"Subaru? Wake up I suppose. You're going to be late for breakfast." Beatrice said as she poke her Subaru's soft cheek.
But, since Subaru stayed up late the night before, he is not so easily awoken even by the incredible way that Beatrice tryingly tries to wakes him up.
"Subaru..." The cute and adorable blonde haired spirit whispers straight next to Subaru's ears.
Beatrice knows that after their activities last night, her contractor might not be awoken by her as easily as he usually would.
She, herself is an exception. Only one night with less sleep is nothing to the Great Spirit of Yin.
However, Natsuki Subaru is only a normal human being.
—One that have an otherworldly exceptional sharp mind when he really tries, and one that always manages to fill her with warmth inside her heart even by simply being close to him.
But he still is in the end, a human being.
Thus, he need sleep.
And after yesterday's incident, his nightmare and a not so secret sword training in the middle of the night— he barely got just enough sleep to function.Beatrice knows what she should do.
She should tries harder to wakes him up as he have to do his weirdly busy morning routine, eat breakfast, socialise, training and all the other things that forced her to share him with others.
Yet, as she looks at the man who looks both cute and handsome sleeping soundly,—she knows what she wants to do.
Petting his head and smiling at Subaru's expression, she lays back down on their bed as she hug her precious and lovable Subaru tightly.
She enjoys the warmth he provided, and she knows that the same could be said for him.
That's why—
Until the maids tries to wakes them up. She would indulge herself to sleep with Subaru.
Beatrice would take this rare chance to monopolise the black haired knight to herself and herself alone.
"Subaru-kun! Beatrice-sama? W-What are you doing in the same bed?!" A blue haired girl in maid outfit yelled out as she saw the unusual sight infront of her.
Even though she felt incredibly well rested. Rem was barely able to walk on her own as she had finally woke up from a long and dreamless sleep.
"That voice...Rem?!" Subaru immedietly awaken as he was able to hear the voice that had saved him for too many times.
The voice that said she loves him.
The voice that call him her hero.
That voice— is undoubtely Rem.
"Subaru-kun? You're awake now? Ah, please tell me that my acounter with those Witch Cult's Archbishops are just...fake?" Rem was not able to fully express her feeling as she was warped into a very tight hug by Subaru.
"Rem, Rem, Rem, Rem, Rem, Rem, Rem!" Natsuki Subaru cries out as he hugged the blue haired Oni who is slightly confused but happy that Subaru clings to her so tightly.
Ah, there must be a reason for that.
"Subaru-kun. Rem could not really remember a lot of things now. I'm sure that I could in time, but...whatever happened to you. Rem will always stay on your side, now that I am here. I told you didn't I? I love you." Rem confess her love once again to Subaru.
This time, there were no implied rejection nor any denial. Only the hold on her tighten up even more as she smiles knowing what that meant.
Awoken from her short nap by her contracter's side, Beatrice now lay awake on their bed.
While she felt happy that the blue haired girl has finally woken up, she did actually mind that her time with her Subaru was cut short.
She pouted as she saw their tearful reunion. However as she remembers her relationship with the man in question— she simply smirks.
There will be a lot of affection being given to her later, she will make sure of that.
After all, Natsuki Subaru is the one and only contracter of Beatrice. There is no way that the maid will be that much of an obstacle on her road to make him love her more.
