Ok so i wasn't expecting this to quite so well liked, so no preasure for chapter two then hey.

Hope you enjoy.

Jean kicked a tree and let out a growl "Merde!" Jean growled as she remembered the briefing she got after she arrived back at the base from a patrol. Apparently, Tirpitz and Victorious had got a little carried away and blown a large chunk out the Vichya Dominion and Iris Libre barracks and once she got there she found much as she had been told a big chunk of the roof was gone along with the front doors and some of the windows.

"Jean!" the blonde turned and saw Massachusetts running towards her "What happened here?"

"Tirpitz and Victorious." Jean growled "They got out of hand."

"Oh dear, are you ok?" Massachusetts said looking Jean over.

"I'm fine, but the buildings been declared off limits till they make sure it's safe."

"I see, so where are you going to sleep?"

"We've been told to bunk with someone else for the night."

"Well if you're looking for a place to stay, I don't mind having a bunk mate for the night." Massachusetts said with a small smile.

"And why would you be willing to do that?" Jean asked confused.

"Well, we're friends, besides, I can't leave you without a place to stay for the night."

Jean hummed a second as she thought on the idea, the two were on better terms now and they had spent a lot of time together over the last few weeks "Ok, I accept your offer."

"Come on, shall we get you settled in then?" Massachusetts smiled.

"Why not, I have nothing else to do." Jean sighed.

After a few minutes, the two battleships enter Massachusetts room, it was smaller than Jean's room and simpler, it only contained a bed, desk, cupboard and some bookshelves, the Iris Libre and Vichya Dominion dorms were much more luxurious, Jean herself had a four-poster bed, an entire wall that acted as a cupboard and a small area where she kept her good wine.

'Those two had better not have broken any of them or they will pay.' Jean said to herself.

Massachusetts opened the cupboard and pulled out a bag "Sorry if it's not quite what your used to." The white-haired girl said as she opened the bag "You can sit down if you want."

"Thanks and its fine." Jean said as she sat down in the chair and saw a mass of canvass "Is that a futon?"

"Yes indeed." Massachusetts smiled "I got it from one of the Sakura Empire girls."

"Guess it's not the worst."

"Oh you're not sleeping on the futon, I am, you can take my bed."

Jean looked at the battleship for a second as her brain did a replay of what the white-haired girl had just said; making sure she had heard her right "I'm not a baby I can manage the futon." Jean scowled.

"But you're my guest, its only right I give you the best I can offer, the sheets were cleaned this morning." Massachusetts smiled.

"Still it's your bed, it feels a bit wrong to be taking it off you, especially if it's just for the single night." Jean said as she rubbed her neck.

"Are you ok?" Massachusetts asked with a look of worry on her face 'That kind of looks wrong on her face…wait why am I thinking that?' Jean thought before answering "Yeah I'm fine, just a bit of a stiff neck."

"Oh, well we can't have that, would you like a massage?" Massachusetts said with a smile.

"Pardon?" Jean said with a raised brow.

"A massage, to get the stiffness out of your neck."

"Why would we do that?"

"We can't have you all worked up it's not good for your health and you need to take care of yourself, otherwise you won't be at full strength when you need to be, plus we are friends and friends help each other."

Jean bit her bottom lip; she couldn't argue with the other girl's logic but she felt a little embarrassed by the idea "Have you ever done this before?"

"Yes, me and my sisters have done it a few times, it really helps to relax you, makes all those sore points go away, so want to try it."

"You sound like a saleswoman." Jean sighed as she gave the idea some thought before she folded "Ok fine."

"Excellent, well take your boots and jacket off and lay on the bed with your head on the pillow please."

Jean did as she was asked and laid on the bed, the Eagle Union battleship kneeling at the head of the bed.

"Why don't you have a headboard?" Jean asked just as Massachusetts got ready.

"Me and my sisters do these massages a lot and it kept getting in the way so we ditched them." Massachusetts replied as she gently placed her hands on top of the blonde's head "Now then, I need to check the pressure I'm putting on you in places, so let me know if you want more or less pressure, ok?"

"Ok." Jean said a little confused having never had a massage before.

To Jean's surprise she then heard Massachusetts say in a whisper "Ok, I'm going to start on the head, let me know the pressure is ok or not."

"Weren't you meant to be working on my neck?" Jean said confused.

"Well if I'm working on your neck, I might as well do your head as well, think of it as a bonus for a good duel."

"Ok fine." Jean said as she felt the battleships gently place her fingers on her head 'Her fingers are really soft.' Jean thought.

"How's that pressure?" the white-haired girl asked in a whisper.

"That's fine." Jean said with a slight sigh putting the odd thoughts to the back of her mind.

"Try talking in a whisper, talking softly helps to relax you." Massachusetts said as she moved her hands to the back of the blonde's neck.

"Ok and that pressure is good to." Jean replied in a whisper.

"Thank you, now I'll do the shoulders."

The moment Jean felt Massachusetts hands touch the front of her shoulders she felt them tense slightly "Oh, could you go lighter there please."

"Sorry." Massachusetts said as she lightened the pressure "How about that?"

"That's better." Jean sighed.

"Ok, I'll start now, you can close your eyes if you want." Massachusetts smiled with as she began to work on Jeans shoulders properly.

Jean let out a sigh as she felt her muscles loosen slowly bit by bit "Would you like me to talk or remain silent?" Massachusetts asked quietly.

"Huh?"

"Some people find it more comforting if they have someone talking to them about things."

"Like what?"

"Anything really."

"I see, well I can't really think of anything." Jean sighed closing her eyes as more and more of her muscles gave into Massachusetts hands.

"It's ok we don't have to talk, though I do have a question if you don't mind me asking."

"What is it?"

"Your name, it's from a pirate, isn't it?"

"A privateer actually." Jean sighed as she felt her body relaxing.

"I'm sorry but the distinction escapes me."

"Both raided ships, but Pirates raided for themselves, Privateers raided for their nation."

"I see, that explains your love of collecting fine wine, my little Privateer."

Jean opened her eyes and stared at the white-haired battleship "You better not be thinking of making that a nickname."

"Why not, I have one why shouldn't you?" Massachusetts smiled.

"Because it's weird and childish."

"It's no weirder than mine."

Jean let out a sigh before she closed her eyes again, she was a bit too tired to be dealing with this now "Call me that in public and you're in trouble."

"Ok, I promise not to call you that in public." Massachusetts whispered as she finished with the blonde's shoulders before she moved to the neck.

"Ooh." Jean sighed as Massachusetts began to work on her neck, revealing how tense her neck was.

"Oh my, you are tense here," Massachusetts stated, "maybe we should have done this sooner."

"Maybe we should, ooh, I didn't realise it could get that stiff." Jean sighed.

"You need to relax more; you're so tense you could pull something or snap in half." Massachusetts sighed "Pushing yourself isn't a bad thing, but overdoing it is, you need to rest more."

"Hard to do sometimes, especially when certain people try blowing up the base."

"Still you need to try."

"Fine, fine." Jean sighed before winching as the other battleship found another sore spot.

"Point made I hope."

"Yes, it's made." Jean grumbled.

Jean lost track of time as the other girl continued to slowly work on the back of her neck and slowly the soreness and tension faded as her muscles started to relax and turn into putty under the tender assault.

"How often do you do this for your sister?" Jean asked in a slightly drowsy voice.

"Once a week, though I haven't been able to recently as they were reassigned, so I was worried I was a little out of practice."

"Well you're relaxing me perfectly." Jean said with a yawn.

"Thank you." Massachusetts whispered. "Hey, you can go asleep if you want, I don't mind."

"But isn't that rude?"

"No, on the contrary I find it a compliment." Massachusetts smiled "It means I did a good job relaxing them."

'She has a nice smile.' Jean thought sleepily.

Once she had finished with Jean's neck Massachusetts moved to the blonde's ears and immediately, she got a contented sigh out the blonde.

"What were Tirpitz and Victorious even doing that that caused them to blow up your barracks?" Massachusetts asked as she rubbed Jean's ear lobes.

"According to Prince of Wales it's their way of flirting, trying to fight each other, they usually don't do what they did to the barracks, but they got out of hand this time, or so she says."

"Funny kind of flirting."

"More like expensive." Jean replied, "Especially if anything is broken in my room."

"Relax."

"Sorry." Jean yawned as Massachusetts began to work on her scalp "I know this might sound a bit odd, but would you be willing to do this again some time?"

"I'm that good at massaging?"

"Don't think I'm going soft, it's just nice and I don't want my neck hurting again, so if you don't mind."

"I would be happy to, just ask."

"Thanks." Jean muttered before Massachusetts could heard the blonde snoring lightly.

Massachusetts smiled at the sight "Sleep my little privateer." Massachusetts whispered placing a light kiss on the blonde's forehead making the blonde stir a little but not wake before she settled down again.

'She really is a kid sometimes.' Massachusetts smiled, as she felt a little tickle in her heart, though she wasn't sure why she kissed Jean's head, but decided to ignore it for now and carried on with the massage on the blonde's head.
