Hello friends!

My profile name is Ms. Kt K., but my real name is Kaitlyn and I have been here on fanfiction for many years now. Since I was a teenager actually. I have some really old stories still posted on my account from that time.

Now I am 32 years old(gosh I'm getting old, I've been on this site for so long now) and I work in graphic design with a BFA in illustration. I write fanfiction in hopes of writing my own novel someday. I am a big nerd, I love anime and video games. I am a huge Nintendo fan. I grew up with Zelda. I also love a lot of the early square games like Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and I am also really big into Chrono Cross (that's what my fics were about when I was a kid.)

I have been writing stories since I was very young, but there was a good few years there, after college, where I needed to stop due to personal reasons... I finally got back to doing it in 2013. I like to think my sudden love for an anime called Fairy Tail had everything to do with that. Over the years I've taken many breaks, but I am still pursuing the hobby, just on my own time table

Currently all of my ongoing writing projects on this site are Fairy Tail related, but I may also dabble into a few other fandoms here and there (FMA, SNK, Tokyo Ghoul etc).

Gajevy is my first love, but I do also like Jerza, Gruvia, Nalu, Nali, Lolu, Elfever, Miraxus, Zeravis and many many more. I'm not too picky when it comes to FT ships honestly, only when it comes to gajevy. (I can't imagine either of those two with anyone else, it breaks my heart too much!) Ships aside, I also really do just love FT whole heartedly. It is a show about love between friends. Misfits conquering the odds and I think that has some gravity, especially considering the world we live in today.

Other notes about me: I own horse, his name is Hank. I have been lucky enough to already find the love of my life and we have been together now for 11 years now. (He is also the one who created the nickname Ms. KtK for me). I think family and friends are really important and I have a great love for art. Seeing it, creating it. My husband and I love to collect nerd items of plenty, statues, pictures and the works.

About my writing, I mostly write romance and drama, but I don't ignore comedy. I am really big into character development from a psychological standpoint. I normally write in 3rd person omniscient, but I have done 1st person before (in my Zelda one shot, Time of Dying, but it is not what I prefer, so I probably won't ever do it again honestly). I am well versed in plot planning and I am very passionate about story telling. I take each thing I write very seriously and I work really hard at bringing it up to a certain standard. I try to stay tasteful even when dealing with dark or controversial topics. I write to entertain and, because I seriously enjoy and love it, even though it can be quite a chore at times.

To me the point of reading and writing fanfiction is not only for improvement purposes, but more importantly... To inspire other creative people to do what they do best... Create! And in return, be inspired back, thus creating a chain! Because honestly, there is nothing more fulfilling than one artist's work, leading to the creation of another's!
