80. Entry 81: Pebbles

So after Steven and the Crystal Gems were brought to Homeworld, the half-Gem boy was brought to White Diamond. My first thought was to send my spy drone to follow, but I changed my mind considering how much they talked about White Diamond and fears that she would discover me. But as it turned out, it really didn't matter. Steven's conversation with her only lasted half a minute and he was sent straight to Pink Diamond's old room. With no other option, I followed Steven there where I noticed a very fascinating thing. As it turned out, I'm not the only one with a swarm of miniature helpers. In Pink Diamond's tower, Steven found a colony of Pebbles in his walls and floors. And yes, they looked like actual pebbles with faces. They were the size of my M.A.T.C.H.'s and were just as handy. Whenever Steven asked for something, the Pebbles quickly reconstructed the room to meet his request. Not only were they obedient, but they seem to love and miss Pink Diamond. They were kinda like the mice in Cinderella. It's quite cute really.
