I'm not dead yet!

July 2009 Update: I'm doing science and I'm still alive!

Story Comments:

"Sybil": I had ideas here. Then, "The Blakist Documents" got released. Then I had more work troubles. Then my co-writers for its follow-up ran into issues. Then I ran into NDA issues. I'm not sure what's going on here, and now that I've more time, I need to sit down with some people and figure out what's going on here.

"Shinji Strikes Back": Oh yeah, still having issues figuring out where to go here. This started as a one-shot, after all, playing up the humor. Follow-ups are having trouble maintaining the humorous viewpoint I wanted to try to keep.

"Space Monkey": Holy crap, a breakthrough. Second chapter's done, and I'm sketching out the third chapter in my head.

Other Stuff: The story I was thinking about for Battlecorps is pretty much backburnered for the moment. BSG/BT crossover idea killed by finale, but I'm OK with that. Tried to start a BT/Trek crossover, ran into issues.

On the non-fanfic front, I just completed four Microsoft certification exams last month. My brain hurts. Work kind of sucks right now. Things have slowed down a bit on the Catalyst/Battletech "Aerospace Cabal" front, but will probably pick up again soonish.
