The First Month Passes
After His first encounter with the local deities, Igg Yad started to spread his dominion once more. It had reached the sea forts in the surrounding areas, as well as the ice citadels that were transported onto the continent. With the chilly presence of the King of the Frozen Waste looming over them once more, the Atlantians had become organized and unified once more.
As per the order of the Pantokrator, the Tent Owners gathered groups of ten Seal Hunters with them and started to look for their prey. Likewise, the Snow Captains had formed armies of Snow Warriors and moved to secure their borders on ice and underwater. Behind them followed regiments of Ice Guard led by Ice Captains, garrisoning the Ice Citadels and Sea Forts. And to spread the will of the Ghost King, half of the Angakut went and preached his will; the other half had begun to look into the bizarre world they found themselves in.
Meanwhile, beneath the waves, Mother Hydra led the sea-dwelling Atlantians in carrying out Igg Yad's will. He had tasked her to remember their past ways, and to combine it with their new ones. And so, the sea-dwellers began to build coral towers once more. Some had even begun digging into the sea floor and sought out underwater volcanoes.
With the relative peace they found themselves in, the remnants of the Coral Towers, the Undersea Cult had joined in on the missions of the Angakut. The Merciful Mothers and the Forgiving Fathers made way to the temples and laboratories respectively, and have made the preaching and researching much faster.
Meanwhile, the Mournful have begun to interact with their fellow Shamblers: the Unsleeping, who fled together with the remnants that did not go on an exodus to the Forsaken Coast after the Coral Towers fell, and the Reef Dweller Chiefs, who led their tribes into joining Mother Hydra's faction due to the threat that was R'lyeh. A new sentiment had began to grow from this interaction, but it has yet to change the attitudes of the Mournful. Soon, however, they would be reborn anew, and would no longer mourn their fallen comrades and the losses they endured during the exodus.
As for the undead, they were herded by Yakone and the Arssartut back to their usual haunts. Much of the Arssartut themselves went back to tending to the corpse piles and charnel pits. And of course, some would patrol together with the Soulless, ensuring that they do not go near the living inhabitants of the ice floe.
By the end of the month, the members of the Angakut and the Undersea Cult have found numerous magic sites outside of Atlantis. The corpse piles and charnel pits the Arssartut have been tending to have produced a wealth of death gems. Around the ice floe, they found sites that produce death and water gems. Of course, underwater, there are sites where water gems naturally occur, as well as the most precious of all gems: astral pearls. As for those that plumbed down in the depths, they found fire and earth gems, near the sites being surveyed for the construction of basalt cities.
Despite the fairly large movements happening inside Atlantian territory in this month, none of that have been felt by the outside world. Still, outside the territories, there have been some encounters between the Atlantians and the native population. And soon, tales and rumors of frog-like fishmen would be spread throughout mamono and human territories.
At the center of it all is the Pantokrator, Igg Yad, who is both the God and King of the Atlantians. With the one month time limit over, he will soon meet the local deities.
