Sorry, been busy with work, working out and life that I haven't been able to get any work done. Any who, we about to see a very familiar face, if you are a fan of Totally Spies. If not, then you I'll provide some background information. Now thank you for the wait and I have actually received an actual computer to get this done, thank you for hand me downs.
[WOOHP's Super-max prison]
Underneath the cover of darkness and with the use of several tools collected over a long time several prisoners had taken over the prison itself. The only reason there was a lack of an alarm was because they had taken out the main power. Communications had been disabled and the guards had been rounded up and placed in their own cells. The former prisoners were kind enough to give every one of them a rations that would last them all a very long time, at least three days.
The group of prisoners left together in the same boat and arrived in California but split up into several groups. Despite their groups being completely diverse and near random they all followed under one mastermind, with the same idea in mind. Revenge. Revenge on the spies that placed them in their confinements in the first place. Alex, Clover and Samantha were their targets, but they weren't aware that they were no longer alone.
[Malibu, California, Saturday, 11:32 AM/ The Groove]
The ladies had endured a very tiring and long week of work so naturally they felt as though they deserved some free time to themselves. What better time than to spend some time at The Groove. Shop, try food and probably hit on some boys in the meantime as well, who knows what may happen.
"I'm telling you Sammy if I have to cram for one more test I swear I am going to lose it." Clover warned her friend.
Sam, who has heard of this song and dance since their first encounter has already become accustomed for dealing with this, "Oh c'mon Clover it can't be that bad? Besides you fly through everything else from I heard."
"Yeah, I guess you're right', but this will all be worth it." Clover said as the three women had rounded the corner to see their favorite hangout spot. What they hadn't expected to see was at the corner of their eyes where one big guy had gotten about two dozens tacos at table. Seeing the big plate they assumed that it was for his table. As soon as the guy turned to sit at his spot they saw it was Grif, doubling two tacos at a time.
Samantha grew worried after spotting him there, if he was there then that would mean that the rest of them had to be close. Sure enough she was right as she saw Tucker and Church getting their hair styled at a barbershop. Caboose and Simmons were checking out comics and video games, comparing their loot.
"No what are these guys doing here?" Sam questioned with concern as she saw her plans going off the rails.
Alex rolled her eyes as she saw no problem with the boys being there, "Oh, come on Sammy. What's wrong with them being here. They probably don't shop at the same stores that we shop at."
"No but wherever they are, disaster is near. They are like the worst luck charm. I've read their files."
"They have a file?" Ales asked with her head tilted.
Sam shook her head in disappointment, "Yes, we all have files on each of us. And theirs indicate that they'll find a way to screw it up."
As Sam blamed the boys for their worst luck streak, the vending machine next to them flipped open and began pulling them in with a suction force. Clover knew what this meant and turned to Sam, "You can't blame the boys for this one! Blame JERRY!"
Grif saw a hole open up under him and shoved his last six tacos into his mouth as he fell through the floor, Simmons and Caboose were pulled through a nearby trash can. Tucker and Church shared a look, Tucker smiled as Church placed $50 on the counter while their barbers' backs were turned. With a quick slide down, they fell out of their chairs and into the floor without a trace.
After their decent down to Jerry's office, where they all had crashed into each. Donut stood behind Jerry waiting patiently for his boss to continue with his usual formalities. Jerry smiled as he opened with a joke, "Smashing good to see you again agents."
"Mumm moo." Grif uttered with a mouth full of tacos.
Cracking his neck, Tucker had to wonder why he had to call them on a day off, "C'mon Jerr, we can't have some free time. I almost messed up my hair."
"Unfortunately this is more important than your appointment with your barber. A small town in the Midwest has become rather quiet as of recently." Jerry notified the spies.
Clover rolled her eyes as well, "What's so important about one small town being quiet? It's not like we have to send in the troops Jerr."
"What's important is that the town has also had some rather strange activity where reports show civilians using aggressive tactics to keep out the non-locals." Jerry said showing a video of a large group literally throwing a pickup truck out of the town's border.
"Orders sir?" Simmons stood at attention, making everyone confused and uncomfortable.
"Donut?" Jerry offered for Donut to wrap this up.
Donut cleared his throat as he continued where Jerry left off, "We plan to airdrop you nearby so you can safely and carefully infiltrate this town, discover what caused the sudden change and put a stop to it. I'll now issue you your gadgets... huh?"
"Unfortunately Spies, I have took it upon myself to relieve of all gadgets this mission. It has come to my attention that you rely too heavily on them to get you out of nearly every situation that you face, therefore I'm hoping that you'll challenge yourselves. Show me you can do this and I promise that I'll give you back your gadgets." Jerry arranged as he waited for a response.
Clover couldn't believe what she was hearing, "No gadgets? Are you insane? Not cool Jerr, not cool."
"Actually he does have a point." Samantha argued, "How many times have we been captured and relied on our gadgets instead of our skills and strengths."
"If I had to give an exact number I'd say about 85% to 90% with a 5% margin of error." Simmons answered before getting deadpan looks from everyone, "I see that was meant to be rhetorical."
"Off you go Spie-" Jerry started until Church stopped him.
Church had to get up to give a small protest, "No Gadgets? Fine, but we have one condition... We want our rides for this one."
"I don't think you'll need to drive there. It's quite a distance away from here." Jerry argued.
Church couldn't resist making a deal, "Got a cargo plane?"
After debating, dealing with the two and knowing exactly how the other is Jerry gave in and loaded up WOOHP cargo plane with the boy's vehicles and nothing more. Next thing the eight were all in the cockpit waiting for the flight to end.
[Somewhere in the Midwest/ Saturday 1:03/ WOOHP Cargo Plane Passenger hold.]
Alex sat smiling with her headphones as she listened to her music and staring out the window with Caboose behind her silently reading his comics next to Church, in case there was a few words he needed help with. Grif was next to Simmons as the tech savvy one began researching the one putting the big one to sleep. Donut was up in the cockpit with Clover talking like the best friends forever they were, their gossip session were always private. Tucker had just freshened his hair up and went to take his seat next to Sam. Who was practically glued to her textbook.
Tucker tried to peek at what she was doing but she kept his vision blocked as she did her homework. So he attempted to make small talk, "So you're a college student?"
"Yup." Samantha replied.
Tucker let a moment of silence go by and started talking again, "Well don't you wanna pause so we can do the mission."
"Can't... I have a test next Friday."
"But that's a week away."
"I know."
"C'mon, you don't have to study 24/7 all the time right. Have a little fun."
"I can have fun."
"Not to but in Sam but, we gave that nickname for a reason." Alex butted in from two seats behind.
"What nickname?" Tucker wanted to know more.
Alex smiled and giggled as she said the childish nickname they gave her in freshman year in highschool, "Sam-No-Fun. Sam-No-Fun." She sang irritating.
Clover exited the cockpit with a new announcement, "Good news, we're almost overhead our destination."
"Bad news?" Grif asked.
Clover sighed as she knew she couldn't trick them, "Well the only landing strip big enough to land on is like way off the map 100 miles from our destination."
"So our options are ride all the way to our destination or... drop now over a clear opening?" Simmons proposed.
A quiet second passed with Grif shaking his head and letting a sigh escape his lips, "I'll get the rides ready."
"Ready for what?" Alex questioned.
[Minutes Later Alex found out what Grif had meant.]
Everyone of the agents were all sitting in different vehicles. Tucker was on his motorcycle with Samantha on the back, both helmets on as Tucker's smirk was unseen. Grif in the driver seat of the jeep, with Simmons in the back and Clover in the passenger side as she tensed up at the idea of what they were doing. Last Church in the passenger seat of the hummer, Caboose driving and Alex in the back.
They were planning a 100ft drop from the sky into a three quarter mile clearing they had. In truth, not the best plan anyone had come up with. But good plans weren't their style. Lucky they flew over a forest of elm trees as their average height is between 60-80 feet, approximately 18-24 meters. Normally any other car would be rendered inoperable after a drop from 77.4 feet or 23.6 meters, but not these cars. For the agents from Blood Gulch knew moments would come when they would have to escape using tall jumps. So they added everything they could to prepare for such an event, suspension, roll cage, even the seats were equipped with extra cushion.
"So... you've done this before, right?" Alex asked Church.
Church looked back and gave the honest answer, "Yeah about five times."
"And of those five times how many times were you successful?" Sam demanded to know.
Grif spoke into his speaker next, "Somewhere around three times."
"Three?!" Clover shouted in disbelief.
Donut opened the rear doors open as the plane as the ladies gripped onto their seats, While Church and Grif had blank expressions, Simmons gripped onto his seat as tight as possible, and Tucker and Caboose smiled for the thrill.
First out went Church as he floored the petal and reversed out the plane. As soon as he left the platform of the aircraft he switched it to drive as they fell to the Earth. They hit the floor with a loud thud as Caboose and Alex clutched their stomaches as they felt them flip.
"Wait! Wait! Can't we take the the long way?!" Clover asked as Grif did the same thing as no one smiled on the way down. Same thud, same stomache pains as the rest of the Hummer's passengers. Everyone felt it.
Tucker revved his engine as he was now able to turn completely around and drive full speed off the plane. As he neared the end of the ramp he lifted his front tire up glided down to the ground. On his descent Tucker heard Sam scream into his ear but overlooked that because she clung to him so tightly. When he landed they bounced for a moment, passing Church and Grif. With another quick U-turn they were back on track.
[A little while later/ Designated Spot]
The group had arrived at the town they were designated to be in, from what Church could tell by the road signs there was no name to the town. From what he could he could make of the civilians in the area they were just normal except for the fact they looked to have been dressed from a decade or two decades ago. There was an unsettling feeling in his gut passing by the smiling people on the street as they all smiled at him.
On instinct Church radioed in Grif, "Hey, you getting any weird feelings?"
"Aside from hunger? No. Can we get some food?" Grif asked.
Church gave in as they approached a diner that was open, "Fine. Let's stop up here."
A brief swap to civilian clothes and they had blended in with townspeople.
The group of eight stopped at their destination and entered into the diner that had three workers behind the counter and 2 sitting at the counter seats. A waitress just exited the back room making six people in total. She came to them with a big warm smile, "Well, what would y'all like?"
"Just a quick meal." Grif answered her question while patting his stomach.
Sitting down didn't make Church feel any easier, especially in the corner booth. However that wasn't his biggest worry, his biggest worry was the lack of a problem. Everything was too perfect. No one of the people in the bar had anything bad going on for them. But they didn't make any mistake: perfect posture, perfect portion bites, perfect cooking technique. Even their speech: no stuttering, no misspoken words, not even a pause. It wasn't until he saw the camera watching over them that something finally made sense for him.
"When did a diner require a movie picture quality camera?" Church quizzed pointing at the camera.
Everyone looked at the camera Church pointed at and saw that it was like those cameras used for movies. Once they noticed this, out of nowhere came a high pitched frequency that attacked the agents' ears with it's painful noise. Then came a voice the ladies knew all too well, "Hello Spies..."
"That can't be... Lumiere?" Sam thought out loud.
Simmons stroked his chin as the name entered his mind, "Lumiere? Where have I heard that name?"
"He's this crazy Director who kidnapped a bunch of actors to star in his movie because nobody in Hollywood liked his stuff. Luckily enough we put him behind bars." Clover added.
"Behind bars, where I had time to make connections, connections which not only gave me a way out but also gave me some pretty nice tech." Lumiere admitted.
Church looked at the camera with distain in his eyes, "Where'd you get the Tech? Who's your contact?"
"Sorry but no spoilers, wouldn't want to give up the big reveal." Lumiere said.
Simmons finally figured out why Lumiere was familiar, not for his file in WOOHP but for his movie, "Now I remember, your movie was voted worst of all the B-flicks so they put it in C-flicks. Hell you made Green Lantern look good."
"You take that back right now and maybe I'll show mercy." Lumiere ordered.
"Fine I take it back."
"That's better."
"I meant you made Catwoman look good."
Suddenly every patron in the diner froze in place, putting the team on high alert. After a sinister laugh through the intercom somewhere in the room and it being cut off all the patrons raised their heads. When they revealed their faces they had glowing red eyes.
"Well I think he's angry." Tucker jokingly guessed.
Church charged the barstool patrons and threw his right hook to the guy on the left. His back was exposed to the one on his right side, but Caboose gave the guy a shoulder charge and rammed him in the counter. After they were knocked out Church nursed his hand as he felt it sting from the impact. Caboose looked at the guy he crushed into the counter and saw he had broken through it and was imbedded inside.
The guy Church had sucker punched turned to face Church had his jaw exposed. By exposed, that meant there was no skin on the person's chin, just the bone that shined like metal. Because it was.
"What the hell? Since when do these guys get metal soldiers?" Church questioned.
Sam just dodged an item thrown from the people behind the counter, "This must be the tech he's talking about. All in favor of a tactical retreat?"
"Yes." Everyone agreed.
In a mad dash they booked it out the door and made to their vehicles. As Church was about to hop in a loud bang was heard from inside the diner they were previously in. A shotgun blast, it looked as though the human bots were armed with assault weapons. Shaking his slight panic away Church finally got into his vehicle and started to drive away.
With small gun shots slowly fading into the distance they regrouped somewhere near an alley in between some bar and a music store that sold old musical instruments. The group could do nothing but complain and list problems with no solution. Sam did what she did best, which was assess the situation, "Looks as though Lumiere isn't going easy on any of us this time, he's controlling these bots somewhere and he's given them even deadlier weapons."
"Well thanks a lot Jerr, the one time we like, really need a useless gadget you say no." Clover sarcastically thanked their boss.
Church shook his head because he had a solution, but the solution was questionable, "Well we do have something that might work, but..."
"But...?" Sam urged him to continue his thought.
"...But chances are you ladies either will report us to Jerry or you'll stop us from doing so." Church finished his thought.
Clover walked up to him, "Listen we can debate about what happens later, we need to even the odds."
With that said Caboose and Church went to the back of the hummer, Simmons and Grif went to the back of the jeep lastly Tucker went to his bike. Church opened the trunk, then opened the floor where he revealed that they had more weapons that Jerry didn't confiscate. Grif did the same thing as well, while Tucker lifted the seat to his bike.
The Hummer's trunk had a an AX-50 sniper rifle not as powerful as the HDR but much lighter, equipped with a variable zoom scope, assassin's arm guard stock, bipod and a few other custom features. A Bruen MK9 LMG also featuring: ranger foregrip, 200 round belt, granulated grip tape for stability, a holo/acog flip sight and a tac laser for assist with someone's aim. With two pistols both 1911s for that feel of a classic weapon, alongside an AUG sub machine gun and RAM-7 assault rifle.
In the jeep out came a M4A1 with a M203 40mm grenade launcher attachment that can shoot either high explosive, incendiary, smokescreen, recon, flash, or concussive grenades using .458 SOCOM 10 round magazines for heavy damage. A british FAL, ballistic-proof and explosive resistant riot shield and M19 handgun.
Tucker's was less impressive as his was two tactical knives and two more handguns, one snub-nosed .38 revolver and a Sykov handgun, both made for easy concealment.
Just enough for a battle, not enough for a war, still just enough to take care of their problems for today. From what Church could tell from when Caboose slammed one against the counter their bodies are durable but their heads have less durability to make room for all their tech.
As they loaded up Sam stopped them mid suit up, "Hold on, didn't Jerry confiscate those? Why do you have more?"
"Clearly for situations like this." Church answered attaching a harness to his sniper.
Sam, now angered by their defiance, lashed out at them, "I can't believe this, you disobeyed a direct order from Jerry! How can you all be so reckless, so irresponsible so-"
"Sammy I'm against violence as well but, Jerry left us no choice. We're up against something we can't possibly hope to beat with our bare hands. We need some way to stop these robots." Clover admitted as she went to the back of Hummer for her lesson in weaponry.
Sam was left confused and alone, "Seriously Clover?"
"Sorry Sam, I'm with them on this." Alex apologized and then went to the hummer as well.
Samantha didn't even say any words, she just left and stomped away in frustration. Tucker finished putting on his torso holsters and put the knives in his boot sheaths, "I'll go get her."
Church simply nodded as he pulled out the AUG for Clover and gave her the quick weapons guide for people in a hurry.
Sam sat down on the curb with her knees hugged to her chest as she contemplated what to do within her head. Yes they were in an unusual circumstance that may require unusual solutions but they broke an order from Jerry. She knew that they could be bizarre and strange but this was completely insane what they did. The puzzling thoughts and conversation continued back and forth cluttering her thought process.
No footsteps alerted her of who was close by, only the noise of someone clearing their throat notified her, "Ahem, may I have this seat?"
"Fine." Sam allowed
Tucker had his hand behind him as he rested on the curb like he would rest on the beach, "So, you good?"
Sam looked at him with disbelief that he would ask such a question, "Am I good? You guys disobeyed Jerry and snuck guns on this mission. I'm pretty far from good."
"So I take it you're the, 'Do things by the book one hundred percent of the time', type of person?" Tucker flinched as he pried at her for an answer.
Sam looked away, "Well not all the times, but you seem to do whatever you want whenever it suits you."
"Not really." Tucker admitted, "We actually used to be the same way."
"Really? You were?" Sam couldn't believe what she heard, nor imagine it.
Tucker nodded his head, "Yeah, but Church saw that it made us too uncomfortable and we were losing ourselves. So he compromised for us, he arranged us to be more and more... us. Grif likes to be behind the wheel because he's not so good on foot so he is mainly the driver, Simmons was always a wiz behind the computer so he'll always be on his computer, Caboose just likes being next to Church whenever. Me? Well, he knew that I like to be social and I can get information that way. So he made me the face."
"So you're saying that I shouldn't follow orders to a point?"
"What I'm saying is just do what makes you... you. Whatever makes you feel good and after this mission... I'll talk to Church about compromising for you." Tucker offered with a an open hand out.
Sam smiled at his kind offer as she shook his hand, "Thanks."
The two sat there until Tucker's eyes shifted, "Get down!" He said tossing himself over her. A few bullets whizzed by his back and just missed the pair of them.
Sam saw where the bullets had come from and found more armed human bots, "They found us already?"
"I know I said I'd compromise but you might want to hold onto this." Tucker held up the Sykov by the barrel waiting for her to take it.
Sam reluctantly took it as she held the gun at the back end away from the trigger, "But I-"
"You don't have to use it, just hold onto it." Tucker explained as he charged forward. Two pops to the face took out the one closest one to him. The other tried to hold onto him as he grabbed Tucker's shooting arm, with a quick instinct Tucker dropped the pistol in his shooting hand and caught it with his free hand and shot two more shots.
More bullets missed him as he got behind the post office box next to Sam, he reloaded just as the rest of the team got there in time. Caboose and Grif pushed the dumpster as a mobile cover space to keep them safe. Church fired his 1911 and looked in the two's direction, "C'mon more are on the way."
Grif tossed a smoke grenade behind the mailbox they were next to to keep them covered so they wouldn't have to waste any ammo. With a wall of smoke obstructing the several robot's vision the pair made a mad dash to the team.
As they got some breathing room Church gave them some good news as they made it to the rides, "Good news, we can find exactly where Lumiere is in the town."
"How, this place may not be Malibu big but that might take all day?" Alex asked getting into the passenger seat of the Hummer.
Church switched the radio to speak to everyone in the team, "While we were busy teaching you guys how to handle the weapons we gave you, I had Simmons hack into a nearby surveillance camera. Simmons?"
"Okay so I do have a location but I it's not in the town. It's in a farmhouse just north from our location from what I can tell." Simmons admitted.
Clover looked at Simmons from her passenger seat to his backseat, "Well what are we waiting for."
"If we all go there he'll call all those things back." Simmons answered, "So I say a big group of us hold out in the middle of town while a smaller group head to the farm."
Clover pointed out something, "Well no offense but the jeep is too loud and the hummer is too big."
"So that just leaves the bike." Tucker figured that was what she was getting at.
"How come the bike is so silent?" Alex questioned.
"Cause our mechanic fixed it up to where it runs silently for stealth reasons." Church answered, "So who is running with Tucker?"
"I'm already on his bike so, I guess I'll go with him." Samantha suggested.
Church pulled over at a water tower and opened the door, "Okay, can you drive this?"
"Of course." Alex saluted as she shifted into the driver seat.
Church put one hand on the latter and then turned around, "Alright drive to the center of town, I'll keep an eye on you guys."
The jeep and the hummer arrived at a clear grassy opening in the center of town that was about the size of home lot. Grif and Caboose positioned the cars into a position where they would have the most cover, in an almost perfect isosceles triangle. Grif, Simmons and Clover on the jeep side, with Caboose and Alex on the hummer side as Church provided overwatch from the water tower.
"Smile everyone, he sees us on camera." Church joked as they saw a nearby camera turn to look at the group. Out of disrespect and them just wanting to have a laugh all them grouped together and smiled like they were all in a yearbook.
The marching feet of the mechanical, armed fake citizens grew loud as the group tensed up. Clover tapped Grif on the shoulder real quick, "So any last tips?"
"Squeeze don't pull the trigger, remember to breathe and don't aim at us." Grif quickly runned down.
Clover wasn't feeling any more confident, "Wait, what do you mean squeeze don't pull?"
"He means slowly squeeze pressure on the trigger until you feel the round come out don't hold it down or rapidly tap it." Church spoke through his earpiece that came out through the radio in Grif's jeep.
Grif nodded as he switched the channel on the radio and looked to Simmons, who finished setting everything up just in time. With one final moment the tech savvy genius pressed one final button on his wrist gauntlet and out came blasting some type of mariachi music. Earning a look of disappointment from his team and a questioned look from the ladies. After smashing his device the channel switched to a nice EDM track.
{Speakerbox: Bassnectar}
The robotics army raised their guns first and took aim against the group, but the first one on Caboose's side met their fate with a sniper round passing just over his head. As it looked at the missed shot the enemy grouped traced the bullet to where it had came from to see Church adjusting the scope. Another shot popped out missing the leader but hit robot behind it. Caboose let his gun unleash fire as his rounds had begun shredding all of the one's in front of him. Their skins were damaged but nothing too serious as they only fell with headshots but Caboose wasn't even aiming for their heads. Grif fired a grenade from his launcher and actually shattered three as the others nearby received sharpnel shards, effective but not against robots. Clover squeezed the trigger like she was taught and hit her first target. She couldn't help but to celebrate her small success.
"Oh my gosh, I hit one did you see that?" Clover asked.
Grif and Simmons couldn't help but hold out their hands for a high five to celebrate her victory. Church wasn't as excited but still congratulated, "Nice work, don't get cocky."
Church viewed over at Caboose's side to see his work and he still shredded the robots but what took Church by surprise was Alex's work. With precision accuracy she was hitting her shots head on, switching on instant as if she had done this before, "Alex how are you doing that?"
"I broke my leg when I was playing soccer one time, I spent the whole time playing first person shooter video games. This is just like it." Alex answered honestly.
Church shook his head, "It's nothing like a video game at all."
"It's not?" Alex asked getting a collateral with two robots.
Grif couldn't help but joke as he tossed out a semtex grenade, "I don't know Church she might have a point."
"Grif not now." Church ordered as he let a another shot fly, knocking another over.
Simmons pulled up his arm computer, "Actually Church I've been counting our eliminations and if we were going by video game traditions she'd be beating you by about three targets... make it four."
"IT'S NOT A COMPETITION!" Church snapped shooting another shot and missing by hair, "Oh come on!"
(With Tucker and Samantha)
The duo had arrived at their destination, seeing a well managed farmhouse in front of them brought them comfort knowing their intel was right. There was two buildings: a barn and a farmhouse, Lumiere had to be in one of them. The barn would be large enough to hold the robots and his surveillance equipment while the house would be perfect for sneaking around corners and for defensive capabilities.
Sam immediately started the debate, "Should we take the barn or the house."
"I'd say the barn, there shouldn't be too many places you can hide in there." Tucker pointed out.
Samantha nodded in agreement and the two treaded lightly through the tall grass to the large door of the barn. With a yank on the door's handles Sam found out it must be locked from the inside. Tucker being himself wanted to impress Sam and prepared to kick the door down. With a spinning back kick he connected his foot to the door but wasn't prepared as he almost busted his leg in doing so. He caught himself before he fell and delivered another kick receiving the same outcome.
Sam rolled her eyes, "Give me your knife."
Tucker pulled one out and handed it to Samantha, she stuck the knife in between the two doors pulled up. With a small tug she pulled opened the barn up. Tucker took his knife back as he was feeling dumb, "Can I say I loosened it?"
"Of course." Sam agreed as they entered the large open building. Immediately they saw an iron cage that held a bunch of people. Tucker recognized one of the frightened people as the waitress from the bar.
"Please, help us." The real woman from the diner begged of him.
Tucker immediately began picking the lock on the large cage filled with townspeople. Less picking the lock and attempting to stab it with his knife multiple times.
"Oh Samantha..." An annoying familiar voice called out to her. Lumiere was outside with two more robots, not in disguise armed with AK-47s. They were metal, tall and built different, with thick plates of armor on their chest, and made from an either denser material or someone just painted the metal that way.
Samantha peaked her head to the door, "What do you want Lumiere?"
"Why... to thank you for sending me to that prison. It was there that those of us who encountered you hatched a plan to get out take our revenge and soon stand on top the world as it's masters?" Lumiere broke down.
Tucker had a puzzling question in his mind, "You don't seem like the dominate the world type. I mean I actually read the type of movie you had in mind."
"Oh really, let me guess... completely random?" Lumiere took a guess at Tucker's insult.
Tucker's voice continued to the conversation, "Actually yeah, a bit, but I think because it was an actual original idea that made it seem random. I mean that hasn't really occured in movies lately, they mainly do remakes, cheesy predictable romance comedies or superhero movies."
"Yes, someone gets it." A pleased Lumiere smiled, "Tell you what, all I want is Sam. I'll let you walk free but you have to come out unarmed so you don't do that fake surrender thing like they do in movies."
"You make a pretty great deal however I see one problem with that deal." Tucker's voice admitted through the door.
Lumiere was in a good mood, so he politely asked, "Why is that?"
"I snuck out the moment we started talking." Tucker's voice now came from behind Lumiere as he turned to see Tucker with two pistols aimed at his bots.
Sam burst through the barn door and charged Lumiere, but the robot on the left side of Lumiere began aiming it's weapon at Samantha. Tucker noticed this, charged and fired all his shots at the one aimed at Sam, while the one on Lumiere's right tried to aim at Tucker moving towards the other bot. Tucker emptied his magazines as his bullets kept staggering the one aiming at Sam. He finally got in front of the one aiming for Sam and held rifle still. While the one that aimed at him was now blocked by the behemoth of a metal man. The bullets riddled it's back as barely seem to scratch it.
Sam's brain went to work as fast as possible, after all she is able to go toe to toe with detectives, match wits with scientific geniuses and think faster than everyone in her school ever could. In her mind she was invincible.
Okay Sam, time to work. Their advantage: strength and durability. Our advantage: skill and mobility. Next thing: they're almost invincible but they're vulnerable to headshots. However these ones have armor plating covering their faces. Then again, they do seem to be based off a human skeletal system which means they must have similar openings and weak spots where bone doesn't cover. That leaves the eye sockets, the nose and where the neck meets the chin. Good job Sam.
"Tucker aim for the jugular!" Sam advised from behind him.
"Let's say I have no clue where that is." Tucker said.
Sam reached her arms around and grabbed the rifle with Tucker and helped him lift up the barrel to aim it directly under the chin. Sam placed her finger on the trigger and squeezed down on it, letting the barrel spit rounds under the jaw of the metal monster. With it's weakest point being targeted the monster fell over like a ton of bricks.
Lumiere fell to the floor on his butt in both surprise and fear as he never saw the spy use a firearm before. The other rusty robot was reloading it's rifle as Tucker and Sam got ready to rush their target.
"I got Mr. Roboto, you take Michael Bay wanna be." Tucker told as he gripped his empty AK from the wooden barrel grip. With a nod they charged their enemies and began to attack.
Tucker smacked the gun away from the metal person and tried to smack the same bot in the face but broke the AK-47 on contact. After losing his weapon he jumped onto the back of the machine and put the thing in a headlock, only keeping the thing from ripping him to shreds. Flailing around the two kept spinning and stumbling around as Sam took on Lumeire.
With a running start, thanks to the failed movie director's poor attempt at an escape, Sam lept into the air and delivered a devastating drop kick to Lumeire's back. When he fell to the floor he appeared to have been rendered unconscious thanks to the him landing on his jaw.
Sam ran back to help Tucker but was knocked back by a spinning Tucker flying through the sky. The two fell to the floor as the machine walked over to crush the two of them together. The downed Tucker looked up to see his Sykov pistol and an extra magazine in front of him. With a smirk, he glance at the machine and went in for another attack, dodging a right swipe from the machine's hand. With an uppercut Tucker didn't even stun the machine but got knocked back with a left punch to the chest.
The machine slowly approached Tucker and was about to stomp on him but failed to register the situation. Tucker wasn't trying to punch the machine earlier but get his extra magazine filled with live rounds lodged into the neck of the beast. With simply a few well placed shots the rounds went off and blasted into the machine's metal skull, ending it's existence.
As he smiled at his work he heard a loud click, "Michael Bay Wanna Be?" Lumiere repeated as he held up the only intact AK-47 in the area.
Tucker put his gun in the air in defeat, he wasn't expecting him to go out like this. It was either death by a broken hearted woman or by a husband/boyfriend finding him in the arms of a cheating lady. He closed his eyes with his hand up in the air waiting for his pain.
"Hey Lumiere, wanna know my favorite movie is?" Sam asked from the side.
Both were confused at the question at a time like this, "Huh?"
"Catch Me If You Can." She said as she threw one Tucker's knife aiming for the gun.
A moment went by as the knife connected with the gun, it seemed to have missed his body. Relieved Lumiere aimed at Sam and tried to squeeze the trigger. It wasn't working. More efforts went by as he tried to shoot the gun. Eventually he stop to inspect the situation to find nothing wrong but something missing, his finger that was supposed to be on the gun was gone. Cut off by the knife Sam through that now stuck to the gun.
Lumiere handled it well after seeing his finger on the ground, with a high pitch scream. Sam covered her mouth with wide eyes shocked at what she did. The only person to speak first was Tucker, "Holy shit... you cut off his finger."
"I cut off his finger." Sam finally said.
Another moment went by, "Yes! Got him!"
"OhmygoshIneverthoughtIwouldbeabletodothat! That was awesome!" Sam agreed and cheered with Tucker.
With which they remembered, "Oh right the robots."
"Watch him, I'll turn them off."
[Minutes Later]
Everyone gathered at the farm to rest up while Donut and Jerry got there in a little soon. Some were helping the people who were caged up out of their cells but Tucker and Sam were relaying their story to Church who seemed pleased for the most part. Until a thought occurred to them.
"Oh no! Lumiere is gonna tell them we used weapons." Sam said.
"No he won't." Church reassured her walking to Lumiere who was nursing his finger wound.
Sam looked at Tucker, "What does he mean?"
Tucker pointed to Church as he picked up Lumiere and spoke to his ear. Counting down with his fingers, Tucker predicted the truth when he saw, Church finish speaking to the prisoner. With Lumiere nodding rapidly.
"What did he tell him?" Sam asked
"No clue." Tucker admitted just as Donut and Jerry arrive in the WOOHP helicopter.
Wasting no time the two agents jogged over to where the spies and soldiers grouped up, "Terrible news everyone: it seems there has been a breakout at a WOOHP prison."
"Yeah we guessed, but we got him." Grif pointed to the failed director criminal.
"Not just him but several more from WOOHP." Donut admitted.
Turns out there work wasn't done yet. Church said what everyone else was thinking, "Oh son of a bitch."
Alright sorry this took forever but I'm glad I got this out while drunk before my 21st birthday ended. See y'all soon.
