time. Initially, they only saw several people with formal suits walking in the streets. But once their vehicle turned around, they saw an anime convention filled with people celebrating, with some of them wearing their favorite anime characters. While Andrei was less enthusiastic about anime since he saw it in Lowee for the first time. Luis, on the other hand, was ecstatic about it since he is now in Japan for the first time; the country that created manga's and animations and influenced the entire globe.

Joshua saw his little brother's current expression and was happy about it, considering that they were now in Japan that created his passion. At least, for a little while until they went to New York City to begin their reports in front of the UN Assembly.

"Hey Josh?"

He looks at Marvin and Torres, who were seated together on the opposite side. "Where's that Itami guy? I thought he was with his JSDF pals? He got lost or something?"

"Nah. Turns out he's staying at the Special Region is because one of his pals found his daughter at that huge Mansion back in Italica, including one Japanese citizen together with her. So, he was replaced by his second-in-commander to do the representing."

"Wait, what? How?!" Torres exclaimed.

"According to the reports, they were found underneath the wine basement. One surviving maid said that she led them both there for safety after the entrance was blocked by a flaming debris but covered themselves with wet blankets. Thankfully, they were treated with care by our medics before returning them back to Ginza Fort." Joshua explained.

"Thank goodness." Torres relaxed. "I just pray that little girl doesn't have to endure... whatever those Saderans did to their captives before escaping."

"We could only hope but that all depends on her if she recovers from her captivity." Joshua shook her head. "Enough about that for now, let's try talking something else."

Between the Hyperdimension group and the 17th Battalion's conversation on both sides, Histoire was still floating on her book above her seat, something that made the passengers amusing to see earlier, much to her annoyance. Although she focused her eyes outside of her windows like the group, her mind drifted to somewhere else.

"I can't believe I'm back here on Earth, in Japan nonetheless. Its been years since her passing..." Histoire closes her eyes. "I wonder if everyone I know is still active. The only person in our 'old group' I met since the 'Incident' was during in Dark Purple Crisis."

Histoire sighed.

"Considering a mysterious portal appeared on Japan and a large amount of power covering it, it would be enough for him to sense something was wrong in his dimension. Then again, I do remember he has one or two maids in service on his floating residence. Maybe he was already aware of it?"

Then all of a sudden, the bus stopped and her senses returned back to reality. "Apologies everyone. Looks like a large traffic in front of me. Let's wait for a while okay?"

With their bus stuck on traffic, Histoire decided its best to look outside just to past the time while waiting for the cars to disperse. As she was watching the pedestrians walking, she noticed a small Japanese restaurant with people eating their food in this time of day. However, what Histoire got her interest was not on the people, but to the woman with a purple hair with two ribbons tied both of her sideburns. She seems having a conversation with a man with a delicate white hair and was wearing a glasses.

"Wait... those two are..."

Before she could finish her thought, the woman suddenly stopped her conversation and was on alert. Realizing she sensed her presence, Histoire quickly hides from the windows barely in time just as the woman looks at her left. She then put her hand on her chest as she breathes. "Did she notice me?"

By coincidence, the driver announced to everyone that the traffic is clear and the bus continued on its journey to the international airport along with the first bus, quickly driving away from the restaurant. Once they were out of sight, Histoire gave a sigh of relief. "That was close."

Mikako, are you alright?"

"Hmm..." The woman in front of him was Satsukitane Mikako of the Satsukitane Clan in Soromi City. After graduating from high school years ago, despite complete failing in moral study, she moved to Tokyo City with her now husband; Sugata Eishirou with the blessing from her father, who is the current head of the family, to open up a flower shop. While its seems to be an innocent business, both of them knew the true reasons behind it.

Shortly after transferring to Tokyo City, Mikako's first order of business was to take control the 'International Underground Syndicate' once more after being on hiatus for nearly a decade ago. To cement her power, she began hunting down her rivals throughout Japan. By the time of the New Year, they managed to destroy not only eliminated her enemies and took control of their illegal businesses but also destroyed the Black Organization, which is one of the most powerful secret organization in Japan at that time. Thanks to her manipulation from behind the scenes, the combined Japanese intelligence group and their allied counterparts successfully infiltrated their HQ and either killed or arrested their members, including the death of their boss and its second-in-command.

This came at the cost however, as after the BO leader's passing, they found out that one of their old member from their old group betrayed them years ago and directly caused the 'Massive Incident', whichtook their precious leader and friend's life. During all of that, several FBI and CIA operatives managed to locate the boss's favorite to a remote cemetery and killed her. From what they heard, their long-time friend tried to save her but didn't, which causes him to go berserk and killed every operatives present.

In vengeance, they and their long-time friend began planning to destroy their former member's reputation by raiding the NSA building in Maryland days later. With their help of their friends and Mikako's own recent special ops group, they broke into NSA servers and released all of the world's secrets to the entire globe, causing the "The Night Baron Scandal" as the world turned upside down. While he and Mikako's team managed to hide their identifies, Both Mikako (as the 'Vicious Purple') and their long-time friend requested to have their involvement be shown to the world before all of them going their separate ways.

In the end, their former member was arrested and was later proved guilty of all charges by the majority of UN countries. The last time Eishirou had heard of that member that he was sent to an American's federal prison in Alaska after the trial in The Hague, Netherlands.

Nevertheless, Mikako's actions in dismantling the Black Organization and toppling their powerful crime boss, as well as her involvement in "The Night Baron Scandal" was heard by every underground syndicate all around the world and all of their leaders recognized her as their new 'Elder' of the IUS, even though they never seen her face from every meeting. Also, her connection to her long-time friend proved to be influential in her reclaimed Elder position as potential rivals were forced to back-off and force international law enforcement's into stopping their investigation entirely.

But that was years ago.

Back at the present, Mikako looks back at her husband. "Yes Ei-kun?"

"You seem off somehow? Did something got your attention?" Eishirou tilted his glasses.

But she shook her head and smiled back. "Its nothing dear. Its must be my imagination." However, in her head, she indeed sense a powerful presence within that bus. And not just any presence; a familiar one that she haven't felt since the 'Massive Incident' and that was years ago.

Perhaps...

"After this, I better connect my inside contact within the PISA and find out whatever news inside of that Gate. If my guess is right, we should have a reunion party when we have the chance hehe..."

Dimension: Falmart

"Good work comrades. Your operations to capture the imperial port was a success. For your reward, Moscow allows you and your unit will be returned to Russia for 2 days. Enjoy the vacation you two."

Viktor and Dimitri saluted their commanding officer in respect before exiting the room. While Viktor is pleased that he could see his little sister once more, Dimitri didn't have much enthusiasm about it as his entire family were killed back home years ago and he still remembers his little sister's screaming to him from his every dream. But he found solace from Viktor who tells him that, like him, lost his little brother in the frozen woods during hunting for food. Even though their past circumstances are different, the feeling of losing a lost one is still the same.

Going outside the command center in Grassland, the two saw the 3rd Shock Recon Unit was waiting for them. "Hey boss, what's our new mission today?" Rufina asked.

"None." Viktor flatly answered, much to the surprise of his unit. "At least for 2 days. Moscow gave us permission to take a break back home after our operations in the southeast coast.

"So its essentially a vacation right?"

"Well, yes but..."

Before Viktor could finish, the rest of the unit cheered in happiness as they could finally return home after months of service, ignoring the bystanders looking at them in confusion. Dimitri chuckled while his comrade put his hand on his face in embarrassment, though Viktor didn't deny it as he himself missed his homeland for months. Sure, this city has some Russian influence on it and reception from their new citizens is positive but this place is nothing compared to the harsh winter that their people endured for many centuries.

"Alright, that's enough cheering for all of you. If we quick, we could make back to Moscow tonight." Viktor stated.

The 3rd Shock Recon Unit nodded their leader and head towards their APC. Both Viktor decided to strike a conversation. "So comrade, what are you going to do back in Moscow?"

"I don't know Reznov. To be honest, I don't have any relatives back home to greet. Aside for my motherland, all of them are dead years ago in Volgodonsk remember?"

"I remember telling me about that story during we stationed in Crimea correct?" Viktor puts his hand on his friend's shoulder. "You needn't worry yourself Dimitri. Even if your family is killed by those terrorists cowards, they will still watch over your progress towards Russia. Besides, you always have your comrades in arms pull you up should you fall."

"Thanks you comra... I mean Viktor." Dimitri corrected. "That means a lot to me."

"No problem Dimitri." Then Viktor gets an idea. "Say Dimitri, if you have free time, you should come with me back at my house. I have no doubt my little Emiliya is preparing a feast once I told her the news."

"Heh, I like that. Speaking of which, do you have any other friends outside of the military?"

"None that I know of hmm... Now that you think about it, I do have a friend in America. The last time I heard of him was he was going to join the American's marine corps. His name was..."

They suddenly interrupted by a honk noise from their APC, now piloted by Ivan. "Are you two going to stand there? Come on, time's are wasting comrades."

Dimension: Earth

"Whoa! Hey wake up all, we're in New York!"

A sluggish Noire begins to stir at the sound of Neptune's voice. When she opens her eyes a little more, she instantly awakes when she sees the city in her windows. She's not the only one as several passengers who woke up as the CPUs and several Special Region members quickly rushed out of their seats to see the dazzling and marvelous New York city outside.

Earlier in Japan, their convoy arrived at Haneda Airport through the back gate as to avoid local and international reporters. Once their buses stopped, the entire group exited from the vehicles one by one where they saw an airplane. Not just any airplane, but a Boeing 777X plane, which its one of Boeing latest series since 777. Luis sighed in relief as this plane is not the 737 MAX. Although he didn't rode it, but read it through the internet in his free time about the causes of two separated crashes in two different countries.

While the Special Region group were fascinated at the Otherworlder's 'dragon machinery', even Rory and Cato remarked it as a 'sight to see'. The Hyperdimension group, on the other hand, was impressed by the plane's design but not much. They have already have airplanes and aircraft that is way more advanced than this dimension. The only that was surprising is that they have no aerial ships in the airport nearby nor battleships.

Near the 777X were JSDF officers led by the Japanese Minister of Defense Kanō Tarō, explaining that he is the one who planned the security for their convoy for his government until their arrival and shakes hands with both Joshua and Kuwahara Sōichirō who will representing the AEF in Itami's stead.

Once he gave brief explanation about the upcoming Assembly, Tarō bids all of them good luck before the whole group climb abroad the plane. Entering inside, they found the interior... breathtaking to say at least. Rather than seeing the usual passenger seats, they saw was a luxury cabin made exclusively by millionaires. Even Luis and Andrei was flabbergasted about this as they never expected the Japanese would offer this expensive plane to them, let alone ride on it.

They heard the pilot's voice in the speakers, telling anybody to take seat belts. As he said that, the airplane began to move towards the runaway and many of the group quickly finds their seats in the media room, with the three 7th Infantry Battalion and JSDF Third Recon members helping the Special Region find their seat belts. Once in position, the Boeing 777X accelerated towards the end of the runaway before the pilot pulled up at the last second, successfully making it into the skies. Minutes after takeover, the group soon begin to chat with one another while Andrei, Torres, Marvin, and Rory herself make their to the bar room for some drinks, all the while waiting to arrive in New York.

Back at the present day, By the time their airplane landed in LaGuardia Airport runway, it was already afternoon. Before they disembark towards the empty hanger, Torres gives a confused Aurea a gray hood, saying that the world leaders would react differently if they see her snake hair. Hesitantly, she accepts the offer and wore the hood, hiding her snakes as the plane finally stops.

Stepping out of an American airplane was Neptune, who rushed out and spread her hands to the skies. The Special Region and Hyperdimension group later followed and descended to the stairs below where they were greeted by men wearing black suits. Behind the men were 3 black limousines lined up and their engines already started.

Both groups were in tense for a second before Joshua spoke. "Don't worry. They are the secret service, they're the group who protects the US president."

"But what are they doing here?" Marvin questioned.

"Sorry about that." the one with a short black hair goes forwards and offers a handshakes, which Joshua accepts. "My name is Mike Banning, head of the Presidential Detail of the USA. President Ying heard that you bringing people from the another side of that Gate, so he offered you our protection during this trip as a gesture of goodwill."

"Thank you."

"And don't worry. We already expected many of you will come here." Banning then looks behind the Filipino soldier and saw the Hyperdimension group. "But I didn't except this many, though that's explains why my Director sent an extra limousine on the last second."

"Wait... didn't your bosses inform you about this?" Torres raised her eyebrow.

Sadly, he shook his head. "No. I was only told that I should expect VIPs from the Gate will be arriving shortly here in this airport and we supposed to arrange you all with rides needed. I'm sure the president had his reasons."

Banning coughed. "If there's nothing else to say, I suggest we should get going before anyone see us."

Joshua nodded in understanding and signals everyone to follow him. As the groups listens to the instructions from the head of the secret service, the CPUs looked at each other and firmly nodded. Suspecting that their Earth leaders must've known their identities through the negotiations with the AEF commanders a day earlier. Despite that though, this dimension would know their true selves in the UN regardless. Once the group entered into the limousines, the convoy drive off towards the exit gate with Banning's vehicle leading the way.

In one of the limos, The Special Region group looked at the side of their windows and were amazed at the tall buildings. The city was filled with people walking in their daily life, children using some sort of magic boxes in their hands, and even some of them were eating with their parents with unknown dishes. The most strange of all is that there are black peoples and people with strange facial expressions. Sure, she met one or two merchants with strange features during her father's rule but she didn't expected this many!

To the CPUs and Histoire's limo, were impressed at the sight, with Neptune's eyes was filled with sparkles. They have never saw modern buildings before in their lives as their dimension is a futuristic world during the 2nd Gamindustri era. The only thing that is closer to it was the Lan Castle back in Hyperdimension where the first-born CPU goddess Uranus was buried. But even then, it was only a medieval construction that dates back from the 1st Gamindustri Era.

Eventually, the convoy made it to the United Nations Headquarters. Once they stepped up, both groups were awestruck at the sight of the structure itself. In front of them, they saw is the different flags that represents each nation, with the UN Flag at the middle. "What is this?"

"Welcome to the United Nation HQ miss Formal. This is where all nation representatives meet each other every year, except when in comes to emergencies such as the appearance of the Gate in Japan." Banning explained. "We hope you group prepared your speech this afternoon because it would be a... ah, shit..."

They looked at him in confusion but before Sōichirō could ask, all of them heard shouted at the distance. They turned left and saw several people wearing different clothing and carrying some sort of black device; either in their shoulders or hands. "Wait... are those reporters?" Marvin asked.

"Damn it! How they even knew the VIPs would arrive here!" Banning shook his head. "Never mind. All of you, please proceed to the building quick. We'll shield you on your way in."

Both groups and their escorts nodded simultaneously and quickly heads towards the glass doors while Banning and his fellow bodyguard blocked the reporters and preventing them going any further. That didn't stop them from asking the whole group questions and snapping pictures at them, their curiosity piqued when they taken notice of a fairy floating on a book. But the group ignores the reporters and kept going until they managed to enter the building.

In Beijing, China. The CCP General Secretary Xin Jiaping, along with his fellow party members, seated in the conference table inside Zhongnanhai where they begin to observe the UN General Assembly this afternoon. Ever since the Gate opened in Japan months ago, China and other countries tried petitioned the UN that they must be allowed to enter under the proposed UN Task Force.

But they denied, the US representative saying that the AEF is already a task force and is now at war with the Sadera Empire, much to China's anger. What surprised Jiaping the most is that Russia didn't move to support the proposal nor seeking voice to put Russian's army to Japan. Coincidentally, the Ginza event caused several Russian troops and their heavy equipment to move near Novinka, which was reported by China's intelligence group before they were cut off by the Federal Security Service who blocked internet service over the region.

Despite being allies over the years, China doesn't like any secrecy, especially it could possibly hurt Chinese's interest on the long run. Jiaping sent few Chinese spies to Russia's border to find out what the Russian government is up too. While heading to Zhongnanhai inside his limo, he was reported that two Chinese spy groups that he sent to Japan and Russia were captured but were released shortly afterwards after some short secret negotiations between their governments. He was disappointed that neither groups got any information and decided to stand down for now.

While waiting for the assembly to start, Jiaping leaned from his chair and started to recall his past as a young kid years ago. Though he already told everyone in China and the rest of the world about his past, his had a small tale that he left out.

When his father's was still in Chinese Communist Party, he was enjoying a happy life with his mother and his sisters. However, the Cultural Revolution came and he remembered that his father was purged by the Communist Party in the 90s and his mother was force to denounce him as a traitor of the Party. Not only that, he also lost her older sister in the process by suicide, something Jiaping never wanted to forget. Without his father's membership, he was sent to exile in Shanxi Province when he was 16 year ago by the Party where he would be staying at a rural village named Liangjiahe village and made a home for himself in a cave house.

He was initially terrified when he first got there and was deeply feared for his family back home. During his work at the village, he only received a little bit of rice by the guards, despite his position, and always feed the dirty pigs in the countryside and cleaning the toilets every single day. At one point, Jiaping even thought that he would die on a poor countryside and failed not only to his family but his own purpose of being here.

If not for that mysterious golden-haired woman.

While Jiaping was feeding pigs outside the village, he passed out due to overworking and eating a bit of rice given by the local soldiers. Once he woke up however, he found himself back at his home and was being taken care of by a young woman who wore a purple dress and has a medium yellow blond hair while he was out.

Although he had completely forgotten her name, he would never forget her kindness that she did for him for months. Whenever he got injured or sick, she heals him with medicines made by her and always fed him cooked meat with rice whenever he came back after finishing his duties.

Despite her helpfulness though, Jiaping couldn't stand the life here in the village and decided to run back home to Beijing with his friend. Unfortunately for him, he arrived at the bad time as PLA started to crack down deserters from the Party. They soon spotted both of them and the two run for their lives as the soldiers give chase. They soon split up to lose their pursuers but it works for only for a few minutes and was caught by the authorities. During his time at the work camp, he never saw his friend/caretaker in the camp for months and assumed she was killed during the escape.

The thought of that was a saddening one and still believe that he was responsible for her death to this day.

Six months later, Jiaping returned back at the rural village and continuing working for seven years. While working with the peasants, he finally realized the purpose of being here. He was here to experience what the poor experienced over the years and his hardships during his exile were proof of that. He then decided to make his lifetime dream come true; a dream where Chinese people wouldn't have to suffer hardships anymore and band together to rejuvenation their nation into greatness without any foreign government's imperialism.

Even as Mao died years later, Jiaping never lost sight of his goal and he will do anything to achieve it.

"General Secretary, the meeting has started."

Opening his eyes, he later returned back to reality and looking back at the TV screen was, indeed, the UN Assembly has started not long after the current UN Secretary General announced the AEF representative to come forward and several UN representatives soon started interviewing the man. His spies may not succeeded in their missions but if his representative gave the refugees difficult questions, it won't be long before the UN voted to make a task force, led by none other than China.

Jiaping clenched his hand together in the table. China will have access to the Special Region in Japan, even if their former adversary doesn't want it.

In the UN General Assembly, the ambassadors of each nation were now present at the halls to address the current situation. After the leaks was released almost a week ago, the UN members accused the Allied Expedition Force for their secrecy during the initial operation. They later demanded that the AEF commanders report on what has transpired from beyond the Gate, as well as bringing some refugees that were currently in protection by the allied forces to be interviewed, which is successful thanks to China.

Which is why their AEF representative; Kuwahara Sōichirō and the Special Region group was present in the assembly today to speak before the UN about the current situation beyond the Gate.

In the waiting room, the Hyperdimension Group and Third Recon were sitting their tables, separate from each other with the 7th Infantry Battalion sharing with the latter group. The Ultradimension group; Plutia, IF, Compa and Peashy were seated in the different table near their counterparts and decided to play different games to cut time, only for the former to sleep after playing the first game.

Watching the TV screen above them, they saw both Lelei and Cato going towards the podium after the JSDF soldier gave his speech to the ambassadors while the others were on behind the curtains on the sidelines, waiting for their turn also. "Those must be their leader's representatives right?" Vert asked.

Mari nodded. "That's right. All of them our Ambassadors, meeting up every year since the organization's founding in 1945. But ever since then, their commitment to global security and peacekeeping to other nations were complicated, especially both superpowers; the US and the Soviet Union were commonly fighting in every meeting."

"Even with the fall of the Soviet Union, there are tons of important issues and unresolved conflicts that haven't resolved at the start. It only made worse when the Scandal happened."

"And don't forget about the GLA terrorists too." Kurata butted in. "Even they were defeated, I heard they still have cell all around the world. Maybe even here in America!"

"Hey! Don't scare us like that!" Shino shouted. "We haven't seen those guys for years. I bet they already dead by now."

"Doubt it." Joshua drank the water from his glass before putting it in the table. "If that were true, America and their allies would've wiped them long ago. Learned our lesson when our army lost some of our troops in Northern Visayas by a bunch of ragtag terrorists."

"Yeah, if not for Torres's skilled sniping, we would've lost more." Marvin added.

"Not this again." Torres groaned "I told you I don't need thanks to save your asses. I'm part of the team remember? We always watch our backs."

While the JSDF and the Filipino soldiers were talking among themselves, Vert decided to best leave them be for now and join with her CPU sisters, who saw Lelei and her master Cato now leaving after being interviewed and showing a bit of water magic to the shocked representatives. "I'm very curious how much power those two have." Blanc said. She then saw Tuka and her father Hodor going to the podium together.

"Obviously that old man must be a Master rank, considering his age and experience." Noire replied. "But that blue girl near him on the other hand..."

"Yeah. She's seems pretty good for an Apprentice rank. I don't know what's her problem though but her expression creeps the Neptune out of me!" Neptune jokingly admitted.

Noire gave a deadpan. "Neptune..."

Neptune gave a giggle response. She turns her head to look at the TV to see Rory replacing the two elves and the Chinese ambassador began his questionnaires. She looked at the representative in confusion. "That's funny. Why is that weird looking guy talking like he wanted to blame someone else?"

Luis grunted. "Must be China getting jealous that Japan and its allies had the Gate all by themselves. There's no way for them to just ignore that sweet, sweet resources over the new world that could help them in their goals. I'm not even surprised that China's allies joined the bandwagon." He looks at the TV and saw few politicians agreeing with the ambassador."

"Is this normal for the two of you?" Noire asked.

"If you want a blunt question, yes." Andrei answered. "I don't know how much time has passed here, but its clear this world haven't even changed a bit, aside the evolution of the technology. These nations would never stop pointing each other's fingers, even if the Union had fallen years ago."

He then looks down. "Not going to lie, I wish I could see my country once again. Maybe my brother or my sister still lives in one of the cities somewhere."

"Andrei..." Blanc quietly spoke. Then...

"ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHING?!"

All people were instantly stopped what they were doing and began looking at the TV again, even Plutia was instantly awoke from her slumber and tiredly look at the TV screen.

"Wha... what did you just say...?"

"Are you stupid? Of course not." Rory then smirked at the representatives. "You want to know how they took care of the refugees right? They didn't force them to move our of their homes and certainly didn't abuse them or took the women for themselves. Those forces first and foremost, help them escape from the war and build them a new home to settle, even though they have no reason to help their enemy's citizens."

"If you can't even look at these facts, then you are not suited to be a representative of your faraway country little man."

"Whoa man! I admit, that is way harsh." Kurata replied.

"Yeah..." Joshua nodded, still in shock. "Not even politicians have ever said to China's face, not to their ambassador at least."

"Why you little bra..."

"Oh dear." Vert then looked at Joshua in concern. "She didn't possibly created a conflict with that guy's nation aren't she?"

"Hell no..." Joshua shook his head as he witness Sōichirō slightly pushing the young Apostle out of the podium and quickly explains the ambassadors present. "Even with that insult, China wouldn't act like that for something so little. Still, that ambassador must have been butt-hurt about it."

Right after he said that, they heard a door opening behind them. Turning around, they saw two bodyguards entering the waiting room, with Banning included. "Sorry for barging in folks, but your group is now needed to the General Assembly hall. Please, follow us."

Back at the Assembly, the representatives were still at their seats, processing what they just heard a few moments ago. Just after that goth-wearing girl gave a question to the Chinese ambassador in an embarrassing way, the JSDF soldier quickly stepped in before it got out of hand. Much to their shock, he revealed that not only the 'young girl' was actually a demi-goddess from the Special Region, but also those two elves from before have longer life-span today. While they were not fazed by it since many present were aware of elven magic, at least in any movies they watched long ago. The demi-goddess, on the other hand, got the most attention and caused a bit of a stir within the halls, especially several religious politicians voice their contempt to other representatives.

Thankfully, they immediately went quiet once they saw several people entering the assembly hall from the right and walking towards the stage.

Meanwhile, seated in the far right of the podium were Histoire, Peashy, IF, Compa, JSDF Third Recon and the Filipino's 17th Infantry Battalion members as they watch the CPUs lined up and faced their audience. Plutia wanted to join with them together, but she was desperately convinced by almost everyone in the group to stay with her nieces during the testimony and sadly agreed.

Few people, namely reporter, quietly whisper to one another when they noticed a fairy floating on a book and took several pictures of it. However, Histoire ignore it and put all her focus towards the interview, praying for their success.

Once all of them were gathered, it didn't take long for the Assembly to start again. The UN Portuguese-elected General Secretary Nelio Guterres spoke first. "Please state your name each all of you."

"My name is Vert; CPU of Leanbox."

"My name is Blanc; CPU of Lowee."

"My name is Noire; CPU of Lastation."

"Last but not least... my name is Neptune; the CPU of my lovely nation Planeptune!" She gave herself a small twirl before ending with a V-peace sign. "Hehe... Pleased to meet you fellas!"

The entire people present in the assembly were sweatdrop at the lilac-haired girl sudden pose, with Histoire slap her own forehead in embarrassment and Rory snickered at the little goddess. Nonetheless, the reporters continued to take picture of her, much to Neptune's silent delight.

The General Secretary was quiet for a few moments before releasing a cough, breaking the silence. "Now then... let's continue. What about your names you two?"

Luis introduced himself. "Hello everyone. My name is Luis Rivera; former citizen of the Philippines and current citizen of Planeptune."

"And my name is Andrei Reznov; former citizen of the Crimea and current citizen of Lowee." Andrei crossed his arms. "As well as a former citizen of the Soviet Union."

The Assembly was shocked at this. Not only this young man was from the Philippines, but also another was from Crimea; where the country initially belonged to Ukraine before they remembered Russia annexed the territory years ago. Also, the knowledge of this man was a former citizen of a fallen Union got their full attention, including several European states who had been part of communist Russia since 1945 before its fall.

As reporters scramble to take pictures of the two, the Russian ambassador immediately sent a message to Kremlin through his aide about this new development, with the Filipino ambassador following suit as well.

"Wha... How? How you two end up in the Special Region?" Guterres shockingly asked.

"Actually, we didn't teleport there. Andrei and I were suddenly teleported to another dimension called 'Gamindustri'. We both didn't knew our existence to each other until we met up in a conflict, together with our future lovers." Luis explained. Unknown to General Secretary, however, he already knew the reason for he and Andrei appearance on Gamindustri in the first place. But withheld that info to himself for now.

"Future lovers?"

This is where Neptune and Blanc stepped in and raise their hands. "That would be us sir." Blanc spoke.

"I... see." General Secretary said. "Then, in behalf of both Philippine and Russian governments and its people, thank you for taking care of them."

The CPUs saw the Philippine and Russian ambassador standing up from their seats and bowed respectfully to the group. Neptune embarrassingly shake her hands. "Umm... there's no need for that! I will gladly save this guy's butt in every step or my name isn't..."

"Excuse me for interrupting." British Ambassador Hall suddenly spoke. "But I'm curious about the 'CPU' name they gave in their introductions, especially that name comes from a processing unit." Few other ambassadors gave a chuckle after she pointed it out. "Isn't it an acronym or some government title when they accepted into the leadership role?"

"You're not the first one to realize its name from a computer part." Noire sweatdrop a bit before she turns into serious mode. "However, the name has different meaning to it. CPU means 'Console Patron Unit' by our mother. Those who have that title is called a goddess by the people and is selected to rule a country whatever it suits them."

The British ambassador's eyes widen as she slowly realizing the implications. "You mean..."

Noire firmly nodded. "That's right. All of us standing here are deities and Gamindustri is our domain."

There was a complete silence on the whole assembly. Even reporters stopped taking pictures for a while and tries to comprehend what they just heard. Gods and goddesses only existed in mythologies and legends, are now present in front of them and even said they lived in another world called Gamindustri where they ruled over. The internet exploded over the knowledge that they finally witness a living, breathing deities in their world, though some of them were in disbelief.

The UN General Secretary was still shocked by revelation, but gathered enough energy to say. "I'm sorry I misheard you but... did you just say that... you are all deities?"

"We are." Vert confirmed. "We come from a dimension called Hyperdimension and where we live, our home world; Gamindustri. The one who created both of these and the CPUs is our mother: the CPU Creator Arcadia. She made us four to rule our own nations as we see fit, as long as we obey her wishes like our predecessors."

"Predecessors? So you're all not the only CPUs who existed before?"

"Yes. The first 4 CPUs goddesses founded their own nations at the wishes of our mother at the start of the 1st Gamindustri Era until their deaths. The 2nd Gamindustri Era began with another 4 CPUs founding their nations as well." Vert closes her eyes. "Unfortunately, one of them lost their way and killed her sisters with her followers until our mother put an end of her tyranny, ending the 2nd Era. After that, our mother made us four to continue her wishes, starting the 3rd Gamindustri Era and on to the present day."

"Our history is a bit complicated and a long one, but you can check our history book in our world if you visit our dimension." Noire finished.

"Thank you for sharing your history Miss Noire." The General Secretary slowly nodded, still trying to take it all in. "Let me ask you one thing. How many population do you have in your world?"

Noire rubs her chin, thinking. "Hmm, let's see. If I recall right, the current population is over... 954,345,243 million. At least, that was in official papers right Vert?"

"That's correct Noire."

"What?!" Guterres was taken aback by this news, including all the people present. 4 goddesses that looked like young girls, ruled 4 different countries in a different world with almost a billion of the population. He was not alone though, as many of the ambassadors were in complete disbelief about what she said. "You must be joking. How can you four could..."

"Hold on General Secretary. I realized something..." Then the French ambassador interrupts the General Secretary. "If you girls are in full control of your countries, then what about those two?" He pointed at Luis and Andrei. "If they are now CPUs, do they have a purpose in your government in daily life?"

"No." Blanc replied bluntly. "As stated by the Arcadia Law, only a goddess could rule in Gamindustri."

"Huh?"

"Its true ambassador." Luis scratched his head. "Even though we became CPUs like them and ruling side-by-side with our lovers, they have complete control over their nations like you said."

"And how did you two become gods yourselves then?"

"Uhh..." Luis and Andrei were struggling to give an answer to that. They still remembered Arcadia telling them about giving its powers to any mortals is dangerous, especially their own kind; regardless of any reasons, as they know power corrupts any normal individual if didn't used wisely. It only solidified as they saw several politicians whispering to each other, no doubt getting curious on how they got them.

Thankfully though, they didn't have to as Histoire suddenly flown towards the podium before facing the ambassadors, much to their surprise. "Please forgive my sudden appearance in the stage but I'll be the one who answer that question, as well as any other questions you may have."

"And you are?"

"I am Histoire. The Oracle of Planeptune, as well as the Oracle of Order and History." Histoire introduced herself. "I am also the advisor to the CPU Creator Arcadia, whom she created and assigned me to watch over the lands and her daughters that she made; the CPUs at her behest since Gamindustri's inception."

"This... Arcadia person. Is she present in your world as well?" Guterres questioned.

"She is." She truthfully replied, much to the Assembly's shock. "However, she is not present on Gamindustri since the crisis and is currently on her own realm within Hyperdimension. Back to the matter, to become a CPU; you must meet certain requirements made by the CPU Creator months ago in our world. But even then, only she can give you these powers and remove them by force if you violate her wishes or her Law. This was a fail safe in-case these two lost their way... except her daughters of course."

"I think we understood Miss Histoire." Guterres responded. He'll admit he was curious about it but decided to leave the subject for now. "We still have time before our recess starts, can you tell us more about your world? I'm sure many of us present are interest..."

"What is your purpose here in the UN?!"

"Excuse me?" Histoire asked in confusion.

The one who shouted was an Iran ambassador, who stands from his seat and face the CPUs in anger. "You claimed all of you to be 'deities' from another world, but I find that hard to believe. What is your intended purpose in this world and from beyond the Gate?!"

The fairy was taken aback by this man's tone but decided to answer his question regardless. "Our main goal is to defeat the Sadera Empire from the Special Region after they attack on our world, like yours, and capture their leaders for their crimes. After we aware of your presence however, we traveled here in this dimension to create an official alliance with the Allied Expedition Forces leaders so we may defeat them together."

"You tell that you want to retaliate against the Empire for the harm of your people, but how can we knew you aren't using this to spread your own religion and beliefs into this world and the other like those western Christians centuries ago?!" the Iran ambassador exclaimed.

"Tch! Damn Iranians..." Joshua angrily muttered. During the war against the Global Liberation Army, the international world found out about Iran was secretly funding the international terrorist group to halt the spread of western influence in the Middle East. Of course it was until they found out that they have been betrayed by them and completely took over Iran before making the city as their stronghold.

At least for a while until Russia and China combined their forces to pushed the GLA out of the country and rescued Iran's Supreme Leader and military leaders, though remnants of the terrorist group and its leader; Dr. Thrax retreated until they were killed by the US in Area Fifty-Two. Although Iran was found guilty in the International Criminal Court. Russia and China, the two victors against the GLA, sided with the Middle East country and used their newfound influence to successfully free Iran from their crimes, though rumors circulated in the internet that the 3 leaders made a secret deal prior to the final verdict.

Thinking about it made Joshua pissed off due to those soldiers died for nothing in the Middle East and that one of their GLA biggest supporters was freed with little to no consequence.

"Please, calm down Mr. Davudi! I'm assure that these people have reason to come her..."

"I agree with this!" This time, it was an Israel ambassador who stands and cuts the General Secretary off. "We Israels may have bad blood against our neighbors but if we let these false deities roam free, including that demi-goddess, they will tear down God's foundations and Heaven itself so they could rule over us!"

As soon as he said this, several ambassadors that has religious belief joined with the two, despite differences. It didn't take long for any ambassadors began fighting themselves by shouting over the matter, with one side demanded that these CPUs leave or be killed on the spot while the other wanted to negotiate on both sides without bloodshed. One small group of ambassadors though, didn't joined in, namely China and Russia, and just silently watched the two groups arguing among each other.

For Histoire, this was exactly she had been predicting since returning to Earth dimension for a long time. After many centuries of visiting here; both for Arcadia's orders and for personal reasons, it seems nothing has changed in this dimension. She still remembers that her two naive but promising friends told everyone from the old group, including her, that they thought they would change the world together and by extension, the multiverse. Few of their members thought it is simply too naive and unrealistic. But despite their thinking, they would follow the two wherever they go. Not because they believe in their goals, but rather their bonds as friends.

But after her friend's death in the incident, all of them went their separate ways. Histoire never found about her tragic death or even attended her burial as she was preoccupied in Hyperdimension. She only knew this information because her old friend met up with her and told her everything during the Dark Purple Crisis.

So all of their efforts and hers became nothing?

Neptune, seeing the chaos and the look on her Oracle's sadden expression, finally had enough. She was annoyed to turn back into a CPU once more but its clear she had no choice. She ignored everyone's concerns as she steps forward. Without warning, the entire hall was filled with light and seconds later, she transformed to CPU Purple Heart. Her sudden transformation caught the entire group by surprise. Even the two group's finally stop their bickering albeit now in tense when they saw a mysterious being floating in front of them.

Having a stoic expression, she only said this to the Assembly. "So... do you believe us now?"

The entire General Assembly stood silence and now confused as to what just happened, even with the reporters frantically taking pictures at the purple CPU and writing their notes. The third group of ambassadors that didn't involved in the argument, told the rest and they immediately realize that the purple-haired girl from before transformed into a young girl wearing a black body suit with futuristic parts and has purple-metallic wings behind her back.

Even with the proof, the religious ambassadors still refuse to believe it. The knowledge of supernatural forces existing from the Gate in Japan was bad enough, but several deities in another world? To them, it was unacceptable and saw the CPUs and the Special Region people as a threat to their way of life.

Before another round of barrage of argument against them...

... A loud clapping sound was heard,

The clapping was enough to caught the whole assembly's attention. They all turned their heads around, only shown their absolute fear when they saw the person that interrupted their bickering. The person was fully clothed; wearing a black-trenched coat with a black t-shirt, black pants, black-cowboy hat, black boots, and black gloves. He also wore a black and gold Guy Fawkes mask with a black hood and has two gun-swords on each side of his belt.

"Well, well... You sure made these politicians fight among themselves. Not bad..." The mysterious masked man stopped his claps and stared at Purple Heart. "... for a goddess from another world."

"And you are?" Vert glared at the man, having never sensed the man's presence entering this hall.

"My apologies." He slightly bowed to the CPUs. "My name is not important. I am simply known as the 'Wrathful Enforcer' by this world." The 'Enforcer' then walks towards the CPUs. "My duty given to me by the Almighty Father is to preserve the balance of this world and kill anyone who tries to create chaos; whether they are good or bad."

"Except you of course..." One ambassador muttered.

His face turned into terror as he saw the masked man stops his tracks and gazed at him. "What was that?"

"Nothing!"

The Wrathful Enforcer, satisfied, walks a few more steps before stopping just near at the front of them podium. "I was told people from that Gate in Japan would be coming to the UN for an interview, so I got curious... curious enough that to head here without those guards noticing me entering. Heh, I didn't expect you transforming to show these fools that you're serious."

"Well, I had to." Purple Heart replied. "I may annoy my Oracle in my human form sometimes, but I don't like to see her sad because of their words."

"Neptune..."

Although his mask prevents him from showing his expression, the CPUs felt his presence was at best, positive after hearing Neptune's words. Then the Wrathful Enforcer crossed his arms. "While I'm tempted to chatter with you all, especially with that other group sitting in my left, I afraid I have other business to attend to."

"Huh? Where is that?" Blanc curiously asked.

"None of your concern." He dismissively waves her off. "Besides, if you don't know, you all going to meeting with some of the most 'powerful' people here in the UN after this, or at least their representatives. Once you meet them though, be prepared for what happens next. I suspect they may have ulterior motives in mind that involves from beyond the Gate... and yours."

"Why?" Noire raised her eyebrows. "We thought these people were united in this world, before they were attacked by the same enemy."

However, he laughed at her statement. "If it was true, this would've have achieved world peace long ago. Just remember: there are no true friendships in this world, only good deals and backstabbers. That's all I could say. We'll meet up again once your done with your interview here." he gave a nod before turning around.

Just as the Wrathful Enforcer was about to head over the exit, he immediately said. "One last thing..." He then looked back towards the fairy. "Welcome back... Histoire."

He turns his head around again and continue walking towards the exit doors, ignoring the stares from both ambassadors and reporters, whom they only took few pictures of the man before stopping. Meanwhile, the CPUs turned their heads towards Histoire and were silent for a seconds before simultaneously screamed.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!"

A/N: The entire group has finally arrived in New York city to present themselves in the United Nations. Unfortunately, several ambassadors oppose the existence of supernaturals and the CPUs. Also, a masked man appears in the General Assembly and briefly greeted the whole group before they shockingly learned that Histoire has connections with the man. What would happened in the next chapter?

Sorry for the late upload everyone but I managed to complete this one. My reason for this is the same as in my last A/N, that and my work of another new Gate crossover (which I did not expect the increased popularity in such a short time after Chapter 2). If you all curious, that story I mentioned is set in the Nier universe, specifically put in Nier: Automata. Instead the Sadera Empire invading Japan, it was a group of Machines designed to kill humans. If you are fan of Nier or just interested in the story, you all can freely check out my fanfiction if you want. Don't worry, my new crossover doesn't mean I'll abandon this one, just lacking some interest writing a new chapter.

For that mysterious person that appeared in the UN Assembly, was the same person appeared in the last chapter and it is my new OC rather than a guest character from any series. Not just a new OC, but its my special character that I have personally made. Its been in my head during the past few years and decided to write about the OC's background, his abilities, his power and etc. Even to this day, I still haven't finished his profile yet but I'm putting him in my profile in the character's list just after posting this chapter. By the way, I was going about my OC to write in my previous A/N about my OC but I overlooked it and I didn't know until I saw ptl's review.

ptl:Ahaha! I have been waiting to write that scene and I been imagining it for years where the people on Earth would react that the CPUs are deities from another dimension. They would be even more shocking that deities and supernatural people/creatures exist in Japan, especially the Japanese people who had long believed that they are just folklore and not real. But we'll see to it in time. As the series that you mentioned in your reply, the answer would be no. Because I didn't watch both Nasuverse (meaning Kinoko Nasu's works like the famous fate series) and High School DxD (Although I heard of it). However, I can only confirm (as of now) that 'Touhou Project' (you already seen in the last chapter), 'Cardcaptor Sakura', 'Heaven's Lost Property', 'Persona Series', 'Yandere Simulator', 'Detective Conan' and many more. I would be also planning adding more in the western side as well but it is currently under pending.

As for that unknown man's identity, I already revealed in top of my A/N if you missed it.

AmethystPone: Damn…. I have no words to say and I don't want to write a huge amount of essay but I'll keep it short. We 'Earthlings' are no means stranger to slavery as we learned it either in our schools, public libraries in our free time, or in the internet rather than experience it in the past. Yes, I have no doubt we are aware of the products that we brought are not ethical and moral, especially in China where they used Uyghurs as forced labor. But for the poor countries that don't even have the luxuries of morals and enough money to support their family, what can we do?

I'm not saying that politicians are good because they abolished slavery out of guilt. In fact, in a Youtube video named 'The American Civil War (Part 1) by OverSimplified', the people from the US northern territories wanted to shut down slavery from the south for economic reasons, not a moral one as they fear they would lose their jobs due to slavery. As of today, slavery still exist alright, just in different names. I think I'll already put that subject in my one-shot spin off, feel free to check it out.

Two reasons:

One, I know some of it are not realistic and a bit off but believe me, I tried my best to write both of their conversations even though I imagined for their future meeting months ago. I would have added more into their conversation but in this part, I was struggling which this and that. Plus, the last chapter was been way too overdue so I had to release it after quickly I double-check that chapter and would have updated it like any of my chapters. That being said, I have noticed some grammar and confusing sentences in that scene where Vert explained Gamindustri to the AEF commander. So, I have rewritten all of it and removed where Vert also told them about their population and their military might, which I save them in this chapter. It's not perfect, but at least it better.

Two, I didn't specifically in their statements during the meeting between the CPUs and the AEF commanders because I was saving it for this chapter and the rest in other chapters.

Obviously, any military had to check whatever weapons they used to the UN prior to deployment in any country and, in my opinion, it's better to keep their weapons in check than to not at all. Otherwise, critics will start to question about their use of force against any terrorist groups and possibly in violation of Geneva Conventions. Like you, I am not a military nerd and I rely watching Youtube videos such as 'The Infographics Show' channel.

Of course it is necessary to show their forms in front of them. Could you believe a small group, no matter where their origins are, say that they are deities from another world? Whether if you are a believer of any religion or not, you would say no and usually call them a crazy group unless they prove substantial evidence that they are. Even so, people who believed their own religion to an extent would still in disbelief and I can't blame them.
