"Have you made your choice on what to wear this year?" Darjeeling was leaning forward on the couch, excited to see what Kay would come out in.

"I think I've put it together the correct way this time. Lemme just tie this part up real quick and I'll show you."

"Take your time darling." Darjeeling looked around the room. It felt warm and familiar, as if they could just cuddle up without getting cold.

"And there we go. Want to see it now?"

"Yes, could you please?"

Kay stepped out of the bathroom, and did a slow twirl, her ponytail flying in the air. She had put on a plaid shirt and a red puffy vest, paired up with a pair of blue jeans. "You like it?"

"Maybe don't wear such clothing and we won't have this issue."

"It's been twice as long as I did though. Want me to come help you?"

"I'm coming in anyway." Kay stood up and made her way over to the door. She slowly opened it, and poked her in. The sight nearly made her collapse to the floor. Darjeeling was standing there, a pair of cat ears on her head and a tail poking out of her rear.

"Darjeeling I swear I could just go to town on you now." Kay fully opened the door, picking up Darjeeling in one swift motion. She swung her around, before leaning in for a warm kiss. Darjeeling felt herself gently fall to the floor, followed by Kay giving her another kiss as she lied on top.

"Maybe don't put on such a hot costume and we wouldn't have this problem."

The sky had turned pitch black by the time the two of them arrived. "Are you sure it's safe for me to go inside with this on?" Darjeeling was nervous, and Kay's sudden giggling didn't help the situation.

"What part of it isn't safe?"

"The tail might end up showing something I don't want to let others see."

"So you don't want people to see this?" Kay reached down behind Darjeeling, giving her ass a tight squeeze.

"What did I tell you about doing that!"

"That you love it when I do that. It appears my angel has lost her wings because of a little Halloween costume," Kay teased.

Darjeeling grabbed the collar of Kay's shirt pulling her practically over onto her side of the car. "What did I tell you about saying stuff like that!?" "Confident now?" Kay practically had to drag herself out of the kiss, or else they would have just sat there together all night.

"Want to go inside now? It's getting cold out here."

"As you wish." Kay got out of the car and opened the door for Darjeeling. Darjeeling took this opportunity to intertwine her and Kay's arm as she shut the door behind herself.

Kay guided the two up to the front door. Even in light of the lamp next to the door, you could still tell that the apartment was the same type as Kay's.

Darjeeling was the one to click the doorbell, only to be greeted by a quite badly buzzed Naomi. "Is everything alright?"

"Yep. Don't worry 'bout me. Pekoe managed to get some of what I love earlier in the year, so I saved it for tonight." The two walked inside as Naomi shut the door behind them.

The scene was a bit of a mess, but looked like a fun time. Pekoe was in a 60s looking light blue dress with red high heels while standing behind the counter, a smile across her face. Rosehip was in some sort of detectives outfit, looked clattered, and was rubbing up against Assam while she tried to do some statistics. Assam had dyed the tips of her hair a pale blue, and had an old band t-shirt and jeans on. "Is this everyone?" Darjeeling gave the room a second look around. Other than the bunch of red plastic cups everywhere, she didn't see anyone new.

"Well, those two seem to be having fun." Pekoe pointed out the glass door to the backyard. Rukuriri was playing some sort of water volleyball in the pool with one of the girls from Ooarai.

"Want me to get you a drink, angel?" Darjeeling looked over at Kay, her eyes shining, waiting for those beautiful words to come out.

"Sure thing."

Kay had managed to crash hard after having one too many candy bars, ending up with her falling asleep with her arms around Darjeeling's shoulders as she sat in her lap. "Why do you have to be so heavy, and so warm?" Darjeeling felt pinned down, but by what felt like a soft blanket. Kay's face was snuggly stuck in between Darjeeling's neck and shoulder, almost tickling the girl as she breathed.

"Last time you did this you were feistier, but I guess I stopped you from being that's way after that night." Darjeeling gave Kay's head a few pats before running her fingers through Kay's shining hair. "If only I had the courage to apologize this time." Darjeeling let out a sigh and let her head fall back. "I want you to go back to who you were. This airheaded goofball that got feisty with their feelings. That never backed down in wanting to make me feel pleasured. That would always ask me if she was doing what made me feel the best."

Darjeeling leaned her head forward, putting her own head against Kay's shoulder.
