46. Update

Hey lovelies, how have you been?

I know you're probably thrilled to get a new chapter (for those that get a notification or are keeping an eye on the story), but unfortunately that's not the case.

When I started writing, I always hated these messages when I was reading other stories, so I'm really sorry to do the same to you. But I wanted to give you guys an update on what the deal is.

First of all: no, I'm NOT quitting or abandoning this story, I will finish it.

I really hadn't planned to have a hiatus this long. Without going into much detail: I haven't been well. I haven't been for a long time and it's gotten a lot harder to deal with it and it's taking much, much longer than anticipated. I know it sucks for those that are enjoying my story (for which I'm so glad! I never expected this many people to read my story) but it is what it is at the moment. I hope you can understand and respect that.

I do have a draft of the next chapter written and whenever I'm able to, I do write a little to continue it. So again, I'm not quitting, it will get finished. It'll just take a bit (a lot) longer than I, and all of you, would have liked.

Please bear with me and be patient. More chapters will follow.
