If you read my stories expecting fluff, I'll tell you now; I won't write any fluffy stories. For a few reasons;

1. There are enough of that in this website.

2. I am a male teenager. I loathe sap in general. I know some people like that kind of thing, but clearly I'm not one of them. In my opinion, fluff should be used sparingly.

3. Most romantic fics I've seen don't even have a proper plot. Seriously, I've seen whole novels based on two people getting together. In my opinion, that's not a very good plot. I believe sap should only be used as a plot device, for example, a reason a character is the way he or she is or as a subplot. I might use romance in some of my stories, but I will not write fluff itself.

I'm sorry. If I don't like the concept, I can't immerse myself in the fic and write decently. It's always best to go with what you know and love.

And if you like fluff, go for it. It's just not for me.

Why I write (er...type);

1. Practice for my English class.

2. I kinda like to express ideas through the characters of my favourite media. You know, like how F. Scott Fitzgerald conveyed the theme of the corrupt American Dream in "The Great Gatsby". Though, any story I'd make probably won't tackle a big theme such as that. And that I don't own the characters or the setting I base my writing on.

Basically, quotes (and a few songs) give me story ideas. I'd look at my bank of quotes and pick one I could make a fic based on its ideas.
