Random-Fan-2017: I'll admit judging Illumi's power level is difficult sense we haven't seem in an all out fight but I think I did well here, especially with the powers I gave him. I thought they would make sense for the character.

Chapter 11 Fight
Killua couldn't help but be frozen in fear as he looked at Illumi. 'He had a needle in his head the whole time!' He then felt his sister's grip on his hand tightened as she pushed herself into Killua more as she felt the terrifying nen from Illumi. 'We should probably get moving but,' he looked at Pitou who was still staring down his brother. 'Can she really take him down?'
Through Tsubone's eyepiece the other members of the Zoldyck family could see Illumi as well, from the safety of Mt Kukuroo. "So he finally pulled the pin." said Silva Zoldyck.
Milluki was sweating buckets just at the sight of Pitou's and Illumi's Nen. "What the hell is this? Dad what the hell is up with illumi's nen? He's never exerted this much nen before."
"Actually he has before several years ago." Everyone turned to see Zeno entering the monitoring room. "Illumi is a prodigy when it comes to nen, but eventually he realized he would become too reliant on his powerful nen abilities and decided to limit his nen greatly, so that he might grow better as an assassin."
"Limit his power," said Milluki in shock as he sweated even more, he wasn't even in front of his brother but he was still scared shitless. "Just how much power was he limiting?"
"80 percent." said Silva, his eyes never leaving the monitor. "For a long time now Illumi has only been using a fifth of his power and relying on his more weaker abilities."
Milluki turned back to the monitor. "That cat girl is dead."
"I wouldn't be too sure about that one." said Zeno, his eyes focused on Pitou who hadn't moved or really responded to Illumi removing his nen needle. "This girl is not to be underestimated."
Back in the forest clearing Pitou was still standing off from Illumi as he began to control his nen. 'It's been a long time since I had to use this power," thought Illumi as he kept his eyes on his opponent. 'I think my power has grown quite a bit since the last time I had to go all out. It should be more than enough to deal with her.' Illumi then moved his nen into his body. "It's time for yo-" Illumi stopped as Pitou's fist was suddenly right in front of his face.
Everyone saw Pitou's fist slammed into Illumi's face, sending him flying to the edge of the clearing, crashing into a tree. Everyone was shocked at what they saw, in a split second Pitou closed the distance and his Illumi, as the dust cleared they could see his still form on the ground.
"SHE BEAT HIM?!" yelled Milluki as his family remained silent.
Killua got out of the limo with his sister and butler. "Brother," said Alluka, getting her brother's attention. "Did she win?"
Killua looked at Pitou and could tell something was wrong. "No, even with her strength, there's no way Illumi would go down that easily."
All eyes were now on Pitou as she examined her fist. 'What the hell,' She thought touched her fist. 'That did not feel right at all. I've fought enough people to know how it feels to punch someone, and that didn't feel right at all. It was like I was punching some sort of mud like jello.' She eyed him and his needle men around him still moving. 'While he's down I should deal with the needle people.' Pitou activated her Freedom String freeing all of the people in the area, while also making a few balls of yarn. "Hurry up, get out of here now!"
"You actually wasted time helping them?!" asked Illumi as he sat up perfectly unharmed. When he did, all of the people panicked and ran in all different directions. "That was just a waste if you ask me." He stood up with his nen being released.
Pitou scanned his face trying to see any form of damage she had caused, but she couldn't find anything. 'Healing ability? No he doesn't seem the type to have something like that. I think he changed his body somehow, it would explain why none of his body looks damaged, defusing the power by changing his body into a softer state.' Pitou got into a fighting stance. "I'm not wasting anything, I'm clearing the battlefield."
Illumi smiled slightly as his body began to ripple as if his entire body turned to water, his shoulders began to crack and twist. Arms started to snap and break all on their own, turning in direction that were unnatural, making crunching sounds as they broke, disturbing all those who were watching. Even Pitou was slightly off put by the scene. Illumi then fell to his knees and for a moment Pitou thought he was in pain. "Needless form 1"
Illumi then shot at Pitou with incredible speed surprising the chimaera. Pitou had to quickly dodge as Illumi's arm shot towards her naturally, Pitou saw as the arm extended past her, 'What the…' Her instincts then just kicked in telling her to jump back, She backed flipped away into the air and when she did she saw Illumi's arm carve out the ground where she was standing. She saw how they extended from him and moved unnaturally, like tentacles with his manipulated fingernails acting like blades. Before she could formulate a plan Pitou saw thin strands of Illumi's hair surrounding her and coming together to form rope clearly to trap Pitou like a net. In the air Pitou had only one option, "Connection Thread" Pitou made the thread into a ball and tossed it behind her before kicking it away as the hair enclosed around her. The second she heard the ball hit the ground she transported herself away.
Though Illumi expected that, 'You're not getting away that easily' As he locked on to Pitou's new position. 'I'll admit you're stronger than me but I have much more experience.' As he already moved to attack her again.
Pitou barely dodged to the side as an extremely long kick narrowly missed her neck. 'He's putting on pressure so I can't make a counter attack,' She thought as she put Nen into her legs and jumped back. 'Got to put some distance between us.' When she landed she was able to get a good look at Illumi. He was standing on one leg with both of his arms elongated slowly wiggling around him, like his hair which was also wiggling in every direction. 'I get it now, he's using his nen to manipulate his body to the extreme. That's what those crunching and cracking noises were. He literally broke his body and is now controlling it with nen, he turned himself into his own puppet. A puppet that now has extended reach, control over every part of their body and impossible movement. Judging from my first attack he must have relaxed his whole body and diffused the blow, most likely with the help of nen.' Thought Pitou as she analysed him and it was clear he was doing the same as well. 'So hitting him head on might not be the best unless it's directly and in a way that's heavy on the impact. Maybe he has a weak point I can..' Pitou was brought out of her thoughts as she saw Illumi bringing his leg back, the one he kicked at Pitou earlier and noticed there was something wrapped around it. Pitou double checked her neck and confirmed what he had. "MY BOW!" Indeed around Illumi's foot was Pitou's bow that Jessica had picked out. "How did you?" Illumi responded by unwrapping from his foot, "LEG HAIR, GROSS!" yelled Pitou honestly disgusted he was holding her bow by manipulating his leg hair. Pitou's disgust faded fast as she realized that he almost killed her. 'I thought he was trying to trap me earlier but if his hair is like razor wire then each attack with his limbs are covered in wire that can cut me.' As if reading her mind Illumi manipulated his leg hair and diced the ribbon into confete. Pitou's eyes glued to the small pieces of cloth as they fell to the ground causing a surprising amount of rage to erupted inside her. "My friend gave me that bow."
"Don't worry, I'll send them to you, after I kill you." said Illumi.
Pitou knew what he meant. Pitou crouched down and quickly increased the size of her legs. "You're dead." Pitou jumped forward to the side of Illumi and dodged one of his arms that tried to intercept her, 'I get it, he's not only using his hair like wire but also to extend his En without wasting any of his nen, it also most likely increases his reaction time.' Pitou landed on the ground, grabbing a few rocks before repeating her jump around her opponent, with each jump tossing rocks in various directions. As she did she noticed that his hair would twitch slightly in the direction where the rocks landed. 'That's useful.'
Illumi continued to try and attack her with each of his limbs. 'I see, she's trying to determine my range and see if there's any blind spots. Though I have no blind spots, by focusing my nen into my hair I can increase the sensitivity of my hair to the point I feel almost everything, even the slightest movement in the air and the range is five times that amount of my own reach.' Illumi then tried to send both arms at Pitou who jumped past him to the tree behind him. Without looking he kicked his leg back destroying the tree as she jumped away. 'Even though my reach and sense are great, they clearly won't do for this opponent.'
Killua was watching this and as a former assassin he could tell the true purpose of Illumi's ability. 'Its defensive, as an assassin living another day is a big priority. His reach is to get a good kill in but also to maneuver away and the hair is to detect any attack coming towards him. Perfect for catching and killing a difficult target or running away from an opponent that's too much for him.' Killua then eyed Pitou as she jumped around Illumi. 'She probably already realized this and I'm afraid she's come to the same conclusion I have, she doesn't have anything to counter this, or at least I don't think she has.'
'Shit, I don't have anything for this.' thought Pitou. 'I might be faster than him but I don't think I can do any real damage to him, over course I could charge in and hit him several times but chances are he can hit me and I don't think tanking blows will help. He's an assassin chances are he has something to finish me off, so getting hit is not a good idea. Well I can't keep dodging forever time to move.'
Pitou got ready to go in for a direct attack when Illumi jumped away getting distance, causing Pitou to pause her attack. Illumi then grabbed his needles and tossed them above him, catching them with his hair. Then using his hair he then stabbed himself in the chest with his needles, shocking everyone. Killua covered Alluka's eyes and Pitou could tell this was about to get worse. Illumi then stabbed his stomach with his fingers and then took one leg to stab the other before repeating the action with his other leg. "Needless form 2"
"Oh shit," said Pitou before quickly ducking as Illumi whipped his arm at Pitou, the arm wouldn't have reached but a drop of blood flew past Pitou at high speed destroying the tree behind her. 'Okay time to make a plan now.'
Illumi then began a rapid fire barrage using not only his arms and legs, but also the needles with his hair, at Pitou as she continued to circle him avoiding his blood. 'Needless form 2 allows me to manipulate my body more finely but I can't keep this form for very long, if I do I might give myself a heart attack.'
'He's coagulating his blood to make it thicker and more destructive, but if that's the case then he runs the risk of giving himself a heart attack. Is that the reason he didn't use this before, the risk. No if he truly saw me as a threat he would have busted this out first and caught me off guard. He must have to build this up and go through each form one by one. If that's the case chances are he has more, that just means he's going to be more of a pain in the ass to deal with so waiting this out will be even more trouble. Well guess it's time for my counterattack.' As she jumped to a tree grabbing something.
Pitou then jumped forward a bit and stopped, "Huh?" Illumi saw this and was surprised. 'Is she giving up?' Which was a similar thought amongst those who were watching. 'Either way I should attack now.' Illumi took both of his arms and whipped them at Pitou sending massive blood drops at her. Pitou smiled and reached into her jacket pulling out a large ball. 'A yarn ball?' The second the blood made contact with the ball of yarn it disappeared. Illumi was confused for a moment before his hair screamed something was coming at him from the side. Illumi ducked as his two blood shots went through his hair from two different directions. 'HOW!' Illumi eyed Pitou while replaying the battle in his head. 'She wasn't making anything while she was dodging me. The most she did was throw a few rocks..' Illumi then came to a realization as he eyed the forest past Pitou.
Pitou couldn't help but smile. "Oh you get it now."
Soon Illumi heard soft plushie footstep sounds coming towards them. "What?"
Killua then figured out what was happening. "So that's what she did, I forgot about those, and it seems like Illumi did too."
Alluka was confused. "What do you mean? What did we forget?" Alluka then looked back at the clearing and saw what was entering the clearing next to Pitou and squealed. "KITTIES!"
Soon two stuffed cat plushies entered the clearing. One was pink and the other yellow, standing on their two plushie back legs, they both wore bells around their necks and holding large crochet sticks in their arms. The pink one was wearing a scarf and the yellow had an arrow design on its stomach and bell around its neck. They stood next to Pitou, only reaching her knees. "Plushie Kittens" As Pitou bent down and brought the two nen dolls into a huge. "Aren't they cute."
"Nen dolls?"
"My friends made they're made with the help of my friend's nen." Clarified Pitou.
Illumi was starting to piece what was happening together. 'She made those dolls when she freed my Needle Men and then gave them some of her balls of nen thread that gives her the ability to teleport. As I was attacking her, she tossed those rocks not to just see if I had a blind spot but also to measure my range.' Illumi then focused Go to his eyes and saw far away outside of his range, thin lines of nen in the form of a net. 'While that was happening the dolls made a fence around the whole area trapping us inside.' Thought Illumi as he confirmed that the two were surrounded by the net of nen. 'Why though? Why is a fence her first move, it doesn't make any sense, doesn't she want to attack me first?'
"I didn't want you to run away," Illumi's attention returned to Pitou who stood back to full height. "Even though your face is tough as hell to read, I'm pretty sure you're wondering, 'why on earth would my incredible awesome opponent make a net around us?'" She paused waiting for a reaction but none came, disappointed slightly. "Well to put it simply, I didn't want you to run away."
"Run away?" said Illumi, admittedly confused and a bit insulted. "You'd think I would run away."
"That or go after Alluka," She said, surprising Illumi and Killua who was guarding his sister outside of the net. "I already underestimated a few people already and got sucker punched for it, I'm not taking any chances with you. You're an assassin, you might have a few tricks to get away or have something that can stall me long enough for you to go and kill her. I'm not letting that happen and now that you're trapped in here with me, I can pound your face in for threatening my friends and destroying my bow." Saying the last part full of rage.
Illumi coiled his arms. "You think you can-" He didn't finish as Pitou appeared in front of him punching him hard in the face sending him flying. 'She's faster now, I barely had time to relax my body.' He looked and saw Pitou change directions pulling her arm back for another punch with her nen puppet holding a ball of yarn, which made him realize what she was doing. Illumi extended his arm trying to slow down but was too late as he felt himself being caught by the net. He then was infront of her again and got sent flying again. Soon this process was repeated over and over again, as she kept hitting him and then using the yarn balls to bring him right back for another hit. 'I can't keep this up, she's hitting me too hard and too repeatedly.' He thought as Pitou kicked him again. He tried to stop himself but the force behind her blows were too strong and he kept hitting the net. 'I have to destroy the net.' He thought as he tried to use one of his needles to cut the net with the force of Pitou's blow but the needle didn't do anything to the net. 'But how?!' As he made contact with the net, sending him back.
'That won't work,' As Pitou kicked him again. 'When I made those yarn balls only one was made from my Connection Thread, the rest however is made up of the thread from my Cat's Cradle, my Plushie Kittens took both and made the net out of them, with the connection thread wrapping the center of the net, meaning the majority of the net is made of my super strong string and I doubt you can tell the difference.' As she punched him again. 'I didn't plan to use the net like this but it is working. Though this all took a majority of my nen, but my physical strength is more than enough and now there's no way you can get away from me.'
Killua was watching this and couldn't help but smile at the sight of his brother being beaten. 'This is fantastic to watch but I can't keep Gon waiting any longer.' He picked up his sister. "Come on, I want to introduce you to a friend of mine."
Alluka looked back at Pitou as she hit Illumi again, "But what about Pitou?"
"Oh don't worry she'll be fine and we'll see her again, she is heading the same
direction we are." said Killua reassuring his sister. 'Not to mention there are a few things we still need to talk about.'
"Okay." she said. Killua told the butler who was supposed to drive them that he'll just run ahead and that he should just take his time and meet up with Gotoh. Afterwards the Killua started to run towards the city.
Even though Illumi was getting the shit kicked out of him, he could sense his siblings begin to move farther away. 'No I can't let that thing get away, if that wish is made then all of the Zoldyck family will be killed. I can't let that happen.' Illumi powered up two of his blood shots. 'I have one chance for this to work.'
Pitou punched him one more time, after her fist made contact Illumi shot one of his blood bullets into the air, but it was slow. 'He's doing something.' Pitou brought him back, the second she did Illumi fired the next shot into the air, catching up to the first one before exploding sending the first shot flying towards Killua. Pitou saw all of this before turning to Illumi who was on the ground beaten, broken and severely bruised. Even though he was missing several teeth he was smiling, "Seriously?" said Pitou, giving him a look of disbelief whipping the smile off of his face. "You're either are stupid or have no idea what your brother is campable of."
Killua saw the shot coming a mile away, he was even expecting it. "GodSpeed" Killua covered him and Alluka in lightning and then jetted off leaving the shot of blood to hit the ground. 'Illumi must be desperate if he thought that would hit me.' Though Killua was feeling a bit insulted.
Illumi felt Killua leave his range and laid on the ground in defeat. "We're all dead."
Pitou walked up to him, "I think you're just being dramatic." He looked at her. "Look I don't know jack of what's going on in your family but you should have more faith in your brother."
Tsubone watched as Killua left, "Akane is already waiting at the hospital with Canary, Gotoh is already on his way there. Should I rescue master Illumi?" she asked through her comms to the head of the family.
"No," said Silva through her ear piece. As his wife protested in the background as it became clear Illumi was beaten really hard. "Illumi can take care of himself. Go and meet up with Killua at the hospital."
Tsubone looked down at Illumi with a hint of pity. "Understood." as she left for the hospital.
Illumi powered down his nen and slowly stood up. Pain was shooting through his body but through his training he knew how to fight through it. "This fight is over, I can't catch up to him." As he tried to limb away, he almost got to the edge of the clearing when the pink nen doll stepped in front of him. 'Huh?"
Pitou put her hand on his shoulder, "Where the hell do you think you're going? You threatened my friends, asshole." As she punched him again into the ground. "Also don't try and bullshit me, there's no way that's all you got. You still have something up your sleeve don't you. If I let you go now you're just going to do something to stop Killua."
"Well I guess it was foolish of me to even try that." as he stood up perfectly fine.
"What the hell!" yelled Pitou as she saw Illumi. He looked perfectly fine, all of the damage had just disappeared. "How the hell did you do that?"
"I'll show you," He said as he held a needle in his hand. "Like this." as she shot the needle at Pitou who saw it coming miles away, but she didn't even bother dodging as her yellow Plushie Kitten jumped up and hit the needle away. She gave him a look that yelled 'Seriously' she couldn't believe he would try something like that. "Well I had to try. I won't forget this, I'll kill you some other time."
Pitou knew he would try to run and pounced on Illumi who raised one of his needles and snapped it in two causing a massive flash of light to erupt from the needle. When Pitou landed she had to rub her eyes for a moment as she couldn't see anything. "That bastard." When her vision returned Illumi was nowhere in sight. "Shit! Where'd he go?" Pitou focused and expanded her En as far as she could without dropping any of her other abilities. Though she couldn't find him at all. "What! How the hell did he disappear like that?" Pitou dropped her abilities except her nen dolls. "Well I guess I should have expected that one. Though it doesn't really matter cause I know where he's going." Pitou then looked at her two Nen dolls. "Thanks for everything guys, you really helped me out back there." The pink kitten doll that represented Jessica posed and winkied. While the yellow kitten doll that represented Mimi smiled and bowed. They both then faded as the nen returned to Pitou as it did she felt a wave of exhaustion hit her. 'Wow I knew those were going to take a lot of nen but I wasn't expecting that much. Looks like I shouldn't use this one too much, but I should be able to make one more for today, to at least catch up with Killua.'
Pitou focused her nen. "Kitten Plushie'' A gray ball of yarn appeared and formed a gray kitten plushie that had a compass symbol on its stomach. This one represented Magno Passel. The reason these nen dolls took so much was because they need to be made with other peoples nen and their permission to do so. Though not only would she get a helper but the kittens would also have certain aspects of the person who helped make it, including a single ability. "Alright Gray Kitten, can you show me the way to Killua?" The Gray Kitten hopped onto Pitou's back before pulling out a compass that spun for a few seconds before pointing towards the city. "Okay, hang on tight we're about to run for it." Pitou then focused power into her legs and dashed towards the city.
As Pitou left the small forest clearing Illumi's head came out of the ground watching her leave. He then dug himself out and stood up before vomiting blood. "That damn cat bitch. Treating me like some sort of cat toy." For the first time Illumi could remember he felt true anger and rage. "I will not take this quietly, I will kill her."
"My I don't think I've ever seen you so angry," Illumi turned to see Hisoka entering the clearing. "Actually now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen you angry before."
"Hisoka, how long were you watching?" asked Illumi as he found a nice tree to sit under.
"I got here around the time she started to use you as her personal punching bag." said Hisoka suppressing a laugh.
Illumi kept his eyes on Hisoka. "I will admit she's strong, stronger than I expected. It will be different next time."
"Yes she is superb." said Hisoka as he began to fantasize about fighting Pitou again. "Wait what do you mean things will turn out different next time?"
"I fought her as a warrior this time, next time it will be as an assassin, she won't see me coming." said Illumi as he already began making plans to kill her.
Hisoka eyed Illumi and his condition. "Though I'm going to guess you can't do anything right now can you?"
Illumi eyed Hisoka with a needle in his hand just in case. "Needless Form 0 gives me the ability to temporarily heal my wounds so that I can get away from a losing fight but locks my nen for several days." Illumi then felt some blood leak from his mouth. "But as you can see after my enemy leaves and I am no longer fighting the wounds reappear." He then spat out the blood building in his mouth. "So until I am healed, my hands are tied."
"That's if we live that long," said Hisoka now slightly worried as it became clear that soon Killua would make the wish that would decide their fate. "I hate to say it but they've won. I can't catch up to them and that girl is strong, ah i wish i knew about the ants sooner. It would have been a beautiful battle."
Illumi closed his eyes as the weight of defeat set in. "Do you have the location of the hunter who was sending people after us?"
"I do, why?"
Illumi began to stand up. "Finish the job, kill him. That should get the hunters off our back." As he began to walk away, in the direction he was walking two of his personal butlers appeared. "I have no choice but to have faith my brother knows what he's doing." Before disappearing with his butlers.
"As you wish," said Hisoka as he made his way to Teradian's location, the hunter sending people after him and Illumi. "Oh well, if I die I can at least kill a few people before I go."
