Todoroki is a girl & Izuku remains quirkless. Things differ beyond just that as Todoroki meet Izuku as kids & this somewhat alters the course of her life until their second meeting as teenagers. Izuku also still manages to get into U.A though rather then to become a hero, it instead to create the number one hero agency instead. All Might keeps One for All (Details under Chapter 01)

Things have changed as the story is not going down the path that I originally thought about as that turned out to merely be the starting point. The first big change was if Izuku would still get One for All or not. With deciding that he was not going to get and thus remain quirkless in this story that actually changed a lot things going forward. Things that happened before can no longer happen as result of this change thus those things were dropped from the story completely. However in doing that other story ideas popped as replacements and even what could be done as a result of removing events that would not be possible if Izuku had indeed remain quirkless.

From that an idea arose for a character that has a quirk but it does not help them directly only hinders them. It would be a powerful quirk in theory but in practice they can not use properly themselves. There are some other ideas but I am still working on those at the moment as the baseline of the character for the most part has been finished.

However with the creation of this character, the idea of Bakugo being a girl has kind of been dropped and this new character would take that place as the third character that has their own POV chapters along with Izuku and Todoroki instead. The idea of a girl Bakugo that looks like her mother but has the personality of her dad around everyone but Izuku. That might be spun off into it own story or added to another possible one in the future. As for the Todoroki chapters, I plan on using all the current knowledge known about the Todoroki family up to chapter 306 from the start. So it going to be a spoilers for people that not caught up to at least chapter 306 despite this story starting at the very start of the series

This just a heads up in advance as the story going forward is going in different direction then the canon did not just because Izuku remains quirkless. The reasoning I decided to go with being because All Might never needed to pass on One for All since he killed All for One in their battle around five years before the series began. Also he was never took critical damage in that to point where it would limit his time for being in his hero form. The how and why these thing happened I am going to attempt to explain in new chapter 01 that set up why Izuku would remains quirkless and what his new dream becomes as a result.
