Both our present day Bunnyx and the Future Bunnyx were fighting Multiversity. Multiversity has pulled off a strange time shift that was basically the chronokinetic version of duplication. Our present day Bunnyx fought the orange and black replica of herself that we'll call Dark Bunnyx.
Bunnyx and Dark Bunnyx rushed at each other, Bunnyx Umbrella and Dark Bunnyx' clock hand sword clashing as they tried to push each other back. They broke apart, took a few step backs and started to swipe and clash so fast that you could barely see it due to time distortions of two people controlling time making it appear so fast. During one of their clashes Dark Bunnyx distorted for a bit as a blur came from her back and rushed at Bunnyx.
Bunnyx slashed at the Timebreaker-shaped blur with the bladed tip of the umbrella, it shattered like glass. It also allowed an opening for Dark Bunnyx rushing in, but Bunnyx quickly pressed the button on her Miraculous watch in time, as it slowed down enough to prevent herself from becoming impaled. She slams her umbrella down on the clock hand sword to force it down and steps on it before launching a punch, which Dark Bunnyx caught in her hand. She twists Bunnyx' arm, flipping her through the air and slashing as she was spinning through the air. Bunnyx blocked the blow mid-air with her umbrella and landed safely. It felt way too close.
"You can't stop me. I know what you are going to do before even you know. I am you, I know your thoughts, I better control time and space. I am technically split in two and even with half my power you are no match." Dark Bunnyx pointed out.
"You haven't see nothing yet." Bunnyx said as she slashed at Dark Bunnyx whom just leaned gently to the side to avoid the swipes. Dark Bunnyx swiped and Bunnyx barely was able to jump back. While she felt a pull of slowing down time, no doubt by Dark Bunnyx, she forced her own powers to move normally, and she had only receive the feeling of a sharp sword tip gently scraping the tip of her nose. Bunnyx's subconscious and passive abilities were also put to the test. Bunnyx used her enhanced jumping to jump up and launch a kick, easily being blocked by Dark Bunnyx.
She kicks off Dark Bunnyx sword as she was blocked and jumped into a portal she opened behind her and reappearing behind her dark counterpart, but she was snatched out of the air by her throat and slammed into the ground and she had to roll aside to avoid being skewered. Dark Bunnyx brought down her blade as Bunnyx got up and blocked with her Umbrella. Bunnyx not only had to focus on pushing back her counterpart, but she also found parts of her body going transparent, and preventing herself from fading from time as Dark Bunnyx worked her passive abilities. They broke apart as Bunnyx panted.
"Got to give it to you, I don't remember being this skilled when I was your age. You got tenacity. It was one of our greater qualities." Dark Bunnyx said. "Despite that, it won't help you. It is a matter of time before you lose. I know all of your old moves, and I know how you think." Dark Bunnyx mocked. She was barely being tired.
Bunnyx looked pensive. She had a habit of being an athletic tomboy but she wasn't stupid. She was a hero after all, and heroes needed some awareness, cleverness and wits in this line of work. "So you do…" Bunnyx said as she held her umbrella out, but she held it in a different manner. She held it like fencing sword. "Guess what I'm going to do next."
Dark Bunnyx raised her eyebrow, not sure what her younger self was up to but didn't care enough to linger and thrusted forward with her sword. However, Bunnyx used a series of parries, blocks and thrusts that Bunnyx normally doesn't use and it threw Dark Bunnyx off as Bunnyx suddenly had the upper hand, forcing Dark Bunnyx on the defensive, and nearly impaling her with the umbrella. Dark Bunnyx not looked worried. "What the…" She then found Bunnyx spread her arms, like she was leaving herself open. Dark Bunnyx didn't hesitate and rushed forward, but Bunnyx used Darkblade's special move, and disarmed Dark Bunnyx.
"What was that move?" Dark Bunnyx said as her younger counterpart now held the umbrella and the clock hand saber.
"Darkblade…Adrien's fencing teacher…has been teaching Adrien that move…and he and Kagami has been passing on a bit of that fencing training to the rest of us." Bunnyx said. She then connected the clock hand blade to the bottom of her umbrella to form a long bladed staff weapon. She rushed at Dark Bunnyx and started swiping at her. The first few swipes she blocked with her arms easily enough, until she was faked out by one, and Bunnyx flipped the staff in her hand and whacked Dark Bunnyx in the stomach. When Dark Bunnyx was pushed back, Bunnyx was now leaning on the staff, much like King Monkey did at the end of his transformation sequence. "And Kim may be a lug but when it comes to the monkey fighting style, he knows a few good tricks as well."
"Why are you saying their names?" Dark Bunnyx asked angrily, that she was losing her advantage. "Where are you going with this?" Dark Bunnyx rushed at her younger counterpart, fists raised.
But then Bunnyx started to stumble around drunkenly, umbrella in one hand and the sword in another. "You know my moves, but I wondered if you recalled what your friends are capable off…" She stumbled in a way that allowed her to hop out of reach of Dark Bunnyx' punches, before, while standing on one leg, leaned backwards, making a spin and delivering a diagonal upwards slash with the clock sword.
Dark Bunnyx screamed as a cut appeared over her face, hurting one eye and damaging her mask, as well as chipping a part of her orange and black bunny ear. "What is this trickery?"
"One of Lila's moves. She's quite a goofball, able to keep you on your toes with some of her unpredictability. But if you cared, you'd have remembered." Bunnyx said as she stuck the sword in the ground and leaned on it.
"I do this for them! To bring them back! Don't tell me that I don't care!" Dark Bunnyx snarled. "Everything I did is to have them all by my side again!" she charged at Bunnyx again. She tried to kick her lights out, but Bunnyx dropped on her back, delivered an upwards kick and delivered a break-dancing-like kick move that was more Carapace's style rather then her own. She has been keeping Dark Bunnyx off-balance.
"Really? Because it is clear that you have forgotten what they are capable off. It sucks that your world came to an end, and I feel for you. But this mess you are creating? Not cool. Look at you, you have become obsessed, but not only on how it affected you and mostly you…you are so obsessed that you have forgotten what your friends and family truly are like. You have this warped idea of them in your head. But you have forgotten what made those people, the people you used to love. Because you have been wallowing into your own pity so much and you grew so detached, that it's like you really don't knew them at all." Bunnyx noted.
"Shut up!" Dark Bunnyx said as she opens a pair of portals to her sides and plunged in her arms, with much bigger portals reappearing around Bunnyx, with huge versions of her arms coming out and trying to crush her. Dark Bunnyx was getting sloppier and Bunnyx jumped aside.
Wheels appeared under the feet of Bunnyx, just like her rollerskates. "You know how Bunnyx fights, but you have forgotten what Alix Kubdel can do." She said as she skated across the battlefield. Dark Bunnyx raised her arms to try to bend time in the field again, but it was clear her anger and frustration made sure that she was off. Bunnyx meanwhile kept calm and pushed back. No slowing down or speeding up. Dark Bunnyx had retracted her arms form the portals, but now held a new clock sword and an orange and black umbrella as she slashed at Bunnyx, whom jumped up, grinded across the blades and planted her wheeled heel in Dark Bunnyx face. She screeched in pain as that happened.
"I'm more then the Miraculous. I am an athlete…I am a daughter, I am a sister, I am a friend…" Bunnyx grabbed the clock sword she nabbed earlier from Dark Bunnyx and stabbed her in her side, near a pocket where she and her future self kept their Miraculouses. "And I am the one kicking your arse!"
Dark Bunnyx squirmed in pain as she flickered, like she was glitching in an out of existence as she screamed in pain, or maybe something mentally or emotionally.
Meanwhile F-Bunnyx fought Multiversity directly. Blade and umbrella clashed, as the two jumped, ran and even warped all over the place during the fight. It was almost too hard to follow. Multiversity then stuck her arms into two portals she manifested on her sides. Multiple portals opened up around F-Bunnyx whom then had to quickly react to various arms, either in a fist or holding the clock blade lashing from all sides, trying to get a hit in from different points in time and space. But F-Bunnyx was able to keep up.
Multiversity manifested an hourglass, which grew in size. She shattered it, and the glass shard, as well as the sands inside melting into glass and forming more shards moved around and formed a dome around F-Bunnyx and then she slams her hands together as the cage of crystal glass shards shoot at F-Bunnyx. F-Bunnyx opened her umbrella, the thing spinning fast in her hand as she waved it around to fend off the shards. She at one points goes so fast there are after images, and more like multiple F-Bunnyxes are fending off the shard storm.
They were running out of shards, and they would be all gone. F-Bunnyx stood there. A few scrapes and gashes, but nothing too major. As she had fended off the shard storm, Multiversity closed the gap between them and charged in closer. F-Bunnyx blocked the sword strike just find and pushed Multiversity off, before taking her umbrella in a reverse grip by the tip. It opened up, but instead fo the normal umbrella interior it showed a pocketspace…where she had snatched a few of the crystal shards from earlier and shot them at Multiversity, whom was pushed back and she gritted her teeth in pain, now covered in gashes like F-Bunnyx;
Multiversity closed the gap again and as their weapons clashed, time and space distorted more around them. The terrain briefly turned into rock and magma and F-Bunnyx pushed Multiversity into a magma wall briefly for her enough to experience pain but she got off quickly enough and ignored the pain. As the terrain shifted into a more snowy and icy area Multiversity grabbed F-Bunnyx and smashed her into an iceberg. F-Bunnyx also walked it off as they continued their clash.
They were suddenly in prehistoric times, and as their weapons clashed a few more times, F-Bunnyx ducked as the stray tail of an unaware Ankylosaur smashed into Multiversity. It shifts to a sandy desert like Ancient Egypt as Multiversity flew and charged at F-Bunnyx, grabbing her and smashing her into a nearby architecture a few times. F-Bunnyx turned the table, grabbing Multiversity and slamming her into the same structure, breaking off a piece…which turned out to be the nose of the sphinx.
They suddenly found themselves on a battlefield, during a war…WWII if they weren't mistaken as suddenly they heard zooming coming form above as bombers dropped their loads. They ran for it using their greater time-aided speed. One bomb landed and the shockwave sent them flying, but they got enough of a kickstart to return to the present and only roll onto the ground before getting up immediately and continue the fight. "You see what you are doing, everything is unraveling around us. How do you think you'll be able to fix everything afterwards? There will be things even us Rabbit wielders cannot bounce back from."
"I don't care. I rather see the universe destroyed rather then see it go on without my world." Multiversity said insanely. She suddenly grabbed her head. "Argh! No…I still remember them. I still know them."
"Oh, I see your time remnant facing mini-Me is not faring too well…She is tormenting you with knowledge that she obtained. And if I have to guess that you have turned so insane that you no longer remember the old world like it was, instead a warped version in your mind? Blessed to see through time, but cursed with humanity, where memories can become flawed over time?" F-Bunnyx said.
"No…I must remember clearly. I have to, or it is lost…" Multiversity said as she grabbed her head before she lashed with her sword again, F-Bunnyx blocking it by holding out her umbrella horizontally. Now the two were just pushing trying to overpower each other.
F-Bunnyx noticed something glowing at the handle of her umbrella and smirked. "Thanks, mini-me!" She said as she took the bottom of her umbrella handle, and once it came off, there was a blade attached, with F-Bunnyx wasting no time to slash at Multiversity's waist.
"Gah! What is that?" Multiversity stumbled back, clutching her wound as she saw the blade attached to the umbrella handle, now dual wielded with the rest of the umbrella. The blade inside the umbrella though. Multiversity looked at her own blade. "It can't be…"
"Mini-Me obtained a trophy, which means I get a trophy as well." F-Bunnyx said as she double-wielded the weapons, but eyed the clock blade she now had. She pointed the blade at Multiversity, while holding the umbrella over her shoulder.
Multiversity screamed in anger as she let out an aura that slowed everything down around them. But F-Bunnyx put on her own aura so she wouldn't be slowed down. None of them would get a speed advantage. Multiversity instead prepared her sword. She and F-Bunnyx were now running on fumes, so she wouldn't be able to do crazy summons or make time remnants. It would be down to the physical now. Multiversity roared as she lashed with her sword again.
Bunnyx blocked with her own blade. The tip of her umbrella spins around like a buzzsaw as she tries bringing it down on Multiversity, whom caught it in her hand, luckily her armor preventing greater harm, but she felt the heat and sparks from the thing in her hand. She then threw it upwards, ripping it out of F-Bunnyx hand as she kicked F-Bunnyx in the stomach and sent her flying, as she dropped her new blade. It was picked up by Multiversity whom had two blades now and charged them with energy and ready to strike F-Bunnyx. But before she got close, the umbrella, still spinning flew in front of F-Bunnyx, whom launched it at Multiversity, whom crossed both blades in front of her to block it, more sparks and heat coming off it. Enough time for F-Bunnyx to close the gap and take her sword back. She then lashed at Multiversity, whom blocked the blade strike, but wasn't fast enough when Bunny picked her umbrella out of the air and then pierced the wound inflicted on Multiversity earlier, fully piercing the armor.
Multiversity screamed out in pain, and like Dark Bunnyx started glitching. Both halves of the villains were in pain now. "Mini-Me, let's finish it!" F-Bunnyx said, seeing her younger self in the distance."
"Got it Maxi-Me!" Bunnyx said, wishing she had come up with a better quip. Both Bunnyxes gained traction, kicked off nearby trees and shot at both evil counterparts, delivering a strong rabbit kick into both their stomachs, flinging Dark Bunnyx and Multiversity into each other. When the two slammed into each other they were surrounded by blue and white energy and they screamed in pain as they were forced to rejoin, and quite painfully from the screaming and glitching that came off them. There was a burst of light and both Bunnyxes covered their eyes.
When the light died down, pieces of discarded and destroyed Multiversity armor were scattered. An older Alix in a simple bodysuit, the wounds inflicted on both halves now reflecting on her, her hand holding a broken pocket watch. She panted heavily. The fact she was still conscious was a small miracle. "I can still fix it…I have to fix it." She said staring at the damaged Miraculous.
"It is over, Multiversity. You lost." F-Bunnyx said.
"You don't understand…I need to get them back. Everything back what I lost…I cannot…" Multiversity just ranted, shaking her head.
"You can barely think coherently, how would you know enough to put everything back together like it was? Even if you created a new timeline, it won't be the same. It would be empty, hollow not to mention unstable." F-Bunnyx added.
"I know them. I know their names, I know what they look like, I…" Multiversity snapped.
"Do you remember the favorite foods of your classmates? The story dad used to tell y…us before we went to bed each night when we were kids? When Jalil made an essay he was so proud of? Do you remember what Mom looked like?" Bunnyx asked.
Multiversity wanted to speak up, but her angry face turned into an empty gaze, looking confused as she blinked and stared down. "I…Can't. I forgot…No, this isn't right, I wasn't supposed to forget. I was supposed to bring everything back as it was…No, no, no!" Multiversity said as she grabbed her head and cried, tears rolling down her cheeks. "I didn't want to forget, I just wanted…I just…"
Bunnyx felt knackered from fighting her evil counterpart. But she couldn't help to feel sorry for her. Bunnyx sighed and spoke to Multiversity: "Everyone loved the pastries and cakes from the Dupain-Cheng bakery. Jalil's most prized essay was when he dropped the conspiracy theories and more successfully pieced the past about the Ladybug and Black Cat of Egypt together. The story was the Prince and the three Fates…" Bunnyx grabbed her Pocket watch and opened it up. She dialed away for a bit and projected a hologram. It was of a beautiful older woman.
Multiversity looked at it, entranced. She didn't know why but she stopped crying. She frowned and half-closed her eyes as she tried to see if she saw things right. A look of realization dawned onto her face. "Mom? Is that her?" Multiversity asked softly. Bunnyx nodded as Multiversity continued to cry and look at the hologram.
"To be honest, I almost forgot about that story of bedtime as well." F-Bunnyx said with a dry chuckle.
"How long has it been for you since you were back in your home timeline?" Bunnyx asked her older self.
"Er…A while." She said vaguely but looking sheepish. "Has been a bit longer then I intended. For them it will be seconds but for me…"
"Best to not make it any more longer." Bunnyx said as she looked at Multiversity again, whom seemed entranced by the hologram. "Being alone with all the time in the world as your only companion doesn't do any good for you."
"That's why this time loop was started. At a certain point in time we become disenchanted, and we need to look back on our past before we can move on in the future. I remember when I met my future self…It was not quite as insane because she wasn't there." F-Bunnyx said dryly. "Make sure that when you reach this point in your life to meet your past self so to not get lost."
"Believe me, after what I've seen, I'm determined to not let it go that far." Bunnyx said.
It was then that the sky started distorting and growing dark. They looked up into the sky to see something they nearly forgot about. "The Anomaly!" both of the Bunnyxes said at the same time.
"It is growing out of control…" F-Bunnyx said as she pointed her umbrella at it, we need to close it now!
"I'm on it!" Bunnyx said as she also aimed her umbrella at it; Both poured temporal energy into the anomaly.
However, while it didn't grow bigger…It was actively resisting being closed by the two heroes, at times contracting, then expanding and contracting again. Both of them seemed to strain under it. "Dang, it has grown too big and powerful, I don't know if we can close it." F-Bunnyx said.
"Then what do we do?" Bunnyx asked.
"I don't know, I am using all my energy to make sure it doesn't immediately blow up in our faces and erasing everything in the universe ." F-Bunnyx said.
Though the hologram had vanished, but the image was still burned into the mind of Multiversity. She had forgotten her mom's face…But she remembered again. She had lots her mind, alongside her world and timeline. But she lost a lot of her memories. In her madness she held on the little that she had that everything, even existence herself became unimportant to her. She had held on to these memories…warped and few as they were.
She blinked and looked up in the sky at the anomaly. Oh, that was her fault right? Wanting to erase this world so she could bring back her world. But that was not a possibility. Even if she hadn't lost her memories, would it be exactly as she remembered? Was everything she did…for nothing? What did she gain? Maybe a few earned memories back, and a glimpse at the mother she lost.
The world she was in was so much like her own. Down to the same people. However, with the anomaly straining, she saw things glitching in and out of existence, colors and shapes fading into each other…This world would die. Just like her world. Would anyone survive? Would they also forget? Would they…become her? Multiversity blinked as realization set in. "What have I done?" she said softly.
She had no time to waste. She grabbed a few pieces of armor that were discarded and lying around. She grabbed a gauntlet, put it on, placed the broken stopwatch on it, and a clock blade that was broken, only leaving the handle with a sharp and short jagged metallic piece on top. She aimed it at the anomaly and forced herself to pour the temporal energy she had left into it.
"What are you doing?" F-Bunnyx asked.
"What does it look like? I'm helping you stop the Anomaly." Multiversity replied.
"But your Miraculous is broken, if you keep at it, you'll…" Bunnyx noted.
"I know that…and right now I'm okay with that. I have nothing left, and this is my fault. So it seems appropriate I put it right. I couldn't deal with my loss and endangered everything. Now I have accepted it…" she looked at the other two. "Promise me, both of you…that you will look out for them. Your friends, your family…Never forget them, ever!" Multiversity shed a few more tears.
"I promise, we won't." Bunnyx said, as her future self merely nodded.
The three looked back at the anomaly as they screamed and poured everything they had as the anomaly is closing more and more.
Ladybug and Chat Noir were approaching the site of where the anomaly was, carrying their counterparts along with them. They saw the three different versions of Alix Kubdel closing the anomaly. "What is going on?" Marinette asked.
"Wait, those are both Alix and…Multiversity? She was an Alix too?" the alternate Marinette noted as she noticed the armor the third Alix wore.
"Multiversity, she is the one whom brought you here?" Chat Noir asked.
"Yes, that's her. And it makes a lot of sense now, how she knew to look for us." The alternate Adrien noted.
"That anomaly looks awfully big…They are seemingly struggling." Ladybug noted.
"If they aren't able to do it, it is the end of everything." Chat Noir noted. "Should we help?"
"No! This is definitely not a small ritual, introducing other magic at such a crucial moments would be utterly disastrous. We just have to believe the Bunnyxes can do it." Ladybug noted.
"They can do it. After all, I believe in our friends." Chat said.
Queen Bee, Rena Rouge, Carapace, Pipistrello and their counterparts have also arrived at the site, but from different angles or points to they haven't run into the others yet, and kept their distance because the didn't want to interfere in this crucial part. The other Miraculous wielders were still in the city dealing with whatever the other anomalies had summoned…
The anomaly started to shrink more and more, until it was fairly small, but during the last few moments, it had been pushing back stronger then ever and desperately keeping itself open. The three Alixes were at their limit but didn't give in. They gave one final push, and finally, the anomaly closed completely and the three of them collapsed and panted. The glitching stopped and the skies turned back to normal.
All three dropped onto their knee…Both Bunnyx and F-Bunnyx merely detransformed and both Fluffs fell out of their Miraculous, unconsciously. The two panted heavily and looked at Multiversity and she didn't look so well.
Where she once stood was now an old woman…So old that her skin was like parchment covered in cobwebs, her eyes milky white as if nearly blind and her hairs grey. She seemed to barely be able to breath. Despite that she smiled. "We did it…" she said with raspy breaths.
She fell back, but the younger Alix caught her. "Multiversity…Alix…what you did was stupid."
"Wouldn't be the stupidest thing I've done." Multiversity said with a dry chuckle, which sounded odd in her raspy tone. "I wanted to use my last moment of clarity to do something good again…I was a hero once."
"You were again in this moment." F-Alix noted.
"I'll be with them again. I regret causing all this, but I don't regret putting an end to it. For the first time…since long…I feel…at peace." The old Alix suddenly went still, no more breathing, her eyes now lifeless.
Both versions of Alix still alive were shaken to their core. F-Alix closed the eyes of Multiversity. Alix laid her body down gently. "Rest in peace, Multiversity. No more pain, only silence."
The two Alixes were soon joined. Ladybug, Chat Noir, Rena Rouge, Carapace, Pipistrello, Queen Bee and their counterparts. They all looked bewildered in shock. They also looked surprisingly with each other, but they decided to dwell on the new looks their friends had sported later, for now focused on the dead older Alix and the present and future version of their Alix. Some confusing glances were shared. But also sad ones, especially for Multiversity, and even the counterparts, as twisted as they were before, looked sad and shaken for what happened.
Alix and her future self looked at each other, sighed sadly and both said at the same time, to their teammates: "We have a lot to talk about."

I want to apologize everyone for the long wait. Life has not been kind to me and I was suffering a burn out. Today I have been able to write another chapter. ANd I hope that I will not need another month to write the next. BUt I have not given up to this and I'll finish this until the end.
Anyhow, that's it folks. Just one more epilogue chapter.
After that the next few chapters are building up to the endgame of season two, not counting the interludes I may sprinkle in between. Anyhow, hope you enjoy.
