Chapter 7
As the three of them walked down Diagon Ally Harry wondered how to approach the Goblins with his offer when Draco interrupted his thoughts "Arthur, do you remember what I told you about the Goblin's customs and how to approach them?"
"Yes I remember, I am trying to think of how to word our request in a way that will appeal to them." Harry replied
Draco started to reply but was interrupted by a female voice behind them "Harry, dear I have been looking all over the ally for you. It is not nice to keep you fiancé waiting."
Harry sighed before standing straight and turning to look at Ginerva knowing this was going to attract attention but at this point did not care "I never asked you to marry me Ginerva."
"Yes, you did Harry she has the ring, and it is only right considering everything her family has done for you." Hermione made herself known but then she noticed Draco at his side. "Harry what are you doing with the ferret?"
"First of all I never asked Ginerva Molly Weasley to marry me, and I can prove that ring is a fake. Finite incantantum." With the spell and a flash of his eyes the ring that was on Ginerva's finger turned into nothing more than a piece of string.
Ginny let out a scream of anger while Hermione yelled "How dare you Harry James Potter. We all know it is only a matter of time and you need a push so just ask her already and this can be sorted out!"
"No, I will never marry her. Now on to the second accusation made here today that her family has done anything for me. Now I admit some of the family namely Fred, Gorge, Charlie and Bill are the only ones I count as friends. But Molly, Arthur, Ron and Ginerva have all been paid by Dumbledore to befriend me, Ginny here was even paid to get pregnant by me so that she would have access to my vaults which she has no claim to. You were paid as well granger with books from my family vault which have all been reclaimed with interest as has all the money stolen."
He saw the reporters standing around watching this waiting to see how this would unfold and knew it would be in the papers tomorrow anyway so why not now "My name is Harry James Potter you all know me. Or at least you think you do. I have just come from a wizamagot meeting where many things have been revealed because the oaths sworn by every member of the wizamagot have been put into effect as the king was in the room. I am the reincarnation of king Arthur Pendragon and I have taken up my title once again. Albus Dumbledore has been arrested and will be sentenced by me later this week. As has Lucius Malfoy who will be sentenced soon as well."
Harry looked over at Draco and boldly took his hand so that everyone could see as he said "This man beside me many of you know as Draco Malfoy but he is much more than that he is also the reincarnation of Merlin who was both my best friend and my husband in our past lives, and as he has said yes to my proposal he will be my consort and husband again." Harry paused once more before he turned back to the two witches who were looking at him dumfounded at this news "Any other information you will have to wait for the daily prophet to print in the paper tomorrow. But I will say this I will have nothing to do with Molly, Arthur, Ron, Ginerva Weasley or Hermione Granger every again. Any others in the Weasley family not mentioned I still hold in high regard and will continue to associate with until the prove they cannot be trusted. Now I have a meeting with the goblin people that I cannot afford to be late to if you would please excuse me." With that Harry turned and with his hand still in his fiancé's hand stalked toward Gringott's bank leaving the two backstabbing witches to face the public's ire on their own.
