XXX1 February 5th

Atlantic Abyssal Base

"And then you send Fubuki away from the present day, leading her to be your next victim of becoming nonexistent?" A tall white haired abyssal, Midway Princess asked while eating a packet of [Abyss Salts] a crisp that she bought from the store.

"Well, she was stubborn as hell. That's why I had to destroy that rigging of her's." The Abyssal Sun Princess answered.

"You do realise how foolish your actions have become? One day, they'll paint you a bigger target if you're not careful, Nisshin." Midway warned as she's pointing at a certain base which is in Japan.

As the duo are watching each other from trying to get themselves killed, Nisshin, the Abyssal Sun Princess had her head snap and turn towards Midway.

"I got a better idea, maybe you and Licorice can follow Fubuki-chan to the past and then kill her so it can increase our chance of winning." Nisshin suggested.

As Midway responds to this suggestion, "Hm… What you're saying is that both Airfield and I are going back in time to prevent Fubuki from surviving this battle."

"And considering that our army was brain dead in the past, considering they do nothing but getting shot, that includes you and Licorice." Nisshin sighed.

"Hmph. I'll train them. I might run a boot camp, but I'm too lazy to do it."

"That's why Licorice is here to come with you, so your lazy but powerful ass could give us a run for the money." Chuckling as Nisshin is planning on hearing Fubuki's agonising scream and the increased chance of winning this war.

"Yeah yeah. Hurry up and take me there. I want to see how weak they are." Motivated after hearing the word 'money,' Midway smirked as she punched her own palm and was ready to break some bones physically and bombard her enemies with her planes.

"Heh. Your funeral." Nisshin then raises her arm as her monster rigging raises both its arms, leading Nisshin to whisper some unknown language in order to send Midway to the same timeline where Fubuki falls into.

Finally Midway falls into 2014, the event that places the 'Operation AL/MI' which replicates the Battle of Dutch Harbour and Midway in the Pacific war.

2014 August 7th

Yokosuka Naval Base

Walking as well as investigating the hallway, Fubuki is surprised that the atmosphere looks the same as the base she used to work at.

But she's still not pleased that she's been taken away by the Abyssal Sun Princess.

"It's the same… Mark my words, Nisshin, I'll find you and sink you for good!" Growling while biting her thumb, Fubuki is not giving up in finding the exit.

Unfortunately for her, she used to be remodeled the second time, but was now downgraded due to being taken from year XXX1 to 2014, the past.

Finally, she arrived at the office as she saluted… Nothing?

"It's nice to me-... Eh? Nothing?"

To her surprise, this base is run by absolutely nothing.

The only one she sees in the office is a bespectacled one, Ooyodo.

"E- Excuse me, Ooyodo-san, why is there no one in the office?"

"Hm? What are you talking about? Teitoku's right here in front of you. Also, isn't it rude to question him?" Ooyodo called as she turned towards Fubuki.

"I know, but…" Fubuki had witnessed a secretary ship who was, in Fubuki's experienced life, a lolicon. "Why is she here?"

"Who, me?" Nagato asked.

Even to Fubuki's surprise, everyone around her in this base is downgraded.

"Yes, you lolicon! Why the hell are you here!?" Fubuki exclaimed.

"L- Lolicon!? Excuse me, you're looking at the Big Seven who risked her life for her team as well as the secretary in charge!" Nagato shouted as she took offence to Fubuki's accusation.

"And I thought Inazuma-chan's in charge!" Fubuki yelled.

"That's enough." A voice called.

"Eh? Teitoku?" Nagato stops.

But Fubuki had witnessed a light blue flame appear as if it's a soul who was sitting in the office.

"A ghost!?" Fubuki exclaimed.

"Hey, don't call him a ghost!" Nagato shouted.

"B- But look at it!"

"He's not a ghost! Geez, so much for a special destroyer." Nagato sighed with exhaustion.

"I may not be a ghost, but in your naked eyes, I am. Pleased to meet you, Fubuki. I remember you in my dreams." The ghost said.

Fubuki doesn't know whether it's creepy to know her in his dreams or is it a coincidence.

"I'll be going now… Thanks!" Instantly exiting from the office, Fubuki had a suspicion that this base is far from normal.

Whatever happens to her, she'll find the exit pronto.

"I'm gonna kill Iowa!" Growled Fubuki, realising that she's been told to not go all out all the time, even though it's reasonable to not be reckless.

"U- Um, are you new here?" A familiar voice called.

"Eh? You're… Mutsuki!?" Fubuki gasped.

In Fubuki's mind: 'Wait, that's wrong! Mutsuki is normally a cheerful one who always supports other's whether they're down and is sometimes clumsy when it comes down to rushing things! And where's that cat-like behaviour!?'

"Eh!? Is there something wrong?" Mutsuki asked.

"N- No… I'm Fubuki, the special type destroyer, first of the Fubuki class destroyers." Saluting with a serious expression, Fubuki is acting natural as she realises that she's right about Nisshin's abyssal skill.

"Ah! You're really the rumoured Fubuki!? I didn't know you're this cute! I was expecting a scarier woman." Mutsuki sighed with relief.

Fortunately for Fubuki, she's unfazed by any form of insults. If she's her old personality as well as the weak one, then she'd be reacting without causing any harm, maybe crying a little.

"So, is my dorm this way?" Fubuki asked while walking ahead of Mutsuki.

"Yeah, but you seemed to know your way to your dorm." Said Mutsuki with surprise.

Afterwards, the duo halts as Fubuki turns towards Mutsuki.

"Mutsuki-chan. Tell me, do you desire your friends' lives? Are you willing to protect them all?"

"Eh? Y- Yes! I desired all my friends, even those who're not my friends here. Even Teitoku himself." Mutsuki answered as she's slowly getting confident.

"Good. Whatever you do, don't lose that spirit. It's very important to rely on your friends sometimes, but you need to help yourself too." Fubuki pokes Mutsuki's chest as she can tell that regardless of a Mustsuki she comes across, they always support their friends.

Afterwards, they arrived at a dorm as the only one inside was another 'downgraded' one, Yuudachi.

"Poi?"

"Zip it, dog." Fubuki bitterly said.

"Au! Yes, ma'am!" Yuudachi yelped as her first impression with Fubuki was not going so well.

"Sorry, I'm just exhausted." Fubuki sighed.

"It's okay, I didn't know you'd be this tired, poi!" Yuudachi knows that Fubuki is keeping her anger under control.

"Maybe we'll put your stuff in the…" As Mutsuki opens the drawer, she witnesses a large teddy bear with a similar ribbon that is Yuudachi's. "Damn it, Yuudachi-chan! I told you to move your things before someone arrives!"

"But there won't be enough space!" Yuudachi protested.

As both Mutsuki and Yuudachi argued, Fubuki opens the dorm window, clenching on the teddy bear's face and then chucks it out of the window with brute force.

"POOOOIIIIIIIIII!" Screamed Yuudachi as she lost her favourite giant plushie.

Mutsuki is freaked out by that reaction Fubuki made as her jaw drops and she goes pale.

"There. Now can I use the draw?" Fubuki asks as her green eyes flashed in front of both Mutsuki and Yuudachi with a glare.

"S- Sure thing…" Both Mutsuki and Yuudachi answered at the same time while shivering in slight fear.

In the end, Fubuki is going to spend the rest of her life in this unusual base she remembered during her past hood.

Unless this is some sort of alternate dimension she falls into.
