Hi everyone! I'm Liz and I'm very interested in creative writing. I have always been encouraged to pursue a career in writing or as a journalist (...since seventh grade...).

Because my future career is probably not going to be as an author, I'd like to just try my hand at fiction and poetry for the fun of it. I've been trying my best to keep up and expand some short stories I've started and I'm hoping to continue that here. I always appreciate reviews! I'll try not to bore you to much with any drabble. ;)

I love writing stories about strong female characters who know what they want and are willing to work hard to achieve a goal. I also love writing one shots, and I'm trying to get up as many as I can, starting with my first published story.

Book series I do love (or enjoy) include The Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and The Hunger Games. Common theme? Fantasy, and they all include a strong female role somewhere along the story line.

Adventure is also a passion of mine, so if I happen to write an adventure themed story please, please, please bestow your wise and vast knowledge of how it can be improved.
