My boots echoed down the hall as I limped toward my lab, my one place of solitude that only Twilight ever intruded upon. I had seen Shadow upset and even scared but that was nothing compared to the well hidden terror of what was the equivalent of marital rape, and that terror had been rectified by her anger. Every single bite mark burned with her venom, an itching burn that I couldn't rid myself of until her venom dissipated. This did nothing but exasperate my bad mood. As I shoved the door to my lab open I realized I wasn't alone this time.

"Why are you in here", I asked the mountain of a man grumpily as I limped over to the chair in front of the computer terminal and flopped down wincing.

"Why were you not", came the nearly instant rumbling reply, the giant not even looking at me from where he was hunched over the desk in the room.

"That's just lazy writing", I scoffed and summoned a blunt from midair, lighting it with a fingertip. "By the way, me and Twilight have fucked on that desk plenty of times."

"I already sanitized it with everything except fire", he replied as he turned to glance at me. "How are the bruises? Do they need healing?"

"Nah, they already healed, just like the bites, but her venom is a motherfucker", I replied as I pressed a key to wake the computer and stared at my genetic code displayed on the screen. "Great, another mutation. Hey Cain, would you say my magic has gotten stronger?"

"Good", he rumbled in his flat tone regarding my wounds before he stroked his chin a moment before returning to the tack board in front of him. "I can hardly gauge. You certainly are not the strongest magic user I have seen but I think exposure to my brand of magic has caused yours to mutate."

With that he summoned a perfectly clear block of ice into his hand and set it on the table as an example.

"What's the deal with the ice", I asked and rolled my shoulders, taking note of the feathers Shadow had pulled loose but had been stuck among the other feathers until that motion. "I told ya I was already healing."

"Perform the same spell", he rumbled with a sigh.

I rolled my eyes and created a nearly identical block of ice, noticing the few natural flaws in my ice.

"One day, should you remain my pupil and, more importantly, alive long enough", he chuckled as he straightened his posture and strode toward the door, "your magic will become more like mine."

"Where are you going", I asked as he opened the door.

"Unfinished business elsewhere", he replied cryptically and whisked out of the door passing a confused Twilight as she trotted in the door, turning to me just as I sat back in the chair to relax.

"He seemed to be on a mission", she quipped and I shrugged. I felt her begin to unfasten my pants but grabbed the next button before she could get to it. "Bad day?"

"I went into a vamponic frenzy and basically ass raped my wife", I groaned with my hands over my face but let out a different groan as I felt her magic grip my shoulders and began massaging. "A good massage isn't going to be enough to make me have sex for now."

"No, but it should be enough to help you relax", she replied with a chuckle. "What fucked up your day?"

"Using my words now", I asked with a smile and relaxed into my chair. "I had a little scuffle with Cain and lost."

"Naturally", she giggled and physically kissed my cheek gently. "What else?"

"I was on trial for allegedly shooting Luna in the lower abdomen killing our unborn illegitimate foal", I shrugged and felt the magic stop in place before continuing.

"How was it with an alicorn", she asked with an indiscernible tone.

"Considering she hasn't been dicked in a thousand years, she was tight", I shrugged and turned to face her with a grin. "But not as tight as you."

"That compliment deserves a blow job", she grinned and completely unfastened my pants, pulling my cock out in a flash before taking the entire thing into her throat before taking it out even faster with a nasty grimace on her face. "It tastes like blood and Shadow's ass!"

"That was apparently where it spent the last three hours during my vamponic fury", I muttered and dropped my head back. "Apparently that's the one thing I forgot to really clean."

"If it was her pussy I would be glad to mask it with my own musk", she replied before I felt cleaning magic wash over me and her mouth resume its tender ministrations.

"Either way, I want to know why my genetic code keeps turning gold", I muttered, my mind doing a better job of ignoring her efforts than my body as I changed subjects. "I'm actually starting to get worried."

"Hmm", she asked as she let my shaft pop out of her mouth and stared at the screen. "That's a lot of gold."

"Hence why I'm getting worried", I sighed as I reached down and pulled her into my lap, my movements surreptitiously working my erection back into my pants, before pointing at a string of six figures. "Last month those six were green. Now they're gold. When will it stop? What's gonna happen to me?"

"I'm not sure", she sighed and leaned back into my chest. "I could only offer a theory…"

"And", I asked as I tugged her ear with a tired half grin.

"My theory", she almost growled while pulling her ear free, "is that as more of your genetics are rewritten-"

"Not rewritten, just magically enhanced", I interrupted and pulled up the sequence of genes from the week before for a comparison. "The code is the same, it just turned gold."

"Fine, enhanced", she sighed in mild annoyance. "The more enhanced your code, the more magical you'll become. There's no telling how powerful you will become or what you could become. What if you just turn into pure magic and disintegrate?!"

"I'm not gonna disintegrate", I laughed and cuddled with her, groaning when I heard a knock at the door. "Come in!"

I groaned again and dropped my head on Twilight's shoulder as Silver Lance eased his way into the lab. His hesitant steps amused me and the changeling in me detected the lust, but also the respect and fear. It boggled my mind why I noticed it now, but it wasn't of any consequence.

"Y-Your Majesty, there's a m-matter that needs to be addressed", he reported with a slightly shaky salute. "The merchants from Equestria are b-being charged nearly double in Catro, and it's only Equestrian merchants. P-Please expect a dispatch from P-Princess Celestia."

"Is that all", I asked with my face still buried in Twilight's fur.

"Y-yes, Your Majesty", he replied hesitantly.

"Dismissed", I muttered and waved him out.

"He's so jittery", Twilight giggled once the door closed behind him.

"I'll do something about it later", I muttered distractedly as I used my left hand and typed in a command on the keyboard but received an error message. "Celestia dammit! Twilight, make this motherfucker work!"

"What are you trying to make it do", she sighed and nudged my arm aside with her shoulder.

"I'm trying to make it predict what's going to happen to me", I replied as I idly played with her mane.

"I can't do that because I don't have enough physiological data about you", she said and turned her head to look at me. "I would need your mother's level of magic to do that kind of scan, and we need multiple weeks of scans to determine the changes and-"

"Audrey, scan me", I interrupted and held out my arm, flinching as the needle pierced my vein. A second later a wide beam scanned my body from head to toe.

Conflicting parameters during scan. Please remedy the problem and try again.

Twilight sighed and climbed out of my lap and I ordered a second scan. The instant the scan was complete Twilight climbed back into my lap and I turned back to the computer. Twilight could only stare in amazement at the screen.

"How is that possible", she asked as she scrolled through the info on screen. "I thought only your mother was that powerful!"

"Audrey, remind Twilight of your charge level", I grinned at the staring mare.

Level one is fully charged. Level two is thirty five percent charged. Level three is uncharged. Level four is uncharged. Level five is uncharged.

"You mean to tell me that just above a quarter charge is as powerful or even more powerful than the princesses", she asked slowly, and I could almost see her mind at work.

"We're not experimenting with the magic in Audrey's crystals", I sighed and rubbed my eyes. "Besides, it would be the same as directly infusing you with my magic or my blood, pre changeling addition."

"Is that so", she asked as she rubbed her chin in thought.

"You better not have any of my blood stored somewhere", I said darkly as I let my aura out a little.

"N-No", she replied shakily as her eyes darted around the room.

"Twilight", I growled angrily as she shrank back in fear.

"I kept it to replicate it in case you ever needed it", she explained quickly and slid from my lap, slowly backing away. "I figured if you ever needed it I could summon it directly to you and save your life! I wasn't drinking it, I swear!"

"I told you once before to discard every drop of my blood", I almost snarled as I rose to my feet and advanced on her with my wings slowly flaring, her fear tantalizing to my dominating vamponic aspects.

"But what am I supposed to do with two hundred gallons of liquid magic", she wailed and dropped to the floor covering her face.

"Two… hundred… gallons", I asked slowly, the shock associated with the large quantity causing my aura to fade allowing her to stand, her legs shaking in the aftermath of my aura.

"I wanted to be prepared", she explained but fell silent as I held up a silencing hand.

"I want all two hundred gone before tomorrow night", I sighed and returned to my chair, resting my face in my hand.

"Tomorrow night", Twilight asked as she fidgeted nervously.

"Yes", I replied without looking at her.

"I can't", she said quietly. "Not in any ecologically friendly way."

"Then I'll come by and banish it", I snapped as I lifted my head and stared at her. "One way or another it goes away!"

"Okay", she whispered softly.

"I said it was- wait, what", I asked.

"You're right", she shrugged with her eyes on the floor. "It was wrong of me to replicate your blood without your permission. I'm sorry. I'll never do it again."

"That's okay", I sighed and opened my arms to her, beckoning to her. "Come cuddle with me."

Eagerly she reclaimed her place on my lap and we spent several minutes speaking in hushed tones despite being alone. She idly ran her hooves across my chest and down my arms, commenting on the bite marks in my armor. She jolted when I explained their origin but didn't comment further. Conversation eventually turned to our mutual friends and I grinned as I told her about Applejack's various mannerisms that suggested desire.

"I haven't really been around her since I became part changeling, so I don't know", I chuckled when the tang of jealousy rose from Twilight.

"Let's just find out", she sniffed and disappeared with a pop of teleportation.

I leaned back in my chair and closed my eyes with a sigh, but my relaxation was quickly interrupted.

"Still reeling them in, eh, son", a familiar voice chuckled in my ear. "That's my boy!"

"Hello, father", I sighed without opening my eyes. "What now?"

"I just wanted to visit you", he replied, actually sounding hurt. "Is that so bad?"

"Considering you're an ornament in my yard right now, yes", I grumbled and opened my eyes to stare at the draconequus floating on his side in the air beside me. "It just means I have to pay a visit to Doctor Psyche as soon as possible."

"You're not insane, just…", he hesitated, waving a paw in a circle before grinning, "chaotic as all Tartarus. I daresay the Lord of Chaos title will suit you."

"And the realm of Torment will suit you well", I frowned. "How do you keep showing up?!"

"Oh, the devil's in the details", he replied dismissively and waved my question away. "By the way, I never congratulated you on that fine bit of work with Chrysalis. She's really wrapped around your little finger. With both hives under your control, imagine the glorious chaos you could spread, hmm?"

"Chrysalis controls her own hive", I said with a scoff. "Which is the way it should be."

"No queen would dare question a king's order", he chuckled as he started to fade from sight until just his grin was visible.

"Dad, wait", I called and sat forward.

"Second thoughts", he asked expectantly as he became visible again.

"No, I was just wondering how you can speak to me when you're a statue", I replied, chuffing out a laugh when his face fell into a flat stare.

"Um, helloooo", he said obnoxiously and gestured to himself. "Lord of Chaos? The laws of reality don't really apply to me. And speaking of reality, have my devout followers reached out to you yet?"

"Followers", I asked in disbelief as I stared at him. "The only strangers that visited me were assassins!"

"And you handled them marvelously", he laughed with a proud smile. "I especially liked when you mailed those wings to that troublesome Blueblood."

"Well, they deserved what they got", I replied darkly before I turned my eyes to him again. "Will I have to fight you when the time comes for me to take your place?"

"Only if you want to", he said softly as he began to fade again, his voice fading with him. "Besides, what's more chaotic than war?"

"What do you mean, war", I asked, but silence was my answer. "Dad?"

When there was no response I sighed and leaned back in my chair again closing my eyes, slowly drifting off into a light slumber. An unknown amount of time passed before the sound of hooves entering the lab woke me. I looked toward the door just as it began to close and spotted Twilight and Applejack entering with smiles on their faces.

"Howdy, Prince Jackson", the farm pony greeted me, tipping her hat. "Twilight said y'all wanted ta speak ta me?"

"That I do", I said as I stood and approached her, giving her a lingering hug before pulling away. "Twiley and I were hoping you could shed a little light on something for us."

"Ah don't know nothin' about that fancy computer thing, but Ah'll give it mah best", she chuckled. "Whatcha need?"

"Just honesty", I replied as I glanced behind her at Twilight as she grinned.

"Well heck, that's mah Element, so sure", she grinned. "Ask away!"

"Do you feel any attraction for Jackson", Twilight asked bluntly as she stepped up beside Applejack and grinned.

"W-What", Applejack asked, suddenly nervous. "Why would ya ask that?"

"Well, Jackson is part changeling now", Twilight explained as she moved to my side, her grin becoming seductive. "He senses things about others and he picked up on a few things from you."

"Now wait just a hay pickin' minute", she began but I couldn't help but interrupt her.

"Right now I'm tasting a little nervousness, but not much desire", I said to Twilight before turning and opening my vamponic aura on the farmer, whose nostrils flared and tail lifted slightly. "Hey Twiley, I think she likes it. I can definitely taste the desire."

"N-Now that ain't fair", Applejack almost moaned but stayed where she was.

"Oh, she has a thing for bad stallions", Twilight purred and circled around Applejack. "See Jackson? She's even making it easy for you."

I grinned wider and pushed harder with my aura making Applejack almost moan but to my surprise she took a step forward despite her trembling back legs.

"C'mon, y'all, th-this ain't fair", she said breathy and began to pant very lightly. "What'd Ah do ta deserve this?"

"Just testing a theory", I replied and let the aura fade.

"That ain't right", Applejack growled as she sat her hat on the table beside her and began stalking toward me, lust rolling off of her. "Y'all done revved mah engine up, so y'all better finish what ya started."

"Have fun", Twilight winked and vanished with the pop of teleportation echoing in the nearly silent lab.

"Well, fuck."
