Scorch release is one of the most powerful kekkei genkai in my opinion. There is only one know user, Pakura, and she was able to create three fireballs that once they made contact with people would actually boil your insides and you would die instantly. I had also thought that it was weird that every other Biju beside kurama gave a sort of kekkei genkai. While kurama does give regeneration, you would think the most powerful Biju would have something more. (This was probably done to make Naruto seem less broken in early Naruto) Any ways i though that Scorch Release would be a good Kekkei Genkai since it already exist and is really powerful and fits Kurama since he can already use flames. It will be a bit different that Pakura's but still fitting since people with the same kekkai genkai use it differently. (Take the way Roshi uses Lava release while others use it to form rubber-like substances) Anyway this it already a bit too long so moving on.
Pt 1 : Awakening
It has been about 11 years since the most powerful being attacked the leaf. Nobody knows why but the Nine-tailed demon fox showed up out of nowhere inside the village hidden in the leaves. This lead to the second greatest hero of Konoha to sacrifice his life to kill the kyubi.
At least that is the official story that they had told the population. However this was not the case, what really happened was the fourth could not kill the nine-tails. He needed to seal it into a newborn, this newborn was the true hero on that day. He should have been treated as such, however it was not meant to be.
People fear what they don't understand. People saw the boy for what he contained, as such they thought that hurting the boy would be hurting the fox inside.
Many people would form mobs on the day that caused them to remember the pain. October 10th, the anniversary of the Nine-tails attack and Naruto's worst day of the year. October 10th was his birthday, the day people would hunt him down like a animal to "Finish what the Fourth Started" That day he usually tried to hide out in his Apartment for the entire day.
He had tried to attend the festival they held when he was five. However that day a "accident" happened and he ended up getting hit by a runaway cart and was hospitalized for a week. The next year he was introduced to the "friendly" mob, he was beaten pretty bad before the ANBU arrived and arrested them. That was also the day the Third Hokage decided to place an ANBU to watch over Naruto at all times.
After that incident happened he decided he would stay in his apartment the entire day. That is what he did every year, and was what he would do tomorrow because today was October 9th.
As time passed the hatred didn't diminish, to them Naruto was a painful reminder of that day. Naruto was made a Pariah the day the Fourth sealed the demon inside of him.
OOO
We see a sunny blonde boy with ocean blue eyes and three whisker-like birth marks on each cheek. He wore bright orange jacket with blue shorts, right now he was walking down the street at night. Today was another failed attempt to play with some kids his age.
"Why do they hate me? What did I ever do to them?"
Today was another horrible day for the boy . He has tried everything but nothing seemed to work. He developed a mask to hide how he felt. If he acted like a happy idiot then maybe people would at least pay attention to him. If you act happy then you would be happy, right?
He was right about to reach his apartment until…
Crash
The sound of a bottle being broken could be heard . What was odd that It broke right next to him.
Crash
Another bottle broken but then Naruto felt a pain in his chest and his jacket was wet. He looked up to see a middle-aged man who was clearly drunk and beggining to throw a bottle.
"Heh Demwon! Ger Ouw Uf Dis Billage and Nevah retum" The drunken man shouted.
As he began to throw the bottle in his hand a fist collided with his face knocking him unconscious. The fist had belonged to a standard ANBU with gravity defying silver hair and a dog mask.
Naruto gulped seeing the ANBU. "Hey kid! Go home." Naruto nodded and the ANBU vanished with the man.
As he closed the door to his house he took off his jacket as it had been covered in alcohol from the man. He was about to throw it in the Landry but…
Bang
His door hand been forced open and saw two chunin standing outside. It's seems people this year we're getting smarter. They had payed the man to attack the kid to draw his ANBU away for a few minutes.
"There's nobody here to protect you kid!" The first chunin said
"Time to finish what the fourth started. "The second said
Naruto began to have a look of fear on his face. He knew he couldn't take them on, maybe he could stall them for a few minutes until the ANBU arrived.
"Why? What did I ever do to you?" He shouted in desperation
"What did I do to you!" The first one said in a mocking tone, he began to take out a kunai. "You killed my brother! You Demon!"
He threw the kunai aiming for his heart and as Naruto tried to dodge, he was too slow and it hit his shoulder.
Naruto fell to the ground and as the two angry chunin began walking toward Naruto with kunai at the ready. Naruto in absolute fear he crawled two the wall trying to get as far away from them as he could.
The were right above him, they began to thrust their kunai toward him and Naruto began to put his hands up in a last stitch effort of protection. As he did that a large wave of fire began to erupt from the boy engulfing everything around.

A Few Minutes later
After dropping off the drunken man to ibiki the head of the T & I department, a Dog mask ANBU was jumping on rooftops of the hidden leaf. He was heading back from his post. He had been assigned to guard Naruto Uzumaki, this particular job he didn't mind. To him Naruto was like a little brother, he was close to the boy's parents and he saw them in Naruto. He acted so much like his mother but look a lot like his father.
Upon arriving at his house he was stunned. If he had not been wearing his masks you would see an fabulous impersonation of a fish.
He saw that the apartment of his younger brother figure was on fire. "What the Hell Happened" he ran through hand signs and water began to erupt from where his mouth should be.
As he ran into Naruto's Apartment he saw Naruto covered in smog and two ninja wearing chunin vests on the floor. What was strange about the chunin was that it was as if their insides had been burned as their skin was a black color and their bodies were shriveled up. He looked at naruto and he had some minor burns but it was like the fire wasn't affecting him as much as it should be.
He ran over toward the blonde and picked him up and ran out the door. Naruto had a burnt kunai in his shoulder and some burns but otherwise he was alive.
He needed to take Naruto to the hokage, he was the only one who would help him.

A Few Days Later
Naruto was beginning to stir. As he opened his eyes he saw he was wrapped in bandages on his arms and legs. He was in what looked like a hospital room. As he looked closer he saw that there was the Hokage in the room along with the dog masked ANBU and another ANBU with long purple hair and a cat mask.
"He's awake" said the cat masked ANBU
As he looked back at the Hokage he saw the troubled look on his face.
"Naruto you're safe. Now will you please tell us what happened." The aged Hokage said
"Ok Jiji" Naruto then began to try to remember what happened. "After the that tried to attack me was taken away, I walked back to my house. And then the door was knocked down. Two ninjas were at the door and they attacked me. And I was so scared I…" Naruto began to take hyperventilate and orange firey tears began to form in his eyes.
Taking more and more breaths as if it were his last, flames began to form in his hands. "I … I" were the words he tried to make but he couldn't
"He is going into shock." The cat ANBU said as she grabbed a needle and injected the substances intoNaruto's arm.
Naruto began to fall asleep and the flames in his hands dispersed.
"It's seems he's unlocked the fox's kekkei genkai." Hiruzen said
"You know if the council found out about this." Dog said
"Yeah I know." Hiruzen said "about two angry chunin burning Naruto's apartment down and then being executed."
The two ANBU in the room nodded in agreement.
"You know you are going to have to tell him." Dog said
" I plan to, I just hope he doesn't hate us for it."
As a First part i think i did pretty well in the writing. For those who don't know scorch release its a Sand kekkei genkai that combines both Wind and Fire to create intense flames. There is only one know user of this and not many jutsu that are associated with this. This gives me a bit of leeway with this and I think I can work with it. When Naruto concentrates he can form complex shapes with the flames but normally he uses handsigns and jutsus to help him. As for the ship I'm doing NaruHina because i like the ship and it fits with the story.
Also if you have a suggestion for a better name, please do I couldn't really think of anything.
