The following morning…
Musutafu City, Midoriya Apartment
Midoriya Izuku and his mother Inko were having breakfast while watching the morning news on their TV.
Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku.
Even though Izuku was born Quirkless, he manages to catch the attention of the legendary hero All Might due to his innate heroism and a strong sense of justice, and has since become his close pupil, as well as a student in Hero Course Class 1-A at U.A. High School. All Might passed on his transferable Quirk to Izuku, making him the ninth holder of the [One For All] Quirk.
Izuku is somewhat short for his age, his round face framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair which sticks up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same green color as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek, but despite these prominent traits, he's often described by others as being plain-looking.
Though he was initially very skinny, Izuku has gained toned muscles after his ten months of extensive training with All Might, and as time progresses, these are shown to become more developed and defined as he gradually grows stronger.
At U.A. High, he wears the standard male uniform: a light gray blazer with dark turquoise trimmings over a white dress shirt and dress pants, along with a red tie which he doesn't do up properly, leaving it much shorter than it should be. Instead of the plain brown shoes worn by the majority of the student body, he wears his signature pair of red high tops with white soles and black laces.
Quirk: [One For All]
Transferred to him from Toshinori Yagi(All Might's real name), Izuku's Quirk allows him to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing him to significantly enhance all of his physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, stamina, agility, and durability.
Inko Midoriya is Izuku Midoriya's mother and the wife of Hisashi Midoriya.
In her younger years, Inko was a slim woman and has since had shoulder-length green hair with a ponytail on the left and eyes of the same color. Over the years, she has gained weight and is showing signs of her more mature age. It is heavily implied this change in her appearance was the result of the guilt she felt towards Izuku's lack of a Quirk.
Inko is a kind woman who always tries to support her son. When her son was revealed to be Quirkless and seeing him heavily crying, she frantically apologized to him as if it was her own fault.
However, when Izuku gained a Quirk and was accepted into his dream school, Inko felt guilty for her previous beliefs of doubting his aspirations. To make it up to him, she handmade a hero suit that she saw him designing and apologized for ever letting him think that she didn't believe in his dreams.
She and her son share many personality traits, such as crying excessively to abnormal and comedic amounts when worried or happy, which leaves her severely dehydrated, and panics often when it comes to startling situations. She also faints often in those times of panic.

Inko's Quirk gives her the ability to pull small objects toward her body from afar.
{In other news, a vigilante seems to have emerged in the city of Musutafu.} The female newsreader announces as this seems to be enough to get Izuku's full attention on the television.
The boy stops eating as he listens carefully.
"Izuku?" His mon calls, but the boy was too focused now on the TV to listen to her calling him.
'A vigilante...' Izuku repeats the word.
He can't believe one of them has actually appeared on Musutafu, a city that is filled with several Pro Heroes and the place U.A. High School is located.
It has been a while since the greenette last heard of an acting vigilante since the Naruhata Vigilantes' trio that debuted on the ward of Naruhata a few years ago.
The Naruhata Vigilantes refers to the ragtag trio of vigilantes formed by The Crawler, Pop Step, and Knuckleduster.
While now training at U.A. High's Hero Course Class 1-A to become a Pro Hero and also being mentored by All Might at the same time, Izuku's opinion in regards to dealing with vigilantes has now been on the fence...
Sure, his homeroom teacher Aizawa told his class how important it is to capture these types of people since the illegal use of Quirks to commit acts of vigilantism is a serious offense.
But what if they were just like him? A person that just wishes to help others? Should vigilantes really be arrested in this case then?
If he hadn't met All Might and earned [One For All] or if he failed U.A.'s Hero Course's Entrance Exam…
Should Izuku have given up his dream of becoming a hero?
Or should he have resorted to vigilantism next? Even if he was Quirkless?
But before he can keep pondering more about this, the newsreader resumes talking about the new vigilante in town.
{The mysterious vigilante rescued several civilians trapped inside of a burning building and defeated the arsonist villain behind the incident.}
Footage of Kamen Rider Dark Drive rescuing people from the building in flames and defeating the person behind the fire is shown in sequence.
The first thing that catches Izuku's attention is the tire stuck around the black vigilante's torso. What is its purpose?
But he soon can't help but become intrigued once he saw the dark figure's skills. He apparently has some ice Quirk to extinguish the flames, also being very strong and fast.
But the young greenette soon becomes confused when Dark Drive summons the Blade Gunner from out of nowhere and uses it for a brief moment.
Wait, how is this possible? Does the vigilante also possess some sort of pocket dimension Quirk?
Izuku next sees the vigilante knock out the arsonist villain with his finisher, being still confused and unable to make out the black Rider's special ability.
And now that he thought about it, Dark Drive's Support Items are also something very unique. Who could have made the weapons he uses?
"Izuku..." Inko tries calling her son again, only to be ignored once more by him.
{The vigilante has identified himself as Kamen Rider. Nothing else is known about this person's real identity.}
'Kamen Rider...' Izuku repeats the name.
It actually has a nice ring to it...
The vigilante seems to be a good person despite his rather intimidating black appearence.
{However, when two Pro Heroes finally arrived on the scene and revealed the man to be a vigilante, the black Kamen Rider resisted and confronted them. The mysterious vigilante easily defeated and restrained Pro Heroes Backdraft and Snatch. Furthermore, it has also been revealed that the Kamen Rider knocked out Pro Hero Vlad King at Musutafu's Public Park the previous day.}
Wait, what?
The newsreader speaks as footage of Dark Drive facing the said two Pro Heroes and easily defeating them is shown next.
"...!" Izuku became speechless as he saw how Dark Drive easily handled the pair of Pro Heroes without any major issues.
But what struck him odd was how the black Kamen Rider changes from his sky blue Road Winter Shift Tire, stuck across his torso, for the yellow Next Shift Tire.
And he did that by using one of those minicars that attacked Snatch and Backdraft?
But how!?
And then, there was that Black Mercedes car with blue lining across it, the NEXTridoron. Not only the car can surprisingly drive on its own, but it also quite literally produced the Shift Tires that the Kamen Rider uses around his torso.
How does any of that make sense!?
What exactly is the vigilante's Quirk?
Has he also talked about the strange gun modeled after a red car door? How can that weapon fire ice that is powerful enough to freeze and restrain Snatch and Backdraft?
And what about-!?
"Izuku! You are doing it again!" Inko calls out as Izuku snaps out of his inner thoughts.
"Sorry, Kaa-san." The young man apologizes, feeling a bit embarrassed as he scratches the back of his head sheepishly.
Right...
One peculiar thing about Izuku is how he externalizes his observations through endless mumbling, a habit that annoys or creeps out his peers. He often writes down his observations in a variety of notebooks he titles as Hero Analysis for the Future, checking on them regularly during school activities or at night.
"You stopped eating when the news started, Izuku. If you don't finish your breakfast soon, you will end being late for your class." The older Midoriya points out as her son now resumes eating his food.
"Oh, right!" Izuku agrees as he focuses back on his food.
What he didn't know was that there were other parties also intrigued with the rising of the black Kamen Rider that suddenly showed up at Musutafu city...
Meanwhile…
U.A. High School - Within a Conference Room
Before the classes started…
Following the League of Villains' assault on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, the teachers of U.A. gathered in the Conference Room to discuss various topics about the incident, including upgrading the school security system, and observations about the two villains who managed to escape.
Two teachers, Eraser Head and Vlad King, were absent as they were recovering from their recent injuries.
"First Thirteen and Aizawa get injured during the U.S.J. Incident. And then, during the following day, we have Kan and the three others with him also getting badly hurt during another incident. The media now has been quite talkative about how heroes are getting 'easily' defeated as of lately." Nezu, the principal of U.A. High comments.
Pro Hero
Nezu is the principal of U.A. High School. He is an extremely rare case of an animal who manifested a Quirk.
He is a stout man who appears to be a possible combination of several different animals, including a dog, a mouse, and a bear, which would make him a chimera. He has the head of a mouse with circular black eyes, a large scar over the right one, relatively rectangular-shaped ears with pale pink insides slanting outwards from the top of his head, and an elongated muzzle with a small round nose. His fur is white and has large, dog-like paws with pink pads and a thin tail like that of a cat.
Nezu sports a white dress shirt, a dark red tie around his neck, a black double-breasted waistcoat and matching dress pants. He wears orange lace-up sneakers with incredibly thick soles which seem to be quite large on him.
Enhanced Senses: As an animal, (be it a dog, mouse, or bear) Nezu has above average senses of hearing and smell.
Quirk: [High Spec]
Nezu's Quirk grants him a high level of intelligence that surpasses that of humans. Nezu's Quirk enables him to live freely like a normal person, despite being an animal.
Pro Hero
Erasure Hero: Eraser Head
Real name: Aizawa Shota
He is the homeroom teacher of U.A. High School's Class 1-A.
Aizawa is a slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and often half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance, often having a fatigued appearance. His facial hair remains unkempt, and his eyes almost always looked tired and flat.
The teacher sports a ragged black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He hides a pair of bright yellow goggles underneath his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle.
After being heavily injured by Nomu during the U.S.J. Incident, Shota's entire face and both of his arms were completely covered in bandages. Once these bandages were removed, Shota reveals a deep scar underneath his right eye.
Eyedrops: Shota carries a small green case of eye drops with him. He uses them to treat the dry eye caused by keeping his eyes open too long.
Capturing Weapon: Eraser Head's weapon of choice is a cloth made from steel wire alloy woven with carbon nanofibers. It is used to capture and restrain people as he uses his Quirk on them.
Eraser Goggles: Eraser Head can be recognized by the gold goggles he wears around his neck, hidden by his scarf. He only puts them on in a fight because they complement Shota's Quirk. The goggles hide his line of sight, preventing enemies from effectively determining whose Quirk has been erased.
Knife: Eraser Head has a large knife. It's useful to cut off his Capturing Weapon should it become stuck to something. He can also use it in combat.
Quirk: [Erasure]
Shota's Quirk gives him the ability to nullify another person's Quirk by looking at the user. The effects of this Quirk can still last even if Shota's line of vision is out of range.
After sustaining grievous injuries at the U.S.J., he can't use his Quirk for as long as he used to and must now rest longer between erasures.
While powerful, this ability has many drawbacks:
1- Erasure deactivates if Shota blinks.
2- His Quirk gives Shota a bad dry eye, forcing him to blink more often when he uses the power continuously.
3- Most Mutant-class Quirks are immune to Erasure.
4- Erasure makes Shota's hair stand on end while it is active, allowing his enemies to see when his Quirk is active or not.
5- This Quirk has no offensive potential.
Pro Hero
Space Hero: Thirteen
She is a Pro Hero who specializes in search and rescue, and a faculty member of U.A. High School.
Very little of Thirteen's physical appearance is known. Her face is revealed to be young, having short, lightly colored hair, as well as some lighter bangs on the top, simulating a spiral. Her irises have rings around them, resembling the first concepts given to depict black holes.
Her hero costume consists of a white spacesuit design using what appears to be a puffy jacket instead of an actual suit, a black helmet with white eyes, and a pair of yellow boots. It is possible to assume that Thirteen is thin, given the quite small legs showing between the costume's pants and shoes, but this is unconfirmed.
Quirk: [Black Hole]
Thirteen's Quirk allows her to replicate a black hole suction effect from her fingertips. The suction is very powerful and not even light can escape it. Anything sucked into the black hole will be disintegrated into dust.
The other present members frowned at that.
"Do you think those events are connected, principal?" Pro Hero Midnight, aka Kayama Nemuri, asks the principal of U.A. High.

R-Rated Hero: Midnight
Real name: Kayama Nemuri
She is also a faculty member at U.A. High School, who teaches Modern Hero Art History.
Nemuri is a tall, curvaceous woman with sky blue eyes, which tilted downwards in the center; framed by a set of rather long eyelashes. She has abundant spiky dark purple hair which was made up of layers of varying lengths, the longest ones reaching down below her waist. Her chin-length bangs is split into three sections; two swept to the sides and one over her face, going diagonally down to the left between her eyes. She also has a small beauty mark below her left eye, as well as red-painted nails.
Her hero costume is very similar to one of a traditional dominatrix. She wears a breastless, black leather leotard—similar in style to a corset—over a thin, skin-tight white bodysuit, which accentuated her voluptuous figure. The center strip of her leotard was embellished with red gemstone-like accessories in a vertical pattern, extending from her collar to her midriff. She also wears translucent, black, thigh-high garter stockings, which were attached to a burgundy utility belt decorated with gold studs around her hips, a matching pentagonal buckle in its center, and black knee-boots.
She has a small red mask outlining her eyes, and a handcuff on each wrist. She is often seen carrying a flogger-style whip. The white bodysuit is made of thin material that is easily rippable so she could more easily use her Quirk. Nemuri had stated in an interview that she was trying different materials to find out what works while adhering to costume regulations.
Whips of Love: Fitting her dominatrix theme, Midnight wielded a flogger-style whip in combat and she was skilled in wielding it. She also used a bullwhip-style whip during the First Term Final Exam.
Feather Fan: Midnight used a pair of hand fans in combat to better spread her sleep-inducing fragrance.
Ultra-Thin Fabric Suit: Nemuri could only spread her sleep-inducing aroma from exposed skin. The law states that a hero costume can't expose too much skin, so to make up for this hindrance, she wore a suit made of a material that she could easily rip through.
Quirk: [Somnambulist]
Nemuri's Quirk allows her to put nearby people to sleep by exuding a sleep-inducing aroma from her body. Her Quirk works better on males than females.
"Perhaps. Perhaps not, Kayama." Nezu replies to Midnight. "We have data of what happened last night, but I'm now more intrigued about what exactly happened back at Musutafu's Public Park."
"By the way, any luck recovering footage from there?" Ectoplasm asks the others, but they only shook their heads in response.
"We have nothing. Someone made sure to delete all footage of the park that day." Snipe tells his colleague.

Ectoplasm
A member of the U.A. High School faculty who teaches mathematics.
Ectoplasm is a tall, slender man with short hair and completely blank eyes tilted inwards. Due to losing his legs in the line of duty, he uses replacement prosthetics, and when in anything but his hero attire, he wears a pair of large glasses.
In his hero costume, he wears a tan cloak that covers most of his body, the area over his torso, and the high collar resembling that of a double-breasted trench coat. Underneath this, he wears a skin-tight black bodysuit with a golden striped neck area and a matching black helmet that covers his entire head, a jaw-guard attached over his nose and around his jaw, and circular mufflers. He also wears baggy dark gray pants and a pair of thin, lightweight prosthetic legs.
Quirk: [Clones]
Ectoplasm's Quirk gives him the ability to produce streams of ectoplasm from his mouth and transform it into clones of himself. All clones act as extensions of Ectoplasm's real body, similar to a hive mind. He can create as many as thirty clones at once, though, it is possible for him to push his limit to thirty-six on a good day. His clones can be defeated with a strong blow, but otherwise, only Ectoplasm can dispel them.
The clones can also emit ectoplasm to create more clones. However, they are still bound by the original Ectoplasm's clone limit. For example, if there are 10 clones, then each one would only be able to make three more at most.
He can also produce a single giant clone of himself powerful enough to easily destroy structures, although this sacrifices his ability to produce normal-sized ones for the time being.
Pro Hero
Snipe
A member of the teaching staff at U.A. High School. He is in charge of the third-year students.
Snipe has the appearance of a stereotypical western cowboy. His face is covered by an old-school tan gas mask, shaped a little like a horse's muzzle, with triangular holes for his eyes and silver ear-defenders wired to the sides of the mask, but his dark, blueish shoulder-length dreadlocks are always visible from the back and sides. On his head, he wears a brown cowboy hat with a thick metallic plate at the front, a large "S" (standing for "Snipe") stamped in the center, and his footwear is gray boots with knee-high shafts and vamps with silver trims that dip a little at the front, a heel-band with a spur at the end attached to the back of each boot.
He wears a large red cloak, buttoned up at the top, with frayed ends, under which he wears a plain black tank top with white armor strapped over the right side of his torso, and a brown belt with a gun holster attached at his hip. He has baggy black or dark brown pants with light brown or yellow chaps over them in stereotypical cowboy fashion. On his arms, he wears black skin-tight arm-guards going up to his biceps and on his hands and tan gloves.
Snipe possesses a pair of modified guns, which he is able to wield skillfully.
He also possesses smoke grenades for concealing his movements or flushing enemies out of an area. These are also the reason for the gas mask on his costume.
Quirk: [Homing]
Snipe's Quirk allows him to lock on to any target he can see within six hundred meters and make any projectile he releases chase after said target. He cannot choose what part of the target's body his projectile hits and his attacks do not carry much strength.
"Then we only have Kan and the other three heroes' words about what exactly happened there, but that doesn't do much to help either. They were unconscious during most of the fight and were also unable to properly see things due to the spider web that restrained them." Present Mic states grimly.
"Indeed. The black vigilante seems someone that will be troublesome, but the other problem lies in what exactly were those six monsters that he was facing, according to Vlad King and the others." Cementoss comments next.
Pro Hero
Voice Hero: Present Mic
Real name: Yamada Hizashi
A Pro Hero who's an English teacher at U.A. High School.
Hizashi is a tall, slim man with long blond hair, which he wears spiked upwards in a large tuft behind his head, and a small brown mustache. He has rectangular eyes with concentric greenish-yellow pupils (red in the manga), and he is almost always seen with a large smile on his face and has never been seen drawn with nostrils.
His hero costume consists of a black jacket with a very tall collar, upturned and complete with studs, and matching black pants and knee-high boots. He sports tan shoulder pads and a red belt and elbow pads, all studded, and black fingerless gloves. His neck is always obscured by a directional speaker which he uses with his Quirk. He always wears a pair of headphones with the word "HAGE" written on the headband and a pair of orange-tinted shades.
Quirk: [Voice]
Hizashi's Quirk allows him to increase the volume of his voice, giving him an ability that is similar to a sonic scream. The sound from Hizashi's Quirk is strong enough to cause people's ears to bleed from far away.
The only known weakness of this Quirk is that the loud sounds do not travel well underground, making this Quirk ineffective against anything that is underground or separated from him by layers of earth.

Cementoss
Real name: Ishiyama Ken
A member of the U.A. High School faculty, where he teaches Modern Literature.
Cementoss appears to be a humanoid block of cement with black, seemingly shut eyes and gray hair tied into a short ponytail. His body shape is evenly blocky all around his body. His eyes are generally closed (but tiny when opened) and his lips are pulled upwards. His hero costume consists of a sleeveless brown suit that includes yellow stripes, shorts, and an elongated collar. He also sports gray shoes with yellow soles.
Quirk: [Cement]
Ken's Quirk allows him to manipulate any cement-based material that he touches, allowing him to deform the object into various shapes and sizes, changing its appearance. His Quirk doesn't appear to have a time limit.
Ken is shown to have a superior handle over his Quirk, what with him being a Pro Hero and U.A. teacher. He continuously is seen creating multiple, towering vertical slabs by touching the concrete ground with his hands. The slabs are seen to be able to withstand a considerable amount of damage.
"The mysterious monsters apparently had more than one Quirk." Power Loader states worriedly, a feeling shared by the others.
"[Super strength], [Fire energy bullets from the fingers], [Shapeshifting] and one of the monsters that looks like a spider has [Webbing], being able to produce web strong enough from his mouth to restrain Vlad King and the others. But their most dangerous ability is apparently the one we decided to call as [Slowdown]." Hound Dog lists the abilities that each of the Roidmudes back at the park semmed to possess.

Hunting Dog Hero: Hound Dog
Real name: Inui Ryō
He is the lifestyle guidance counselor at U.A. High School.
Ryo has the appearance of a dog due to his Quirk. He has a scruffy mane of blond hair sticking straight out behind his head. He also wears a muzzle over his slightly pointed snout in his hero costume.
Quirk: [Dog]
Ryo's Quirk gives him the attributes and abilities of a dog, such as a heightened sense of smell.
Pro Hero
Excavation Hero: Power Loader
Real name: Maijima Higari
He is the teacher responsible for U.A.'s Costume Development Studio. He is a licensed developer and thus has knowledge about creating, upgrading, and maintaining hero costumes.
Power Loader is a short, skinny man with a very youthful appearance for his advanced age. He has spiky ginger hair, reaching just past his shoulders, and dull blue eyes, as well as a notably large mouth. His hands appear to be the largest part of his body, disproportional to his rather small frame, and, due to his Quirk, he has an orange L-shaped piece at the end of each finger.
His hero costume consists of a large yellow helmet in the shape of a rectangular excavator claw, the top piece of which protruding outwards to cover his head and most of his face, and the bottom piece left to act as something of a long jaw-guard. He leaves himself shirtless and also wears a pair of large, fingerless gray gloves with metal guards that extend down his arms, as well as a pair of plain cyan pants. When in battle, his helmet is hooked up to a large steel appliance that he sits on and can use for combat as it includes a pair of sizeable metal arms.
Quirk: [Iron Claws]
Higari's Quirk is that his fingers are tipped with metallic claws that are good for digging/mining through the ground.
"[Slowdown]: A rather dangerous Quirk indeed that seems to distort the time around a specific area, only allowing the monsters to freely move during its effect. Probably due to them being the ones to cast this ability." Nezu deduces, frowning.
Just what exactly are they dealing with here?
"A very dangerous Quirk indeed. To think this is how the monsters were able to easily defeat four Pro Heroes without breaking a sweat." Ectoplasm comments.
"But I can't understand one thing yet: How was the black vigilante, the Kamen Rider, also able to freely move during the [Slowdown] as well? Could it be his Quirk? Is that how he was able to fight them?" Midnight suggests.
So many questions…
Yet none of them had the answers they were looking for…
"These monsters sound like the Nomu being I defeated back at the U.S.J., but also different from it." A voice speaks as everybody turns to the last figure present in the conference room with the rest of them.
It was All Might - Yagi Toshinori.
But his form was different from his 'usual' muscular appearance.
In his "true form," after sustaining permanent damage from a 'certain villain', Toshinori's declining health reduced him to a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and his eyebrows absent.
He possesses a large scar that covers most of the left side of his chest, and it is not uncommon for him to spout blood from his mouth when excited or surprised. He typically wears baggy clothing to accommodate the change in body mass between forms.
"I don't think the monsters that attacked the park are associated with the League of Villains. According to what I heard from Tsukauchi, the police detectives that saw the monsters said that they don't look anything at all like the Nomu I defeated, who also apparently possessed multiple Quirks as well. We are perhaps indeed dealing with a new group of villains." Yagi says gravely, his voice heavy as he brings up a photo of the one known as Nomu.
Nomu is a large, black humanoid monster with a very muscular body that has many scars on it. His brain is exposed on the top of his head, while his large eyes are around it. He has a beak-like mouth with an array of sharp teeth.
He only wears a pair of beige pants and metal knee-pads designed to emulate skulls. His feet and torso are left bare.
Nomu is not able to speak nor can he seem to think for himself. To compensate for this, he is only capable of following orders and will do so without question, as shown when he follows Tomura Shigaraki's orders. He is very brutal with his enemies and will not show any mercy.
Quirks: [Shock Absorption]
Nomu's first Quirk grants him the ability to absorb the shock of any attack, but he has a limit to how much he can absorb.
[Super Regeneration]
Nomu's second Quirk grants him the ability to regenerate from severe injuries in seconds. He can even regenerate whole limbs.
"..." Toshinori thinks about how he was able to able some intel thanks to his friendship with Naomasa.
The ravenette is one of the few people that know about his condition; All Might thinks he is the best cop there is.
Tsukauchi and All Might met while the latter (in base form) was posing as All Might's contact, in a recommendation of Naomasa's partner Tanuma.
While they were having a conversation in a café, Toshinori constantly made excuses and run to perform quick deeds as All Might. When he accidentally returns with the uniform still visible (revealing his dual identity as All Might), Naomasa calls him out on not filing reports on all of his heroic activities (as customary of a Pro Hero). Taking pity on the number 1 Hero, the police detective offered to file the reports himself, letting All Might act without any worries apart from telling Naomasa what he was doing.
They have since remained good friends, with Naomasa being one of the few individuals that All Might fully trust and can confide with. Professionally, the two also have a special relationship, with Naomasa revealing information directly to All Might on matters such as the League of Villains.
As he thinks about the latest piece of information that the U.A. staff acquired, All Might can't help but wonder that a certain person, the one responsible for causing his injuries, is somehow connected to one of these recent events.
Nobody else other than him could be involved in something related to individuals having more than one Quirk.
"The question now is… What shall we do now?" He asks his fellow colleagues.
"There isn't much else we can talk about the League of Villains, nor the monsters that appeared on Musutafu's Public Park." Nezu says.
"Which now leave us to talk about the black vigilante himself again." Midnight adds.
She had past experience with vigilantes back at Naruhata. With one of the members of the Naruhata Vigilantes specifically, Pop Step aka Haneyama Kazuho.
This resulted in Nemuri not having an entirely negative view of them, allowing vigilantes to operate so long as they did not abuse their Quirk usages and acted as heroes that genuinely wished to help and protect people…
But upon witnessing what Kamen Rider Dark Drive was capable of on the news...
"He might be dangerous, but I think he was also holding back against both Snatch and Backdraft. The Kamen Rider could have probably done so much worse if he wanted. After all, we saw how he defeated the arsonist." She tells the others.
Some agreed with her while the others still semmed unsure.
"Still, not only he commits acts of vigilantism but also resists attempts of his arrest. Those offenses are both serious enough to make this black Rider a threat, considering all the abilities he displayed. And let's not start with whatever it is that guy's Support Gears." Snipe says next.
"Yes, but he was the one to act where nobody else couldn't at the time. Who knows what could have happened with Kan and the others at the park if the Kamen Rider was absent. And a lot of people could have died at the hands of the arsonist criminal as well before Snatch and Backdraft arrived last night if he didn't have intervened." Cementoss concedes, albeit reluctantly.
"So there is the possibility that our vigilante won't attack us back so long as we don't try to arrest him? Only then he will resort to 'self-defense', huh? And as Kayama said, the black Kamen Rider could have killed the heroes on all these occasions, but he chose not to. He either doesn't see us as enemies..." Nezu suggests.
"Or as a serious threat." Ectoplasm finishes.
"So only someone like All Might to handle him?" Power Loader suggests.
The U.A. staff would keep pondering about this for a few longer before classes for the day started.
They decided to watch footage from the moment Dark Drive faces the arsonist villain to find out more about the vigilante's skills.
"Pause the footage. Zoom in on the weapon." Nezu told Yagi, who was the one typing on the computer's keyboard, as he hit the pause button.
The camera focused closer onto the Blade Gunner weapon and Hound Dog leaned in.
"A Sword… and a brass knuckle?" He tried to make of the weapon in the Rider's possession.
Snipe rubbed his chin in curiosity as he looked at the weapon. He was able to accurately identify any weapon on the spot due to being on the hero career for several years but it was the strangest weapon he had ever seen.
"Hold on, where did he pull that out from? I don't see any pockets on him." Cementoss squinted at the screen.
Yagi replayed the footage of Dark Drive drawing out his weapon and was mildly surprised to watch him pull it straight out of thin air.
"At least this confirms he has a Quirk…" The skinny man surmised.
He hit a key to resume the footage and everyone nearly jumped in surprised to see it cut the arsonist's flames as if it was paper.
They then come to see the part when Dark Drive confronts both Snatch and Backdraft, with the NEXTridoron supporting its user.
They all became shocked when they saw the black Mercedes car start to fire lasers on its own at the heroes in order to keep them away from the Kamen Rider.
"Pardon my French, but is that a fucking laser gun?!" Nemuri jabbed a finger at the screen.
"W-we can't be sure if it's really a-" Ectoplasm tried to reason before he was cut off by Power Loader.
"It's a real laser gun, no way! It's not special effects, it's real!" Maijima waved his arms around frantically.
Yagi and Nezu were just as shocked as the others.
Even though they all lived in a world where superheroes were a real-life occurrence, and in the year 2148 no less, humanity was unable to create laser-based weaponry.
Granted, there were Quirk users out there that had energy-based abilities and despite numerous technological advances from I-Island in recent years, the top scientists and defense contractors of the world were incapable of creating weapons that should only exist in science fiction.
But then this man came along, wielding what could very well be the first fully-functioning energy weapon in the world. And the said weapon was also a futuristic Mercedes' car!?
But did he create it himself or did the vigilante steal it from a classified research facility?
"We can discuss the weapon another time. Let's keep watching." Nezu said and Yagi hit the play button, with everybody soon seeing the rest of Dark Drive's arsenal and becoming dumbstruck.
Power Loader couldn't help but be even more fascinated with all the technology that the vigilante had in his possession, even if the teacher was briefly confused about why the Kamen Rider's equipment mostly has a motif related to cars. Maybe because it's something related to his Quirk?
All the while, the U.A. High staff all had the feeling that they would be hearing more about the black vigilante Kamen Rider very soon...
'I just hope nothing serious happens during the next few days as we still have to prepare to hold the Sports Festival very soon...' The principal of U.A. hopes.

{Who is this Kamen Rider!?}
This sudden announcement made a man turn his attention to the TV.
Three reporters, two men and one woman were sitting at a table with the headline above them.
Within a dark room, a male lone figure now watched the news on the screen of his television, which was still talking about Kamen Rider Dark Drive and his latest actions.
{What was first thought of as a new hero but was actually a vigilante burst on the scene last night and got himself involved in an incident last night.}
One of the men said.
The woman spoke next:
{That's right, a villain with a fire Quirk set an apartment complex on fire, some were able to make it out but many were trapped with no way out. The fire department arrived minutes after the emergency call but with the villain nearby they couldn't get in and save anyone. That was until this vigilante clad in black showed up, what he did and how efficiently he did it was incredible, we have the footage, enjoy.}
The events of last night are shown through the footage.
{Impressive, this was done all within the span of ten minutes and it was over before any pros arrived. What are our thoughts on this?}
The woman asked her colleagues.
{While it was good that no one was killed in this situation, I can in no way condone his actions. He may have had the best of intentions but we can't condone vigilantism.}
One of the male reporters said.
{This just looks to me like an All Might wannabe playing hero. He got lucky but this could have gone so wrong, the Pros would have been just fine without his intervention.}
The other male reporter said.
{Well I can't say that I support his actions but I am glad that no one died. And that wasn't the only incident he was involved in. Apparently, there was a group of six people with Mutant Quirks causing chaos at the city's Public Park the day before to pick a fight with some heroes.
Air Jet, Mr. Brave, Fourth Kind and Vlad King were all involved and while the details were not fully disclosed, they all needed medical attention. And, in a statement from the police, this same vigilante in black interfered and defeated the six individuals. Vlad King attempted to question him but the Kamen Rider left before he could. Thoughts?}
{As I said before, he's just an All Might wannabe playing hero, if he's watching this, I have a suggestion. Your actions, while brave, are more reckless than heroic, I suggest you stop this little game before someone gets hurt.}
The second man said, facing the camera.
The TV then turns off.
"Very soon you will no longer be the only Kamen Rider in town here." The figure speaks aloud, releasing an amused chuckle as he held a weapon in his hand similar to a golden version of the Blade Gunner, but without its long blade.
It looked like a mixture of brass-knuckle and a gun, with a black grip and golden details around it. The device also had a slot in which Shift Cars could be inserted, with silver details resembling film layers around this 'Shift Landing Panel'.
This is the Lupin Gunner.
The Phantom Thief Dagger Lupin Gunner is the pistol-like transformation device of Kamen Rider Lupin, created by stolen data from Mashin Chaser's Break Gunner. Unlike the Break Gunner, the Lupin Gunner has more strange abilities than the original version, and the announcement is very suave.
It has an additional Blade Mode that is accessed via the Lupin Blade Viral Core. In this mode, by pressing and releasing the Destruction Muzzle, Lupin can launch a colorful energy beam to slash his enemy.
"Now then… I guess I should prepare myself. It's about time I send my Calling Card to them." The mysterious figure speaks, smiling.

Drive 03: Surprise Drive
At the Drive Pit…
Yuuki, Krim and Yuriko were currently in the middle of a training session, with the latter having started her training in order to try becoming a Kamen Rider to fight alongside her new partner as well.
But first things first…
Yuriko was currently testing some equipment that Krim prepared for her in order to face some of the Plain Roidmudes while she is still serving her role as a 'support' for Kamen Rider Dark Drive.
"Try the bullets first." Krim tells the woman.
"..." Yuriko pulls out her police revolver and aims it at a test dummy made with the same materials as the Roidmudes.
She then takes aim and opens fire!
*Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*
The bullets were powerful enough to pierce the test dummy and leave some holes in it.
"Good, I can see that you will have no problem using the Anti-Roidmude bullets. They are still very effective from what I can see." Krim says pleased from his spot, satisfied to see how Yuriko got quickly used to them.
He also noted how she had a good aim, her precision and accuracy were just like Yuuki's.
The Anti-Roidmude Bullets are a type of bullet created by Krim's friend Sawagami Rinna, specialized to penetrate through a Roidmude's skin. Loaded into Shijima Yuriko's pistol, she is able to effectively hold off Roidmudes with these bullets.
These bullets are later advanced to the point where, with enough firepower, they can destroy a Plain Roidmude, both body and Core.
"Try the boots next, Yuriko." The bespectacled scientist suggests to the female police detective.
Yuriko was now wearing a special pair of Rear Cowl Boots.
The Rear Cowl Boots, alternatively Kiriko Personal Usage Boots, are a replica of Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed's boots, developed by Sawagami Rinna for Shijima Kiriko's use to defend herself against the Roidmudes.
They had been now renamed to Yuriko Personal Usage Boots, whose shoe size seemed to be similar to Kiriko's.
Made in the shape of Yuriko/Kiriko's own boots with Drive's logo on the sole, the boots contain a heavy pressure generator that maximizes Yuriko's kicking power to match that of the Rider.
Yuriko takes a pre-kick posture, her right foot behind her left one. The boots accumulate power as she delivers a dive kick into the training dummy.
*Blam!*
"..." Even Yuuki stares with wide eyes as the trio can see a dent on the dummy from the kick his kouhai delivered into it.
"Hyaaa!"
*Crash!*
Yuriko next performs a roundhouse kick as the dummy explodes upon contact into several pieces, being reduced into nothing.
"Whoa..." This is the only thing Yuuki is able to comment upon witnessing this feat.
Her kick would make people doubt that she is actually Quirkless.
"Rider... Kick!" Yuriko says dramatically as she lands, flicking her wrist and adopting a pose similar to Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed.
One could almost hear the Drive Driver announcing [Start your engine!]...
"No, no. Wait. Just hold on a sec. You're not a Kamen Rider." Yuuki approaches his partner and tells her with a playful look.
"Yet." She tells back to him.
"That was just a 'Yuriko Kick'." He reminds with a blank look.
Yuriko only huffed in annoyance at this.
"And what's the matter? It's the feelings that count."
Krim looked amused at the pair of ravenettes as they soon seemed to bicker teasingly. It was a good sign that they were starting to open to each other and getting along.
Yeah, teamwork would be essential for their team.
"There's something that has been bothering me about what happened last night, Tomari-san. Krim." Yuriko suddenly calls out the two of them with a puzzled expression. "Given how the Drive System also uses the Core Driviar technology, wouldn't it have been easier for you two to try having caused a Slowdown during the fire incident?"
What she asked did make sense since it would've really made things easier for Dark Drive to not only rescue the people inside the trapped building but also allow him to quickly defeat the arsonist villain, who would be unable to properly fight back agaisnt the vigilante.
Plus, he could've even escaped from the Pro Heroes without getting into a small fight agaisnt two of them.
"..." Krim adopts a neutral expression, being aware of what Yuriko was suggesting to them.
As for Yuuki, on the other hand…
"You're right, Yuriko. Belt-san told me earlier about how the Drive System can also cause Heavy Acceleration." He tells his partner. "And that is why I don't want to make deliberate use of such power."
"Huh? What do you mean, Tomari-san?" She asks him back, still confused.
Even more now with his answer…
"You have experienced firsthand how terrifying Slowdown can be for anyone, haven't you? Yuriko, even if it's for a good cause, inflicting Heavy Acceleration on humans can make us as bad as the Roidmudes. There are lines we must never cross." Yuuki firmly tells his kouhai. "That's why you must never lower yourself to their level. Got it?"
'Lines we must never cross...' Yuriko repeats the words he told her in the back of her mind as she came to understand them.
"Alright, Tomari-san." She nods back to him as the veteran detective looks at her understanding in approval.
"But that said, Yuuki is also aware of the possibility of having to use the Slowdown at some point." Krim speaks, drawing the others' attention back on him. "But he just doesn't want to abuse it, which I quite understand as well. So it's best if we make use of this power as a last resort. A hidden trump prepared for certain emergencies."
Yuuki nods in agreement with his guardian's words.
"Such as?" Yuriko questions out of curiosity.
"Probably only in order to avoid facing someone like All Might." Krim explains, adjusting his glasses. "Of all the Pro Heroes and Villains we will likely come across at one point, he is one of the few people that we should avoid fighting at all costs."
This statement earns a look of shock from the rookie police detective.
"You mean that only a human with a Quirk as powerful as All Might's can defeat Dark Drive without using the Drive System?" Yuriko asks, wondering if that's the case. "And that is only when he is unaffected by the Heavy Acceleration and can move freely?"
"More or less. Considering that I fought a certain Roidmude in the past that could become as powerful as All Might in due time, I have developed a few ways to fight the man as a result. But I would rather not make use of such tactics since they could end even killing All Might in the worst case. All just in order to make sure he would not interfere with our operations." The bespectacled scientist tells Yuriko with a dark face.
The woman's eyes widen in realization as she gets the hidden meaning behind Krim's words.
"You mean..." She trails off.
"The Drive System is special equipment created to represent hope and aid humanity in its darkest times. But on the wrong occasion, it could end being perceived as a weapon of mass destruction, something I do not wish.
I think you noticed by watching Yuuki face the arsonist villain and the Pro Heroes that tried to arrest him that he was actually having to hold back, Yuriko.
If he used the full power of the Dark Drive suit, Yuuki could've easily killed the three of them without any major problems since they are still humans, who are still mainly weaker than Roidmudes, regardless if they have or not strength-based Quirks.
And imagine what would happen if we tried that with All Might and we succeeded? This can have negative consequences for society. If Japan's Symbol of Peace is defeated, things will soon become chaos here as order and stability will crumble and villains will become bolder to appear and do as they please.
The other Pro Heroes don't pose a necessarily major threat for us and that is why it's fine for us to face them if we have no other choice. There's still a large gap between them and All Might, which won't impact much society in case they are defeated."
As Krim finishes giving his explanation, Yuriko came to accept how some of the most brutal and effective tactics to defeat All Might could be easily carried on by Dark Drive.
Villains would definitely kill to have access to the Kamen Rider System as she is now grateful that is perhaps for the best that the public knows the least possible about the Core Driviar technology and everything else that originated from it.
And what would they do once they finish taking care of the Roidmude menace?
Oh well, a question for another time…
Deciding to change topics, Krim brings up something else and new that he prepared to show the pair of police detectives.
"By the way, Yuuki, I have created a New Shift Car that will help you during our future missions." The bespectacled gentleman told his ward as a yellow Shift Car themed after a generator truck approached the male ravenette, coming into his hand by forming mini tracks that it summoned through mid-air.
"A generator truck?" Yuuki inspects the said new Shift Car, turning it into its Lever Mode to reveal the symbol of a yellow thunderbolt imprinted in its Ability Crest.
Ability Crest: An icon located on the underside of the Shift Car's rear end(or front end on Shift cars like Mad Doctor), it displays a symbol that represents the abilities of the Shift Car. All Shift Cars whose Ability Crests hold the Drive logo are transformation Shift Cars. All other Shift Cars are for Tire Exchanges.
"This is Shift Volt Charger, a new Tire Exchange Shift Car based on a generator truck that allows you to manipulate and have power over [Electricity]." Krim explains.
Ever since he prepared to face the return of the Roidmudes in this new world, the scientist decided that he could create some new and certianly interesting Shift Cars to combat the Mechanical Life Forms' threat.
Hopefully, Volt Charger is just the first of many more that will come to be created.
Yuuki was humming in interest as he looked back at his guardian once he finished checking the new yellow minicar.
"Electricity, huh? Okay, Krim. Who knows, this Shift Car's power will maybe come to be handy perhaps when we least expect of it?" The male ravenette mused.
Yuriko also looked happy that her partner gained a new ally to face their enemies, but she soon wonders again about when it will be the same for her.
Could she really eventually complete her training to become a Kamen Rider like Tomari-san?
As if having an idea of what was passing through the woman's mind, Krim places a supportive hand on her shoulder as Yuriko turns to face him.
"Don't give up, okay? Your time will come as well so long as you don't give up. And I already have a Driver in mind for you to use, but not now." He tells her gently.
Yuriko only nods back to him with a determined look.
Yeah, it seems that they still have a long road ahead of them to journey through…
Later…
Musutafu Police Department
Within an office room, several police detectives were checking up files and documents or making reports related to past and current cases they were working with.
At one spot, Tsukauchi and Tanuma could be seen talking with Yuriko, with the former two standing near the rookie's detective's newly arranged detective desk.
"So you two are still investigating the case of the park?" Tanuma asks the female detective, looking intrigued.
"But what are you and Tomari looking into now, Shijima-kun?" Tsukauchi asks her next.
"Well, it's just a hunch. But we're currently trying to uncover the identity of the man that attacked Air Jet back at the Public Park the other day." Yuriko replies to them, showing a photo of 034's human face that she and Yuuki made earlier through a composite put together.
It is at this exact moment that Yuuki enters the office, approaching the trio.
"I found out more about our man in question." He tells Yuriko as the others also look briefly intrigued.
But then the silver-eyed ravenette adopts a grim expression.
"Tobe Takeru." Yuuki starts. "He has actually been dead for a few days."
This earns gaps from the other three.
Wait, what?
"What do you mean, Tomari?" Tsukauchi questions.
"I went to Tobe's place once I identified him." The Rider starts. "His house was eerily quiet and the door unlocked. And that's when I found his corpse there, in the middle of the living room with an expression of pure horror. The forensics team was called and his body was later sent to the morgue. We will soon get the results and discover the time and circumstances of death. But I can at least tell that the guy was already dead way before the park incident."
Yuuki tells somberly to his colleagues.
"Then the one you and the ojou-chan here saw the other day with Air Jet was an impostor?" Tanuma questions, looking between him and Yuriko.
"A shapeshifting Quirk?" Tsukauchi suggests.
"Probably." Yuriko affirms, being aware that Roidmude 034 is still alive somewhere and will return eventually.
"Speaking of it… Yuriko, there's another place we should investigate. C'mon."
"Hai, Tomari-san."
The Kamen Rider tells his partner as both black-haired detectives leave the office.
Being left behind, Tsukauchi spares a glance at Tanuma to see the older man smirking at the pair of cops that just left.
"What is it, Tanuma?" The younger officer asks his partner.
"Have you seen how those two changed, Tsukauchi? Tomari is now acting differently towards the rookie. He is actually treating her as a partner and not as an eyesore. Something tells me that those two might end accomplishing a lot together."
Tsukauchi is briefly taken by the statement before he smiles as well.
"Is that so? Who knows? Perhaps they will."
Meanwhile...
Somewhere else at Musutafu
Within a local Café…
A tall, well-built man with snow-white hair and dark blue eyes sat in his seat, calmly drinking his tea. His skin was pale as he wore a pair of thin-framed glasses and held a calm apathetic expression. His age semmed to be of someone in his twenties.
He was dressed in a professional dark blue suit and tie with a white shirt underneath.
"What is it, Terminus?" He asked, gesturing to the man in front of him.
Said man was the same one who was shown previously offering a new Cobra Viral Core to the defeated Roidmude 034.
Terminus merely smiled at his comrade and sat in the other chair across from him.
"Ah come on, Malware. Loosen up and put a smile on that face, will ya? It'll make you more likable than you already are." Terminus replies with a teasing smirk.
Those men were actually Roimdude Executives in human disguise: Terminus and Malware.
"Rubbish." Malware snorted and sighed before looking at Terminus. "Just tell me what you came here for."
"I gave number 034 a new body. And once I did, his Core just suddenly disappeared from my grasp. Mind looking for him, please?" The tanned man asks, causing the bespectacled one to look at him with a blank look before tapping his glasses.
Once he did that, someone behind Malware, carrying a tablet, said that his device went haywire as a map of the city came up.
"There he is. And it seems as though he'll be reviving soon enough." Malware said, making Terminus smile. "What caused 034 to be destroyed? One of those Pro Heroes?"
"*Snort!* As if! Not even All Might can move well during Heavy Acceleration." The tanned man replies with a snort. "For all this society boasts about their so-called Heroes and Quirks, they are all still pathetic before us."
"Of course, that is our goal: To rid society of heroes and stand on top of humanity. After all, what kind of world would this be if there weren't any humans around to enslave and make them do all our bidding? Have you also heard about this 'League of Villains'?"
"Oh…?" Terminus cooed in interest. "Do you perhaps think we should pay them a visit?"
"No… For now, let's concentrate on focusing on Number 034. When he evolves, then we'll see what are our plans are afterward." The white-haired man suggested.
"Ah, well. Since I'm here might as do this place well and order something." Terminus grabbed the menu and looked through it.
Malware merely sighed as he continued to drink his tea.
Office Room
A Cobra Viral Core was rolling along on a desk and spotted a computer in front of it. It went over to the keyboards and made its way up to the screen. Once it did, the evil minicar sent an electric pulse to the machine, turning it on.
As the computer turned on, it was searching through various files of people that it seemed interested in. And then a little blue ball of light appeared from the computer and soon it became the Plain Cobra-Type Roidmude Number 034, now fully revived.
The Cobra-Type let out a breath as he reverted back into his human form of Tobe Takeru.
He briefly looked down at his hands and arms just to get a feel for his body again to see if there were any problems.
Luckily, there wasn't.
So with that done, he put on his hood and left the room to continue where he left off before that Kamen Rider did away with him and his comrades...
But before 034 could begin to plot his revenge, he is greeted by five more Plain Roidmudes, who seemed to have been waiting for his return.
Two were Spider Types, Numbers 042 and 093.
042 has a silver collar around his neck. And 093's neck collar was green-colored.
The next pair are a duo of Bat Types, Numbers 071 and 088.
071 has a yellow collar around his neck. And 088's neck collar is pink-colored.
And finally, another Cobra Type Roidmude, Number 029. This one's neck collar is red-colored.
"We have received orders from the Executives to help you destroy the Kamen Rider, 034." 029 tells 034.
At this, the revived Roidmude couldn't help but smile darkly.
"I see."
Inside the NEXTridoron
Yuuki was still driving around trying to find any signs of the 034 Cobra-Type Roidmude while Yuriko kept in contact with everyone else as they were also trying to find him.
"Okay, thank you." Kiriko said hanging up the phone. "Tomari-san, someone with Tobe's description was seen at the amusement park right over here."
She pointed at the screen of the map.
"An amusement park, huh? Funny, I would have thought a supposed flashy guy like him, or someone who's trying to be all flashy would have picked a better location to get his ass kicked." Yuuki smirked before driving them over to where their enemy is at.
Amusement Park
Once they got to the amusement park, Yuuki and Yuriko noticed a sign saying that they were going to be closed for a couple of days due to some repairs and technical difficulties that need to be taken care of.
It was perfect in their favor because there won't be any witnesses to see the Kamen Rider transform and fight the Cobra-Type Roidmude.
The two officers hide behind a stack of barrels as they noticed a merry-go-round that a long piece of blue cloth over it.
"And that's not suspicious how?" Yuuki stated the obvious as they went to check it out.
Once they did, he removed the blue cloth and found some unconscious people.
There were even some badly injured Pro Heroes amongst them.
The detectives checked their pulses and, much to their relief, they were still alive.
"Come to take back the humans?"
The veteran cop narrowed his eyes once hearing that familiar voice again.
They turn to face the enemy and...
"Bastard…So you were still alive, weren't yo-!?"
Yuuki and Yuriko were surprised to see that there were six Roidmudes standing before them.
034, in his human disguise, and the other five from earlier.
"I don't mind. You can have them back now." 'Tobe' tells them with a smirk.
Yuuki and Yuriko only glared back at him in silence as they helped the captured people.
"Did you also knew that the man I copied had an interesting Quirk of water? Not only I copied it, but I also made it better myself!" 'Tobe' boasts as he changes into his Plain Cobra form.
But then cyan energy envelops his body as the Roidmude obtains a new monster form that semmed to be based on cyan-colored water swirls.
Yuriko gaps at this while the Drive Driver arrives on the scene and wraps itself around Yuuki's waist.
[034 evolved!] Belt-san exclaimed.
Plain Roidmudes are capable of evolving by synchronizing with human emotions and stealing the best physical attributes of human beings.
An Advanced Roidmude is any Roidmude that has evolved beyond their Plain Roidmude forms and into a unique Evolution State. Once a Roidmude evolves, they are generally referred to by the motif of their new bodies, rather than their Core's numbers. Most of these motifs are inanimate objects.
Another way to achieve this is through forming a pact with humans and helping them achieve their host's desires. After their transformation is stable enough, however, the Roidmudes won't hold back to kill their host if they want to do so.
"The man I based myself had a Quirk named [Waterkinesis] that allowed him to manipulate water around him. He wished to become stronger with it and so I helped him after taking over his life." The evolved Roidmude now known as Liquid announces maliciously.
'To think Roidmudes can also do this in order to evolve… He gained a more powerful version of Kobe's Quirk once they completly synchronized!' Yuriko notes, horrofied.
"But that's not all!" Roidmude 029 announces as he stands next to the Liquid Roidmude. "Some of us new Roidmudes also possess data from our respective previous counterparts. And as such, I can use said data for this!"
Purple energy envelops the second Plain Cobra Type as his appearance changes to that of an all purple monster form with iron gauntlets on his forearms.
[That's the Iron Roidmude! It can't be! The new 029 could do this!?] Belt-san cries in shock.
Roidmude 029 was one of the first three of the Roidmudes for the first Kamen Rider Drive to fight. Originally a Plain Cobra Type combat man, he then managed to evolve into the Advanced Iron Roidmude form before Drive defeated him for good.
"Doesn't matter if you change or not because you're still going down!" Challenged Yuuki.
*Flash!* *Blink*
Before he could even do anything, the Liquid and Iron Roidmudes release red flash energy particles as a Heavy Acceleration then occurred afterward.
And while Yuuki and Yuriko were unaffected due to the Shift Cars in their possessions, the entire town of Musufatu was caught in the time distortion's effect.
"Crap!"
The U.A. staff, Izuku, Inko, Tsukauchi, Tanuma and many others across Musutafu found themselves 'lagging' in confusion, shock and fear...
With Terminus and Malware...
The Heavy Acceleration spread to a good portion of the city as the two Roidmude Executives witnessed and felt 034 and 029's power, all while the people around the Café were in a Slowdown.
"It appears that they have awakened to their power." Malware noted.
"Shall we say "hello" then?" Terminus offers, standing up from his seat and then red energy consumed him as he transformed into his Roidmude form.
Terminus seems to have the form of a black gladiator with red lining across his body, that is protected by a set of Western-style armor. In addition to the breastplate surrounding a blue crystal on the center of his chest, Terminus also wears pauldrons on his shoulders, vambraces on his forearms, greaves on his shins and sabatons on his feet.
His head seems to look like a helmet with trident-like horns near the forehead, with a present pair of sickly yellow eyes without irises alongside it and no mouth.
Malware did the same as blue energy consumed him, transforming the bespectacled man into a bulky black creature that seems to look like LaserMan .EXE from RockMan .ExE's series.
He took the tablet from the person that was behind him and walked out of the restaurant with Terminus.
Back at the Amusement Park
"I must attain more perfection, must seek more humans!" The Iron Roidmude claimed and started to go find more prey, running away.
"And I must test my new powers! Some of those pathetic Pro Heroes will be a good start!" The Liquid Roidmude says, following after Iron.
The Shift Cars on Yuuki and Yuriko's waist began to activate as they were able to move freely again.
Yuuki was about to charge after the Evolved Roimdudes to stop them from getting close to the city but sudden gun fires appeared out of nowhere.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
He and his partner quickly rolled on the ground, avoiding the blast.
The duo of police officers looked up to see the remaining four Roidmude ready to get on their way.
Both Bat Types charged after Yuuki as he was able to push back some of their attacks, but their physical still overpowered his.
But that didn't really matter to the young officer as he was still willing to put up a fight no matter how tough the enemy is.
The Spider Types tried to harm Yuriko, but she repelled them by firing back at them with her revolver, which was loaded with Anti-Roimude Bullets. She then proceeds to kick them away from her with the boost that the Rear Cowl Boots provided her feet.
"Hyaa!" She cries, inuring them with a powerful roundhouse kick.
The four Plain Roidmudes were kicked to the side. They rolled on the ground before getting back on their feet.
[Roll out, NEXTridoron!]
Yuuki and Yuriko simply stared at the Roidmudes and stood motionless before NEXTridoron came and fired blue laser shots at the four.
The evil androids growled before the Bat-Types quickly spread out their wings and began to fly away, following the duo of Evolved Roidmudes.
Each of the Spider-Types jumped towards one of the Bat-Types and each of them caught their respective Bat's legs as the four followed after Liquid and Iron.
Seeing this, Yuuki ran to NEXTridoron and hopped inside the car. But not before turning to Yuriko.
"Yuriko, help the trapped people here. And call HQ, the emergency services and some Pro Heroes as well later to assist. I will go after the Roidmudes." He tells her.
"Ok, Tomari-san. Please, be careful!" Yuriko says in return before rushing back to the people the Roidmudes captured.
[Are you ready, Yuuki?] Belt-san asked once the male got inside the black Rider Machine.
"Yes! Let's start our mission!" The ravenette replies.
[I like that answer.] Smiled Belt-san.
It seems like Yuuki does have a strive in him, but then again it was already there, to begin with.
The young man started NEXTridoron's engine and began to drive after the six Roidmudes.
Once he was on the road, Yuuki spotted the six of them and noticed how Liquid and Iron Roidmude were running oddly fast, no doubt it was because of the Heavy Acceleration they caused, which allows them to move faster than anyone else.
Of course, the Roidmudes weren't the only ones...
"Heh, impressive that their powers were able to spread this much even though we're only about three or four miles away from the city. Can all of them evolve like 034 and 029 if they're powered up enough?" The detective asked, his tone sound a bit impressed and horrified at the same time.
[They can. But for right now, concentrate on stopping them first and I'll explain once they're taken care of!]
The black-haired man nodded.
[Now! Start Your Engine!]
That was Yuuki's cue to twist the Advanced Ignition key as the music came on.
The hollow section of NEXTridoron opened as he himself took the Type Next Shift Car out of the Shift Car Holder inside the black car and inserted it into his Shift Brace.
"Henshin!"
[Drive: Type Next!] (Orchestral rock music)~
After doing his transformation, the Type Next wheel entered the hollow section and somehow made its way to Dark Drive's chest, completing the transformation.
Dark Drive proceeded to chase the enemy down and began to shoot at them with the NEXTridoron's lasers.
The Iron Roidmude seemed to notice and he then began to knock every nearby car to create a blockade while the Liquid Roidmude began to shoot large amounts of water at the vigilante.
"You really think that's going to stop me!?" The black Rider drove through every single car Iron knocked in his way and avoided the jets of water Liquid threw at him, easily managing to catch up with them.
The Iron Roidmude growled and ran towards a parking lot building and started to climb the walls while Liquid went in the opposite direction.
'I will have to take care of 029 first.' The vigilante thinks.
Dark Drive could see the Bat-Type Roidmudes flying inside the parking lot building and the Kamen Rider himself was already driving inside as well.
The Bats dropped the Spider-Types above a truck and said Roidmudes opened the truck and let out a bunch of metal barrels.
*Clank!* *Clank!*
Once that happened, Dark Drive was trying to avoid them while mentally cursing at the Spider Roidmudes as the Bat-Types proceeded to fire their finger bullets at him.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
*Boom!* *Boom!*
"Nothing can stop us when we're at full throttle!" Dark Drive claimed as he was able to successfully avoid the attacks from the Bat-Types.
As Dark Drive continued to chase them down, unknowingly to him, the Iron Roidmude was above him and smashed the ground as a bunch of rubble fell on the NEXTridoron.
"Damn it! Bastard thinks he's clever, doesn't he?"
[Use the tire enhancements to get out of this ruble!]
Belt-san said before five Shift Cars glowed on the Shift Car Holder of the black Mercedes-like car as they automatically came off and flew into NEXTridoron's rear.
[Max Flare!]
[Funky Spike!]
[Midnight Shadow!]
[Road Winter!]
[Volt Charger!]
[Tire Fueru(Extension)!]
Soon NEXTridoron's tires became enhanced with the same tires that would usually come attached to the Kamen Rider's chest.
Now with its newfound power, NEXTridoron came bursting out of the rubble while covered in Max Flare's flames. And each of its wheels was sporting one of the other four Shift Car's abilities.
"Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!" The vigilante exclamis.
Dark Drive continued to drive up the roof where the Bat-Types waited for him and continued to shoot their bullets from the skies. And each of them was carrying one of the Spider-Types too.
"Let's put these guys out!" The vigilante cries as he keeps driving his car until he reaches the top of the building.
[Go, NEXTridoron!] Commanded Belt-san as Midnight Shadow, Funky Spike, Road Winter and Volt Charger's Tires began to shoot their respective attacks.
The Shurikens targeted the 093 Spider-Type while the spikes made contact with the 088 Bat-Type as both were frozen up in the air.
The same happened with Spider Type 042, who was frozen with Road Winter's ice particles and Bat Type 071, who was electrocuted and paralyzed by a discharge of Volt Charger's electricity.
The NEXTridoron, still enveloped in flames, came closer to his targets as Dark Drive targeted at four Plain Roidmudes and smashed his black car on them, also leaping off from the building!
*Boom!* *Boom!*
The NEXTridoron landed on the ground.
"Now for the main part!" Dark Drive said while turning around as he ran over the Roidmude Cores, destroying them before going after the Evolved Roidmudes.
U.A. High School - Entrance
Two students from Class 1-B's Hero Course were walking out together once class was over for the day.
"Kendo-chan!" Tsunotori Pony cried out, smiling happily at her friend as she glomped on her.
"T-Tsunotori! What's gotten into you?" Kendo Itsuka asked as she looked at her friend.
Pony is a short girl with a round face and a short equine muzzle, her face framed by thick, wavy blonde hair which reaches halfway down her back, some shorter bangs hanging down her forehead. Her eyes are large and round, Prussian blue in color, and she has a pair of tall, lyre-shaped pale tan horns on her head. Her calves are notably rounded, shaped similarly to those of a horse, and she has brown hooves for feet, and a short horse tail poking out from the end of her tailbone.
Quirk: [Horn Cannon]
Pony's Quirk gives her a pair of horns on her head. She is able to launch her horns as projectiles and a new set will grow back almost immediately. She can remotely control up to four of them at a time.
She has also been shown to be able to balance on them as they carry her around.
Itsuka is the class representative of Class 1-B at U.A.
She is a girl of medium height and has a slim build. She has teal eyes and long orange hair that she typically wears tied into a high ponytail on the left side of her head. Her bangs are split into three clumps around her eyes, and some of her hair sticks up in large tufts at the top of her head.
Quirk: [Big Fist]
Itsuka's Quirk grants her the ability to enlarge both of her hands to a gigantic size. With the increased size comes enhanced striking power and gripping capabilities.
Pony let her go and pulled out two coupons.
"Ta-da~! I got us two coupons for us at the Cake Store!" The blonde-haired girl happily said with a broken Japanese accent.
Pony speaks both English and Japanese competently, although she occasionally misunderstands certain Japanese phrases. Being a foreigner, she does not have much knowledge of the language in Japan.
"E-Eh?" Itsuka gaped as she took one of the coupons in her hands. "How were you able to get them? I thought all of them were already sold out?"
"There was a hotline competition going on, so I entered and won. Of course, it's still going on but who cares? I got out tickets!" Pony waved the ticket around like an unresponsible child just holding it up in the air. "Oh! You're coming with me, right?"
"W-Well…" Itsuka cocked her head away from her friend as she simply smiled at her.
However, there was a hint that the horned girl caught her weariness and decided to throw in the sparkly puppy dog eyes on the side.
Letting out a defeated sigh, Itsuka simply nodded her head.
"Alright, I'll go.
Itsuka is a spirited girl who is thoughtful of others. Because of her cheerful personality, she can bring all of Class 1-B together, thus making her the "big sister" of Class 1-B.
"Yay!" Pony cheered and was about to hug the girl.
*Flash!* *Blink!*
But Before she even could, everything suddenly started to slow down.
The two girls caught notice of this and saw that the other people were slowing down around them as well.
"Ah! It's…" Pony begins.
"[Slowdown]!?" Stated Itsuka.
Both girls were wondering what could have caused this, then suddenly they spotted a robotic purple monster that just appeared in front of their school.
"I hear this place is known for its talent in shaping future heroes. Perhaps one of you kids will be a fit to my perfection." Said the Iron Roidmude, looking to see if anyone nearby from the school would make a perfect fit.
Fortunately, he spotted two which happened to be both Pony and Itsuka.
"Ah, you two look lively. Mind coming with me?"
Pony became terrified due to the mechanical fiend approaching them while they are unable to fight back. And Itsuka tried to be brave and glare back at Iron as he was about to grab his horned friend first.
But...
"Hey, douchebag!" the Iron Roidmude gasped and turned to see Dark Drive leaning against the NEXTridoron, with his arms crossed.
"Did you forget? I'm still your opponent here! So before you get to those girls, you're going have to deal with me first, understand!?" Dark Drive cracked his neck and started to proceed towards the Iron Roidmude.
"Why you...!"The Iron Roidmude charged towards the black Kamen Rider as the two engaged in combat.
The Rider threw a fist at the Iron Roidmude as he blocked it with his forearm, making him pull back. Even though he put everything he had into that punch, he can feel some pain in his hand due to this guy's newfound powered-up armor.
The Iron Roidmude swung his arm at Dark Drive, who ducked down and punched his gut five times before setting himself back up and kicked his chest, making him step back. The Rider quickly ducked down and went for the Roidmude's legs, grabbed them by arms literally hugging them before lifting him up in the air, and then smashed him on the ground.
"I thought you were supposed to be stronger now?" Mocked Dark Drive and the Iron Roidemude went back up on its feet and started to extend its arms at the vigilante.
The black car-themed warrior sensed the attacks coming and simply moved his body to the sides, not even moving from his spot.
Rolling to the ground, Dark Drive stood behind the Roidmude who quickly turned around and extend his arms out for another punch.
He missed as the vigilante cracked his neck.
"I'll make sure to crack that neck of yours!" Growled the Iron Roidmude before Dark Drive pressed the Shift Brace's Igniter button.
[Next!]
Dark Drive cracked his neck and then became a blur as he was in front of the Roidmude, who was caught off guard by this.
Before Iron could react, Dark Drive began to throw speeding punches at him before knocking him back.
The purple Roidmude stood back on his feet and placed its arms up as the metal gauntlets on its hands started to act as hammer fists.
While all of this happening, Itsuka and Pony tried to get to a safe distance, with the Heavy Acceleration's effect making this a bit difficult for them as they could only watch the battle happening before the front gate of U.A.
Preparing himself, Dark Drive charged in but was in for a surprise as the Roidmude blocked his punch and then hit him back but even harder than it was before. Punching him multiple times, the Iron Roidmude sent the Kamen Rider rolling on the ground.
"Tch! A lot stronger than he was before but that's okay. I know who's perfect for this job." Dark Drive commented as a police siren was heard.
And Next Hunter was seen driving to Dark Drive, landing on his hand.
"Alright then, Hunter. Let's go for a ride."
Placing Hunter on the Shift Brace, Dark Drive pulled the lever. A symbol of a star-shaped police badge is seen when Hunter is twisted into its Lever Mode.
[Tire Koukan!]
Next Hunter's wheel attached to Dark Drive's chest as it was black and red, matching perfectly with the black vigilante's armor.
Once attached, the Kamen Rider now carried a red metal jail cell cage-like weapon in his hand that is dubbed as the Next Justice Cage.
[Next Hunter!]
The Next Justice Cage is a Tire Specific Item modeled after a jail cell that is wielded by Kamen Rider Dark Drive when he uses the Shift Car Next Hunter to activate the Next Hunter Tire.
The Next Justice Cage can transform into a red square jail cell-like cage with electrified bars called the Energy Prison to imprison enemies. Dark Drive throws it in their direction and lifts the Shift Next Hunter Car placed within the Shift Brace as lever three times.
Dark Drive examined his new weapon and saw the Roidmude coming at him.
Using the cage to block his heavy attack, the masked fighter quickly figured out how it was to be used.
"Take that!"
He slammed the Next Justice Cage at the Roidmude over and over again, causing a lot of damage as he managed to push him back.
The Kamen Rider reared his arm back and threw Next Justice Cage over the Iron Roidmude's head, twisted the Advanced Ignition key and pulled the lever thrice.
[HU-HU-Hunter!]
Next Justice Cage spun around the Roidmude's head and rained red cage poles around him, and then it grew over five times its size and made a complete cage over him. Once trapped inside, the Iron Roidmude tried to bust out but got electrocuted as a result.
"As much as I would like to see you trapped in, it's time to end this!" Dark Drive pushed the red Igniter button on the Shift Brace.
[Hissatsu!]
Dark Drive pulled the lever once.
[Full Throttle: Hunter!]
Tire projections manifested themselves in front of Dark Drive as he positioned himself while the tires on both of his sides smashed into him.
The vigilante began to speed towards the other tires that made him go towards two other tires that were positioned upwards as he was now in the air.
Now traveling through other tires and going in a full circle, Dark Drive reared his fist back and let out a battle cry as he extend his fist to the Iron Roidmude once the cage dissembled itself, allowing him to deliver the final blow.
*Smash!*
"Argh!" Iron cried in pain as sparks were coming off from his chest once the blow hits him.
Dark Drive turned and simply looked at the Roidmude as he can see the steam coming out of the android's body.
Extending out a hand towards him, Iron spoke:
"Damn you… Kamen Rider!"
*Boom!*
Iron's body dropped on the floor as he exploded next. His Core is seen flying before the Kamen Rider.
From a safe spot, Itsuka and Pony let out startled gasps at the sight.
Before the 029 Core can escape, Dark Drive grabs the Roidmude's soul and crushes it in his hand.
*Crash!*
"And that takes care of it." The vigilante comments.
[Now we just need to take care of the evolved form of 034 to dispel the Heavy Acceleration.]
Belt-san advises, getting a nod from his user.
As if being called, the Liquid Roidmude is seen charging towards the black Kamen Rider from behind, attempting to strike him down with a surprise attack.
Sensing the other enemy nearby, Dark Drive performs an acrobatic jump to avoid Liquid's blow.
"Nice to see you too. At least you spare me the trouble of having to find you." The vigilante tells the evolved Roidmude, earning a growl from the monster.
"Aqua Tower!" The Liquid Roidmude sends a pillar of high-pressured water at Dark Drive.
The black warrior manages to dodge it in time, but he soon notices that the true aim of Liquid's water pillar is a group of U.A. students that were behind him.
Pony and Itsuka were amongst them.
"No!" Dark Drive cries as he quickly gets in the way, summoning the Handle-Ken and the Blade Gunner in both of his hands to stop the water pillar with an X-slash.
The girls from the Hero Course stare at the masked man with wide eyes when he gets closer to them.
*Slash!*
The Kamen Rider succeeds, but this leaves him open to receive a water cannon from Liquid, who gets close to Dark Drive before blasting him away with the water.
"Argh!"
*Crack!*
The black vigilante grunts as he leaves a crack on a wall before falling face fault on the floor.
"Hahaha! You tired yourself dealing with the others! It will be easy to dispose of you now, Dark Drive!" Liquid taunts the Kamen Rider.
[Try the new Shift Car, Yuuki!] Belt-san instructs.
"Fighting water with electricity, huh? Fine!" Dark Drive complies as Volt Charger comes to him.
[Tire Koukan!]
A golden yellow Shift Tire with thunderbolt streaks attaches itself onto the Kamen Rider torso as the vigilante kicks the Type Next Tire onto Liquid's face.
[Volt Charger!]
"Argh!" The Roidmude cries, stumbling back in pain.
The words Volt Charger could be seen, imprinted in black, on the new Shift Tire.
"Ha!" Dark Drive summons a pair of electric whips on his hands and uses them to hit and electrocute the Roidmude from a safe distance.
Liquid then tries to flee, but the vigilante wraps the whips around his torso and uses them to make the mechanical monster slam against some walls, leaving cracks on them, before dropping the Roidmude down.
Dark Drive then rushes to his enemy, fists crackling with electricity as he follows up with a series of punches and jabs all across the Roidmude's body, shocking him even more.
"Argh!" Liquid cries, trying and failing to not being electrocuted.
The Kamen Rider throws a punch into his foe's face and then shocks the enemy with his two hands and follows up with a knee to the face. He then throws an explosive punch at Liquid's face.
[Go, NEXTridoron!]
The vigilante then somersaults as the NEXTridoron arrives to run over his opponent.
"Argh!" Liquid cries as the black Mercedes-like car runs over his body.
The wheels screech as their friction injures his face.
"Time to end this!" The Rider declares, preparing to deal the finishing blow to his enemy.
[Hissatsu!]
Dark Drive pulled the lever once.
[Full Throttle: Charger!]
By focusing energy around his body, Dark Drive forms a powerful sphere of electricity in his hands, grabs some momentum and then throws it at Liquid.
Once the finisher move hits him, Liquid's body is enveloped in a sphere of yellow electricity, overloading and frying the mechanical monster's inner circuits.
*Bzzt!*
"Argh!" The evil android gives one last painful cry as he finally explodes.
*Boom!*
With this happening, the Heavy Acceleration affecting the town of Musutafu finally disappears as everyone is shown being able to freely move once again.
From the explosion's remains, 034's Core is shown trying to escape again, only to be grabbed by a black-gloved hand as he now finds himself under the gaze of Kamen Rider Dark Drive.
"Game over for you. No more second chances for the loser." The black vigilante states sternly to the artificial 'soul'.
"No! No! I don't want to die!" The sentient 034 cried desperately, trying to break free.
Ignoring his beaten foe, the masked fighter tightens his grip on the Core and was about to crush the Roidmude's remains when he suddenly stops.
He can feel someone behind him now looking intensively at his back...
And they are very close to him.
As he turns around, Dark Drive is greeted with the sight of none other than Itsuka and Pony looking back at him in confusion, shock and… Fear?
"..." None of the three says a word as they simply stare back at each other.
The Closing Screen of this chapter shows the Cobra Viral Core, Shift Next, Next Hunter and Volt Charger side by side with the logo of Kamen Rider Dark Drive behind them.

Phew, that's a wrap!
Finally managed to finish writing this long chapter at last.
First, we have Izuku and the U.A. staff now trying to figure out the true extent of Kamen Rider Dark Drive's abilities and what exactly is his Quirk.
If only they knew…
Next, the reveal of the Lupin Gunner is the hint for the next Kamen Rider that is going to show up very soon in this story.
Following up, we have more character development for the main group, with Yuuki also revealing why he would prefer to not cause Heavy Acceleration with the Drive System unless he has no other choice.
Also, I hope it also made sense about Dark Drive having to show some restraint to not kill the arsonist villain and the Pro Heroes that tried to apprehend him since they are still human beings and most are weaker, unlike the stronger Mechanical Life Forms that are the Roidmudes.
Since this story happens after Kamen Rider Drive's series, movies and specials, there will be some major changes amongst the Roidmudes Executives/leaders: I won't use Heart, Brain and Medic since they technically aren't villains anymore. So, therefore, they will be replaced by others such as Terminus and Malware.
But I still plan to use the rest of the Evolved forms for the respective remaining Roidmudes, with the Iron Roidmude being the first amongst them. And some new evolutions, like Liquid, will debut later as well.
And I finally managed to use one of my first original Shift Cars planned for this fanfic. Thanks to Dr. KRC PhD for suggesting the Volt Wagon name for my [Electricity]-based Shift Car.
Edit: I decided to change Volt Wagon's name to Volt Charger since I saw a review that made me think about the Wagon name becoming Waluigi's wa-wa-wa grunt once the Shift Car's ability is used. And so, Wagon unfortunately no longer sounds nice to me due to this. Nonetheless, I'm still grateful for Dr. KRC PhD's suggestion.
Not sure why exactly, but I wanted to finish the chapter using some characters from Class 1-B. I think some of them deserved to appear more in some occasions/arcs of the anime/manga.
Somehow, Itsuka and Pony ended being the first choices that came into my mind. And now they are face-to-face with the same man that previously knocked out their homeroom teacher.
If you guys have any suggestions that I could use for this new potential story idea, you're free/welcome to share!

[I suddenly got this idea of making some characters from My Hero Academia(Mainly the Villains) turn into Fusion Evolved Roidmudes with the use of Neo Viral Cores and Plain Type Roidmudes as partners.
Toga Himiko and Twice/Bubaigawara Jin are some of the possible candidates since I actually like them and wanted to give an 'upgrade' to their abilities. If that happened to those two, what should their Roidmude names and forms be? How would they look like?
What if Roidmudes fusing with people that have Quirks brings an unexpected side-effect that didn't exist in Kamen Rider Drive?

And oh yeah, just wait for it! Let's just say that the Kamen Riders of this fanfic are going to turn things upside down as they screw up with the power scale of the My Hero Academia universe. Dark Drive is going to kick the ass of more Pro Heroes and Villains while dealing with the Roidmudes, teaching some humility along the way to certain characters like Endeavor.

2- Thanks for your ideas about the protagonists meeting Eri. I think I can definitely use most of your suggestions.
3- Yeah, my Kamen Rider Dark Drive and Mashin Chaser will end fighting several times due to their difference in regards to killing. There will be times when the protagonist will need to be present to stop the other guy from trying to kill people like Endeavor, Overhaul and even some Villains.
4- Your idea of making Dark Drive similar to Batman indeed sounds interesting. I think I can even try to do something similar to Ace's death in this story, such as when a little girl with a powerful Quirk fuses with a Roimude using a Neo Viral Core and things get out of control. And somehow, the aftermath leads to a child's inevitable death as the only thing the Kamen Rider can do is comfort her before she passes away.
5- Not sure when I'm going to write the next chapter of Stories of Wishes. I have no ideas to write at the moment.

#2nd review: Yes, more Kamen Riders will appear in this story. Kamen Riders Mach, Chaser and Lupin are confirmed to show up later. As for Kamen Riders that don't belong to the Drive Series, I think some of them might appear later as well.
#3rd review: Maybe. I at least plan to later use the Quirk Singularity Theory to explain how not everybody in the My Hero Academia world can become a Kamen Rider due to a certain 'problem' tied to those that are born with Quirks.
As for the enemy idea, do you have a suggestion or an idea of how I could explore that?

Yes, Izuku/Deku will be shocked once he discovers that Kamen Rider Dark Drive is a Quirkless person. And he might even feel a bit bad for not trying to become a hero without receiving One For All.
Yeah, I agree with you in regard to the issues of the Hero System. And just wait, Endeavor will certainly get his ass kicked by some of the Kamen Riders.
Oh, you can definitely bet on Mei reacting that way! She will be very interested in understanding how the Drive System works. I'm thinking of some funny ways she and the Kamen Riders will end interacting as she tries to understand their tech.

I think anyone can destroy Overhaul's Quirk with the Quirk-Destroying Drug(Bullet). Not just Yuuki.

Ok, thanks for giving your feedback in regards to the killing or not issue. You brought up some valid points that I didn't think about before.
I plan to make use of a character that will become Mashin Chaser and that's going to appear later, he will adopt the Red Hood/Jason Todd mindset. He will definitely try to kill both Endeavor and Overhaul once he learns about what the two of them did. And if he will succeed with these deaths or not is another thing I'm still deciding.
Not really sure about using someone, like another Kamen Rider, with the Punisher mindset in this story.

LimX23: I think Ingenium will be intrigued and perhaps even see Dark Drive as a rival of sorts, wondering who is faster between the two of them.
Not sure yet about how I will make Yuuki and Yuriko interact with the whole Class 1-A. Maybe the duo will interact with the students one by one.
Yeah, Eraserhead will be shocked once he connects the dots and learns that Dark Drive is Quirkless. He will probably be the first one to realize that while the others will still keep thinking that the Kamen Rider's armor is blocking the Quirk nullification or something of the sort.
Farhan Nugraha: Yes, my Kamen Rider can do that. But he will prefer to use the ability to cause Slowdown as a last resort trump card. He would only use it against someone like All Might and only escape from him since my Dark Drive can fight and beat the other Pro Heroes.
Taiman215: I plan to maybe make my OCs later meet and interact with the Vigilante characters from the manga.
