An Unexpected Saviour

Chapter 8: Future Shock

"My name is Sabrina vi Britannia."Kitsune declared. "Lelouch and Kallen are my future parents."

Everyone became shocked while big blushes appeared on Lelouch and Kallen's faces.

"Sabrina, you're my niece?"Nunnally asked while blushing a bit.

"Yep."Sabrina agreed with a bright smile. "You are my aunt, Nunnally."

Kallen looked down shyly while Lelouch lightly cleared his throat.

"That explains your red hair."Sayako said. "It is exactly Miss Kozuki's."

"It's outstanding!"Diethard remarked. "The masked comrade known as Kitsune is actually a person from the future and the daughter of Zero!"

"That also makes her the granddaughter of Lady Marianne."Jeremiah thought with a smile.

Sabrina looked at Schneizel, Kanon and Cornelia.

"Are you satisfied with my identity?"Sabrina asked.

"It is unexpected."Cornelia commented with a hint of shock.

"How amusing."Schneizel replied with a small smirk. "The person from the future is actually my own niece who plans to kill me."

"Shut up, you creep."Sabrina scowled bitterly. "You're no uncle of mine so don't call me your niece."

"You dare!"Kanon snapped.

Schneizel simply brought his hand to silence Kanon.

"Sabrina, I don't get it."Kallen said honestly. "Why would you come to the future?"

"Have you come to warn us about something?"Nunnally guessed.

"I…I don't want to talk about it."Sabrina answered with a hint of pain. "I guess I should start at the beginning. But I have to warn you that there is no happy ending…"

Sabrina immediately started telling everyone about what happened including the events that acquired such as Shirley's death, the Black Knights' betrayal and Zero Requiem.

It took almost two hours, but the former masked girl was able to reveal everything.

"…and Suzaku became the second Zero while Lelouch became known as the tyrant that ruled Britannia and had all evil deeds blamed on him."Sabrina finished.

There were no responds from anyone in the room but had mixed emotions of what they just heard as Sabrina clenched her fist in anger.

"All these unnecessary injuries and deaths were the result of Schneizel's treachery and Ohgi's idiocy. Had Lelouch not been ousted from the Black Knights, none of this would have happened…"Sabrina scowled with a murderous look. "That's why I came to the present to prevent that corrupted world for being born and get rid of the rats responsible for it."

Jeremiah bowed down at Sabrina.

"I apologise for not preventing the ill treatment for ever happening to you, Lady Sabrina."Jeremiah apologised.

"It's alright, Jeremiah."Sabrina assured with a smile. "I still thank you, C.C and Sayako for supporting me and my mum. You've been always loyal to my dad no matter what, so I am grateful for that."

Sayako looked at Lelouch.

"Did you know about this, Master Lelouch?"Sayako asked.

Lelouch nodded at the maid.

"I was actually planning to call Suzaku to help save Nunnally, but I glad I didn't thanks to Sabrina and everything she revealed to me."Lelouch complemented.

"If you met up with Suzaku, Schneizel would've likely sent soldiers to follow him and have you exposed."Sabrina admitted. "Also you use a small bit of your conversation as a record to fool the Black Knights to think they were under the influence of Geass."

"Are you kidding me?!"Tamaki retorted. "All this thing happened because of us betraying Zero?!"

"Of course."Sabrina remarked with a fake smile. "You all sold your souls to work with Mr Psycopath after agreeing with Ohgi to have Japan freed if you betray Zero."

Kallen, Tohdoh, Diethard, Chiba, Asahina and Tamaki all glared at Ohgi, who bowed his in shame.

"Ohgi was only trying to get information about Zero."Villetta said defensively.

"Which was actually treason and could put the Black Knights at risk."Kallen scowled bitterly. "I doubt you even told Ohgi that you used my friend Shirley to find information about Zero, just so you can be rewarded to become a noble."

"Not to mention Uncle Naoto would be so disappointed in you if he was here right now."Sabrina added with a frown. "At least he would know not to fall with the lies of the enemy and betray a leader he follows to be with a selfish whore."

Ohgi looked down and didn't say anything while Villetta simply huffed in respond.

"I…I…I was going to betray my brother and work with Schneizel to help take the throne by sacrificing so many people?"Nunnally whimpered in heartbreak.

"That's correct, Nunnally."Sabrina agreed with arms crossed. "In the future, I've been treated as a figure of hate because I am the daughter of the so-called Demon Emperor. That is why I plan to kill Schneizel and Suzaku for their unforgivable actions, so many lives like myself won't be a living nightmare."

"Man, what was going to happen is just wrong."Asahina commented with a hint of discomfort.

Tohdoh looked at Lelouch.

"Zero, your goal was overall to make a better world for your younger sister and find out who killed my mother?"Tohdoh suggested.

"Yes."Lelouch said with a nod and held Nunnally's hand. "Even though all she wants was to be with me."

"I still won't forgive you to what happen to Euphie."Cornelia reminded with a frown.

"I'm surprised you care a lot about Euphie even though you never listened to her, Cornelia."Sabrina scoffed.

"What?"Cornelia hissed.

"During the incident that happened in Kamine Island, Lelouch actually revealed his identity to Euphemia."Sabrina admitted with a glare. "Euphemia did wanted to tell you that he and Nunnally were alive, but you never listen and instead treated her like a child. It seems that you haven't been a good older sister to her."

"I never wanted anything bad to happen to her!"Cornelia argued. "I was just trying to protect her!"

"Protect her?"Sabrina retorted. "Don't make me laugh. You were actually never there for her when she needed you the most. As soon as the two of you arrived to Japan, she actually ended up meeting that rat Kururugi and confess her feelings for him soon after she made him her knight. You never even supported her in the plan of SAZ due to your ridiculous issue with non-Britannians! This is what I hate about my part of the family! For you Britrannians, it's all about competing and killing each other until one is left standing! None of you don't give a damn whoever you hurt! This family disgusts me! And I am humiliated to be part of it!"

Everyone in the room were silent at Sabrina's declaration until Schneizel cleared his throat.

"Well, it seems my negotiations have failed."Schneizel admitted with a disapproved tone.

"Your negotiations?"Lelouch repeated with a frown. "The fact that you tried to turn my allies against me with your limited knowledge of Geass and have them kill me?"

"It is pointless now thanks to Sabrina."Schneizel commented.

Sabrina sticks her tongue out at Schneizel as Kallen placed her hand on her shoulder.

"The fact is you were planning to have us betray Zero after hearing your false accusation and join forces with you."Diethard commented.

"You played us for fools!"Tamaki snapped.

"Not to mention you're completely insane to think you can sacrifice many people for your twisted desire."Chiba added with a glare.

Cornelia glanced at Sabrina.

"Are you pleased with this outcome?"Cornelia asked.

"I am. It's ironic that my dad has to be the only one judged for his actions and punished for sins when it is actually supposed to be you and Schneizel, Cornelia."Sabrina retorted. "You massacred Non-Britannian soldiers and innocent people while Mr Psycopath wanted to use a dangerous weapon to destroy and control the world through fear. And you decided to help this creep with his charade in trying to turn the Black Knights against my father with your dumb information about Geass when you didn't even know anything about that power. I feel disgraced to have ever idolised you."

Cornelia became shocked at Sabrina's respond before closing her eyes and simply walking away.

Sabrina glared at Schneizel.

"You should probably leave too."Sabrina insisted coldly. "As much as I want to shoot you in the head, I won't since I don't want to risk another F.L.E.I.J.A."

"I guess that is for the best."Schneizel replied.

With that, Cornelia, Kanon and Schneizel left the room and headed out without turning back.

Next chapter the group discuss their next move while C.C gets a visit from 'Anya'...
