Summary: Takes place a few hours after the last chapter.

The team had come back from their mission with minimal damage. But Zatanna had sprained her ankle during the mission and was in no condition to be walking, at least for the next few hours. Which meant her dinner plans with Dick for their first date were flung out the window. However, they were both very desperate for more of one another, and so they arranged to have their first date just be in the cave, watching a movie on the couch with M'gann as their caterer. Which she was happy to do. She, and basically everyone on the team but especially Megan, was overjoyed when Dick and Zee revealed that they were an official couple on the trip back from the mission. And the best part? Nobody else was going to be bothering them, so Dick was allowed to take his glasses off. Which made him feel even more asterous than he already felt, since Zatanna would be on a date with Dick, not Robin. Dick, who could tell her anything and not withhold any information, not Robin, who was inclined by Batman to keep secrets. And so here they sat, on the couch in the cave, glasses and masks prohibited, watching Zatanna's favorite movie, Snow White. Dick never cared for many Disney movies, but if Zatanna loved it, he would try to love it, too. M'gann had already made them their food and ran off to be with Connor, and so there was 0 worry of anyone walking in on Dick without his glasses.

Zee snuggled next to Dick, who had wrapped an arm around her as they watched the movie together. The close proximity of their bodies was something Dick had to get used to, but he had to say, he was really enjoying himself right now. He didn't exactly know how to act, this was his first ever date with his first ever girlfriend, but something about it just felt...right to him. It wasn't just his teenage body going crazy at the sight of her, it was more than that. Zee laughed at all his jokes, played pranks with him, even messed with the English language the same way he did. She was pretty much the perfect girl for him. He couldn't imagine having anyone else as his first ever date.

Zatanna didn't really think she would be enjoying this as much as she was. The "death" of her father was still a fresh wound, and she hadn't let herself truly be happy since then. Of course, spending time with the team was always a pleasure. Artemis was her best friend, M'gann and Raquel were great company, Wally was fun to mess around with, even Kal and Connor were good company. But there was something different about Dick. It was more than just her childhood crush on the boy billionaire and the Boy Wonder, more than just her hormonal overload whenever he was around. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but being around him took all the pain and misery away. She loved every second of it.

Neither were really focusing on the movie much, both wrapped up in their own thoughts, but they shared laughter and gasps at various moments in the film. As it went on, Zee was snuggling closer and closer to Dick, and her eagerness instilled him with more confidence and less nervousness. He kissed the top of her head, making both of them flush their cheeks but also smile brightly, and Zee rested her head on his chest, completely satisfied with the turn of events their date had taken. A light breeze blew across the hall, and Zatanna, being dressed in her trademark pink tank top with very short shorts, shivered. Dick noticed this and reached for a spare blanket, wrapping them up so they were practically mushed together. Zatanna took the opportunity to move even closer to him, and he returned the gesture with a quick peck on the side of her lips, making her smile. The movie ended, and Dick smiled, turning to face Zatanna.

"So that was like a 9 outta 10, right?"

"The movie? I'd say 8."

"N-not just the movie. Y'know, the setting, the food, heh, Megs was a good caterer." Zee smirked, catching on to what Dick was gesturing to, and turned to face him.

"You rate all your first dates, Boy Wonder?" Dick made a sheepish gesture and rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand as he turned a light pink.

"Well, uh, t-technically speaking, y-you're kinda my first, so...yeah?" Zatanna blushed, but was very giddy inside at the notion of being Dick Grayson's first ever romantic partner. She smirked to him before turning back to face the TV, leaning her head on him like before.

"Eh, 9's a bit high. I'd say...8.5." Dick grinned. Not half bad.

"Y'know, that's not the worst it coulda been." He pulled his phone out and positioned it to take a picture of them. Zatanna giggled a bit.

"You're taking a photo?"

"You kidding? 8.5 outta 10. That's pretty damn good! We gotta at least have something to remember this for later on!" Zatanna blushed at the notion of being in a long-term relationship with Dick, but at the same time, she had no qualms against it. She smirked and leaned in to kiss him.

"You're such a dork."

"That's parta my charm." Dick took the photo as Zatanna pressed her lips to his cheek.

Pretty short, but I liked the premise of the chapter and I just wanted to throw this out there. On an unrelated note, I watched the first few episodes of Titans season 3, and it's a major step up from S2. There's still a ton I don't like about it, such what a horrible parent Bruce is in the show and how bitchy Barbara was towards Bruce and even Dick sometimes, but I love the Red Hood adaptation, even if he is a bit too evil for my taste, and I think I wanna base Jason in this book loosely off the Jason in Titans (personality-wise. In case you all remember my chapter 1 timeline, I already planned to make Jason crazy as hell when he's brainwashed, so I'm gonna stick to that plan). I also loved the Raven/Dick relationship in S1, and I think I may introduce Raven to the team through Dick (and Zatanna since she's magic-based, obviously), though this will happen way later down the line, like after Wally's "death", since Raven is most likely gonna end up with Damian in this book, and Dami is like a newborn at this point. Anyways, that's just a mini tangent I kinda wanted to add since I'm seriously blown away with how much better Titans season 3 is than season 2. I won't be altering my timeline to incorporate more of Titans or anything crazy like that, but I may take some moments or plot points from the show as inspiration. It's anyways gonna be a while till we reach that point, since Dick isn't even thinking about Nightwing right now, but we will eventually reach that time period.
