The momentary shock persisted until Satella with an absolute furious expression on her face lashed out with her shadows toward the Crusch and Anastasia's camps striking two people. The Royal knights in crowd and surrounding area at once tried to stop her.

"El Minya!" Satella yelled out with rage in her voice it has almost seems like there is another voice underneath it. The spell formed dozens of stakes in the air and firing them at the knights causing great casualties amongst the knights. The city crowds start to stampede away from square. Subaru still stunned at Satella being here almost broke down

"After all this time someone still cares about me, some actually remembers me. I am finally free." Subaru thought to himself.

Satella after disrupting the knights grabs Subaru with her arms and whispers in his ear.

"My beloved, please hold on tight"

Subaru wraps his arms around her feeling warmth from the bottom of his tortured soul at her touch.

Satella immediately launches herself in the air with her shadows following behind and headed westward in to the interior of the continent.

Councilor Wurmser, Captain Marcos and deputy commander of Royal Knight, Heinkel Van Astrea arrive at the scene with panicked crowds

"Astrea gather up the knights and restore order in the town and open up emergency field hospitals for the wounded." Wurmser ordered and then turned to Marcos.

"Marcos, place the city on lockdown on my orders and resummon the Council of Sages and get me the Sword Saint now." Wurmser ordered.

"Of course, he wasn't here when he was needed most." Wurmser thought to himself while surveying the square before heading back to the castle.

One hour later

In the main council chamber, the air was grim and dark.

"The city has been brought back under control with minor damages to buildings and martial law has been instituted." Captain Marcos reported to the council.

"And what of the causalities?" McMahon questioned. Heinkel cleared his throat.

"37 dead knights and 50 wounded, 10 dead civilians and 15 wounded. Amongst the dead knights are the knight, Julius Juukulius." Astrea reported bitterly.

The mood in the room dropped in even more those words. The Finest of knights was dead.

"Shall we alert the rest of the cities about the Witch and the Archbishop being free?" Councilor Sauret questioned.

"We should just alert the knights to increase patrols into the countryside and to notify the Sword Saint immediately if they spot them.

"What of the other kingdoms? The Witch is threat to all of the land." Councilor Metternich also questioned.

"We will alert the rest of the knights and to the other kingdoms. That a grave threat has returned." McMahon spoke.

"That leaves the question, why?" Bordeaux said,

"What do you mean? Questioned Alvinczi who had been finally recovered from the event.

"The Witch personally saved that cultist. He must be high up there in the ranks perhaps beyond the other Archbishops." Bordeaux grimly said.

Everyone in room thought of that.

"That is enough of that. We will meet up again tomorrow for further discussions." McMahon announced.

Meanwhile

In an ordinary storefront, A merchant was closing up shop. He locked the doors and head toward the backroom and tapped his foot three times on a certain plank. After that part of the floor dropped away exposing a passage, he walked down it to a room filled with people and a man with a makeshift podium.

"As of two hours ago, Satella arrived and saved an archbishop. I questioned whether we have been doing the right thing and supporting the other archbishops, because she only saved that particular one, why not the others? The reason seems quite simple to me. The others only looked out for themself. They never supported her, and she never gave them support. I propose we form a new organization that will follow her will and Natsuki Subaru. To be their eyes and ears to the world and to support them at any cost." Senior Cult member Otto Apocalypse announced to the crowd.

A cult member standing behind him turned away to tell the cult's spymaster.

"Let the news spread what has occur and here start gathering supplies and manpower so we can support them." Cult secretary Lusignan ordered.

One hour later

Satella arrive at a forest near an abandoned village in the Kingdom of Vollachia.

She picks one of the larger houses in the village and set Subaru in the bed for him to rest after he fell asleep midway through the trip.

"I am surprise you didn't take out the damn imposter and the rest of the camp's after them treated our beloved that way." A feminine voice rose from the depths of the mind.

"I am more surprised that you didn't try to assert control during that period." Satella answered back suspiciously of the other voice.

"Our goals have aligned during that time and our Subaru didn't deserve to suffer like that." WoE answered back.

Satella was surprised, usually the voice would be thick with jealousy pushing to claim Subaru. However, she can detect some sadness in the voice for the first time in a while.

She gazes upon the many injuries on Subaru and activates her authority with the other personality's guidance and reverse the injuries to his body and to his gate.

"I will always be here for you, Subaru." Satella softly said while pulling up chair and watching over him.

The Next day

"The sage council and the people of the kingdom wishes that the Sword Saint is to accompany the Candidate Emilia's camp into receiving the aid of Sage and any possible tools we can use to assist us in defeating and resealing the Witch." McMahon ordered Reinhard.

"I will perform to the best of my ability in following the Council orders." Reinhard solemnly bows and turns and leaves.

He walks out of the castle to join the Camp's preparations for the trip to the Pleiades tower.

He thinks to himself. "I am truly a monster and slothful, I had murdered my grandmother, and failed to be there to protect the city from the witch."

"Hello Reinhard, we are ready to go." a shy half elf's voice reached out towards him.

He nodded and got in the carriage. Determined to not fail this time and defeat the Archbishop and the Witch.

Don't worry it is not going to be a crossover. I am just using Otto's appearance and personality changed for this world.
