'This is DJ Professor K reporting to all you rudies out there. Just a quick message to you all. The tournament is tomorrow and will last the weekend. Yall better bring your A game. And just a quick little side note. Seems like this time all of the GG's will be showing up this time to defend their crown. The other gangs better really bring their all if they are to win. Now back to your regularly schedule broadcast.' Professor K reported before he put on the next song.

'Felt like a, fly like a butterfly.' I mentally sang along as I laid down in bed.
"Ugh, I hate professor Port's stories." Yang complained along with Ruby. We were in my team's dorm room. Classes had just finished as we came back here to rest. Team Rwby along with Coco and Velvet were with us as well.
"While I don't like to bad mouth any of the teachers." Weiss began with a light glare directed at Yang. "His stories can put anyone to sleep."
"I actually started to record his stories and play them back anytime Nora is having trouble sleeping." Ren added.
"Speaking of which, I heard some screaming late into the night a couple of days ago. What happened?" Coco asked.
"Jaune tried sneaking into the room when we were asleep. And then Nora, who was awake the whole time, woke us all up. And we had a very long talk afterwards." Pyrrha answered slightly annoyed.
'She really is protective of me.' I thought smiling as I moved my headphones slightly so I can listen to their conversation better. 'Wonder how she would react if she finds out I got hit by missiles, bullets and tank shells courtesy of the Rokkaku?'
"So, Jaune. Care to tell us why you were out so late then?" Yang asked curiously.
"Nope." I answered easily.
"Either we can do to convince you otherwise?" Coco asked lowering her shades and flashing a seductive smile.
'Yeah, I'm not risking Gum's wrath.' I thought with a shiver. "You can try whatever you want, I ain't telling."
"You sure?" Yang asked leaning forward slightly.
"I'm sure. I, like you all, have my own personal life." I answered which caused her to pout a bit before smirking. But before she could do whatever plan she had; she was cut off by Ruby.
"ANYWAY!" Ruby said getting everyone's attention. "Since Jaune is not willing to talk about his personal life. How about we discuss something else?"
"Like what?" Velvet asked.
"How about that incident that happened a few days ago?" She suggested.
"Need to be little more specific sis." Yang told her.
"The one where tanks and helicopters were spotted in downtown Vale that were covered in graffiti." She clarified.
"Oh, right. How did that happen?" Yang asked curious.
'The rudies facing off against Hayashi and the Rokkaku.' I mentally answered remembering the encounter. And silently laughing when I remembered Hayashi running away while covered in graffiti.
"Some ruffians no doubt." Weiss huffed. "The same ones who are probably behind the graffiti in other parts of downtown Vale and the billboards of Ironwoods."
"Though Ironwoods reaction to that was pretty funny." Blake added with a smirk.
"Especially where Glynda had to essentially restrain him for a while." Yang added.
"Yeah, that was certainly a treat to watch. Anyway, what are your guy's plan for the weekends?" Coco asked.
"Me and Renny are going to the pancake factory." Nora answered excitedly.
"Yang and I going to a bakery that is holding a contest for best cookies." Ruby answered excitedly as well. And drooling a bit as well.
"How about you Jaune?" Pyrrha asked.
"Just heading to a small tournament with some friends." I answered.
"What kind of tournament fearless leader?" Nora asked curious.
"Or you cannot tell us like with what you were doing that caused you come back here late at night?" Weiss said suspiciously.
"I can Weiss. It's just a small tournament. I'm just going to watch and listen to some music with some friends." I lied.
"Right." She said not believing me at all. Not because she knew I was lying but because she did not like me.
"What kind of music blondie?" Coco asked.
"Similar to what you are listening to now?" Velvet asked.
"Yeah." I answered.
"Can I come?" Pyrrha asked.
"Sorry. But its invite only. Me and my friends were also invited Weiss." I answered before adding when I saw Weiss about to ask her question. She simply huffed before looking away.
"What's the tournament about anyway?" Coco asked.
"Some sports. More in the skating sense to be exact." I answered.
"I doubt you can skate Arc. Or be anywhere near as talented as the ice skaters I have seen in my life." Weiss smirked.
"Not ice skating Wiess. I actually mean rollerblades. Grinding on rails. That kind of thing.' I told her.
"So, you mean the more barbaric way of skating rather than the refined way." She said with a smirk. But that went away when Yang smacked on the back of the head.
'Don't know why I ever had a crush on her.' I thought already feeling a headache coming on.
"When do you have to leave for the tournament?" Pyrrha asked.
"Right now, in fact." I said taking out my scroll and seeing that it was nearing five already. Getting up, I reached under my bed and pulled out the case containing my skates, preferred headphones and graffiti can. I then got up and headed towards the door.
"Bye guys." I said as I opened the door.
"Bye fearless leader." Nora shouted.
"Take care Jaune. And please be careful." Pyrrha said worried.
"I will." I assured her as I closed the door.
One Hour Later
'Pyrrha would have a heart attack if she saw me doing this.' I thought as I skated on the metal beams of an unfinished sky scraper. Unlike the other building which I go to for the view, this building 's construction was actually ongoing. Meaning, that the metal beams that I was grinding on were moving.
"YEAH!" I shouted as I jumped from metal beam to metal beam and doing tricks while in the air. All the while ignoring the yells coming from the workers down below. Looking around, I saw a few spots I could tag. Taking out the graffiti can, I tagged the areas before grinding away from the place.
'This is the life.' I thought as I grinded away from the building on the power lines. Jumping from the power lines, I landed on a nearby building. Taking out my scroll, I saw that it was six p.m. already.
"Better head over to the garage." I said as I put away my scroll. But as I did so, I felt myself get hit by a few raindrops. Holding out my hand, I immediately felt the rain start pouring down.
"Great." I said annoyed as I zipped up my hoodie. Reaching into my pockets, I pulled out some goggles that my parents got me for my seventh birthday.
"Fond memories." I said as I put on the goggles.
Adjusting them, I smiled and started to skate towards the edge of the building of the building before jumping off the building to the ground. Normally, I would skate along the power lines as they are a faster route. But contrary to popular belief, rudies were not shock proof. And by that, I mean that we have been shock and electrocuted before. Yoyo once even got struck by lightning when he wasn't careful.
"HA, HA, HA!" I heard a creepy laugh sound nearby. To others, it would be enough for the hairs to stand up on the back of their neck. But not me or any other rudie as we knew who the laughter belonged to.
"The Immortals." I said annoyed. Even though we were on more 'friendly' terms now with every other gang. The Immortals were still annoying and kind of scummy as well. But honestly, I prefer them over the Doom Riders any day. As they are just pure scum bags. Looking up, while not stopping, three people completely covered in bandages with only one eye not covered landed next to me.
"Jaune." The leader hissed out in a creepy voice. Though it didn't bother me as that was actually how they sounded like.
"Immortals." I greeted back as we continued to skate down the streets while narrowly avoiding pedestrians.
"Get ready to give up the crown." Another Immortal said cockily as they all laughed. The laugh sounding as if they were already dead.
"We'll see." I said confidently which caused them to snarl a bit.
"How about a game of Capture the Flag." The third Immortals member suggested angrily.
"You're on." I said accepting their challenge. And as if by magic, Professor K reported this almost immediately.
'What's this I'm seeing? The Immortals challenging a lone GG to Capture the Flag? Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the coffin.'Professor K reported. I smirked at the Immortals as we got ready for the challenge and lined up. 'Let's get this underway!'
'Been a while since I done this.' I thought as I readied myself.
'Three...'Professor K started the countdown.
"Get ready to lose." The Immortals leader snarked with the others laughing/hissing as well.
'Two...'
"And I'll get ready to win." I remarked causing them to snarl.
'One...'
'Life of the rudie.' I thought smiling as this was very common. Yet none of us would trade this life for anything else.
'GO!' Professor K announced before quickly putting on a new song.

We all immediately boost dashed forward towards the flag that appeared about two blocks ahead of us. Something that only rudies can see as to everyone else there is nothing there. There is also the fact that we know where the flags are, wherever they pop up, and can find them with great ease. Even we don't know how that works, but we just went along with it.
"Watch it!" I shouted as I easily dodge the shove one of the Immortals tried to do on me.
"Ha, Ha, ha." They laughed in response.
Shaking my head, I quickly looked around and saw a railing I could grind on. Skating towards it, I jumped and landed on the railing and proceed to grind along it. Allowing me to easily pass the Immortals and snag the first flag.
'GGs got a Flag!' Professor K announced. 'Four Flags Left.'
Quickly turning to face the direction of where the next flag spawned, we made our way there. Seeing a pole nearby, I jumped and grind up it and then on the power lines. But not for a long as I jumped off them and onto the buildings. Skating across the roofs were simple and allowed me to pick up speed. The slanted rooftops allowing me to also easily jump across the streets onto the next block of buildings.
'There it is.' I thought when I saw the flag floating on top of an antenna. Hearing the Immortals closing in, I picked up the pace and jumped as soon as I could and easily managed to snag the flag right before the Immortals could even reach it.
'GGs got a Flag!' Professor K announced again. 'Three Flags Left.'
Going around, we headed in the direction of the third flag. Jumping on the power lines, we made our way there while we all did tricks and slightly scare any pedestrians still out in the rain. Seeing the location coming up, we started making our way over to it. Unfortunately, I missed the timing when I had to jump away when an Immortal tried to crash into me. Which allowed them to get the flag before I could.
'The Immortals got a Flag!'Professor K announced. 'Two Flags left.'
Grinding up a nearby pole, I jumped along the power lines towards the next location. The Immortals right behind me. Doing tricks to pick up speed, we quickly approached the fourth flag which was in the air in the center of the street. Boost dashing, I quickly reached the flag and jumped up to grab it and landed on the roof tops next to us afterwards.
'GGs WIN!' Professor K shouted in our ears. 'Looks like The Immortals are all wrapped up and been sent back to their graves.'
"YEAH!" I shouted as I started to dance my signature dance.
"You win this time. But we'll still win tomorrow." The Immortals hissed.
"Care to try and back that up?" A familiar voice asked. Looking up, we saw the GG's member who helped us when we faced off against the Golden Rhinos and exposed the fake Yoyo.
"Hey Cube." I said smiling.
"Hey Jaune." She said smirking before turning back to The Immortals. "Well, I'm waiting."
"We may be ancient. But we're not fools." The Immortals leader hissed before they turned around and left.
"They are as ancient as they are brain dead." I said smirking as we watched their retreating forms. "Either way, thanks for the save Cube."
"No problem. Now, let's head back to the garage." She told me. Nodding, we turned around and headed the rest of the way to the garage. All the while Professor K played a new song.

One Hour Later
"Hey guys." Cube shouted to the other GGs who were huddled around the couch watching some television. We arrived at the garage and needless to say, no one was outside as it was still raining. Heading over to a nearby door, we entered the small building we use when it was raining.
"Hey, Cube. Glad to see you made it back safely." Corn greeted which caused Cube to roll her eyes. Corn was always protective and worried for all of us.
"And look who I brought along." She said pointing to me.
"Hey guys. Long time no see." I said smiling.
"JAUNE!" Beat, Garam and Combo shouted as they came up to me and we all shook hands in our own unique way.
"Glad to see you made it in time." Corn said smiling.
"Yeah, just got held up a bit. The Immortals challenged me to Capture the Flag." I explained.
"Did you beat them?" Gum asked popping the bubblegum she was chewing on.
"Of course." I answered to which she just nodded before turning her head back to the television.
"Enough of that. How's Beacon life?" Combo asked.
"Boring." I answered while rolling my eyes.
"Did you cause any mischief while there?" Garam asked.
"You know it." I answered chuckling a bit.
"Did you get caught?" He asked.
"Nope." I answered.
"All right." He said as we fist bumped.
"Speaking of which, find any single ladies there Jaune?" Beat asked while lightly elbowing me. Only to receive a wrench to the head courtesy of Gum. Looking over to her, she just flipped him off. I just shook my head and skated to the others.
"Where's Yoyo and Rhyth?" I asked.
"Out on a date." Boogie answered.
"He finally worked up the courage to ask her out." Jazz added.
"Bout time. Anyway, any idea on what the twist would be with death ball in the tournament tomorrow?" I asked.
"Not sure. But I did learn that Professor K leak out that it was going to be a blast from the past." Corn answered.
"Either way, the forecast says rain is going to let up soon. Once it does, we should get some practice in before heading to bed. We do have to be in the Future Sight of the Rokkaku expo stadium early in the morning." Gum reminded. We all nodded at this. Yet as the storm continued to go on, we sat down on a chair and watched the television.
'Can't wait for tomorrow.' I thought excitedly.
