Reunion

Brianna, Shaneil and the entire Amazon Mercenary company searched the entirety of the area using all their armoured military vehicles and a single armed ancient but heavily modified Vietnam war era Huey style hover copter, instead of helicopter blades it had a small dome hover engine in its place, and instead of the tail and tail rotor it was cut off and replaced with a short ion engine.

Then the helicopter Pilot radioed in to the Mercenaries new leader" Captain Brianna, we found a blackened burnt area of red dirt, I think this was the landing and take off area of the alien ship. There are two directional burn marks, one leading south and one leading west. The location is 3754 Long, 1974 Lat"

Brianna considered the information thanking the officer" Good Job Third Class Officer Beatrix, return to temporary base camp, First Class Officer Shaneil and I want to have a Look to determine the ships take off direction. Land for Maintenance and Recharge, Tomorrow we are going to find Shaneil's son."

Brianna clipped the radio to her belt and turned to Shaneil who was Driving the armoured car, "We found where Kakarott's ship landed, we've got a clue, tomorrow we could find your son."

Shaneil, stopped the car gently, her eyes watering with happiness, but she held her crying back, it was no confirmation of his location, just a clue. She wiped her eyes stating "I just hope it leads to Berdock." Turning the car around she headed back to the Temporary base camp that was set up so they could search the Mount Pauzu area.

The Next day Shaneil and Brianna were in the Hover copter Piloted by the Third Class Officer, hovering over the sight, Shaneil was looking at the map that had their Permanent Base location and comparing it to the direction of the two directional burn marks. Shaneil thought aloud "Kakarott was flying north in relation to Alpha Base in that spaceship of his, so it's safe to assume the south directional burn mark is the ship landing. That means the only other directional burn mark is the direction they were headed after they took off." Her eyes widened in glee she now knew which direction to find her son, "Third Class Officer Beatrix fly straight West." Brianna looked at her best friends face, she hadn't seen her this happy in years, hopefully that Kakarott didn't drift too far off course, otherwise they'll never find the kid.

Many hours of flying had passed and they were continuously seeing no evidence of the space craft or that tailed freak Kakarott, the Battery power level was far below the point of no return. Shaneil had ordered when the batteries were about to near the level, and to tick over to the point of no return, that they continue onwards until they find her son no matter what. Beatrix had no choice in the matter, she had to follow the order of her superior.

Then eventually Beatrix saw something a few kilometres just off course to the right "What's that?" Shaneil basically pounced from her seat to get a clear view through the windshield, "Where? Where is it?, What did you see?" She blurted out nearly incomprehensible.

Beatrix stated "To the right I saw a weird Circular white building with yellow bumps along its edge."

Shaneil looked to the right her eyes widened in shock"That's it, That's got to be Kakarott's ship. I think I can see legs. Yes, it's Got legs, Lots of white landing legs, one leg for every yellowy bump. Take us down TCO." She stated like a giddy little girl.

The Third Class Officer complied and changed direction heading for the new location and then land once she got close enough. As they lowered to Land They saw three tailed people fighting, one a man with thick long black hair that reached to his ankles in strange armour, a child also in armour, and a palm haired saiyan, Kakarott.

Shaneil didn't wait for the hover copter to land once she saw the child yelling Happily "Berdock." Before jumping out of the plane twenty metres in the air, landing with her knees bent and rolling to cushion the fall, she ran like a woman possessed towards the child.

Raditz had just blocked a powerful strike from Berdock and trapped his hand and just threw a swipe at his brother, when out of the corner of his eye he saw a Hovercopter. "What the hell do weaklings want with us?" Raditz asked nobody in particular, "leaving Berdock confused, The kid turned towards the vehicle to see a so called weak human just jump out of the vehicle twenty meters in the air land then roll being completely unaffected and bolt towards him screaming his name.
Kakarott stopped, turned and recognised who it was but said nothing.

Berdock though out loud "Why does she know my name?"

Raditz keeping an eye on all targets responded "Don't know kid, but if they wanna die, I'll oblige."

The seemingly mad woman stopped in front of them and stated happily "I finally found you, after all these years."

Raditz "Leave now weakling if you wish to live."

Berdock taking a good look at her, she seemed familiar but he couldn't quite place it, he asked "Who are you? And why do you know my name?"

The woman replied "Don't you recognise me, I'm your mother, surely you know your father standing next to you is Kakarott right?"

Berdock's eyes widened no wonder she seemed familiar, then it hit him looking at her face, thinking 'that face, I know that face, it has to be, the face of my mother, a splitting image of her, she smells familiar. She has to be telling the truth.'

Raditz being the cold bastard that he is raised a hand with a Purplely red ball of energy and interrogated the woman "I don't trust a single word coming out of your mouth woman. Now tell me how you know the kids name before I blast you."

Berdock raised a hand and stated "Uncle, don't be hasty, I recognise her face and smell. I've only known one woman in my life and that is her standing across from us."
Kakarott smirked at that but said nothing.

Raditz's arm slowly lowered and the ball dissipated. Shaneil then smiled "So you remember me?"

Berdock nodded "Your face and smell."

Shaneil was confused raising an eyebrow "Smell."

Raditz groaned "Scent, Berdock the word is scent."

Shaneil questioned "scent, like what a dog? What are you?"

Raditz "We are saiyans, we have an acute sense of smell."

Shaneil turned to Berdock with a happy tear streaming down her face, Berdock asked "Why you crying?"

Shaneil wiped the tear away "They are happy tears."

Berdock looked more confused "Happy tears?"

Shaneil then opened her arms slowly and asked "I would like a hug, do you mind if I hug you."

Berdock shrugged "Don't see why not." And opened his arms and walked forwards hugging her.

Kakarott seeing Shaneil hugging his son he smiled cockily "So you found him eventually Shaneil. What took you so long?"

Shaneil took her eyes off her son and stated with fire in her eyes "You took him from me, I missed four years of his life because of you."

Kakarott smirked "But now he is a powerful skilled fighter that can survive on his own like a true saiyan warrior. With you he would have been like these humans weak and defences less, just like you would be on the full moon. You should be thanking me because by taking him away I saved your life."

Shaneil "What does the full moon have to do with anything, and I would never thank you or forgive you for what you've done."

Kakarott turned to his son "Tell her about the Oozaru Berdock."

Shaneil "Oozaru, What?"

Berdock "As a saiyan I transform into a giant Monkey called an Oozaru on the full moon that multiplies my power tenfold. In that form I used to have no control, but thanks to my dad's teachings I have limited control, which is better than none. I can do about three movements before I have to wrestle back control of my mind from the primal mindless thoughts."

Kakarott turned To Berdock "In a month as you know, me and Raditz will be leaving to train on planets with heavier gravities, You can live with your mom, But remember keep up your training and try to fully gain control of the Oozaru. Practice mental strength everyday and Practice taking control every month. Leave home for a day if you think it's safer for your mother. For now let's finish the spar."

A Month Later he and Raditz Left the planet with a good bye party filled with pomp and ceremony thanks to the efforts of General Leon and his most trusted officers, Berdock was there to see him off and Shaneil was there for Berdock. Her face was still pale from the night before having witnessed the Oozaru transformation first hand despite Berdock's many protests.
