A/N: Hey guys! First off sorry for not writing another chapter in a while. Don't have much of an excuse this time lol. I however will 100% be getting out another chapter this week or early next week. About the polls, so I decided that for now I will do one-sided pairings, but that may change based on how strongly you guys feel about that lol. 1 week later,

"HAHAHAHAHA!"

There was a boisterous laugh in the hand to hand combat section of the training grounds. That laugh of course belonging to none other then Luffy.

He was currently laughing while pointing at the rather funny image of Eren being put in an arm bar by Annie.

"Shut…the hell up you idiot," Eren said, obviously in pain as Annie started to tighten her hold on Eren's arm. "Okay, okay I give up!" Eren said as he feared that she was going to break his arm.

This caused Annie to let go and Eren to immediately hold on to his arm in pain. While this was going on, Luffy was still dying laughing at the state Eren was in right now.

"Y-You should have seen your face when she tightened her grip!" Luffy barely managed to get out as he was still dying laughing.

"S-Shut up you idiot!" Eren exclaimed with a beet red face. "If your so confident, you should go challenge her yourself!" Eren said as that seemed to catch Annie's attention herself. She was curious about how Luffy's skills stacked up to her own. She knew that he was talented with the ODM gear, but she had yet to see him in actual hand to hand combat.

Luffy finally calmed down as he said, "Sure, I'll fight her." Luffy said with a straight face. This caught Eren by surprise that he could be that confident in his ability in combat to challenge one of the two best in hand to hand combat so casually.

As he was about to make his way over to Annie to challenge her to her face, he felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned around to see none other than Kiera with a smug look on her face.

"Hey you shouldn't get cocky there idiot," Kiera said. "Unless you want to get beaten to a pulp, I recommend to at least start with someone a little weaker." Kiera finished with a condescending tone.

"Oh. Hey there Icey-Hair." Luffy said with a blank face. This nickname of sorts caused a vein to pop in Kiera's forehead but she decided to ignore the idiot's insults for now.

"You know what? How about you spar with me? Unless your too scared to that is." Kiera said as she pointed a thumb at herself with another cocky smile.

She was quite confident in herself and she had very good reason to be. She had undergone self-defense lessons in Wall Sina from ages 8-12 and had trained by herself for the past 2 years after that. She knew that she was no match for Annie after fighting her. She quickly beat her and her pride down but she was fairly confident she could beat an idiot.

"You want me to fight you? Are you strong?" Luffy said as he casually flicked a booger off his finger.

After almost throwing up in her mouth know that she might touch him after he picked his nose, she responded by getting in a fighting stance.

This forced a confident smile out of Luffy as he too got in a stance of sorts.

'Hmph he has terrible posture, makes sense for an idiot. I should be able to end this relatively fast.' Kiera thought as she made the first move to attack his legs. However, Luffy simply dodged by jumping over her.

While she was still on her knees after failing to take him down by his legs, he kicked her down and placed a knee on her back so that she couldn't move.

"Do you give up?" Luffy said with a steady voice, different from the boisterous one he normally wears.

"Like hell I do!" Kiera said as she begun to struggle out, but that was shut down as Luffy put a hand on the back of her head so that her face stayed in the ground.

"How about now?" Luffy said as he got his answer by her continuing to struggle.

"I refuse to accept this!" Kiera shouted though muffled as her face was still in the ground. "There's no way someone like you is better than me!" Kiera said with finality as she began to struggle even harder.

This however lead to him finally beginning to put more force on her back which finally, after a while, lead to her tapping out.

As he brings his knee off her back she storms off the training grounds before anything in terms of conversation could happen.

"Hmmm, what a weirdo" Luffy said as his normal tone came back.

As he was thinking about going to ask that Annie person if she wanted to fight, he saw a crowd begin to form around something. As he made his way to the crowd, he heard a lot of people whispering something about 'the two greatest fighters are going to fight', or something like that.

As he begins to push his way through the crowd, he sees both Mikasa and Annie staring each other down.

"C-Calm down Mikasa! We were just sparring!" Luffy heard a third familiar voice from within the circle. As he looked around for it he found where it came from, that being Eren. Though someone was laying on top of him at the moment.

He wondered what was happening.

Eren's POV:

Eren finally was able to push the agonizing Reiner off him as he began to rush in between Annie and Mikasa. He would normally not care if they sparred, but he was afraid Mikasa might take it to far, knowing how protective she was of him.

"Listen Mikasa, just calm down for a second" Eren said as he stood in front of Mikasa.

However Mikasa wasn't even looking at Eren as she was still glaring daggers into Annie. "No Eren, I can't allow her to get off the hook just cause you said so." Mikasa said with finality.

As she was preparing to strike, she felt a hand hit the top of her head in a chop motion. She grabbed the top of her head in slight pain as she looked for the perpetrator but soon realized it was Eren.

"I don't need you to take care of me like some little kid Mikasa!" Eren yelled in her face as this caused her to back up a little bit.

This also led to the crowd dissipating, mostly in disappointment that they couldn't see the once in a lifetime fight that was sure to come if it were not for Eren. Annie also left in slight disappointment as she couldn't judge either of the top two training corps members off fighting skills.

"I-I'm sorry Eren. I'll stop." Mikasa said as she was still holding onto the top of her head.

Before anymore could be said they heard uncontrollable laughter from behind them. They looked to see none other than Luffy dying laughing as he was rolling on the ground. "HAHAHAAHA, y-you chopped her right on the head!" Luffy said in laughter as Mikasa rolled her eyes at him and Eren redirected his anger from Mikasa to Luffy.

"How about a chop you on the head huh!?" Eren said in anger as he began to chase Luffy all over the training grounds.

1 hour later,

Eren, Armin, and Luffy were making there way to the boy's cabin as it was starting to get dark outside, and they had just finished eating (though Luffy swears it wasn't nearly enough).

"That was super fun! I can't wait to do that again!" Luffy said in joy as he places both his hand on top of his Straw Hat.

"Yeah maybe for you but that's only cause you didn't go against Annie." Eren said as his muscles began to ache in remembrance of the beating she gave to Eren.

"I guess I'm lucky I opted to study for today instead of train." Armin said as he already heard all about how Eren vs. Annie went.

"Well I wanted to fight her, but I had to go against Icey-Hair first." Luffy explained with a slight pout that he didn't get to fight Annie.

"Icey-Hair? Oh you mean Kiera Shulthiess?" Armin said as he was there to witness the first confrontation between Luffy and Kiera and his nickname for her.

"Yeah, Icey-Hair." Luffy said as Eren and Armin both sweat dropped at his unwillingness to call her anything but Icey-Hair.

"A-Anyway how did that go? I heard she was pretty strong." Eren said.

"Really? Where did you hear that from" Luffy questioned.

"I heard she beat almost everyone she went against aside from Annie," Eren said as once again, Annie proved her strength.

"Really?" Luffy said as they finally made it to the cabin door. They opened the door to find a few people already in there.

"Okay I'm going to bed" Luffy said as he immediately fell over on his bed and fell asleep.

'Already!' Armin and Eren both thought simultaneously.

"He might have the right idea you know" Eren and Armin both redirected their attention to the new voice. The speaker of that voice came from Reiner who was sitting on top of his bunk.

"Tomorrow is the first day we are using ODM gear." Reiner reminded them as Eren immediately became super giddy at the thought of finally using ODM gear for the first time

'Finally. Finally I'll learn how to kill the titans!' Eren thought with glee. As he immediately headed for his bunk as well.

"He's as determined as ever." Reiner said to Armin as he was still standing there.

"Y-Yeah I guess" Armin said as he wasn't sure whether to feel excited or nervous about tomorrow.

"Well make sure to look out for him, alright? I know he's determined, but that determination could backfire on him if he isn't careful or doesn't have someone looking out for him." Reiner said.

"Your right. I also hope he keeps his mind in the right place if we see the Colossal titan or Armored. It scares me sometimes thinking of what he might do if he saw them." Armin said as he looked at his feet.

What he said unknowingly made Reiner flinch as he knew that he was responsible for what happened to his mom.

"Well anyway, we should probably follow their lead if we want to be in top shape for tomorrow, so goodnight." Reiner said as laid down to try and push his doubts back.

"Y-Yeah, goodnight." Armin said as he went to his bunk to get some rest.

ppsspp: Luffy will not have haki or any gears for that matter. I do that so that he isn't ridiculously OP. And to those of you thinking "He's pretty OP right now though right?" He is, but at the same time, he is only as strong as Mikasa currently. Also to answer you other review, I plan for Luffy's pairing to either be Kiera or Annie or both. You guys let me know which one you would like the best.
