Well... hello there... I am pleased that I managed to continue this work of fiction, truly, this chapter was a hassle and I believe the next ones will be much easier.
Anyway, I appreciate all the reviews I received and I will answer some question.
1) What if Subaru rolled the "Battle of the Alamo" article? Well it depends on the dice roll. Summoning a Mexican Assault for 13 days on Lugnica? Summoning the Alamo fortress? Summoning the Mexican Army? Really it depends on RNGesus.
2) Does he have the power to summon Chris-Chan? ...yes... and much worse.
3) Is Gema waifu material? ...she is 50 years old... I don't think even if Subaru was interested she would be interested in a teenager...
Ah, btw, I changed how the internal thoughts, monologue works now, 'text' is now 'text'.
"Let me see if I understand this right. You've blinked and suddenly found yourself in a… medieval parallel world?" Subaru reluctantly nodded towards the Spanish woman. "And… you obtained the… the ability to… the ability of a magical roulette? Which eventually brought me here?"
She appeared to be wearing a rather plain t-shirt, jeans, black boots and a jacket.
Subaru was obviously uncomfortable talking with Gema. It reminded him too much of his parents and teachers… It also wasn't helpful that she saw right through him…
"Yes ma'am."
The brunette took in a deep breath and said "And gave me an Olympic athlete body… and whatever mental disorder identification power I now possess." She deadpanned the last words.
"That's… the basic, yeah."
Subaru and Gema remained silent, both locked in their own thoughts. Subaru thinking about his random powers, about how he just kidnapped a woman from her home… like it happened to him, and for the first time since arriving in this new parallel world… about his parents. He had to wonder what they would think of him. Disappearing without a sign, disappointing them again… would they miss him? Mourn him? Was he… did he even deserve-
"Hey Su… Subaru right?" Subaru numbly nodded.
"Is this another result of your power?" Gema asked, indicating the open door of the treasury.
"Yeah, that is what I got when some thugs attempted to mug me… in a way they did I guess" he muttered the last part.
Subaru glanced just at the right moment to see Gema's expression fall into worry.
"Are you alright?" she asked as she approached the sitting teen.
"Yeah, not a scratch on Natsuki Subaru!" He nodded before doing a pose, though, it looked halfhearted.
Before Gema could comment on Subaru's antics, footsteps echoed throughout the alley, slowly approaching.
Both turned towards the source and waited as the shadows parted to reveal the newcomer. That being a girl in white robes with silver hair and amethyst eyes.
"Don't move." She simply said.
Subaru just stared at the silver haired girl, a bit mesmerized at how beautiful she looked in the reflected light while Gema just raised an eyebrow.
Since nobody moved she continued. "Good. Now just graciously give back what you stole."
"What we stole?" Subaru asked, confusion evident in his voice.
"Now, please. It's important to me."
He turned towards Gema who just returned an inquisitive look. He shook his head.
"I'll give up on the other stuff, but I can't let you have that. So be good and hand it over, please."
He sighed. Having to deal with an annoying situation. Again.
"Look, miss. I think there's a misunderstanding going on. We did not steal anything from you nor have we seen you before."
"Hmm… They don't seem to be lying… I need to go after her!"
She started walking the way she came from before, abruptly turning towards the two of them, narrowing her eyes.
"You know who stole my insignia from me, don't you?"
"Uh, sorry, but I don't have the slightest idea." Subaru replied while Gema shook her head.
Almost one minute passed before the girl's façade crumbled.
"What? Wait, it can't be."
If before she looked like a very confident young woman now she had more resemblance to an unsure teenage girl.
"Told you so Lia." Said a voice belonging to a 'floating talking cat? Damn. This day is keen on giving me headaches…'
"Be quiet, Puck." She snapped at the flying cat, well it looked more like a pout…
"Did I really just come around the long way…?" She only now noticed Punk's stillness and turned towards the direction he was looking at… freezing momentarily.
'I'm surprised it took her this long to notice the treasury, you'd expect the eye to instantly be attracted to shiny objects… She… she is an airhead, isn't she? '
"Well… " Subaru took a glance towards Gema who simply shrugged, "If it is of any consolation, feel free to join in the plunder." He gestured towards the treasury. "Though you should be careful. There's a curse or something for the more you take…"
"…I-I… couldn't… take someone's-is this yours?- Money for myself" the silver haired girl stuttered but eventually managed to respond.
"Yeah… " He paused, "Ah! There was a blonde girl running through here a couple minutes ago, maybe she was the thief?"
She nodded.
"He is telling the truth Lia. Everything he said so far." Added Puck who started to look closer at the contents of the treasury, but not entering.
While 'Lia' was trying to form an answer, Subaru gesticulated with his thumb towards the way the thief ran. "You should probably hurry after her then, miss." He paused for a few seconds before he offered. "I could help."
Subaru sat up, taking a look at Gema who slowly, nodded, "We can help." he added.
The brunette woman approached the silver haired girl and extended her hand.
"I'm Gema Climent, pleased to meet you." She said, extending her hand towards the girl.
Said girl froze at the extended hand, looking at a loss on what to do. But eventually, she grabbed the hand and quite weakly shook it, as if it would hurt her.
"Pl-Pleased to meet you… but there's no need to…"
"And I'm Puck!" replied the talking cat.
"And I am Natsuki Subaru!"
'Lia' looked around alternating between the three persons present and sighed.
"Satella." She gave her name, clearly expecting a reaction.
"Well nice to meet you Satella! That's a nice name." replied a somewhat more enthusiastic Subaru. That was not the reaction she expected.
"Huh…" she now clearly looked lost at the black haired teen. Turning towards the other woman present.
"…It does have a nice ring to it… It comes from the Latin sattelles?"
Satella looked something akin to exasperated at the two of them. As if she could not believe her eyes or ears.
"As much as I would like for you three to have a constructive discussion about the origin of the name… I have to ask one important question." Chided Puck, "What language are we speaking?"
"She's an elf, isn't she?"
"Elf? Like those in Tolkien's stories?" Gema inquired.
"Maybe? I've not read them but, it is a common trope for fantasy worlds."
"Is that so?"
"Yeah, I mean, look around us! There's lizard people, cat, dog people, and that thing over there…"
"So there's the possibility of dragons?"
"Maybe."
"Genocidal dragons?"
"Maybe…"
Gema and Subaru spend some of their time discussing different topics while Satella and Puck were talking with store vendors, stall owners and simple pedestrians. They of course helped every time they were able to but, after fifteen minutes of searching without a direction throughout the Commercial District, asking people left and right for anyone who saw the thief, Subaru found someone familiar, Chin who was haggling with a merchant. No doubt selling stuff from the treasury.
Asking, well begging really, Chin for help was a hassle, thankfully he was in a good mood and told the four of them where to find Felt, the now named thief, at the Loot House in the Slums.
"Are you sure about this?" asked Gema as they looked ahead at Satella talking with a malnourished child.
Subaru seemingly deflated at the question "What? Shouldn't I help her?"
The brunette woman gave him a quick glance before saying, "She has anxiety issues."
He abruptly turned towards her "Really?"
"Yes. If what the power you gave me is to be believed."
"Damn. That's unexpected."
"You'd be surprised how common mental health issues truly are."
"Ah. Alright, alright… so what is her problem?"
"I don't know, I will have to test her for a concrete answer… and don't think I forgot about you, Subaru."
Subaru looked away at the elf, muttering his answer. "…Alright. After we retrieve her insignia we will talk…"
Gema only nodded, her expression softened.
Their trek throughout the Slums was uneventful as it could be, just asking people direction to the Loot House. Subaru tried to make small talk with Satella but she would give vague answers or deflect the question with a question of her own. Gema had a bit more success but still, the answers were not painting a clear picture of this world.
Eventually they arrived at the Loot House. It clearly was one of the better buildings of the Slums… but that was not saying much.
They approached with caution, making sure to not make too much noise. Subaru and Gema hesitated on what to do but Satella did not.
And the first thing they saw when Satella opened the door was the surprised faces of two people, a dark skinned giant of a man and a pale blonde girl. Followed by the interior of the building itself, which, by the layout was once a tavern or bar.
"Felt. You forgot to lock the door." The giant sighed.
Felt wanted to retort but Satella spoke before she could.
"I'm glad you're here. This time, you won't get away."
"You never quit do you? I'm telling you, just give up already!" She snarked.
"Sorry, but this is something I cannot give up on."
Satella frowned at the thief, lips pressed into a thin line as she said.
"If you do as I say, I won't hurt you."
As she finished her sentence numerous ice crystals appeared floating around her, surprising everyone inside the Loot House.
"I have only one demand. Return my insignia. It's very important to me."
"If she were just another magic user, I wouldn't back down but this one's trouble…" The giant sighed once again.
"What's with you, Old Man Rom? Admitting defeat before we even fight?!"
"Young lady, you're an elf, ain't ya?" He ignored Felt's question.
"Not exactly. I'm only a half-elf."
"A half-elf? And with silver hair… Wait are you…"
"It's an accidental resemblance! Really, it's bothersome to-"
"Wow Satella! I didn't know you can use magic." Subaru said, finally mustering the courage to join the conversation…
And just like that, the room fell into silence. He was now looking on with confusion at the slightly afraid giant and thief.
"Young man… it's in poor taste to joke like that." Old Man Rom almost managed to sound calm. Almost.
"Huh? What do you mean? That's her name."
"Yes. That is what she introduced herself as." Added Gema, which, seemed to be enough for poor Felt.
"Sh-She's th-the witch!" She took a defensive stance but it looked more like a cornered animal than a proper fighter.
"N-No! I-I mean! I'm n-not-" Satella started stuttering.
"Really? Calling someone a witch? And come on, isn't that enough? Return her insignia. You've already got enough gold from the treasury."
Felt kept glancing at every individual in the Loot House, her facial expression changing by the second before she finally shouted.
„Fine! Fine! HERE KEEP YOUR INSIGNIA AND LEAVE US ALONE!"
But before she could receive the insignia, Rom shouted towards the half-elf „Look out!" which, not even a second later a rapidly apporaching blade was deflected by a hastily made shield.
"My. My. You really are just another slum dweller." Said a playful feminine voice, belonging to a pale beautiful woman dressed in very revealing clothes.
"Wait! You're the contractor!"
'Shit! This just got real! If what Felt said is right then the person who wanted the insignia is this murderous psychopathic… prostitute? She does look like one but given the context of another world it might just be a cultural thing-NOT THE TIME!'
He mostly zoned out the conversation going at the moment, but he did catch sentences here than there which he rather would have not.
"A spirit… That is a spirit, yes? I have never dissected a spirit's stomach before. Nor a witch for that matter… but I wonder how the Witch of Envy's bowels look…"
'Alright Natsuki Subaru, what are your options? Ask for help? Whom? Will she even allow people to leave?'
"A change of plans then it is. I shall slaughter everyone here. You failed to see your job throughout the end. You talk a good game, but you do terrible work."
'That answers the question, ok, OK. What else? My power is unreliable… I think. No I can't hesitate just become I am afraid that I might sum-'
Subaru never finished his train of thought as the woman suddenly shot and flew like an arrow at Satella, scratching a now formed shield with her twisted blade before bouncing back against a wall, this time aiming for Puck's belly. Thankfully he flew out of the way at the last second.
The four of them, Gema, Subaru, Felt and Rom were crouching behind the bar as the fighting continued to escalate between a serious Emilia, a sassy Puck and an excited Elsa.
"If we're going to run, we should get moving now." Felt suggested, a pleading look towards his father figure.
"She won't allow us to…" muttered Gema, "just look how fast she is! How can we even run from her?"
He just realized how out of her depth Gema was with the whole situation, if the frustration, concern, worry and fear were anything to go by, she was at her wits end. But she was right about escaping. How can they outrun someone as fast and agile as Elsa?
'But still, we are just cannon fodder for her and an inconvenient for Satella… '
"Yer right lady, but the elf's gonna keep her bus-" An explosion of ice shook the whole building, leaving Rom's sentence hanging in the air as they took in the scene.
Where Elsa once stood there was now a giant block of ice and around said block a heavy, thick mist formed, slowly filling the whole area.
At the base of the ice block a frozen arm was laying, Elsa's blade not too far away from it.
"Did they get 'er?" commented Rom in astonishment.
"Don't underestimate a user of spiritual arts." Satella said, turning and walking towards the four of them.
"For a girl, you were quite strong, I almost pity you." Commented Puck with a yawn, "Well, Lia, seems I'm out of time." He said the last part as he slowly vanished.
Felt hastily placed the stolen insignia in Gema's hand when she saw the half-elf approach. Gema looked at her then at the insignia and raised a simple inquisitive eyebrow.
But before Subaru could finally relax he saw a fast approaching shadow behind Satella. His eyes went wide at the obvious form of a blade moving to strike her back and he did the only think he could. He pulled.

Roll: 1 - Neil McLeod (field hockey)
Neil Caradus McLeod (born 14 September 1952 in Whangarei) is a former field hockey player from New Zealand. He was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.
Effect: Subaru summons Neil McLeod for 1 hour. Because Subaru is facing an enemy, Neil knows Elsa is the enemy.
And a man in an obvious hockey uniform tackled a one armed Elsa to the ground, mere millimeters before she could stab Satella in the back.
Elsa's face morphed into obvious confusion at what happened. Too bad it only lasted for a second before she gutted Neil.
The half elf turned and aimed at the downed form of the assassin. But just as Satella launched an ice crystal towards Elsa so did Elsa launch her blade at the half-elf.
Unfortunately for Satella, her ice crystal ricocheted against Elsa's blade, striking her on the forehead, resulting in her stumbling backwards.
Elsa, on the other hand just grabbed the flying blade midair and threw it at Satella.
Subaru was already half way at pulling the mental switch the moment Elsa started bending her arm.

Roll: 17 - Hartlepool Abbey
Hartlepool Abbey, also known as Heretu Abbey, Hereteu Abbey, Heorthu Abbey or Herutey Abbey, was a Northumbrian monastery founded in 640 CE by Hieu, the first of the saintly recluses of Northumbria, and Aidan of Lindisfarne, on the Headland Estate of Hartlepool now called the Heugh or Old Hartlepool, in County Durham, England.
Effect: The Loot House is replaced by the Hartlepool Abbey, a very durable one at that, the surrounding buildings are moved to make space where it is needed, without disrupting the established layout. (Space magic) Also the abbey is almost empty but for one Irish abbess who, because it is a 17, has the body of an Olympic athlete.
The blade was already halfway before it struck a suddenly materialized stone pillar, saving the still dazed half-elf.
Subaru couldn't stop himself grinning at Elsa being so out of her depth. That was until said woman turned towards him and he froze at the very annoyed look on the assassin's face.
She grabbed in less than a second a piece of wood from a broken table and launched it his way, fortunately he got dragged to the side by Felt who somehow had the time to admonish him for standing still like an idiot.
He pulled.

Roll: 18 - Robert Maxwell Dudgeon
Robert Maxwell Dudgeon, CBE, DSO, MC, JP (20 February 1881 – 6 November 1962) was a Scottish soldier and policeman.
Effect: Subaru summons Robert Maxwell Dudgeon, giving him an Olympic athlete body. Because Subaru is facing an enemy, Robert knows Elsa is the enemy.
And pulled.

Roll: 25 - Opisto Pallavicini
Opisto Pallavicini, sometimes also known as Opio Pallavicino, was born on 15 October 1632 in Genoa by noble family. He was a Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. Having obtained the PhD in utroque iure and received the priestly ordination, during the pontificate of Pope Innocent X (1644-1655), he moved to Rome where he held the post of referendary of the Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signature of Grace and Justice.
Effect: Subaru summons the Bishop Opio Pallavicino. Because it is past 20, his body is at the peak of an Olympic athlete in his 20s, his abilities as a referendary are exponentially increased. That being an official at various imperial, papal and royal courts charged with investigative or advisory duties. He now can advise or investigate anyone he wishes to with extreme success. (He can't advise himself. Think of it like foresight, or the best way to for a person to achieve his/her goals.) Also because he is a Bishop he can now heal people through 'Miracles' or 'Prayers' and exorcise demons/spirits/mental influences and even some concepts. (Very hard and usually temporary.) Because Subaru is facing an enemy, Opio knows Elsa is the enemy.
And pulled again.

Roll: 24 – Henry Taylor (rugby union, born 1994)
Henry Taylor (born 11 April 1994) is an English professional rugby union player who plays for Saracens as a Scrum-half. He will join Northampton Saints for the start of the 2019–20 season.
Effect: Subaru summons Henry Taylor. Because it is past 20, his strength, speed, regeneration and stamina are increased with his body now being in his 20s. (Not Elsa's levels but powerful enough to face her) While his rugby playing capabilities are now legendary he now can summon a rugby ball and throw it with extreme precision at targets within eyesight. Because Subaru is facing an enemy, Henry knows Elsa is the enemy.
Before Elsa had even time to blink three man popped into existence, tackling and immobilizing her to the ground. Robert Dudgeon holding her functional arm down, Henry Taylor pressing himself against her legs and back and Opio Pallavicino keeping the assassin by her hair while chanting something that sounded Latin… with obvious effects as Elsa started trashing, clearly in pain.
The more he went on the harder Elsa struggled, enough that she managed to throw Robert off. Her now freed arm grabbing the robes of the bishop and head-butting him, Henry tried to pin her arm down again but to no avail. The two started stumbling around like rabid animals, biting, scratching, hitting and pulling.
The more he went on the harder Elsa struggled, enough that she managed to throw Robert off. Her now freed arm grabbed the robes of the Bishop, pulling him closer before head-butting him as hard as she could, dazing and making him to let go of her hair. Henry tried to pin her arm down again but to no avail.
While Henry was beyond what a normal human could do, Elsa was a league of her own and as such he could not keep her still or in place by himself. The two started stumbling around like rabid animals, turning around, tackling each other, getting on top off each other… then they started biting, scratching, hitting and pulling.
Subaru was feeling light headed after so many continuous pulls on his power but he knew he still could pull one more. He had to, because he knew Elsa was going to win against Henry.

Roll: 8 - Crestone, Colorado
The Town of Crestone is a Statutory Town in Saguache County, Colorado, United States. The town population was 141 at the 2020 United States Census. It is a small village at the foot of the western slope of the Sangre de Cristo Range, in the northern part of the San Luis Valley. Crestone was originally part of Navajo country, and is still considered holy ground by the Hopi and Navajo. It later became a settled as a small mining town around 1900, but little paying ore was discovered. In the 1970s, a large land development, the Baca Grande, was established to the south and west where several hundred homes have been built.
Effect: For 8 hours Elsa is transported to the Town of Crestone in Colorado.
Subaru blinked as he read the last roll… 'That… might be a problem…'
And done! The second chapter took too long I know. But, but, I believe the next one will come faster (I hope), my only concern is that I won't have the time or energy to continue it during the week.
To be fair, I am as confident as with the first chapter regarding some scenes or dialogues.
