Golbez (to Cecil): Final Fantasy IV List of Achievements I have...well, achieved. WARNING! SOME OF THE FOLLOWING ACHIEVEMENTS ARE GAME SPOILERS! I have a certificate in English. (Got a 96 in English to earn that!) I have beaten Mt. Battle on Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. I have beaten The True Arena in Kirby Super Star Ultra. I have beaten Extra Mode on Kirby's Return to Dreamland. I have found all 201 treasures in Pikmin 2. (That took forever to do whew) I have purified Shadow Lugia on Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. I have found all the Heart Containers in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I have beaten Master Hand & Crazy Hand on Intense level difficulty on Super Smash Bros Brawl. (To be honest I don't even remember how I beat them.) I have beaten Luigi's Mansion under 2 hours without any form of cheating. (Tip: don't search for any money whatsoever) I have found all the Crystal Shards and have defeated Zero Two on Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. I have beaten Red on Pokemon Silver and it's remake Pokemon Soul Silver. I have played over 365 in game days and have beaten Hey You Pikachu! (I had a Pikachu that listened :D) I have defeated Special World in Super Mario World. I have found all the Jiggies/Notes/Honeycomb Pieces in Banjo Kazooie. (That was torturous...) I have found all the Jiggies/Notes/Honeycomb Pieces in Banjo Tooie. (I HATE CANARY MARY!) I have found everything in Kirby's Epic Yarn. (and I'm not spinning any yarn about that :D) I have trained a team of Pokemon to Level 100 without any cheats at all. (Rare Candy's don't apply, I used one or two...) I have found a Shiny Pokemon in the wild. (It WAS NOT the Red Gyarados. To my crappy luck, it was a Wurmple. A Purple Wurmple. I dare you to say that ten times fast XD ) I have defeated the Dark Link copies in the Palace of the Four Sword in the remake of The Legend of Zelda: A Link To the Past. I have caught Mew in Pokemon Blue Version (OF COURSE I HAD TO USE A GLITCH!) I have caught a 14 Ibs. Lunker at the Fishing Pond in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Okay, this achievement will need some explaining. In Mario Party 3's Story Mode, after every board there is a ranking system that ranks you depending on how well you did on the board the ranks from highest to lowest are Ranks: C, B, A, and S. After you have completed Story Mode you will get an overall rank based on all the board ranks. The best overall rank is the Miracle Star, and it can be incredibly hard to obtain. So, I have gotten Rank S on every board (there are about...12 boards in game and a Final Boss battle which gets ranked too so that's 13 S ranks in total.) and have earned the Miracle Star title. I have caught all the Shadow Pokemon without failing once in Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness (That means I also caught all of Greevil's Shadow Pokemon without failing or losing. So this achievement was two birds with one stone!) I can read in game Hylian. It doesn't seem like it but it is an actual alphabet Nintendo made and for some reason its different for every game. The Hylian alphabets I can read are from Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask (they have the same alphabet) and Twilight Princess. I cannot read Wind Waker because even if I translate it, It's in Japanese which I do not know. The first game I have beaten was Super Mario 64. I beat when I was 7. Epic Game Music WARNING!: CONTAINS SPOILERS! IT MAY SEEM LIKE I'M RAMBLING, BUT IM EXPLAINING BACK STORIES BEHIND THE SONG OWNERS SO DON'T BE A JERK ABOUT IT ALRIGHT?! The Last Story: Dances of Death: Go To: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeL1L9Msuvk In The Last Story, your main enemy is a clan of people called the Gurak. At first it seems that their leader, Zangurak only caused a war with you because He wants to kill all humans. This was caused by when Humans and Gurak once co-existed long ago. But corruption over power caused hatred towards humanity which split them apart. Anyways, Zangurak's true goal is to obtain the power of a ancient mage called The Outsider. The Power Of The Outsider was what caused the whole war in the first place when it was split between Humans and Gurak. Zael, the hero of the game gets some of the Human half while Zangurak get's all of the other half. Zangurak wishes to take all of the Human half to become a god. But, the Human half is hidden in a deep matrix power reactor for The Outsider called The Last World. But I haven't told you who Zesha is right? Zesha and his twin brother Zepha are Zangurak's right hand men and loyal bodyguards. Zepha is a powerful mage and knows multiple forms of defensive magic shields. Zesha is a skilled double swordsman, famed for taking down a army single handedly. Anyways, you battle both Zesha and Zepha at once at the Gurak Fortress. You prove to be too strong for them so they escape while they can. They reappear in the Last World, assisting Zangurak by stalling you. Zepha battles you alone this time and proves to be more powerful alone than with Zesha. In the end, Zepha is killed by your teammate Yurick. This does not go unnoticed by Zesha in the next area, who goes absolute bonkers in a attempt to avenge his brother. Zesha proves to mean business this time, with near perfect sword guards, Counter strikes, teleportation (didn't think a swordsman could do that didja?) High jump down thrusts, shockwaves, and extremely fast attacks. Oh, and Paralysis Energy arrows too. All these attacks are happening while His rock n' roll epic song is playing. His theme is one of those rock songs that you can't get tired of. It's...epic...just epic. Paper Mario: Sticker Star: Gooper Blooper Battle Themes: (There are 5 Parts!) "WAHT? EHAPIC SONG IN PAPAH MARIOH SCHTICKAH STAHR?! NO FACKING WAY! ITS DIFFEHERENT FROM OHTAHS ITS BOUHND TOH SCHUCK!" "HUHH? GOOHPHER BLOOHPER ISH IN DISH? GOHNA SCHUCK LOIK SUPAH MAHRIOH SUNSHAINE THEHN!" Shove what you said up your butt! If it's on the Epic Game Song List, Give it a chance! judge after you hear the entire song! In The Paper Mario series' forth (and horribly misjudged by gaming losers and other picky people) installment for the 3DS, Bowser had unwittingly broke the annual Sticker Comet, which creates Stickers for the people (Or just Toads) of Decalburg once every year. Stickers, by the way are sort of heavenly items that allow anything its used for to become extraordinary in a way. Because of this, Stickers are highly treasured and revered. Anyways, when Bowser broke the Sticker Comet in a attempt to use it for power, it split into 6 wish granting stickers (Sort of Triforces in a sense) called the Royal Stickers. The stickers were spread far apart everywhere in the victency of Decalburg. Except for the Gold Royal Sticker, which just happened to land right on Bowser's thick head. Sure the Royal Stickers grant wishes to whoever sticks them onto themselves, but they also corrupt weak minds and twist their wishes. Bowser became almighty powerful and extremely shiny, a effect that shows how much power the owner has. Bowser became a mindless destructive machine and totals everything all around him. But I haven't mentioned Gooper yet! don't leave! OR ELSE I'LL FALCON PUNCH YOU SO HARD THAT YOU'LL GO FLYING INTO WORLD 8...No! Special World! or whatever! As you probably expected, Gooper Blooper is a boss with a Royal Sticker, but probably the best boss fight in the entire game! In World 3, Gooper Blooper wish to dance without ending corrupts into immense poison spewing from Gooper, which is eventually washed from the ocean into a lush forest, poisoning it and forcing a childish Wiggler, to go without food. Desperate, The Wiggler goes to the edge of the forest, where he finds food and meets Mario and his somewhat Navi-ish partner Kersti. When Mario decides to take action against the poison, Wiggler is kidnapped by Kamek, who splits him apart into 5 separate bodies, 4 live Wiggler Segments with childish personalities and a bodiless Wiggler head. (Wiggler is still alive don't worry) As we always know, in any game Kamek is in, he always does something bad with an ulterior motive. His reason to split Wiggler up is because Wiggler is the only living thing next to Bloopers that's completely immune to Gooper Blooper's poison. Because of this, Wiggler can Reach Gooper by foot if he wanted to! Knowing Wiggler would help Mario reach the poison, Kamek split him! After a bunch of shenanigans with the 4 Segments, Mario pieces Wiggler together and Wiggler ferries him to Whitecap Island, source of the poison. When Mario encounters Gooper Blooper, Gooper has 300 HP, can do over 10 damage and sticker attacks do only a measly 1-4 damage to him, all because of his Royal Sticker. But throughout the battle, Gooper breaks the fourth wall by clapping his tentacles together to the beat of the music. This also telegraphs his attacks and how hard he is on you. After every turn, the song beat changes and Gooper starts clapping with the beat of the new tempo, which changes his attack pattern. But after three turns Gooper starts charging up Poison, showing this by clapping his tentacles on the reef by Mario and turning a sickly deep purple. However, this poison is not your average damage you a little every turn poison, this poison BLINDS you, and not matter what, your attacks miss even if you think you got precise aim. While damaging you with stronger poison pains every turn and Gooper slapping you silly. As always, there is a weakness to Gooper and that's the Sponge Sticker. When you use the Sponge before Gooper sprays poison, it covers Mario up like a Spongebob Squarepants shield. When Gooper spits his killer poison, the Sponge absorbs it, then wings it out back at Gooper, giving him a taste of his own crappy medicine, Inducing BLIND POISON on himself in the process, which removes his insane defenses and as I mentioned before, BLINDS him, preventing all attacks from hitting you! While doing a whopping 30 damage to him every turn. When Gooper gets covered in his own gunky crap, his already catchy battle theme turns into an EVEN CATCHIER remix of the Mario Bros. Theme, to represent Mario has the winning cards at this point. But you know whats the cool part? Even when Gooper's face is covered in poison and his eyes are squinting in pain, flashing between his Royal Sticker power yellow and normal black weakness, Gooper STILL claps to the beat of the Mario Bros. Remix, even though his defeat is futile. So Gooper's 4 songs and the Mario Bros. Remix song, which he epically claps to, make these 4 songs awesome to clap to yourself and even rock on to makes Gooper and his songs easily the best in game! Anyways, here is the songs and they're different epic clapping beats! Go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zemNQnUcfZw Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelations: Brave Fight: Go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l42boMULUo Okay most of any gamers have never heard of the Dragon Quest series'. If you are an oldie gamer from when Nintendo was making games for the NES, it was known as the Dragon Warrior series at the time. The Dragon Quest (Warrior) series' is one of the first RPG's made and is probably the brother in many and very similar ways to the Final Fantasy series'. Considering FF was made by Enix and DQ was made by Square, who are now known together today as Square-Enix. Anyways, Dragon Quest VI at first doesn't even really have a main goal for the hero. The game starts with the Hero sleeping by a bonfire when he is woken up. Your girl friend, (No relationships here, just saying it as she is his friend) who was also by the fire asks if you are ready for the upcoming fight. This fight, if your wondering is against Dread Fiend Murdaw, a powerful sorcerer who is infamous for sending people into eternal nightmares of torturous levels. Your group was sent to challenge him and defeat him. The reason is unknown. When your ready, you and the blonde girl meet up with your other teammate, a muscle man who looks like he downs steroids like candy everyday. When you exit the forest, you end up upon a cliff high above the thunder clouds where you can see Murdaw's Keep looming in the distance. It seems impossible o reach there though. However, your blonde friend already has a travel plan, she plays a golden ocarina (WAHT? OCHARINAH OUTSIDEH OFH LOZ OoT?! COPEHCAHTS! *slaps annoying whiner) and summons a dragon. This dragon, is your ride to Murdaws front door. Brave Fight plays for a moment along the way there but not for long. There are no monsters in the keep so you go straight to Murdaw's throne. You though this was easy huh? Far from it! Murdaw's chamber is full of trippy rainbow mist as Murdaw psychically pulls you to him and mocks you about you sad attempt to fight him and petrifies your friends and makes then vanish into smoke. You suffer the same fate after. But as soon as it happens, you wake up from bed, and fall on the floor. it seems it was only a dream. Hey, I said it SEEMS. What the Hero saw was not a dream, it was a real event. You see, there are two worlds in this game, the Real World, the reality of the game and the Dream World, where everything that exists there are manifests from peoples dreams. When Murdaw beat you, he didn't kill you; He only separated your soul from your body and sent it to the Dream World, where he squeezed it into a reality where it makes you believe your reality is only a dream. along the way, you find Carver, the steroid man again and Milly, the strange blonde from that dream. When you and your friends realize this you try to find a way to counter Murdaw's dream curse. The solution they found is Ra's Mirror, a looking glass that reveals the secret truths of people and monsters. After gaining more companions in the form of Ashlynn, a amnesiac teen and Nevan, a priest prodigy from the town of Ghent, you sail towards Isle of Murdaw to challenge him again. When you reach the same spot you had the bonfire, your team rests there, triggering a very similar scene to before, and getting taken to the keep again, until you come upon a petrified copy of Carver, which turns out to be Carvers body he was separated from in the fail attempt with Murdaw. They fuse and Carver remembers who he is and recalls a attack which can only be you best hope in the fight with Murdaw; A Knuckle Sandwich. Not kidding. Anyways, you enter Murdaws chamber, get a crap kicking, Murdaw taunts you and petrifies you and your buddies AGAIN. BUT! when you wake up from bed again, you find Ra's Mirror in your house. Upon looking at it undoes Murdaw's curse and brings everybody back to Murdaw's chamber, which is fog-less and reveals Murdaw. A fat flabby horned frog creature with armor and a cloak. Undoing the curse forces Murdaw to fight you for real. Murdaw battles by calling for assistance, which comes in the form of Harmours (burly knight creatures) and Prickly Pranksters (Nasty Jesters that use Sai's to attack). Also he attacks by occasionally breathing fire or weakening your defenses with Kasap. Or just doing a weird poking attack to hurt you. All in all, Murdaw seems like a wimp. Again with the SEEMS. Murdaw, enraged by losing in a wimpy battle becomes highly determined to show he will not lose. He shows his true strengths by calling the fog back and vowing he will put you into an eternal nightmare, for he is much more powerful in reality than in a dream. THIS is where Brave Fight plays. Murdaw really means business this time around. With much more HP, Attack, and Defenses. plus an array of extremely powerful attacks. Why am I so worried about his strengths? Murdaw can attack TWICE in one turn, allowing more carnage for you. His Chilly Breath attacks do from 50 to 70 damage if not careful, plus his Terrible Lightning attack is his trump card, doing from 60 to 80 damage. He also still has Kasap to lower defense while he still attacks too, inflicting about 40 damage if you can shrug off his Kasaps. To make sure you do squat to him this time, he pulls of Dazzleflashes, which blinds you 80% of the time. The worst part? He has no weaknesses in this fight. SEE? THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU UNDERESTIMATE A OVERWEIGHT FROG-TOAD WHATEVER HE IS! Brave Fight really shows how much epicness this fight has. Some people even think this song is better than Sephiroths One Winged Angel. Not kidding. this song is a grand song with a touch to it. A touch only a true composer can write. It was written by Nintendo's (probably) oldest composer, Koichi Sugiyama, at an age of 82. I'll be completely honest I can't explain why this song is epic. You just have to listen to the song yourself. Then, and only then you'll understand. Funny Stuff: ALL FUNNY STUFF BELONGS TO WHOEVER CREATED THEM, NOT ME! Insane Ocarina of Time Remix This really lives up to its name. Its a Legend of Zelda remix of the Can-Can. Completely made from Ocarina of Time sound effects. Such as Link screaming, annoying Navi words, Sword-wall clangs, a hyper/stupid Lizalfos, Link grunting from sword swings, Slingshot twangs, Ganondorf's constipated grunts, and...a really mind scarring ending. Even though the ending was scary, its funny and really is insane! Here's the link (lol, Link) anyways: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1Gx2AQsHGo |
