Kyouka sipped her water as she sat across from Momo at an outside café. The reason she was meeting with the taller woman was because the Everything Hero had called her distraught and as her best friend, Kyouka knew she had to fix what ever has happened.

"So what's up, Momo. You sounded so broken when you called earlier," said Kyouka, worry clear on her face and in her tone.

A sniff came from the raven-haired beauty. "I'm afraid Shouto won't find me attractive anymore."

This caused Kyouka to raise an eyebrow in question. "Momo, I know your husband isn't as expressive with his emotions as mine is, but it was always obvious that he loves you more than anything. Aside from that, what the hell are you talking about?"

"I've gotten so fat!" cried out Momo, tears coming to her eyes.

Kyouka could only pinch the bridge of her nose and let out a sigh. "Momo, you're not fat, you're pregnant. We both are, remember?"

It was true. Both women were well and truly pregnant. When they originally found out, they were over the moon and happy to share this moment with their loving husbands. But now though, at least for Momo…

"But why am I so much bigger than you?!" demanded the heiress. "You got pregnant before I did and are on your ninth month, while I'm on my seventh and look like an overdue bloated whale!"

"Would you keep it down?! We're in public!" hissed out the purplette, causing her friend to blush in embarrassment.

"S-Sorry. It's just that I've gotten so big and I can't stop eating that I'm afraid that I might run off Shouto because he won't find me attractive," replied Momo, her tears renewing.

Kyouka glanced down at Momo's gravid belly. It definitely was a LOT bigger than her own full-term womb, which would slightly justify Momo's fears. Of course, Kyouka had an idea of what might be happening to her friend, but first she had to ask…

"Do you think your pregnancy is effecting your Quirk? Babies ARE technically the ultimate creation a human being can make."

Momo just shook her head. "No. I had asked the doctor when I first found out that I was pregnant if my Quirk would affect the baby or vice versa and they told me everything would be fine. The only negative they mentioned when I told them what my Quirk does is that if I use it too much that I could potentially steal nutrients from the baby, so I haven't used my Quirk as often as I used to."

Nodding at that, Kyouka could understand the worry there, but that didn't seem to be the cause of Momo's size, which left her with her original hypothesis.

"I guess that just leaves one more possibility," replied Kyouka as she extended her earphone jacks and rested the tips on Momo's belly.

Letting out a squeak, a red-faced Momo quickly responded. "K-Kyouka! Wh-What are you doing?!"

"Shh! I'm trying to listen," stated Kyouka, focusing her hearing. They remained silent, with Momo stilling blushing and trying not to squirm. After a bit, Kyouka gave off a smile as she retracted her earphone jacks. "Well I think I found why you're so big, Momo."

The heiress perked up a bit. "Really? What is it, Kyouka?"

"There's two heartbeats in there. Congratulations, you're having twins."

Momo's eyes went wide and her body went stiff upon hearing this news. "T-Twins?!"

A thud caught their attention. Turning to where it came from, they spotted Todoroki Shouto and Midoriya Izuku, staring at them with just as much surprise as Momo was feeling. The thud came from the bag Shouto had dropped, most likely because he had overheard the announcement of twins.

"T-Twins?" stuttered out Shouto, confirming that he indeed overheard.

"Sh-Shouto!" squeaked out Momo as she stood and waddled over to her husband. "I'm sorry!"

"N-No, don't be. This is actually great news."

"R-Really?"

"Hai…although I think I'll need to lie down for a bit."

The peach bristled in fear as she watched her husband almost fall to the ground in a dead heap. Luckily she was able to catch him and lower him gently so he wouldn't get a concussion. "Sh-Shouto! Y-You need to wake up! I can't carry you in my condition!"

As Momo continued to try and wake her husband, Izuku made his way over and sat next to his wife.

"So Shouto and Momo really are having twins?" he questioned, staring at Kyouka in awe.

"Yup!" she replied with a smirk. "Chances are that one of the babies was hiding behind the other one so the doctors couldn't see them. Luckily for Momo, my hearing is way better than any medical machine!"

Izuku let out a hum before he glanced down at his wife's belly. "Are we…?"

"Nope. There's only one cinnamon bun in this oven," replied Kyouka with a grin as she patted her gestating womb. She then heard the sigh of relief from her husband and turned to him in question. "What? Were you hoping to have twins, too?"

"It's not that. I mean, I wouldn't mind having more kids with you in the future," stated Izuku, rubbing the back of his head. "It's just that we only have supplies for one baby and if he found out we were having twins now, we would have to rush to get the extra supplies we need…and I don't want to put any stress on you right now."

Her mouth formed a soft smile as she reached over to kiss her loving husband on the lips, to which he gladly returned. When they were done, she leaned her forehead against his and stared into his emerald green eyes.

"How did I get so luckily to have such a sweet husband like you?"

"I think I'm the lucky one for having a kind and beautiful wife who not only accepted me and all of my faults, but is also going to be the best mother ever."

He placed his rough, scarred hand atop of her belly, which she in turn placed her soft, dainty hand atop of his. The shy couple sat there peacefully, enjoying each other's company and feeling the kicks of their unborn child.

Then they were reminded of the rich couple that was their best friends.

"Shouto, please! Wake up!"

Letting out a sigh, Kyouka turned to face Izuku. "You up for carrying some dead weight home?"

He let out a chuckle of amusement before standing up, with Kyouka soon following. They made their way over to Momo and the still unconscious Shouto where Izuku then grabbed the half-and-half man and slung him over his shoulder. With Shouto in hand, Izuku made his way towards the Todoroki household, with Kyouka and a worried Momo right behind.

Some time later, Shouto had woken up and immediately brought Momo into a searing kiss, happy and ecstatic that they were going to have twins.

Needless to say, they called up the rest of their friends and family to tell them the great news.

I've always liked the headcanon that Shouto and Momo would have twins, a red-haired boy for Shouto's fire side and a white-haired boy for his ice side. Unfortunately this will never happen in canon, mainly because (and I don't remember if I've pointed this out before) Horikoshi has a habit of making the kids take after their moms in terms of looks. Izuku, Bakugou, Shouto, Kyouka, Tsuyu, Ochaco, Iida, Kouda, Aoyama, and Kaminari ALL look like their mothers and chances are that whatever kids Shouto will have will look more like Momo in the end.
