"Ash! Help me get her out of the rain, quickly!" Pikachu yelled.
"I'm on it!" The two pikachus bring Pidgeotto inside and onto a bed.
"I'll grab a towel." Ash says, then runs to the bathroom.
Pikachu puts a paw on Pidgeotto's chest.
"Good, she's alive. I cant believe I forgot about her.." Pikachu thought in shame.
Ash returns with a fresh, white towel. He quickly wraps it around Pidgeotto.
"That should be fine. She needs to sleep I guess." Pikachu said.
Ash rubs his eyes.
"Yeah.. We should probably go to sleep as well. Hopefully tomorrow Pidgeotto will be better, and we can find Brock!" Ash said.
"Alright.." Pikachu said.
Pikachu thought, "I honestly hope we don't find Brock. I.. love Ash even more when he's like this. I still don't have the courage to tell him though."
Pikachu silently stared at Ash and blushed.
"Pikachu, why are you looking at me like that?" Ash asked obliviously.
"Oh! Uh, sorry, I was just.. spacing out." She replied.
"Alright.. Pidgeotto takes up this whole bed, so I guess we can sleep on the same one." Ash said.
"O-Oh. O-Ok, Ash." Pikachu blushed intensely.
Ash pulls the bed covers over Pidgeotto to keep her warm. He then gets in the opposite bed with Pikachu.
"Night." Ash says. "G-Good night Ash.." Pikachu replies.
"Why does this feel so awkward? I literally slept with Pikachu every night when I was.. normal." Ash thought.
Ash moved around for a while and eventually drifted to sleep.
Pikachu, however, couldn't help herself.
She quietly took off the covers and stood up.
Pikachu grabbed something in her hands and started shoving it in her mouth.
"Mm, why is this so good?!"
...
Pikachu was eating a pokepuff that she found earlier.
What did you think she was doing?

(The next morning..)
Pidgeotto's POV
"Wha-What time is it..." A ray of sunlight blinds my eyes.
I look over to see Ash and Pikachu.
It's honestly really weird seeing Ash like that.
"Pidgeotto! You alright?" Ash asks.
"Uh, yeah I guess."
I try to get up, but I'm stopped by pain in my right wing.
"Oww." I say.
"You don't look good. Maybe you shouldn't move around much." Pikachu says.
"Yeah, right. It's your fault I'm like this anyways. If you could've kept your mouth shut, Ash wouldn't have asked me to leave." Pidgeotto thought grimly.
"Where were you yesterday?" Ash asks.
"Well, I'll just tell the whole story I suppose."
Yesterday...
I swiftly fly away from Ash and Pikachu.
Ugh, why does Pikachu get such special treatment. It's like Ash doesn't even care about me anymore.
Well, I might as well look for Brock. The sooner Ash is human, the sooner things can go back to normal.
...
I just wanted to sleep in today...
After like 2 hours, I got really bored and tired of flying around.
I found the Pewter Gym easily, but I didn't see Brock anywhere around.
The only thing that was actually interesting was some lady dressed like a witch, entering the gym.
She had a murkrow on her shoulder as well.
I guess I can take a break for a while.
Suddenly, I see storm clouds in the distance.
Oh crap.
I don't even know where Ash and Pikachu are, or any shelter.
I quickly fly around the area, looking for any pikachus. None can be seen anywhere.
"*sigh* Where could they have wondered off too?" I say to myself.
End of flashback
"So after a ton of looking, it started raining badly. I was exhausted and I decided to seek shelter in this pokémon center. It was actually really lucky to find you guys." I explained further.
"Oh my god, Pidgeotto. I'm so sorry, we didn't realize." Ash sincerely said.
A/N: Yo, so sorry for not uploading for a bit. I was literally just about to, but school ended and my parents wanted to go on vacation. We stayed for a week so I didn't really have a chance to upload. I tried to get this chapter out asap, so I hope its acceptable lol. OH AND, THANKS FOR 7.7k+ VIEWS!
