35 Days Left Until Extermination...

Up in heaven, Michael was sorting through paper work. Some were people who have died or was about to, and some that were far beyond redemption. He stopped at a photo of a man and a woman who were married. The two had met terrible fates at the time of their death. The father was mauled and killed by a bear during an hunting accident, while the mother was killed by a drunk driver.

Michael continued to read the article and discovered that the two couple had a daughter. There was something familiar about this that Michael couldn't place his finger on it. Then he remembered as he recalled that these were the two who wished to have a child but was having trouble doing so. He answered their prayer and helped them out by blessing them with a girl. Michael wondered what had happened to the daughter but there was no further answers as their story had stopped.

Michael sighed and leaned back and stretched his arms. This was too much for one angel to manage. Usually, it was just him or his brother, Gabriel, to do this, while the other managed the army, then vice versa. one of his brothers or sisters would help him, but they also had their own jobs as well.

"Gabriel, you picked a lousy time to leave," Michael sighed, tired. Then Michael heard a voice in his head. It was a voice of a woman praying. She sounded scared and desperate.

"Please, God. Please, help me. Don't let him find me.."

Michael looked out the window, down towards the city below him, confused.

Back at the hotel, everyone was still standing from where they stood, confused.

"Okay, what just happened?" Charlie asked.

"I don't know, but the radio demon had something to do with it," Vaggie growled.

Then, as if summoned by Vaggie's words, everyone heard the door shut as Alastor walked in, smiling. He stopped when he saw everyone in the lobby staring at him.

"Is there something wrong that I should know about?" Alastor asked. Then the next thing, Alastor was on the floor when Husk punched him. Alastor glared up at him, with glowing red eyes, angrily.

"You bastard!" Husk shouted. "What did you do?!"

Alastor stood up and brushed himself off. He looked back at the cat with a dangerous look in his eyes.

"Why Husker I don't know what you mean," he told him, innocently.

"Anna's gone!" Charlie told him. Alastor's eyes widen.

"And you were the last person she was with!" Vaggie shouted. "What did you do to her!?"

Alastor could feel everyone's eyes staring at him, waiting and demanding for an answer. Anna had practically turned everyone in the hotel against him.

"I didn't do anything to her. I only told her that I didn't want anything to do her anymore." Alastor explained to them. Everyone's eyes widen in shock. Husk growled. He grabbed Alastor by his suit slamming him into the wall. Alastor growled and grabbed Husk by his wings, tossing him off of him.

"Granted, I let it slide the first time you punched me. I advise you not to do that again," Alastor warned, with a strained smile, eyes glowing red.

"Why would you say something like that to her?" Charlie asked. Alastor opened his mouth to speak, but closed it.

Suddenly, an alarm went off. Everyone heard it echoing throughout the hotel as it came from the city. Everyone froze. That alarm was a warning for extermination.

"That can't be right," Vaggie said. "It's too early for that."

"Maybe, it's a fluke?" Angel suggested.

"That is not possible. The alarms are specifically designed to go off and warn everyone when they detect an exterminator nearby" Baxter explained.

Charlie shouted. "Then we need to find her now!"

In the City, Anna stared up at the exterminator, backing away from it, as they inched closer to her.

"S-Stay away! D-Don't come any closer!" Anna stammered nervously.

"You are the anomaly that I've been detecting," the exterminator hissed.

"I don't know what you mean?" Anna replied. "Stay away from me! Leave me alone!"

Suddenly, an alarm went off, making Anna jump as it did. The angel turned and threw their sword and it sliced the speakers, destroying them. Anna quickly ran while the angel picked their sword up then it chased after her. Anna quickly turned around corners, hoping to lose the exterminator, but the angel was still right behind her. She quickly ran through an alley.

As she did, she saw a demon picking through the trash cans, rummaging through it, for anything that it can sell or eat. Anna ran past him and the demon looked up, seeing her. But, it was the last thing that it ever saw as the exterminator had sliced it's head clean off! Anna eyes widen in horror as she saw what had happen. She continued to run while the angel was distracted and took cover in an abandoned shop. Anna looked around for anything that she could use to defend herself. Then she picked up a pipe, clinging it close to her.

"Please, God. Please, help me. Don't let him find me." Anna whispered.

"Praying is not going to save you, demon!" the exterminator shouted.

Anna screamed as she saw the exterminator as broke down through the ceiling and flew right in front of her. Anna swung the pipe smacking it right across the exterminators face. It's mask was knocked off as it slid across the ground. Anna's eyes widen in surprise to see that it was an angel, with blond hair and steel grey eyes, attacking her. But, aren't angel's supposed to be good? Why is one attacking her?

"I-I'm sorry! I -I didn't mean to!" Anna stammered nervously.

The angel snapped his head back, glaring dangerously at her, angrily.

"You heretic!" Gabriel shouted.

He picked Anna up by her throat and tossed her, sending Anna flying out the window, breaking it. Anna groaned as she sat up and looked down to see a large shard of glass buried deep into her leg. She whimpered as she tested it to pull it out, but stopped seeing more blood pour out from the wound. She couldn't move or pull it out because the glass could slice a nerve and lead her to bleeding out more. Anna heard a thud and saw the angel glaring down at her, with it's sword raised, ready to strike.

Anna screamed as Gabriel brought it down.

She close her eyes expecting to feel the blade slice into her skin. Then she heard a couple rounds of shots being fired. Anna opened her eyes to see the angel had flew away from her and was now across the street, glaring at the attacker. Anna turned her head and saw that it was Angel.

"Angel!" she called out. "How did you find me?!"

"It wasn't hard. I just followed the sounds of screams and destruction," Angel explained. "Are you okay?"

"Not really," Anna replied. Angel saw the large shard of glass in Anna's leg then he looked back at Gabriel, glaring at him.

"You just made a big mistake," Angel growled.

"If you had just hid then you would have lived," Gabriel said. "Now, you're going to die just like this one here."

"Are you going to shut your mouth or keep talking?" Angel smirked. Just as Angel blinked, Gabriel was already darting towards him with his sword.

Angel rolled out of the way and fired many rounds from his guns at Gabriel. Gabriel dodge the bullets and swooped down on Angel, picking him up and throwing him, sending Angel landing right on the hood of a car. The alarms beeped as he crashed into it. Angel groaned as he sat up only to see Gabriel coming down at him with his sword. Angel rolled off the car, just in time, and the sword pierced through the hood, where he was.

As Angel was getting up, Gabriel was right behind Angel. Anna's eyes widen in horror and tried to warn him, but it was too late. Gabriel had stabbed his sword straight through Angel's back. He pulled it out and kicked Angel, knocking him down.

"Angel!" Anna cried out. Angel groaned as he tried to get back up. Gabriel walked over and stepped on top of Angel's back, forcing him to the ground.

"Stop! Get off of him!" Anna pleaded.

"You demons belong in the dirt like you are. You are beneath us."

"Fuck you.." Angel spatted out. Gabriel raised his sword, to strike.

"No! Don't do it! Stop!" Anna cried out.

Suddenly, Gabriel was knocked off of Angel as a tentacle smacked him away. Anna, Angel, and Gabriel saw Charlie, Vaggie, Husk, Baxter and Niffty, and Alastor. Anna and Alastor's eyes met each other for a split second before Anna tore her gaze away from his, refusing to look at him. He felt a strange heavy weight in his chest, slightly hurt, and a little angry that she was ignoring him. He hated to be ignored!

Husk flew and landed near Angel, helping him up.

"What we're you thinking running off like that? Why didn't you wait?!"

Angel laughed weakly. "Nice to see you too, Husky,"

"Well, now this is a surprise! What is a exterminator like you doing here when it's not even close to extermination day!" Alastor smiled. Gabriel snarled at Alastor's words until he spotted Niffty near Baxter, who pulled her closer to him. His eyes widen in shock, seeing that Niffty was entirely human, with some demon like traits from her original demon form.

"What have you done?" Gabriel demanded. Charlie stepped up, smiling.

"Hi there, I'm Charlie, princess of Hell!" the princess greeted. "I have been running a hotel for sinners who want to redeem themselves.-"

Gabriel stared at Charlie for a second as she continued, ignoring her rambling speech. A stupid goofy smile, red rosy cheeks, curly blond hair...Gabriel's eyes widen, realizing who she was.

"You!" Gabriel shouted, angrily. Charlie stopped with wide eyes, paused in the middle of her words. "You are the daughter of that traitor!" He growled. Charlie laughed, nervously. "Now, now, there's no need for us to fight. We can talk this over reasonably-"

"I don't want to hear any lies that come out of your filthy mouth!" Gabriel shouted. "Do you have any idea what you have done!?"

Charlie blinked. "Uh, redeemed a sinner, of course!"

"You have messed with the natural order!" Gabriel hissed. "And for that. I cannot allow any of you to live!"
