A/N: Thank you everyone for all the love, especially for Mayor Foley who deserves it so much cause she's got a hard haul ahead!

Guest: Thank you! Glad you liked my rendition of Mayor Foley. She's definitely trying her best for peace. To be clear, Ida gave Sam the position of majority shareholder of the Manson company, no more, no less. Ida's thinking was more giving Sam enough power to force the remaining Manson family to have to work together on equal terms, otherwise the company tanks and they lose everything. Also, giving power to the person already advocating for ghost rights seems like a smart idea.

Spirit: Thank you for the ideas! I do need to think about what to do with the Fentons, Team Phantom and everyone else. Sorry about Sam's unclear inheritance: Ida gave her 51% of Manson company's stock. Not sorry about Sam's vague age as I wanted the freedom to treat the trio as either underage or of age, whichever way the story went. But they were all 17 when this story started and Danny and Tucker were still underage when captured by the GIW. Don't remember Sam's age in relation to theirs but it's at most a few months before she's an adult.

Episode 15

"Tina Tori here with Isamu Diaz for a unique episode of Ghost Station. Here we are at an encounter between ghosts and GIW—"

"—and we don't have to take cover."

"For once. The first peace conference between ghosts and living – for obvious reasons – has been equipped with an anti-ecto shield and weapons of any kind aren't allowed. Anyone who tries to blast, shoot, possess, capture or otherwise harm another will trigger some harsh security."

"Can fists trigger it? Cause things are looking tense and knives aren't allowed here to cut it."

"In addition to Mayor Foley – named official representative of the United States by the President – we have two representatives for the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of Mexico respectively: Mr. Fowler and Mr. Sarukhan. Agent L represents the GIW, despite the first three representatives arguing against the organization's inclusion. We also have the rulers of three ghost zone nations: Pandora, Frostbite and Dorathea and a delegate of a ghost council, the mysterious Clockwork. Surprisingly, Vlad Masters is also present."

"Representing himself."

"As is Danny Phantom, for reasons unknown. Okay Isamu, let's turn up the volume and record."

"I know my extensive foray into the ghost zone has some minor use in today's meeting but what is the child doing here?"

("Danny Fenton looks like he'd rather be anywhere else but still takes offense to Vlad's words.")

"He is here because he still signed a contract and—"

"Agent L, that contract was signed under duress, the circumstances were the dictionary definition of coercion, he is still a minor and I know his parents were neither present, nor agreeable. Rip up that contract and eat it or I'll help the Fentons sue your organization into oblivion."

("Whew, Mayor Foley tore quite the verbal chunk out of the GIW. But she's not wrong.")

("Is he really eating the contract?")

"I am not—"

"Mr. Fenton – or Phantom, whichever you prefer – your presence in this meeting is no longer required by the GIW organization. You are free to leave."

"Nah. I'd rather stick around with you, if that's alright Mayor. And someone has to keep Vlad in line."

"On the subject of keeping ghosts in line, you will need ghost hunters to ensure any agreement this group is capable of reaching. Otherwise this treaty will not be worth the paper it is printed on."

"Law enforcement would need to be equal on both sides of the divide Agent L, unless you would rather not have a treaty?"

"We are all here due to our desire for a treaty Queen Pandora. I have been assured by the United States government that Agent L has come here in the spirit of cooperation. If not, he is also free to leave, of course."

"Free and equal treatment for all. Thou hast treated us as but game animals to hunt down. No more. Thy organization of ghost hunters is blasphemy to any true peace. Thine fiefdom's support of this occupation gives lie to any agreement we wouldst make here. Thus this treaty shalt have the stability of fae glamour if this simple right be not enshrined in ink and hallowed in belief and action."

"I second this motion and if it is not passed your Majesties are free to meet or send representatives to Mexico. We are much more reasonable about such things."

"Done."

"Done Mayor Foley? When you yourself do not have full equality with all other humans?"

"Still done."

"Does that mean Ida Manson can still run her company? And Sam can go back to being heir and running rebellions."

"Ghosts cannot own companies."

"Vlad owns like, five companies. And he stole them."

"What is wrong with us owning property? Is such ownership your Obsession? You may wish to make an appointment with Jasmine Fenton to manage your mania before you invariably harm the living – if you haven't already."

"Hrmph, if you have property you can pay when you ghosts destroy someone else's. They sure aren't and without our help the local police can't send someone like the plant monster to regular prison."

"Actually…Undergrowth could help repair the damage? And if you don't mind tree houses build all new stuff. Vortex just wants to cause weather-related chaos but Undergrowth is mostly ticked off when people chop down trees and dig up fields to make parking lots. He'd probably be thrilled to reverse that."

"Last time he tried to overtake the town little badger."

"You took over the town and you've got a seat at a peace conference."

"Excuse me, who is this 'Undergrowth' and why is the…er…gentleghost not with us?"

"Gentle ghost he is not Mr. Fowler. He is a powerful controller over all plant life. His realms would expand still further into the ghost zone if not for the power of snow and ice."

"Not only thine ice. My fires canst keep him at bay."

"Pardon me, your majesties, can this Undergrowth affect crop growth as well?"

"—What does your country need an Undergrowth for? It's in the south. Plenty of growing season."

"Plenty of desert and people. Your country is full of forests and growth. Plenty of good land and few to share it with."

"Mr. Phantom, my country will offer you one hundred thousand—"

"—mine will offer you one million dollars—"

"—For an introduction and your word of approval—"

"Uh…I think I'll let Undergrowth sort you guys out,"

"We need peace in our time first and the clock is ticking."

"Yeah, back to the problem of law enforcement—"

"Walker might help. Might insist on helping."

"We will not have Ghosts in White!"

"It already goes with your alphabet soup name. And I'd pay good money to see you guys and him have to work together."

"You don't have bad money kid and all the good money in the world won't see the GIW work with a ghost."

"Isn't Walker the ghost who first invaded Amity Park?"

"Sounds as though he has a ways to catch up on the international incidents. If you wish to expand your ghost hunters. Just not into my country."

"No," said the GIW leader. "We are not working with a ghost."

"I was thinking replacement gentlemen."

"Mayors do not have the power—"

"The United States cannot continue to employ ghost hunters if we wish peace with ghosts. Unless you want to apply for employment with Mr. Sarukhan and Mr. Fowler."

"The United Mexican States declines."

"I refuse."

"Then accept the door agent L."

"…"

"Full pension, severance package and retirement benefits for all of minimum age, if we're forced to unemployment."

"Agreed."

"And full amnesty for all we've done to ghosts."

"Oh, you finally recognize your crimes against the Great One and our kind?"

"Hmph, they aren't but you're legally going to recognize they are and I wouldn't put it past a lawyer like her to twist a new law and proclaim our actions retroactive crimes."

"And I wouldn't put it past a government agency to go through the white-wash and found a new alphabet soup name."

"Fine, for Amnesty."

"Agreed."

("Agent L and Mayor Foley reluctantly shake on that deal and with that, clear the biggest road-block to peace.")

("But that's only one small step for ghost kind and not a corresponding leap for the rest of us. Keep that Radio Station on the Ghost Channel. We've got more coming! Until then this is Isamu Diaz…")

("—And Tina Tori, until the next meeting. Stay tuned!")

A/N: Hope everyone enjoyed! I added representatives from Mexico and Canada partly because otherwise this would be a meeting of ghosts and half-ghosts and one human and partially to get some extra perspective on…pretty much everything. If I messed anything up about them or anything else please let me know and if y'all have any ideas on how ghosts and humans can work together, I'd be glad to hear them!
