It's time for chapter 8 of A Hero's Light to begin. A lot of things are going to happen and I hope that you enjoy it.
City Streets:
"Burn in Scarlet Flames, the Power of Courage!" Harry shouted from inside Z as the Ultraman jumped up into the sky. A red light flashed in the sky then moments later, something crashed behind Trigger Dark.
"Boot Up! Beta! Ultraman Z: Beta Smash!" From out of dust, Ultraman Z ran and tackled Trigger Dark in a muscular red and grey form. The two giants were still fighting in the water, they fell deep under the water so that no one could see them anymore.
Meanwhile:
In an unknown dimension, Peter was still walking in the temple until he came to a stop: he was standing a few feet away from a giant glowing yellow and orange orb. Peter was about to walk towards it when a giant dark figure stamped a foot in front of him, knocking Peter down onto the ground.
"What the…!" Peter looked up to see that it was Trigger Dark, he roared and was about to step on Peter when something tackled Trigger Dark into a pillar. Peter looked across to see that Trigger Dark got tackled by Trigger in his Multi Type form. "Trigger!" Peter shouted as he got back on his feet. Trigger turned and nodded then continued to fight Trigger Dark as a glowing white figure appeared next to Peter.
"Peter," Peter looked to his right to see Yuzare but this time, he could see her face and hair: she had long straight white hair and glowing blue eyes. But what shocked Peter was that Yuzare looked exactly like Michelle. "Peter, it's time for you to receive your true power." Yuzare spoke which confused Peter until Yuzare pointed at the glowing orb. "The Eternity Core. Hold the Sparklence up close to the Eternity Core and press the trigger when Trigger is near." Yuzare instructed and Peter nodded, he held up his left arm with the Sparklence in front of the Eternity Core."
"Trigger!" Peter shouted and Trigger nodded. He threw Trigger Dark out of the temple then ran over to Peter, he stood over Peter and held his arms to the side. Peter pressed the trigger and the gem on both the Sparklence and Trigger's Colour Timer started to glow gold, the golden glow started to engulf and consume all the dark energy.
City Streets:
Ultraman Z, in his Gamma Future form, crashed into several buildings as his Colour Timer was rapidly flashing red. Trigger Dark was going to attack again but something happened: a small golden object flew out of his Colour Timer. Z looked down to see a golden orb flying towards F.E.A.S.T but whatever happened left Trigger Dark weak, Z ran towards Trigger Dark as he flashed a blue light and changed forms.
"Boot Up! Alpha! Ultraman Z: Alpha Edge!" Z used his martial arts form to hit Trigger Dark and hoped that golden orb would help Peter.
F.E.A.S.T:
Carol and May were sitting next to the unconscious Peter, they were hoping that he would wake up but nothing was happening. Suddenly, they looked up to see a golden orb fly in and merge with Peter, the golden energy engulfed Peter and all the pair could do was watch.
"What's going on?" Carol screamed then the golden glow moved and shunk, Carol could see that the golden energy had changed into a Guard Key but it was a slightly different shape with a triangular curve at the bottom. Slowly, Peter's eyes started to open and he looked at Carol and May, who were now smiling.
"Peter!" May exclaimed then she wrapped her arms around her nephew and hugged him tight. Peter smiled then hugged his aunt, he looked up at Carol and smiled at her. Carol was happy to see that Peter was awake but she knew what he would do now.
"Aunt May, I'm sorry but I got to go." Pete excused himself which confused May, she then watched as Peter got out of the bed and grabbed his Sparklence.
"Peter! You just woke up from a coma! Where are you going?" May asked as she wanted to know what was so important that Peter had to run off after waking up. Peter put the black and gold Guard Key he got in his pocket then took out Trigger's Multi Type Key.
"I'm doing what I'm meant to do: fighting to protect the ones close to me." Peter answered then he ran off towards the entrance, May ran after her nephew with Carol following close behind.
Outside:
"Ultraman Trigger: Multi Type!" Peter stopped outside the building as he inserted the Key into the bottom of the Sparklence. May and Carol arrived outside to see Peter opening up the barrel of his Sparklence.
"Build the future with the light of hope! Ultraman Trigger!" May and Carol watched as Peter started to glow and grow, the light energy merged with Peter and changed him.
"Ultraman Trigger: Multi Type!" Trigger stood before both May and Carol, he ran towards the fight and tackled Trigger Dark.
"Peter is Trigger?" May asked in shock and Carol stood alongside her aunt. "Carol, did you know about this?" May asked and slowly, Carol nodded then she looked at her aunt.
"I found some time ago but I promised to not tell anyone, to protect his identity." Carol explained then they heard the ground shake. They looked up to see that Z had fallen backwards while Trigger was holding Trigger Dark in a headlock, followed by him kneeing Trigger Dark in the head.
Inside Trigger:
Peter removed the Multi Type Key and placed it back on the Key Holder, he then held out his left hand and in a golden flash, the new gold Trigger Key appeared.
"Eternity Core, please lend me your power." Peter spoke to the new Key then he activated it, causing the white area to become gold.
"Glitter Trigger Eternity!" Peter's eyes widened then he inserted the Glitter Eternity Key into the bottom of the Sparklence. "Boot Up! Glitter Zeperion!" Peter held up the Sparklence out to his right then slowly rotated his arm a full circle, a glowing gold energy followed as he look his hand.
"Illuminate the universe with the Ultra-Ancient light! Ultraman Trigger!" Peter shouted as he shot his right arm up, he pressed the trigger and the gem flashed gold.
Outside:
A gold shockwave blasted around Trigger, sending both Z and Trigger Dark flying away in opposite directions. All the members of the Guardians and May looked up at the glowing Trigger, Z stood up and looked in amazement as the glowing energy faded away; revealing a gold and bronze Trigger with a bronze head and three Colour Timers on his chest.
"Glitter Trigger Eternity!" The new Trigger form stood and looked at Trigger Dark, who was roaring and waving his arms around like a mindless beast. Trigger Dark started to run towards Glitter Trigger but the new form was able to stop him with one hand, followed by a powerful punch to the chest.
"That's got some power!" Z exclaimed as he reverted back to his Original form. The three crystals on Glitter Trigger's chest flashed purple, red and blue; sending out a new weapon for Trigger to use.
"Glitter Blade!" The Glitter Blade was a sword but it was held by a handle with the end of the back end of the weapon on Trigger's wrist. Trigger Dark jumped and was going to strike but Glitter Trigger started glowing gold, he teleported upwards and slashed Trigger Dark across the stomach, followed by stabbing him in the back. Something strange happened: the three Colour Timers on Trigger's chest started to flash red.
"Time's almost up already?" Peter asked as Trigger placed his left hand over his chest. Trigger looked up and saw that Trigger Dark was roaring as he was getting ready to shoot his Dark Zeperion Beam. "Don't think so!" Peter shouted and Trigger nodded, he held up his right arm as the crystals on the Glitter Blade started to flash.
Inside Trigger:
Peter used his thumb to hold down the button on the grip and used his left hand to rotate the crystals, he rotated it three times so the purple crystal was glowing.
"Violet!" Peter pointed the tip of the blade forward then he pressed the button again.
Battlefield:
"Eternity Zerades!" The Glitter Blade was glowing violet as Trigger held out his left hand, making a gold energy line appear. Just as Trigger Dark fired his Dark Zeperion Beam, Trigger stabbed the Glitter Blade into the golden energy line and fired a gold and violet beam. The Eternity Zerades shattered Dark Trigger's beam like glass, it hit the evil Trigger in the chest and caused him to blow up then all his dark energy faded away. Trigger however fell onto one knee as his Colour Timer was flashing red even faster until he faded away into gold energy.
Ground:
Peter was on the grass as he was looking up: Trigger Dark was gone! He slowly lifted his left hand and looked at the Glitter Trigger Eternity Key, he was amazed by how powerful it was.
"Glitter Eternity, eh?" Peter questioned as he sat up and looked at the new Key. "I need to find a way to control the power. It might be my only hope to take on all three Dark Giants at once." Peter told himself as he got up onto his feet, he looked behind to see Harry running over to him.
"Nice style, Pete." Harry complimented and Peter smiled. "Looks like I'm not the only one with another personality, so to speak." Harry spoke as he showed Peter the Ultraman Z Original Guard Key. Seeing it surprised Peter then Harry put his Guard Key away as the Glitter Eternity Key faded away and entered Peter's chest.
"Thank you, Harry." Peter thanked and Harry smiled. "Now, let's head back. I think I got some explaining to do to Aunt May." Peter and Harry both chuckled as they headed towards F.E.A.S.T.
"Plus, I got to figure out why Yuzare looked so much like MJ." Peter thought to himself as the duo headed to F.E.A.S.T. Peter didn't want anyone else to know about what he saw or what was going on with Glitter Eternity.
F.E.A.S.T:
It had been a couple of minutes since the two Ultraman hosts returned, Peter and May were in Martin Li's office; talking about him becoming Trigger and fighting. Meanwhile, Harry was in the corridor on a tablet; he was running scans on the Glitter Eternity Key as Peter wanted to know how much power it had.
"Amazing! It has far more power than anything else I've seen!" Harry exclaimed as he looked at Peter's new Key. "Hope there's a way for Pete to control the power." Harry told himself as he put his tablet back inside his backpack as the Glitter Eternity Key turned into a gold orb, it then flew back to Peter who had just left the office.
"Wow! That was hard." Peter told Harry then they shook hands. "Did you get any information from the Key?" Peter asked and Harry nodded.
"Though it's just a small fragment of this Eternity Core, it's power is out of this world." Harry explained and Peter was surprised. "There's got to be a way for you to use that power and not use all your energy within a minute." Harry suggested then Peter placed a hand on his friend's shoulder.
"We'll find a way. No matter how long it takes us." Peter smiled and Harry nodded then they gave each other a high five. They were looking forward to working together but what no one knew was that behind a pillar, a young woman with a black dress, long dark brown hair and hazel coloured eyes stood.
"Two of them? Things might be getting interesting now." The woman smiled and as she walked away, her eyes flashed yellow then she faded away into a dark and crimson portal.
This is the end of chapter 8 and I hoped that you enjoyed it. Glitter Eternity has debuted and also, the mystery woman from chapter 7 reappeared. Who is she? Will Peter find a way to control his new power?
