Chapter 5
I explain the legend again
Octavia POV.
You would not believe what had happened yesterday. A black fog came and took everyone in the Satellite. But, fortunately, it didn't come here. So we were safe. But today, we heard the sound of a helicopter outside, I peaked out through the window to see a chopper that looked to be from sector security. Out of it appeared Trudge, Yusei, Luna, Leo and three other people I don't recognise. One was a girl that had blue hair and wore a grey business suit, the second new one was a tall man with a blonde hair and looked like fucking douche bag (who I'm pretty sure is that Jack Atlas prat) and the final one was a girl with dark maroon hair and had the biggest boobs I've seen outside of a succubus. Martha and Blister then ran outside to see them and apparently, Martha was the nanny of Yusei, Jack and some other guy known as 'Crow'. I heard somethings but I couldn't make out a lot of what they were talking about. Eventually, they decided to come inside. Needless to say, the three newbies were shocked to see me.
"Jack, Akiza, Mina", said Yusei. "This is Octavia". The three looked at me and I just looked at them like I would normally.
"If you wanna look at me, take a picture", I said. "It'll last longer".
"Oh my" said Akiza.
"So it is true", said Jack. "There IS a Domino Owl Lady".
"I swear, to Satan, the next person, who calls me that, without an explanation as to why, will get a kick in nuts" I said.
"Wait, you said 'I swear to Satan'" said Mina. "So, is he your king?".
"He's one of the seven princes of hell", I said. "Surely SOME of you must've read Christian mythology".
"A few bits here and there" said Akiza.
"Well, all I can say is that it's rather surprising" I said.
"That someone wants to look up the princes of hell?", asked Akiza. "Well, when Yusei tol-".
"I was referring to the fact that the psychic girl who has the body of a porn star took time out of her schedule of being an angry mess to read about my leaders" I said.
"P-p-p-p-p-p-porn star?" Stuttered Akiza.
"Yeah, I know at least 20 succubi who would KILL for a body like that" I said.
"Okay, enough with the discussion on people's bodies", said Yusei. "But, things sure seem quiet".
"That's because everyone is gone", I said. "When I first arrived, there was no sign of anyone here. And yesterday, a black fog came to sweep out the area. Fortunately, it didn't come here, so we where safe. But everyone else is gone".
"So, nothing from Rally, Tank, Blitz, Nerv or Crow?" Asked Yusei.
"Nope, nothing" said Blister.
"So, what's the deal with you?", asked Jack pointing to me. "Why are you here?".
"I ran away from" I said nonchalantly.
"Don't you think that's a bit much?" Asked Jack.
"If you listen to my story, maybe you'll think differently" I said. So, everyone, including the kids sat around me. And I told them the exact same story I told Martha. When I was finished, most had their mouths hanging open.
"Gee, and I thought my life was rough" said Akiza.
"An assassin. AN ASSASSIN!", shouted Jack. "You gotta be kidding me?!".
"Do I look like I'm joking?" I asked.
"So your dad slept with an imp. Your wife got mad. And now she put a hit on his head?" Asked Mina.
"I'm not following, what's going on?" Asked Leo.
"I pray that you never find out" I said.
"So why's this bird girl so important?" Asked Mina.
"Because I know the origins of those 'Earthbound Immortals' come from" I said with a smirk. THAT got everyone interested.
"You do?" Asked Akiza.
"Yeah", I said. "I also know about the legend of the Crimson Dragon".
"So, let's hear it" said Jack.
"Okay", I said. "So basically, Lucifer figured that sooner or later, God would wage war against him. So, he came up with the idea of creating seven powerful living weapons. These were known as the Earthbound Immortals. There was one for each of the seven princes. Mammon, Asmodius, Satan, Belphagor, Beelzebub, Leviathan and the big daddy demon himself, Lucifer. However, they needed a place to store them. So, they created the netherworld to act as a storage unit. But, to command this army, they needed a king. So, they created a creature simply known as 'the king'".
"And let me guess", said Jack. "It got smart enough to think 'hey, I got seven powerful living weapons at my disposal, I should be ruling hell'".
"You are not as dumb as look Jack Assless" I said.
"It's Atlas" said Jack.
"Whatever", I replied. "Anyways, yes, the king of the Netherworld attacked Hell and all hope seemed lost. But God and Lucifer did what no one expected, they formed an alliance and God sent down a powerful being known as the Crimson Dragon. The dragon the divided itself into five dragons and banished the king and the immortals to the netherworld. But not before they took Ancient Fairy Dragon as a hostage. Legend has it, if the Immortals should EVER return, then the end of all creation will begin". Everyone just stared at me when I told the story.
"So you're saying that we need to save Earth, Heaven AND Hell?" Asked Yusei.
"That you're right" I said.
"Guess we got our work cut out for us" said Luna.
"More like we're in for one helluva fight" said Akiza.
"I see what you did there" I said with a smirk.
"So, what do we do now?" Asked Leo.
"I'm going to help Martha and Trudge cook dinner", I said as I got up. "The rest of you can mingle". I walked over to Trudge and pulled him by the ear.
"Ow ow one, hey!" Shouted Trudge as I pulled him, "you have crazy strength for someone your size".
As Trudge, Martha and I cooked dinner, Trudge was still curious about me.
"So, Octavia was it?", Trudge asked. I looked up from peeling the potatoes and stared at him. "Is it true, what you said about your folks?".
"Do you think I would lie about something like that?", I asked. "About how some red dickhead ruined my family just so he could start his business?".
"What business is that?" Asked Trudge.
"Just some assassin business that allows people in hell to get revenge on those who wronged them" I said.
"Wow, so, uh, I guess. That must suck" said Trudge.
"You know", I said. "You aren't bad at the whole pep talk, but you could seriously use more work on it".
"Gee, thanks" said Trudge. I then went back to pealing potatoes.
However, what we didn't know, was that we were being watched by a certain dark signer.
