Before we learn about what happened with Kamen Riders Dark Drive and Lupin and the outcome of their duel, let's go back a bit in time…
Elsewhere, while the Sports Festival was still happening...
"Keep an eye out, everyone! This is the area we've been hearing sightings of Hero Killer Stain," Ingenium said over his radio, as he ran and jumped rooftop to rooftop.
Unfortunately, his agency was a little spread thin at the moment, since a portion of his sidekicks were assigned to security detail for the UA Sports Festival.
"Sorry I couldn't make it, Tenya. I'm sure you're doing great," Tensei muttered to himself.
He had wanted to be there too, but the police had asked him to be on the search for the Hero Killer since he was likely able to apprehend him with his speed and strength.
Villain
Hero Killer: Stain
Real name: Akaguro Chizome
Formerly known as the vigilante Stendhal, he is a villain and ex-vigilante that is notorious for having killed many Pro Heroes.
Chizome is an intimidating, muscular man who walks with a distinct hunch, and has a flat, somewhat triangular face without a nose, which he removed it himself, and an extraordinarily long tongue, tainted with numerous small papillae. He has rather long, black hair, which he wears in a messy fashion; it would drape over his face if not for his headband and mask, and small red eyes with tiny irises.
He sports a dark combat suit, plated with metal armor across his body to holster his weapons. The torso is sleeveless, so he instead wraps his arms in yellow bandages, all the way from just below his shoulders to his wrists. He also wears long black wristbands and a watch on his left arm, and his knees are protected with metal pads, the costume completed by black boots with steel armor.
He always dons his signature blood-red scarf and matching headband, as well as the tattered cloth he wears around his face as a mask.
Quirk: [Bloodcurdle]
Chizome's Quirk allows him to paralyze his target upon tasting a sample of their blood. The amount of time a victim remains paralyzed depends on their blood type; in ascending order from shortest to longest duration, they are: O, A, AB, and B. The maximum amount of time that anyone can be paralyzed is eight minutes.
And it's not like Tensei was going to turn the request down either.
It was high time they took that insane villain in. Too many heroes, murdered by his hands.
He looked down at the alleys when he noticed a figure in one of them, matching the descriptions they've managed to pooled together from the few witnesses the police talked to.
"There!"
Ingenium leaped down, using his elbows' [Engine]s to slow down his descent.
He landed in front of Stain himself and pointed at him.
"Your killing spree ends here, Stain!"
In his hands was a large katana, and from what Ingenium has heard, he might have more blades hidden on his body.
"Another fake..." Stain muttered as he turned to face him. "This society... It needs to be rid of fakes like you!"
The Hero Killer threw several knives from his person at Ingenium, who barely had time to dodge them all, with one of them nicking him lightly on his less armored areas.
"Nice try, Hero Killer! It'll take more than that to take me down!" Ingenium's [Engine]s roared as he charged at Stain, who leaped over him and grabbed one of his throwing knives.
But to his surprise, Stain licked the dirty blade, and all of a sudden, his body froze.
"W-what the-!?"
"Send a message to all those fakes like you," Stain said, raising his katana above his head. "That you all shall be purged by me-"
"Stop right there, criminal scum!"
Stain froze, and looked around, attempting to see who the new voice's owner was.
*Thud!*
A new monstrous figure suddenly lands before him and the beaten Ingenium.
Unbeknownst to the two of them is that the newcomer was actually an Advanced Roidmude.
The Judge Roidmude to be more specific...
Roidmude 065 is a Cobra Plain Type Roidmude Combatman, who evolved into the Advanced Judge Roidmude. His previous human disguise, in Krim's former homeworld, was that of former police officer Tachibana Shingo.
"Who the hell are you!?" Stain growled, pointing his katana at Judge.
Something was off about this guy.
Very off...
It wasn't like any villain or fake hero he's ever seen...
"I am Judge. And I crush sinners with the hammer of justice. It's time for revenge, Hero Killer Stain!"
A heavy and sinister aura radiated from him, weighing down on Stain and Ingenium. On instinct, the Hero Killer swung his katana down onto the Roidmude's head, and it easily broke in half.
*Crack!*
"What the-!?" Stain couldn't believe it.
As worn and chipped as his katana had become over the years, it had yet to break on him.
Just what was with this guy!?
"You shall pay for your crimes in blood. Many requested revenge for your actions, Stain. Prepare to die!" The evolved Roidmude brings forth his personal weapon, the Blade Judge.
Blade Judge: A black shinai/electric shock prod hybrid used in direct combat along with Judge Roidmude's Kendo prowess, acquired by the human whose 'data' he copied. It could also send a huge amount of electricity, even as smokescreens to cover his escape.
From the top of a nearby building, two figures can be seen watching the whole commotion down below them that involved the three particular individuals.
"A Roidmude who 'serves' humans… Is Judge a defective one perhaps? Quite intriguing." Malware comments as he hummed, adjusting his glasses. "It seems that many people want revenge against the Hero Killer Stain for all the deaths he caused."
"Some lost their idols… Others, their friends. And some even their lovers. But mainly, many of them lost their precious family..." Terminus comments with a cruel grin.
"Taking a foolish, thoughtless, unforgivable course of action. The Kamen Rider will eventually find Judge at this rate." The white-haired man adds, shaking his head in dissapointment.
"Yeah. But let's just watch how things will unfold for now." The second man agrees with the first one as Terminus frowns at his comrade's reminder.
'The Kamen Rider… He is the only dark horse who will truly pose a threat to our plans… It's about time we start to make the eventual preparations needed to take care of Krim Steinbelt and the one he choose to be the next Drive.' The tan-skinned man thinks as his eyes briefly glow, sporting a dangerous glint on them.
"But the emotions we learn from the humans... It's not as simple to understand as bilateral logic like good and evil." A new voice suddenly speaks, prompting the two men to look behind them.
Terminus and Malware saw a short blue-haired woman come up to them, wearing a black dress with yellow trimming, with flaps, connected with blue pins. Her eyes were golden-colored.
Her white sleeves had big puffs at one end and they had two small blue squares on each side of the cuffs at the other end along with navy blue gloves on her hands. She had a white bow above her dress with a blue pendant centered in the middle of the accessory.
The woman's last articles of clothing were brown pantyhose stockings and navy black high-heeled boots along with a curled-up whip she carried in her right hand.
Like the two before her, this newcomer was also a Roidmude Executive.
"009… Good to see you join us." Terminus greets the female with a small smile while Malware merely nods in acknowledgment to their fellow Roidmude.
009 proceeds to sit on the edge of the building's rooftop, getting next to Terminus.
"Their feelings… It's something far more nuanced." The woman finishes speaking with a smile of her own.
Anyone that didn't know her could be easily fooled by her appearance and how calm she sounded. But there was a deep darkness luring inside of her…
"What do you mean?" Malware seemed to be intrigued by her words.
"Think about this case. What is Judge's motivation?" Terminus asks the other male as the bespectacled man finally begins to understand part of it.
"I see... It's something more profound, and twisted, than a sense of righteousness." He deduces.
"Rage, pain… And revenge. Judge is nurturing himself by using all the negative emotions that the acquaintances of Stain's victims harbor towards the Hero Killer himself." 009 comments as the trio now resume watching what's happening down, below them.
Synchronization/Vengeance Embodiment: Judge needs to empower himself with anger, rage and hatred emotions from his host to maintain his evolved form.
Unlike the previous Scooper Roidmude's case, since Tachibana Shingo Tachibana's hatred for Judge is five years strong and ongoing, his evolved form was stable enough without forcing him to revert back to his original form, thus able to become fully complete in record type.
Back with Stain and the others...
"Say your prayers, scum!" The Judge Roidmude tells Stain as he gets into a kendo stance with his Blade Judge, ready to strike the bloodthirsty villain down with his swordsmanship.
"I'm not interested in you, I need to take care of this fake first. I need to leave him as a witness to my message!" The Hero Killer yelled back to the Mechanical Life Form.
Judge looked at Ingenium, who was glaring at the two. Tensei felt the incredible pressure from this new monster, but he couldn't give in.
Heroes don't give in in the face of threats like this!
But there was nothing the Pro Hero could do at the moment since Stain's [Bloodcurdle] Quirk's effect on Tensei's body still hasn't worn off.
"Rargh!" Judge lets out a war cry as he charges towards the Hero Killer, attempting to strike the criminal down with several slashes from his Blade Judge.
*Slash!* *Slash!* *Clank!* *Clank!*
But his opponent wouldn't go down so easily without putting an actual fight...
"Argh!" The ex-vigilante cries as he brings his set of sharp weapons to counter his foe's.
Stain is an extremely powerful villain who has claimed more lives than any other since All Might's debut. His aptitude allowed him to murder 17 known Pro Heroes, and cripple 23 others to the point of being unable to make a full recovery.
So far, Chizome has displayed creativity and mastery over his fighting style. He is able to deal with close and long-ranged opponents through a mix of misdirection, aggression, prediction, and use of the environment. His battle prowess allows him to overwhelm his targets in armed combat and compensate for his Quirk's restrictive activation cost.
Stain manages to keep up with the Roidmude's attacks, successfully avoiding or defending himself from them.
But at the same time, the evolved android easily countered the former vigilante's spare katana and all the knives throw at him.
'Who… What the heck is this guy!?' Stain thinks, starting to get worried.
He could feel an immense amount of hatred and desire for revenge, aimed towards him, coming off from the Judge Roidmude. It was as if an entire collective of people was facing him rather than only the swordsman in front of him.
It was now slowly becoming clear that this new individual was not an ordinary villain, wielding some strange Quirk and sets of abilities.
And the Roidmude was slowly turning the tide of the fight to his favor.
'I'm dancing on his tune...!' Stain realizes grimly.
Chizome then suddenly sees what appears to be an opening on Judge's kendo stance, no longer willing to waste time with the monster as he attempts to slash the new enemy on the ribs' section.
But much to his shock…
*Crack!*
His weapon easily broke down apart once again upon contact with Judge's hard skin/body!
"Pathetic!" Judge sneered at Stain's pitful attempt at injuring him.
The Roidmudes' metallic body is something that common swords, knives and other sharp weapons can never hope to work agaisnt!
"I'm not done yet!" Chizome cries as he brings forth a machete hidden within his body's clothes, attempting to slice Judge's skull in half.
But that failed as well since the mechanic monster stops the blade by bringing his hand together moments before the machete touched his head('praying' stance bare-handed blade block).
"What!?" Stain cried in disbelief, eyes widen in horror.
From his sport, Tensei watched the way the fight unfolds in concern… But for Stain's sake now.
He is aware that the new figure will probably try to kill the Hero Killer next.
The hunter becomes the prey.
Oh, the irony...
"Your skills are crude, you amateur! Don't make me laugh, brat!" Judge mocks Stain before tossing Chizome agaisnt a nearby wall, making the criminal release the machete as his face met the hard concrete.
*Smack!*
"Argh...!" Dizzy, the Hero Killer moaned in pain as he broke his nose with the impact, blood coming off from it, as he attempts to get up in order to keep fighting agaisnt Judge.
He will not let this guy interfere with his rightful crusade against false heroes!
"Hehehe..." Judge laughs at Stain's deplorable try to keep resisting him as he tosses the man's machete away.
No matter. If that's what he wishes then so be it!
"Rargh!" With his Blade Judge, the Advanced Roidmude strikes the Hero Killer with several strikes, strong enough to break several of Stain's bones and give him bruises all over the body.
*Crack!*
"Argh!" Stain cries in pain as he coughs blood before dropping on the floor.
Meanwhile, Tensei couldn't help but now look at the sight before him.
Stain was a shadow of his former self, now looking like an actual bloody mess.
'Such swordsmanship with precise strikes… Is that man using kendo?' Ingenium theorizes.
As if on cue, the effect of Stain [Bloodcurdle] finally stops affecting Tensei's body, allowing him to freely move again.
'My body… I can move again!' Ingenium realizes in relief as he stands up.
"Prepare to die and meet your maker, scum!" Judge tells the beaten Stain as he raises the Blade Judge above his head, ready to deliver the final blow to the criminal.
The Roidmude also activates his ability to control electricity as sparks can be seen crackling around his personal weapon.
"Stop!" A voice calls him from behind as Judge can see Ingenium making his way towards him. "That's enough. You already defeated the Hero Killer. Stain's no longer a threat now that he has lost."
But that didn't seem to be enough to appease the monster android.
"He has killed far too many. He must die! People cry for his blood!" Judge replies to Tensei.
But the Pro Hero would not have any of it.
"It's not for you to judge him! The law will take care of the rest!"
And this now makes Judge furious with him.
"You ingrate brat! I save your life and that's how you repay me!? Fine then. As Judge, I shall make an example out of you as well!"
But before the Roidmude has the opportunity to harm him, Tensei proceeds to restrain the Mechanical Life Form with his superior agility.
And that might have actually worked if Judge didn't decide to now use Heavy Acceleration over the area they stood at.
*Flash!* *Blink!*
'Ah! My body… Is this… Is this what it feels like during [Slowdown]!?' Ingenium grimaces as he fears over what hit him.
Being unable to properly move like this… It's as much as terrifying as Stain's Quirk use on him!
"Foolish hero! Learn your mistakes! Your justice is weak and pathetic!" Judge tells the Pro Hero as he proceeds to electrocute Tensei with his Shock Judge gauntlet.
Shock Judge: Tasers that are mounted on each of Judge Roidmude's gauntlets.
Each one can launch five dart-like electrodes to deliver electrical current to disrupt voluntary control of muscles, causing "neuromuscular incapacitation". The effects would wear off after a long period and can also be used as whips or range combats.
"Argh!" Tensei cries in agony as the electricity proves to be more than what he can handle, starting to fry him alive...
The Judge Roidmude could have caused Heavy Acceleration earlier before facing Stain, but he actually wanted to test the Hero Killer's skills with blades first.
Needless to say, he was quite disappointed with Chizome.
And so, Judge wouldn't give this pathetic excuse of a hero the same treating.
Strenght is justice! His way is justice! Anything else is pure garbage!
As Tensei drops on the floor once again, now paralyzed from the Shock Judge's electrodes, the kendo expert Roidmude decides to focus on him first before finishing Stain off.
"You are another sinner. It's time for you to pay for your stupidity." Judge tells Ingenium with a malicious and cruel tone.
Resigning to his fate, the only thing Tensei could think now, before being killed by this monster, was of his family and the last moments he spent with them...
'Tou-san… Kaa-san… Tenya… Everyone… I'm sorry!' Tensei laments, closing his eyes as he prepares for the worst.
But suddenly…
*Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*
Purple energy bullets hit Judge, making him cry in pain as he takes a few steps back.
What?
Tensei becomes confused. Who was that?
The Advanced Roidmude turns towards the source as he can see a glowing orange eye in the darkness, coming from the other side of this back alley.
"It can't be! You're…!" The Roidmude cries in disbelief, instantly recognizing the one that injured him as the unknown figure steps out of the shadows.
He was revealed to be a black cybernetic mechanical warrior with some purple body armor pieces around his body. On the right shoulder, he seems to have a silver heat generator serving as a shoulder pad.
And his head was pretty odd since it was a half and half sort of thing: He has silver pieces above his head with a horn sticking out to the right, a single left orange eye, a right purple mouthpiece and a grilled mouthpiece.
A white-winged skull symbol can be seen imprinted on this man's left purple shoulder pad.
This is Mashin Chaser!

Back with the Roidmude Executives…
"Oh? Mashin Chaser… The one who was to become an enforcer amongst our original 108 ancestors before being replaced by the Reaper Legion. But the one from just now... That person is not Chase at all, is he?" Malware asks his comrades, adjusting his glasses.
"No, that's definitely not him. He's not even a Roidmude at all." 009 notes, narrowing her eyes at the mysterious figure as they glow, scanning him. "It's actually just a human using the Break Gunner."
Terminus frowns at this.
"Is that so? And while I would be tempted to now join those guys down there, since things have become more interesting, we still have to follow our orders, huh? Tch! It sucks that we have to abide by the rules in times like this and follow the assigned roles of mere spectators for now." He grumbles under his breath, annoyance now all over his face.

"Shinigami!? You…! What's the meaning of this!? You've also been revived? Why are you getting in my way!?" Judge asks Chaser, throwing several questions at him.
But the purple warrior doesn't say anything, remaining eerily quiet as the mood around them becomes heavy...
'Shinigami? The Grim Reaper? Who the heck is this guy?' Ingenium thinks, trying to identify the mysterious person.
He only manages to notice how unsettled Judge became with this Chaser guy's sudden appearance.
But why exactly?
Although Tensei could partly understand why with the man's sinister looks...
'Is this guy another villain associated with Judge or not? And what exactly is their connection?' Iida wonders.
However, the Judge Roidmude suddenly stiffens as he now looks differently at Mashin Chaser. It is as if realization suddenly hits him, allowing the mechanical monster to notice that something is wrong.
"Wait…! *Gasp!* You… You're not really the Shinigami! You're not even a Roidmude, are you!? You bastard, who are you really!?" Judge demands from Mashin Chaser, pointing a finger at him.
"I don't need to introduce myself..." Chaser finally speaks, his voice sounding cold and apathetic as it sent some chills down upon Tensei's spine.
"To someone I'm about to destroy." The newcomer finishes, aiming his Break Gunner at Judge's face.
The weapon looks like a silver and purple version of Kamen Rider Lupin's Lupin Gunner and Kamen Rider Dark Drive's black Blade Gunner, being a combination of a brass knuckle and a gun.
[Break your body!] The Break Gunner makes its activation announcement.
The Transformation Fist-Gun Break Gunner is a device used by ? that not only transforms him into Mashin Chaser, but also doubles as his main weapon in battle.
By pressing and releasing the Destruction Muzzle, Mashin Chaser can also activate the Break Gunner's Gun Mode.
Pressing the Destruction Muzzle once again activates its Break Mode as well. It also allows him to use the Break Gunner as a knuckle duster with the small spikes below the Destruction Muzzle, called Revenger Pikes, empowering the blow.
[Gun!]
Mashin Chaser presses the Break Gunner's Destruction Muzzle, activating the weapon's Gun Mode.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
Showing no mercy and hesitation, the purple warrior fires several energy bullets at the Judge Roidmude with his gun.
But imitating a Jedi, the Advanced Roidmude manages to successfully block all projectiles aimed at him before charging towards the newcomer with his Blade Judge.
Chaser stops the sword strike with his free hand before aiming the Break Gunner again on Judge's face.
"I won't miss being this close to you." He simply declares.
"Silence! Humans shouldn't be allowed to use Roidmude technology like the way you are!" His opponent only barks in response as fury starts to take over him.
'Roidmude technology? Just what are they talking about?' Tensei wonders, still unable to make any sense of what the two before him are talking about.
Although the detail about Chaser being a human confused the Pro Hero.
Wait, does that means that Judge is not human? What sort of nonsense is this!?
But come to think of it, both the monster and Mashin Chaser are using a set of bizarre abilities and weapons. Are their powers even related to Quirks in the first place?
Tensei only thinks that because the two before him can freely move during the supposed [Slowdown] Quirk. But what if the time distortion isn't really a Quirk at all? What if there's another reason why Judge and this apparent Shinigami can freely move, unlike him and the rest of the Pro Heroes.
[Break!]
Chaser changes the Break Gunner into its Break Mode.
*Smack!* *Smack!*
The purple fighter proceeds to punch the Judge Roidmude several times across the android's body with his knuckle duster before forcefully slamming him agaisnt a nearby wall, leaving a huge spider web crack on it.
*Crack!*
This blow happens to be strong enough to dispel the Heavy Acceleration field that the Advanced Roidmude had cast over the alley, allowing Ingenium to move normally once again.
'The [Slowdown]... It's gone!' Tensei realizes, but he still can't move properly due to Judge's electric blow from earlier, whose effect still has not worn off over his body.
But the others did not pay mind to Ingenium, not really being interested now in the speed hero.
"Die." Mashin Chaser coldly tells the now downed Judge, aiming the Break Gunner at his head.
But the Roidmude suddenly roared in anger before using his Blade Judge to send an electric slash towards the purple fighter.
*Boom!*
This results in a small explosion upon contact as Chaser has to protect himself while Judge uses this small opportunity to leave and flee from the scene.
"Tch…! So he escaped, huh?" Chaser muttered under his breath, clicking his tongue in annoyance once he realized what happened.
With the Advanced Roidmude out of the way, he decides to focus on the other individual he has an interest in...
"Argh..." Stain moaned in pain as he manages to recover his conscience, slowly standing up to face the purple warrior and Ingenium.
The Hero Killer gets on guard and becomes apprehensive once Mashin Chaser now stands before him, wondering if he is the one who wants to fight him next.
'Damm it…!' Chizome grimaces as he is well aware of how badly injured he is.
But he won't allow himself to be easily defeated or captured, having a strong tenacity that proves so.
However, neither he nor Ingenium would have expected to hear the words that Chaser was about to tell him next:
"Go. Get out here."
'What!?'
'Huh!?'
Stain and Tensei couldn't help but look dumbfounded at the third man's words.
"Do I need to repeat myself? I have no interest in beating you, Stain. Get out of my sight. Now. Before I change my mind." Chaser presses, his voice heavy and full of anger.
Feeling the now imposing aura coming off from Chaser and being wise enough to not push his luck any further today, the Hero Killer quickly, and surprisingly, complies with his demand, not showing any sort of protest or distaste towards Mashin Chaser.
And so, Stain leaves the alley without a second thought.
'Who is this man? A new villain? Or a vigilante? He definitely isn't one of the fake heroes.' These questions run through Chizome's mind as he rushes to his hideout to tend to his wounds and heal himself from the bruises he received from Judge.
Whoever this new figure was, it became very clear for Stain that he should probably avoid facing this Shinigami and Judge in a fight again.
"You let Stain escape… Why?"
Chaser turns around to face Ingenium, who finally recovered enough of his strength to become able to now move properly once again.
"I actually sympathize a bit with part of Stain's ideals." Chaser calmy explains as he looks to the sky with a reminiscent look, shocking Tensei with his words.
"W-What!? How can you say something like that!? And who are you anyway!?" The Pro Hero demands.
"My identity is none of your business, Iida Tensei." Chaser replies to him, the voice now full of venom.
Having this man call Ingenium for his real name actually made him briefly uncomfortable.
"As for Stain's ideology… While I don't entirely agree with all the deaths he caused, there are indeed many fake heroes in this messed-up society. They are people who became Pro Heroes for the wrong reasons, such as the pursuit of fame and money. And they are freely allowed to do as they wish, most of the time, all because they were lucky enough to be born with a powerful and useful Quirk. I need Stain around a little longer to help me rid the society of this type of scum." Chaser snorts and laughs bitterly as he finishes speaking.

Stain is a cold, unforgiving, and merciless man with a sense of duty to cleanse society of false heroes. He believes that those who become Heroes for fame or money are unworthy of being called the name and only All Might is a true hero. Due to his strong ideology, he took it upon himself to become the Hero Killer: Stain to stain his own hands with blood to purge fake heroes and change the current society.
He believes heavily in creeds and convictions, stating that they are needed in order to accomplish anything and that without them people are weak and will eventually die.
In spite of his extremist views and beliefs, the new Mashin Chaser does have genuine ideals about Heroism which he stands by firmly. He does not hesitate to save people he deems worthy of being called Heroes, does not like killing without reason, and will even give advice to his enemies. Both he and Stain seem to acknowledge that what they are doing is morally wrong, but they believe that in order for society to be put on the right path, someone must be what they are, indicating that he sees themselves as somewhat of a 'necessary evil'.

Ingenium is taken aback by the other man's words. But he doesn't say anything nor tries to refute Chaser's words because he could, unfortunately, find some truth in what he just said.
He also knows that one doesn't necessarily need a license to be truly considered a hero given his prior experience with the Narutha Vigilante known as The Crawler - aka Haimawari Koichi.
One day, Tensei met with Koichi during an early morning run. He was impressed with the latter's Quirk and offers him a place in his agency, even expressing a desire for a sidekick with a fast mobility Quirk.
Later, however, when Tensei discovers Koichi has been working as a vigilante hero, he withdraws his offer to the younger man, but only because he believes Koichi to be already in the right place.
But that said…
"I see. While I can't entirely condone what you just said, I cannot overlook this and allow you to freely walk away now either. Seeing your abilities, it's clear you might represent a danger to yourself and everyone else if left unchecked. So you will be coming with me to the police station. Now." Tensei warns, his expression shifting into a sterner one as he makes it clear that this was not up for debate.
But this didn't seem to faze the purple Grim Reaper at all.
"Ingrate fool… I save your life and that's how you repay me? Would you have preferred to have stayed here with either Stain or Judge!? Would you have preferred to have been maimed or killed?" Mashin Chaser cries back at Ingenium as he prepares to attack the Pro Hero.
Tensei ignores him and tries to quickly subdue the new figure with a quick attack before the latter can escape, attempting to tackle the purple fighter down before proceeding to restrain him.
*Smack!*
However, that fails as Chaser easily catches him by the neck, showing Tensei that he has better reflexes and far superior reaction time than the speed Pro Hero.
*Crash!*
The purple warrior then lets go of Ingenium before delivering a roundhouse kick, which was coated in purple energy, into the Pro Hero's face, easily shattering his helmet apart as Tensei lays down on the floor once again, now feeling dizzy and sporting a bleeding nose.
"I'll let this slide today since you're one of the few decent Pro Heroes I can tolerate, Iida Tensei." Mashin Chaser tells the beaten Ingenium, looking down at Tensei. "However, let today serve as a lesson for you as well. Know your place, foolish hero. I might not be so kind the next time we cross paths if you decide to get in my way once again."
And with his piece of mind given, Mashin Chaser also proceeds to leave the alley at last as his personal Rider Machine, the Rider Chaser, comes automatically to his side. It is a black bike with purple flame details across it and with a red-eyed silver skull on its front part.
The Ride Chaser is Mashin/Kamen Rider Chaser's motorcycle, which was also used by him when he was Protodrive and is based on a Honda NM4-01.
His successor, the original Kamen Rider Drive, would drive a red car, the Tridoron, in contrast to him and the majority of Kamen Riders.
Created by Krim Steinbelt/Belt-san, it is one of two motorcycles used to form the Ride Crosser, with the other one being the Ride Macher belonging to Kamen Rider Mach.
Also according to the sentient Drive Driver, he already anticipated the bikes' fusion ability but was never aware of the system's completion.
"No… Wait!" Ingenium tires to reach the retreating form of Mashin Chaser, extending his arm towards the other man.
But it was all in vain as the biker ignores him, getting on his Ride Chaser before driving away as he leaves Tensei all alone in the alley.
"What... Just what is going on!?" Ingenium asked aloud as his sidekicks finally screamed into his person's radio, asking Tensei what happened before he fell onto the ground, the pain finally knocking him unconscious.

"Well, what a major disappointment. Nobody died." Terminus says with a bored tone as he, Malware and 009 prepare to leave the local as well.
As for the sole female of this Roidmude trio, she was thinking about the possibility of also using a strong negative feeling, like rage or hatred, in order to evolve, having observed those particular emotions inside not only Judge but also within Hero Killer Stain and Mashin Chaser's hearts as well.
'But come to think of it, there was also a faint trace of sorrow coming from deep within Mashin Chaser's soul. But why?' 009 wonders, being briefly intrigued about what must be going on the inside of the purple biker's mind.
Does that have something to do with his earlier actions and what he told Ingenium?

In another universe and timeline, Pro Hero Ingenium would have been permanently crippled by Hero Killer Stain and, as such, his career would have ended on this same day.

With Yuriko…
The energy shield around the NEXTridoron eventually disappears, no longer needing to protect police detective Shijima Yuriko, once the explosion caused by the struggle between Kamen Riders Dark Drive and Lupin's respective finishers came to an end as things seem to have subdued around the area.
Yuriko leaves the disguised red Rider Machine behind as she rushes to the beach, frantically looking around for her partner and Belt-san.
"Tomari-san! Krim!" Yuriko cries desperately, searching for any sign of life around the place.
Huh!?
Eventually, she finally manages to find Yuuki's body, which was resting next to a large crater formed on the center of the beach's premisses.
But the Drive Driver is not wrapped around the man's waist and the Shift Brace is missing as well.
"Tomari-san..." Yuriko uttered in concern as she crouches next to her unconscious partner to check his condition.
While not sporting any life-threatening injuries, Yuuki's body was full of wounds and his clothes were in tatters as if to serve as a sign that he was caught in an intense explosion.
Lastly, Yuriko also noticed some blood falling from the top of the veteran police detective's head.
'Don't worry… I will take you to the hospital.' The woman thinks as her expression softened upon seeing her senpai's state.
She next looks around for any sign of Lupin, but it seems that the Phantom Thief is nowhere to be seen. Did he manage to leave this place? Or has the explosion blasted him away to somewhere else?
'And no sign of Krim either… But I'm sure he can contact the Shift Cars to help him anyway… I better take care of Tomari-san's injuries first.' Yuriko decides.
But before she can drag her partner's body to the NEXTridoron, a loud voice can be suddenly heard behind them:
"Hey, are you two okay?"
Earlier...
"Oh my God! What just happened here!?" All Might exclaims as he finally arrives at Takoba Municipal Beach Park with his super speed.
The Symbol of Peace becomes astounded once he saw how the location drastically changed.
What was once a beautiful and pristine location thanks to his training and Young Midoriya's efforts, has now become an area akin to a barren wasteland.
The No. 1 Pro Hero of Japan couldn't help but clench his fists and grit his teeth in anger at the sight before his eyes.
All those months having his successor and protege cleaning the sand and removing the accumulated junk over the years across Takoba Beach only for this happen!?
This was unforgivable!
It also gave a feeling of immense failure to Toshinori, which only worsened once he remembered the fiasco that happened earlier at the Sports Festival's ending, as he felt that he should have arrived even faster to have prevented this tragedy.
Meanwhile, the other Pro Heroes, the police force and other emergency services have yet to reach this place, not being even nearly as half as fast as the muscular blonde man.
'The Kamen Riders… Just how strong are they?' All Might wonders as he has the gut feeling that Dark Drive and Lupin were somehow definitely behind the damage caused across Takoba Beach's premisses.
Alright then, might as well look around for some possible clues while he waits for the others to arrive here. Maybe he might even find the vigilante and the Phantom Thief somewhere in this mess.
Toshinori doesn't have to look much around until he eventually spots two people near a crater formed on the center of this place.
It was a woman in a police uniform tending to a wounded man wearing a suit in tatters.
'A cop and a man? I guess it was too much to hope for no collateral casualties, huh? But why are they here?' The Pro Hero thinks in a slight grimace.
It was good a thing indeed that nobody else would come to this place with the Sports Festival keeping almost everybody busy. Could this be the reason Dark Drive and Lupin decided to fight here?
"Hey, are you two okay?" He asks the female police officer, making his presence known to the two of them.

"All Might!" Yuriko gasps upon seeing the large muscular Pro Hero that now stands before her and Yuuki.
"Do not worry. Why? Because I'm here now. Help has arrived." The Symbol of Peace assures the woman with his signature charismatic smile.
Yuriko couldn't help but only nod nervously to the blonde in return.
If it was any other occasion, the rookie detective would be in awe with All Might's presence before her and would have probably started fangirling due to her idolization of Pro Heroes.
But not now.
She couldn't afford to do that because she quickly remembers the gravity of her current predicament.
All Might gets on Yuriko's level and places a comforting hand on her shoulder.
"Can you tell me what exactly happened here?" Toshinori gently asks Yuriko, eyeing Yuuki's unconscious form in confusion.
"I am detective Shijima Yuriko from the Musutafu Police Department." She first introduces herself, showing her police badge to him. "And this man is my investigative partner and senpai, detective Tomari Yuuki-san."
Yuriko gestures to the injured man before proceeding to show his badge to All might after checking his ruined clothes and finding it in the blazer's pocket.
"I see." The Symbol of Peace nods in understanding, clearly not expecting to already find some police officers on the scene. "Can you tell me what exactly happened here, Shijima-kun? How did your partner get injured like this?"
"Tomari-san and I were stationed outside of the Sports Festival Stadium. We managed to spot both Lupin and the vigilante Kamen Rider escaping in what appeared to be their flying machines. So we have first radioed the others to warn about this, also telling them that we decided to give chase after the two Kamen Riders." The woman starts explaining.
"We followed them all the way here to Takoba Municipal Beach Park. We decided to keep our distance and watch them as Lupin and the vigilante decided to fight at this place. However, while we were waiting for backup, the two Kamen Riders both unleashed powerful attacks that resulted in an intense explosion upon contact." Yuriko adds as she points to the crater next to them and the signs of destruction all over their surroundings.
'No doubt that the pillar of light I saw earlier was from one of them.' All Might concludes. 'And the crater must be the center of the explosion.'
"I managed to protect myself, but my senpai wasn't so fortunate. He was closer to the fight, being accidentally caught on the crossfire." The detective finishes explaining, looking concerned once again at her partner's damaged state.
Upon witnessing this, All Might looks empathetically at her, thinking about how the male police detective must be blessed for having this young woman as his partner.
Hmm… Tomari… Why does that name now sound familiar?
Oh, wait! That's it!
'Wait… Come to think of it… Didn't Tsukauchi tell me once about a promising detective prodigy within the police force known as Tomari? Could it be this very same man here now before me?'
The Symbol of Peace finally remembers as well that two detectives, a suited man and a woman in a blue uniform matching Yuriko's description also dropped by at U.A. High the other day to get testimonies from two of Vlad King's students regarding the incident that caused [Slowdown] over the whole town of Musutafu.
'Right, there was the fight that happened at the school's front gates, with the black vigilante Kamen Rider facing and 'killing' the villain that caused [Slowdown] and possessed some sort of water-based Quirk.' Yagi remembers what Nezu told him regarding the incident and its aftermath.
And come to think of it, weren't Tomari and Shijima also the names of the police detectives responsible for rescuing some kidnapped and missing civilians and Pro Heroes being held captives at a local amusement park?
Oh, interesting…
'It's certainly intriguing how these two have been somehow involved with a lot of these recent events. But then again, they're cops. There's nothing strange about them being present on the scenes as they are merely fulfilling their duty.' All Might thinks, quickly dispelling any suspicious thoughts that were being formed over his mind.
Yes, that must be it. Just a series of unexpected coincidences. And nothing else.
"Shijima-kun, I suppose you have no idea about what happened with the Kamen Riders once the explosion came to an end?" Toshinori inquiries Yuriko.
Looking around, it was clear that there was no other sign of life across Takoba Beach other than the two of them and the unconscious detective Yuuki.
The police officer merely shook her head before answering the Pro Hero's question:
"I have no clear idea of what exactly happened to the two of them after the explosion. But there's the possibility that neither of them is actually dead, maybe only being blasted away to somewhere else as a result of the explosion. I guess that's what could have happened here." The woman offers her opinion, of which All Might seemed to agree with, now feeling disappointed once again with a feeling of immense failure.
*Sigh*
So much for going after the vigilante and Phantom Thief Lupin to recover the award ceremony medals from the latter...
Toshinori can already expect the public backlash that will come later eventually to criticize not only this failure and the disaster of the Sports Festival's ending ceremony, but also the fact that U.A. High failed to maintain their strong image of no villains and other criminals being able to easily disturb and stain their reputation as the number Hero Academia of Japan.
And on top of that, the press will definitely come later as well to criticize all the Pro Heroes present at the event, himself included, for failing to arrest two certain masked men.
Two masked men against a literal army of Pro Heroes! And they still failed to apprehend both of the Kamen Riders, further embarrassing themselves as Dark Drive and Lupin easily escaped them.
And all because they also had the dangerous and powerful [Slowdown] Quirk.
'To think the Kamen Riders could also cause [Slowdown]. But then again, this would somehow also explain why the vigilante and Lupin were able to freely move during the time distortion, unlike the rest of us.' All Might ponders, frowning in worry.
The ability was clearly terrifying on the wrong hands, as seen by how the vigilante and the Phantom Thief used it. If anything, everybody was quite lucky that none of the Kamen Riders have ever thought about using the time-based Quirk to attack and gravely injure anyone.
But the No. 1 Pro Hero cannot help but now wonder about how much worse it could be if that man, his sworn nemesis, managed to acquire this dangerous time-altering Quirk.
Thankfully, All For One is no longer alive, being long gone from the living world thanks to Toshinori's efforts.
So there's nothing serious to really worry about, right?
Or so he thought…
The sudden appearance of Nomu, the rise of the Kamen Riders and the mysterious villains that the vigilante defeated semmed to be saying otherwise.
It was as if they were trying to deliver a message that this is merely the prelude to something else.
Something big is about to happen very soon…
Something that might impact and change society, and perhaps even the world, as everyone knows...

A bit far from the three people on the beach's sand, Belt-san was secretly watching Yuriko interact with All Might from his position. The sentient Drive Driver was hidden within the ocean's water as he couldn't come out from his spot to directly approach his partners while the Symbol of Peace was snooping around near the pair of police detectives.
The Shift Brace was also with him, having been thrown with Krim, and the Shift Cars Yuuki carried around, into the water as a result of the explosion that destroyed Takoba Beach.
[All Might… Toshinori… I suppose I shouldn't be so surprised to see that you would be the first person to show up here.] Belt-san uttered, disappearing into the water as he decides to find another way to approach the NEXTridoron and later regroup with Yuuki and Yuriko.

A few moments later…
Eventually, the rest of the authorities, emergency services and the Pro Heroes finally arrived at the place, with Endeavor being the second person to reach Takoba Municipal Beach Park after All Might.
The No. 2 is also briefly taken aback by the sight that greets him after the duel between the Kamen Riders ended.
Upon seeing her partner being loaded into an ambulance before being sent to a hospital, Yuriko prepares to head to the precinct to file a report about what happened here before meeting later with Krim at a safe place.
However, a large flaming figure suddenly emerges in her way.
"You were amongst the first to reach the beach, weren't you?" Enji asks the rookie detective. "How much of the Kamen Riders' fight have you seen? Tell me everything."
He demands, crossing his arms and imposing an authoritative aura around himself.
Unlike All Might, Yuriko was unsettled with Endeavor's presence. Something within the man's personality made her a bit afraid and wary of the Pro Hero.
For all the heat he releases, there was a lack of human warmth in Enji's attitude. There were only cold eyes looking down at Yuriko.
But she wouldn't let herself be easily intimidated by the Flame Hero. Tomari-san and Krim helped her grow a spine, allowing her to overcome some personal confidence issues that were mainly brought due to her condition as a Quirkless person.
"I have already told everything to All Might, Endeavor. You can talk with him." She replies firmly and without flinching, almost as if looking back defiantly into the man's blue eyes with her own sky blue ones.
The Flame Hero frowns at this, not being the answer he expected to hear from this woman.
"Now, if you excuse me." Yuriko tells him curtly, already walking past the large man and not waiting for Enji to speak.
"It is just as detective Shijima-kun said, Endeavor." All Might says, approaching the No. 2 with his signature smile, after having heard their brief interaction. "If there's anything you wish to know, feel free to ask me!" Toshinori adds, pointing a thumb towards himself.
The blonde still remembers how his attempt to talk with Todoroki failed earlier back at the Sports Festival, but he hopes that this isn't the case now and that the Flame Hero opens at least a bit with him now.
"..."
However, it seems that Enji didn't have heard All Might's words at all as he kept gazing at Yuriko's retreating form, still focusing on her. Endeavor watched her exchange a few words with detective Tsukauchi before leaving Takoba Beach's premisses in a red Mercedes-like car.
Hmm… Why does he have the feeling that he already saw that same vehicle's model somewhere else?

And Mashin Chaser finally makes his debut in this story!
But it will probably take him a while before he can transform into Kamen Rider Chaser.
Iida Tensei/Ingenium's fate was changed and he can keep being a Pro Hero since the Judge Roidmude and Mashin Chaser's unexpected interferences made things impossible for Stain to cripple the one who was supposed to be his next victim.
As for how this will affect Tenya later, you will have to wait and see…
I decided to use the Judge Roidmude in this chapter since I wanted to break the pattern of the order Advanced Roidmudes' are presented and that it will be different from Drive's episodes. And to also show that I will follow only My Hero Academia's timeline, not doing the same for Kamen Rider Drive's TV Series.
Another reason I wanted to use Judge this early in the story is because of the contrast I could create by making him interact and fight against Stain.
While the latter is motivated by the goal of getting rid of society's fake heroes, the former is fueled by the desire for revenge that comes from those related to the many victims of the Hero Killer. They include devastated people that would be like Tenya, in the anime's canon, after finding out how Tensei would have stopped being a hero because of Stain's actions.
All perfect people whose negative emotions Judge can absorb, use and exploit later for his personal use.
As for my OC who will have the role of Mashin Chaser/Kamen Rider Chaser, he will be someone with a mindset similar to that of DC's Jason Todd/Red Hood. He will probably target to kill both villains and corrupt people(regardless if they are Pro Heroes or not).
And in order to achieve his goal, he will not hesitate to make use of the likes of Stain in order to destroy his enemies, allowing Chizome to roam freely so long as he kills corrupt people that deserve to die in Chaser's eyes.
I also finally introduced the first female Roidmude of this story. 009, alongside Terminus and Malware, will be one of the main leaders of the Roidmude forces. She will later become a rival for Yuriko once she becomes a Kamen Rider.
All Might finally get to meet both Yuuki and Yuriko. And while he doesn't suspect anything about them, for now, it will be revealed later that Toshinori possesses a special connection with Krim/Belt-san.

#2nd review: Alright, I forgot about that. But that naive way of thinking is pretty much how almost every protagonist of the Kamen Rider Series tends to act and a trait I need my MC to have. Remember, he's also a cop with a strong sense of justice.
And it's simply Yuuki's opinion in regards to that matter as he will try to punish anyone who becomes a Kamen Rider for the wrong reasons with the intent of bringing harm to innocent people. There's nothing wrong with that as he will abide by his beliefs. And the protagonist is also aware that it's not like everyone will agree with him right away due to also experiencing some disapproval from his acts of vigilantism.

I will reveal later that Yuuki indeed knows about the Dark Riders, especially the story behind the Paradox Roidmude posing as Tomari Eiji and using the Drive System for evil. The protagonist will mention these facts and other heroic Riders' dark backgrounds to Yuriko later as Krim will have told him about them at some point in the past before Yuuki decided to become Kamen Rider Dark Drive.
I also want to point out that just because some characters have evil origins, that doesn't mean they can't later become heroes as shown in Kamen Rider Decade and Zi-O's respective cases. This fact will be tied later to the reason why Yuuki decided to call himself by the Kamen Rider Dark Drive title instead of the regular Kamen Rider Drive one.
For'Sleepy: You're welcome! I will explore and develop ?/Lupin and Mr. Compress's relationship as the story goes on. Depending on the circumstances, the latter might not even end joining the League of Villains due to the former's presence.

Maybe some of the Roidmudes will infiltrate the League of Villains. Or maybe not. Maybe they will join forces with them in order to make some powerful Fusion Evolved Roidmudes. I'm still thinking about what to do when those two groups meet and learn more about each other.

Hmm, I will try to take your idea about Quirk and Roidmudes' side effects for the future. But what exactly do you mean? Are you talking about a Roidmude copying and analyzing a person with a specific type of Quirk? Is this what will cause the side effects that you mentioned? Or are you talking about a person with a certain Quirk somehow become a Roidmude? Like, said person using a device to convert their consciousness into data(kind of like Krim/Belt-san and Banno/Gold Drive) and obtaining a Plain Type Roidmude body later?

Yeah, maybe I could use some elements from Lupinranger VS Patragner to create a backstory for my Kamen Rider Lupin and show what exactly are his motivations. And don't worry, there will be times Lupin and Dark Drive will have to work together, even join forces with some Pro Heroes as well, in order to defeat the stronger Roidmudes.
Well, I do plan to make my Kamen Rider Dark Drive interact with some of the characters you mentioned, like Tsukauchi and Melissa. But whether he will trust them or not is another matter. And I'm still thinking about how I should also develop the possible interactions and relationships between them.

starwing1995: No. I won't make Izuku/Deku become a Kamen Rider. It's more than enough for him to just have [One For All] as his Quirk since he spends a lot of time trying to master it. He won't have the extra time to get used to a Kamen Rider's Driver.
I don't plan to use the Brain Driver in this story. At least not yet. Maybe later.
And I only plan to use the Viral Cores to somehow bring the past [One For All] users into Roidmude bodies or something of the sort to make them appear to help All Might and Izuku during some serious crisis.

As for my Kamen Rider Lupin, I don't know. I really don't want to turn him into some sort of serial killer. And I don't want him to make some exceptions either with horrible people like Muscular and Overhaul. That role will be reserved for the OC that will become Mashin Chaser/Kamen Rider Chaser in this story, who will decide to bring 'justice' and punish criminal and corrupt people with his own hands.
As for how Eri would interact with Lupin, sure something like what you mentioned could happen. Being a Phantom Thief, he will show that he is not really someone that will hurt her or anything of the sort. She will look at him as if he is some sort of special 'magician' and entertainer.
Not sure when I will use the robot dog. Still thinking about when.
I decided to make Yuriko become Kamen Rider Mach in this story.
