Chapter Five: The Years Fly By

~A/N~ I'm able to write again. Between work, RL problems, and losing my computer I wasn't able to write for a while. I hope you guys/gals like the chapter. Sorry if it's a little short. I wanted to get something out to let you all know I'm not dead and neither are my fics.

Chapter Start!

The Sakamata family had been having some of the best years of their lives. Kugo and Ryuko had tied the knot just over a year ago. Izumi and Hitoshi were properly adopted and going to school. They had even gotten a new friend in a rabbit quirked girl named Rumi. The three of them had become inseparable.

Shortly after the bunny girl came along the newlyweds learned of her family. The poor girl was abused by her parents. Needless to say, she joined the Sakamata family shortly thereafter.

Rumi and Hitoshi even took their name becoming Sakamata's themselves. Izumi, however, decided to keep her birth name to remember the parents that were stolen from her.

Kugo and Ryuko beamed in pride as their children all exclaimed without a shadow of a doubt that they desired to be heroes like them. So once they were ready Kugo started their training. Nothing too serious but tough enough that they'd stay in excellent shape.

"How's it going?" Ryuko asked as she sat down beside Kugo.

"Great," Kugo replied.

"I'm sensing a but," Ryuko stated.

"I'm not really skilled enough to teach them beyond the basics," Kugo said as his eyes went to the kids running a few laps.

"Maybe we could ask other heroes if they know someone who could better help them," Ryuko offered.

"Hmm. That's a good idea. Perhaps Endeavor knows. His oldest is training to be a hero I hear," Kugo says kissing Ryuko's cheek.

"Aww," the two turned to see their kids smiling at them.

"Done for the day?" Kugo asked.

"We finished our laps. And mom is home," Hitoshi said his purple eyes locked on Ryuko.

"Momma's boy," Rumi giggles.

"S... Shut up," Hitoshi fired back.

"Now now what have we said about fighting," Ryuko says.

"Save it for the villains," the three shout.

"That's right," Kugo said standing. "Now go inside," The kids run passed heading in to get cleaned up.

"I'll get them cleaned up. You make supper," Ryuko says before kissing his cheek.

"I cooked last night," Kugo replied.

"Yeah, and you're still the better cook," Ryuko shoots back as she walks inside swaying her hips slightly more than she needed.

"That's cheating," Kugo snaps knowing he's cooking now.

~Elsewhere~

A crash echoed out as two figures clashed. The first was the symbol of peace for the world. The number one hero. All Might. The other was eternal foe. The symbol of darkness. All For One. This conflict had been a long time coming.

"So how did you find me?" All For One asked shaking his hand after their most recent hit.

"My sidekick managed to track you down," All Might replied.

"And you came running to stop me?" All For One asked with a laugh. "Now you'll die all alone just like Nana did,"

All Might smirked. That was wrong. All Might never smirked. he smiled sure. But he never smirked. All For One had missed something. And he knew it would- "IGNITED ARROW!" Burn him right in the back.

All For One stumbled. His body going up in flames.

"UNITED STATES OF SMASH!" All Might screamed out as he threw everything he had into a single punch. The flames that pierced All For One's back went out as he was slammed into the ground.

All For One was left reeling as All Might jumped back and Endeavor burst into flames and grabbed him. "PROMINENCE BURN!"

Flames went in every direction. All Might was forced to move further back or risk getting burned himself.

"Enji!" All Might called out. "Bring it down! you'll kill yourself!"

"Not yet!" Endeavor replied as he pushed his flames further.

"ENOUGH!" Endeavor was sent flying back as All For One snapped.

"How?" All Might asked seeing All For One walk out of the flames.

"I've faced countless fire quirks. They are worthless on me," All For One said with a growl.

"You seem a little too singed for that to be true," All Might retorted.

"I will admit his fire is the strongest I've felt but it's ultimately useless," All For One replied. "Is that all?" He added.

"I'm not out of steam yet," All Might said raising his fists.

"You will be soon," All For One said as a black spike shot out of his hand faster than All Might expected. It was going straight for his side.

"ALL MIGHT!" Endeavor shouted as he shoved the number one to the side causing the spike to miss its target hitting only air.

"Annoying gnat," All For One growled.

"Flashfire Fist!" Endeavor shouted throwing wave after wave of fire at All For One.

"You're strongest fires failed. Why do you think your weaker ones would work?" All For One asked.

"It's called a distraction," Endeavor replied.

"What-" All For One froze as he felt something tear through him. He slowly looked back to see All Might behind him. His arm speared through All For One's gut.

"I don't usually go for overkill. But you've earned it," All Might said as he plunged his other hand through the would-be demon lord.

"Doctor," All For One called out as All Might started to tear him in half.

"Die and be forgotten!" All Might cried out as he ripped All For One in half. Black ooze burst from All For One's mouth just after he was torn in two. His upper half vanishing in the sludge.

"What was that?" Endeavor asked running up as the sludge vanished.

"A last-ditch effort to escape," All Might said looking towards Endeavor.

"What do we do?" Endeavor asked.

"Nothing we can do now. Whatever pulled him out will have to act impossibly fast to save him," All Might said.

"Let's get out of here then," Endeavor offers. "After all you need a shower now,"

"Yeah... I'm very uncomfortable," All Might replied trying to wipe some of the blood off.
