Episode 6
"So, Ghetto Heights excludes the Beyond? How?" Leo asks.
Femt wiggles his fingers. "Nobody knows~"
Michella jabs him in the hip. "I told you to stop using that tone!"
"This episode is about BURGERS?" Zapp complains. "I don't get a big part?"
"You don't. Live with it."
"But why does the pube-head get to be the focus?"
"He's the protagonist!" Femt chirps.
"Stop calling me pube-head!" Leo growls.
"Everyone, meet Nej. Nej, everyone." Femt escorts a child into the lounge. "He's playing the voice of Leo's new friend."
"The food grubber one?"
"Exactly."
"Hope you like burgers, kid!" Chain calls. "Because your character is obsessed!"
"Burgers are great!" Nej responds. "I would kill for a burger now!"
Leo hands over one of the burgers on the table.
"Thanks, burger-man!"
"Oh you're gonna fit right in." White mutters, smirking.
"Damn, Nej is getting hustled and knows it? Yikes. Those must be some good-ass burgers." Black points out.
"Maybe they're addictive." Dog posits.
Deldro snorts. "You got a screw loose, kid." He tells Nej.
"I would totally never pay four times the market price for burgers. Double is the highest I'd go."
"Still, pretty high for a burger." Zapp says. "Burgers aren't that great."
"Don't knock the burgers!" Nej yells, throwing a prop burger at Zapp.
"Amagranoff Luzoo...Lozu…" Nej fumbles his line. "Who named my character something so long and convoluted?"
Everyone looks at Femt. "You're a Beyondian, you get a weird name." He says.
"But I can't even pronounce it!"
"You only need to say it twice." Femt retorts. "So go practice."
The big trucker starts beating the Nej doll. Suddenly, a seam ruptures and stuffing spills everywhere.
"Uh...oops?" The man says.
"Oh COME ON! CUT!"
The smaller trucker hits Leo over the head with a fake baseball bat. The bat breaks.
"DAMMIT! PROPS DEPARTMENT!"
"Zapp fucked with the props!" Someone calls back.
"ZAPP!" Femt turns to glare at the dark-skinned man.
"You know, that glare really loses effectiveness when I can't see your eyes." Zapp says casually.
"Huh." White says.
Her "brother" looks at her. "What?"
"If Ghetto Heights excludes anything from the Beyond, how come Leo can go in with his eyes?"
Black shrugs. "Plot hole. Blame Femt."
