This port is now a ghost town as many are evacuating from a giant that arrived there, considering the giant isn't here to harm many humans.

After arriving at the end of the port, Wanko summons her own rigging as the monster lands on the ground and targets the port city as the monster sinks on the ground as the colouring of the port is turning black leaving the crates as its own colours.

Afterwards, Wanko then waits for the signal as well as her backup team to arrive as she puts on her reading specs and reads a book just to calm her mind as well as being entertained.

The abyssal backup has arrived as the group are a Ne-class heavy cruiser, a Ru-class battleship, 2 Wa-class transport ships and 2 I-class and 2 Ha-class destroyers.

"Wanko-chan!" Ne-class called while waving.

"Hm? Ne-chan? Everyone?" Wanko is surprised.

"Did you miss us, boss? Because these kanmusus are going to deal with us tonight!" A delinquent looking Ru-class punched her own palm with a grin while smoking a cigarette in her mouth.

"We're assigned to pick you up if you're damaged, Wanko-sama." A calm Wa-class saluted.

"Thank you. I'll be waiting once the kanmusus has arrived." Raising her claws and saluting, Wanko is glad to see her group being supportive.

"Don't worry, Wanko-chan! Ne-chan have got you covered! Everything's gonna be a-okay!" Ne-class pulled up her thumb and stuck out her tongue as well as winking to her leader.

A couple of I-class destroyers roared as the group were in a cruising formation with both Ashigara and Tatsuta at the front.

"There they are… FIRE!" Ashigara yelled while equipping 3 of her [20.3cm (No.3) twin gun mount] cannons and fired straight at a couple of I-classes.

Tatsuta then zoomed after and then split a surviving I-class into 2 pieces with her spear as blood sprayed on her face.

"Heh, too easy. But we're not resting yet. More are on the loose." Ashigara called as her group agreed, then moved forward. "Let's win this!"

"Roger!"

Alone in the middle of the sea near India, a Ne-class and a Ru-class are strolling together as their enemies are incoming.

"Eh? You have a close friend, huh? You also teased a certain someone you know?" A delinquent Ru-class asked.

"Yep. And what makes things even better, I get to make more friends like you guys!" Ne-class cheerfully answered.

"You're just like Ri, an annoyance, yet the type that wanted peace with humans, kanmusus and us abyssals. Well, I can't blame ya, but I'm still gonna kill them!" Ru-class sighed.

"Hm? Hey… Is that… Ah!" Ne-class gasped.

Approaching both Ne-class and Ru-class are the shipgirls who're led by Ashigara herself.

"More enemies!" Ashigara called.

"Leave it to us! Let's go, Asashimo-san!" Asashio went ahead after equipping her [12.7cm twin gun mount model C kai 2] cannon, leading Asashimo to follow.

"Yeah, yeah. But the battleship's mine!" Asashimo grinned while equipping her [12.7cm twin gun mount model D kai 2] and [12.7cm twin gun mount model D kai 3] cannons while boosting towards a Ru-class.

Before a Ru-class fires 2 of her [16inch triple gun mount] abyssal cannons, Asashio's cannons fire at a Ru-class 3 times, heavily damaging an abyssal battleship as well as Ne-class giving a freak out reaction.

"Kh! You little…"

After being blown up, Asashimo arrived by swinging a fist upwards by giving Ru-class an uppercut as well as making Ru-class bite her own tongue which was painful.

"KH! GAH!"

"This is payback, bitch!" Asashimo chuckled by cracking her knuckles and then turned towards a Ne-class heavy cruiser. "You're next."

"Abababab! W- Wait! It's me! Your friend!" Ne-class exclaimed.

"Huh? That tone… And that voice!? Suzuya!? You're not dead!? What the hell!?" Asashimo exclaimed, witnessing who that Ne-class actually is.

"Well, partially dead, but at least I get to be friends with my former enemies! So Suzuya-chan, aka Ne-chan, is OKAY!" Ne-class pulled up her thumb with excitement before Ashigara arrived with her team. "A- ASHIGARA-SENSEI!? I- I can explain!"

Ashigara clenched her hand on Ne-class' head as her rage fumed by what was going on with the increasing number of abyssals.

"Then explain why the abyssal fleet is still alive, traitor!?"

"W- Well, you could find a corpse flower by a flower girl, maybe she could be your answer… Ow! Owowowowowowow, could you please let me go!" Ne-class cried out while feeling her head slowly getting crushed by her former ally's hand.

"Flower girl? You mean that rumoured Lycoris?" Ushio asked after overhearing about the lycoris radiata and the connection with that unknown entity hidden in the depths of the ocean.

"Seems to be the case." Ashigara agreed as she let go of Ne-class. "Alright. But on one condition, I won't sink you." Then punches Ne-class in the face by swinging her fist diagonally. "But this is for betraying us!"

"Relax! Suzuya-chan will make it up for what I did!" Ne-class laughed.

"Well you better! We can't have you entering the independent naval base looking like this."

"No problem." Ne-class then pulls out a couple of monsters from her torso as both riggings desperately shake their heads in fright, leading Ne-class to tear out part of her torso and spill out blood. "Hey, quick question, is my rigging detachable?"

"Why do you ask?" Ashigara sighed as she face palmed after witnessing her former comrade doing something suicidal.

"Because… I don't feel too good…"

Finally, a Ne-class collapsed as she landed face first on the sea next to an unconscious Ru-class.

"What a dumbass." Asashimo clicked her tongue while kicking Ne-class' body.

"Well, it can't be helped." Asashio sighed. "Any orders, sensei?"

"Let's keep moving. The Seaport Harbour Princess is waiting for us to fight it." Ashigara ordered.

Her crew are following their flagship as they're leaving a couple of unconscious bodies in the middle of the seas.

Wanko is bored.

Pulling up her reading glasses, As well as turning a page at a possessed port, Wanko and her rigging sighed.

Then she heard a sound coming from afar.

"They're here." Wanko puts her book down and takes off her glasses, preparing herself to fight against a group.

Finally her eyes as well as her horn are flashing red, ready to take down a group of shipgirls as she sends out more Ha-class army.

Operation Runaway: Curry Ocean Sri-Lanka Island

Objective: Destroy the Seaport Harbour Princess

Mission start!]

The group has finally arrived.

"Wanko, also known as the Seaport Harbour Princess! Surrender now, or face your final mission against your opponents!" Ashigara shouted while holding her megaphone.

"Like I would ever do that! I will not surrender to the likes of you! Especially when our lives are at risk!" Wanko heavily declined. "I'd rather sink than be reduced to becoming resources after scrapping!"

"Good choice." Ashigara's grin had widened, glaring straight towards Wanko as her and her group's turrets were pointing at a possessed port. "FIRE!"

Finally, the group fired their turrets after Tatsuta equipped her [12.7cm single high-angle gun mount kai 2] and [12.7cm twin high-angle gun mount kai 2] cannons, Ushio equipped her [12.7cm twin gun mount model A kai 3 (wartime modification) anti-aircraft fire director] cannon, and Uzuki equipped her [12cm single gun mount kai 2] cannon.

With a lot of shells raining down on a port, Wanko shrieks as she flinches in fright.

"Why… Why can't you understand that we too have our lives on the line!? Both kanmusu and the abyssal fleet have terrible bosses, yet you're still listening to them!" Wanko shouted after turning off her speakers from her leader.

"We have no leader, but our main goal is to exterminate all abyssals from the seas and find Lycoris!" Ashigara explained as she's still firing with her team.

Then Tatsuta went ahead by jumping on the surface and then leapt that high like a kangaroo while spinning her spear with a smile, witnessing Wanko's feared reaction.

"Ufufu… That look on your face, though. How unfortunate. Goodbye."

Before Tatsuta swung her spear down and boosted towards Wanko, a shell had caught a spear which caused Tatsuta to fall to the ground.

"Hey, boss! You okay!?" A heavily damaged Ru-class arrived by carrying Ne-class and her dying riggings.

"FIRE!" Ashigara yelled.

"The hell!? Why are you still alive!?" Asashimo exclaimed.

"Not just them, look!" Ushio pointed at a couple of Wa-classes behind a bunch of Ha-class corpses.

"Escaping battle is she!? That coward!" Asashio yelled.

"PYON!" Zooming past her group is Uzuki as she's heading straight towards a large abyssal that is escaping.

"Uzuki! Where are you going!?" Ashigara yelled.

But Uzuki ignored as she's boosting past a horde of sinking corpses while firing at Wanko's body.

"Let's go back!" A loud Wa-class yelled.

"You're right… I knew I should've equipped some planes." Wanko realised that her opponents are overwhelmingly powerful to face unlike before, considering that they're more experienced in fighting for over 10 years as their physical bodies are unable to grow.

"Don't beat yourself up, Wanko-sama. At least you tried." A loud Wa-class pats Wanko's head with kindness.

"Hurry! They're incoming!" A serious Wa-class shouted as both Uzuki and Tatsuta were boosting towards the trio.

Finally, both Wa-class are trying their hardest to carry Wanko's large body as they're moving forward, causing both Uzuki and Tatsuta to crash into each other.

"Tch… They're getting a- Oh? I see Uzuki-chan's still trying. Go get 'em." Tatsuta can see Uzuki's desperation as Uzuki herself is charging towards an escaping abyssal.

"Tatsuta-senpai! Where's Uzuki-san!?" Ushio asked as she's desperate.

"Uzuki-chan? She's still going after the abyssals." Tatsuta answered while keeping her confident smile.

"Seriously!? We have to go after her! Tatsuta, can you go on ahead while we're taking out the garbage?" Ashigara asked.

"Sure! I love to see how abyssal blood and organs look like, ufufufu…" Tatsuta giggled while picking herself up.

"Everyone! Once they're taken care of, we need to catch up to Uzuki!" Ashigara shouted.

"Roger!" The group replied.

"Ugh… This rabbit wouldn't stop going after the strongest ones." Asashimo groaned.

"Maybe Uzuki is doing this for us." Ushio thought.

"Nah, she's still pissed after seeing her sister ships sinking, especially someone closest to her. Ugh! Why am I saying this all of a sudden!?"

"Because you cared." Said Ushio.

"Beh! Why shouldn't I? If the higher ups weren't being a bunch of assholes, then none of this would've happened!" Asashimo growled, admitting her worries towards her comrades.

After that, they dispose of a couple of bodies and then follow Tatsuta by catching up to Uzuki.

Boosting through the sea, Uzuki is heading straight towards an escaping abyssal as she's targeting a large body, firing a large body as well as trying to shoot a Wa-class by removing the claws from her.

"You did this… My sisters, they're my friends!" Uzuki shouted while firing at Wanko's claws from one of the Wa-class. "Kisaragi, Satsuki, Minazuki, Fumizuki, Nagatsuki, Kikuzuki, Mikazuki, Mochizuki, Yuuzuki! Even Yayoi… YOU KILLED HER!"

"It's our job. Now please, back off!" Wanko tried to claw Uzuki, but was missed as Uzuki slid to the other side.

Finally, zooming straight towards a second Wa-class, Uzuki continues to fire at another hand claws.

"Wanko-sama!" A serious Wa-class yelled after having these claws removed.

After being fired non-stop, Wanko is trying to block while swimming away from a destroyer.

"I… Need to… Get… Ou- !?"

Gasping, Wanko had witnessed Uzuki right in front of her while getting her horn grabbed.

"Do you know how many friends we have lost, just because it's your job?" Uzuki asked.

Her smile wasn't cheerful, it was empty, masking her rage towards the abyssal fleet before a smile fades.

As Uzuki steps on Wanko's face, she then pulls a horn, which could be fatal towards an oni like that.

"What would happen if an oni loses its horn, pyon?"

"Wait! S- Stop… Let… Me… Go!"

Before Uzuki removes a horn, Wanko instantly swings her arm as a claw has caught Uzuki, which causes Uzuki to spray blood from her torso as well as spewing blood from her mouth after failing to pull Wanko's horn off.

Wanko finally dives underwater as both Wa-classes are retreating, leaving Uzuki to pick herself up and is filled with bloodlusting vengeance.

"I can't… Give up…"

Finally, Uzuki was caught by both Asashio and Ushio as they arrived..

"Uzuki-chan! Are you okay!?" Ushio exclaimed as she witnessed Uzuki in a heavily damaged state.

"Pyon… I'm okay. I'm sorry, sensei…" Uzuki apologised to Ashigara.

Ashigara then pats Uzuki's head, knowing that she tried her best to face Wanko alone. "Don't be. At least you're okay. That abyssal isn't getting away this time! Everyone! Follow the waves!"

"Roger!"

Ashigara's group are finally moving towards a wave which has a silhouette hiding underwater.

"Ready?"

All the riggings are ready to release their depth charges, setting themselves to finally kill their target who may not be a submarine, but is capable of hiding like a coward.

"Now!" Ashigara ordered.

Finally, a group tossed out their depth charges as it caused so much splashing as explosions as it should cause some shock towards an abyssal.

Unfortunately, Wanko is still alive and is attempting to keep on going until her opponents are losing their fuels.

"Damn it! Why isn't she stopping!?" Asashimo yelled.

"The abyssal fleet is trained a lot more! That's why they made it difficult for us to sink them!" Asashio bites her thumb as she too had tried her best.

"She's heading straight towards the land! Look!" Ushio shouts while pointing at an unknown building which looks far different from any other land.

"An abyssal base?" Tatsuta asked.

"Don't know. But that won't stop us from trying to sink her! GET BACK HERE, ABYSSAL!" Ashigara yelled as she's boosting ahead and was followed by her group.

As Wanko reached past an eastern styled gate towards an unidentified and abandoned area near Japan, Ashigara and the group hastily followed past the gates as they found Wanko climbing to the surface and pick out a bunch of smoke grenades out of her sleeves and drop them out of her claws.

"Please… Just leave me alone!" Wanko then rushes off as the smoke grenades are creating a thick fog.

Speaking of thick fog, Ashigara and her team are finding it difficult to get through due to Wanko playing their game and vanishing somewhere in this area.

"What the!? Where did she go!?" Asashimo growled.

"She's got to be here somewhere…" Uzuki is thinking as she's staring at an abandoned building. "Hey, sensei. Isn't that the place where kanmusus before us are living?"

"Huh? You're saying that this place used to be the first generation kanmusus' base?" Ashigara asked.

"Pyon!" Uzuki answered with a yes.

"Interesting… Alright. We need to split up. The enemy must be hiding somewhere in this dusty old place. I'll take the main building." Said Ashigara.

"I'm taking the cafeteria with the rabbit over here!" Asashimo offered as she and Uzuki are about to investigate together.

"Pyon!" Uzuki agreed.

"Looks like I'll be taking the arsenal." Asashio sighed.

"Maybe the dorms are good for me to check out. Wanna come, Ushio-chan?" Tatsuta asked.

"Um… Sure!" Ushio accepts Tatsuta's offer while trying to keep her cool.

Finally, the group splits up after Ashigara's orders, as their next objective is to find Wanko and also know what the secrets of the 1st generation shipgirls are about.
