OWL V:

A week after:

Izuku stretched as he sat right up from his bed. Blinking a few times he stood up and walked down into the kitchen. Thinking about all the things done yesterday, he started to cook breakfast. For two now, it had taken him some time to get used to is.

It honestly was a good theater play, but it has been a ridiculously long one.

He grinned at the thought of it, since he's a busy hero, he never had any pets. Thus, not really having someone to talk with in his apartment. But now, he has a big house and another friend?

Does he look at Jin like a friend?

He's rather more protective of the boy. Does that mean he sees Jin like a son? Maybe a little cousin? Shrugging, he left the topic alone, they'll talk about it later.

Preparing the first coffee of today, he froze. "What am I gonna tell dad?" he whispered. "ATLAS, what time is it?" he asked, whilst feeling his pockets for his phone, where is his goddamn phone?

"Goodmorning, it is 0745. You have received two emails from Nezu. Topics are Entrance Exam and teaching requirements. You have a text from Ito, L, Melissa, Aizawa and Nemuri." Artificial intelligence listed.

"Right." He said under his breath and plated the breakfast. "ATLAS, what time is reasonable to wake up a teenager?"

"Searching, Google." There was a slight pause before it continued to speak in it's monologue voice. "Reasonable time to wake up a teenager is 0800. It is 0755 right now."

"Thank you ATLAS." He said, and then walked up the stairs. Knocking, he slightly opened the door. "Goodmorning, are you awake?"

A groan escaped from the bed, "Sure am, Midori!" "Thanks to your ass I am!" Izuku just chuckled, "I have breakfast ready, you going to wash up first?"

Nodding, the teenager groaned out, "I'll be down in a bit!"

Laughing at the honesty of the boy, he went back down the stairs. "ATLAS, can you call my phone please?"

"Calling.." It said, and Izuku kept his ears open. From the garage. Stepping through the house and into his garage, he reached in the car and grabbed it out.

Think about how he forgot, "Ahh!" He came to the realization of why. Jin had fallen asleep next to him and he carried him up to his room. Then he passed out on his, right.

Walking back into the kitchen he saw Jin entering the room right on time. "Juice?" He offered. The teen nodded and Izuku slid him a glass of orange juice. He then unlocked his phone and opened the text from his right hand in America, Ito.

Ito:
'Holy shit man, can you get the PR team to get on line and address this shit? like, please? I haven't had any struggles with you leaving until this.'

Izuku being confused is a statement, he made a mental note to come back to the text. Opening the one from L. He looked at the link and clicked it.

He literally did a spit take, turning fast enough to not spit on Jin. He read the headlines, 'Number one of America, Lady L and leader of the Nest, pro hero Nightwing. Caught being intimate in a car.' it said.

Jin looked at him weird. Izuku blinked as he reread the headline a few times. "Jin, you're going to meet my cousin in a few minutes." He said and sent Melissa a text.

The boy just nodded and looked at the man weirdly before continuing to eat his food. Izuku slowly placed the phone on the counter as if he was about to fall down unstable any second.

Taking a small towel he wiped the ground. Once the door immediately opened and closed with a loud bang. He smiled at Jin, "This is Melissa, you can call her Prof. It makes her feel smart." He introduced as she walked into the kitchen.

"Izuku. Haven't you fucking seen my tex-" She stopped her sentence as she followed where Izuku was pointing at. "I'm Melissa Shield."

"Jin! Nice to meet you." "What the fuck is happening, Prof?"

"Right into the gossip! I like you." Mel turned back to Izuku, "You better adopt this kid."

Izuku was laughing at their interaction and tried not to choke at the last sentence she uttered out. "Right." He started, "So uh, L and Ito have been seen going down on each other." He buried his head into his hands. "Right in public, in a parking lot."

Melissa snorted, "Subtle. But I already know." She slammed her hands on the counter, "I need to know what happened between them before they were caught."

Jin looked like he was keeping in his laugh.

Izuku shrugged, "I don't know. Only thing Ito sent me was, 'Get the PR teams and help please.' That's all."

"Uh, Midori, sir. Are you part of their PR team?" He then looked around, "I didn't know PR teams made this much money."

Right, he definitely did not forget to tell the kid about his profession. Mel snorted once she read his face.

"Jin. I'm not a PR manager." He started, "I'm Nightwings superior?'' He looked at Melissa to see if he got the wording right. She just shook her head.

The poor teenager just looked even more confused.

Izuku sighed to himself and just searched up his hero name and clicked on the article about rankings, he'll have an idea about him then. Sliding the phone to the boy. Izuku and Melissa slowly watched as his face turned into confusion and then into an impressed expression.

Jin slowly slid it back, "So what you're telling me, is that I slept in the house of the pro hero, for a whole week nonetheless, that is ranked second internationally? And have taken me in?" A nod came from him, "This mofo is telling me the news. Next thing you know, motherfuckin pro heroes come rushing in!"

Melissa bursted out laughing, "Please, if you don't adopt him I will!"

A ring came from the bell. Izuku slowly turned to Jin, "I swear if that is a pro hero. Yer a wizard, Jin." He said before stepping out of the kitchen and into the hallway. Already hearing the two talk animatedly.

Opening the door he took a deep breath in, "Nemuri?" He questioned and opened the door wider, "Yamada, Aizawa?" He questioned.

"Ready for today? I hope we aren't bothering you though…" Her voice slowly trailed off as she started down his abandonen. "Right." Her eyes snapped back onto his face, she held up snacks and Yamada held up soju. "We'll make it a game and movie night."

He opened the door all the way, not wondering why they're here. "It's kind of early."

"More time to explore your house and let Shouta nap." Yamada said. The man behind him grumbled as he was already folding out his sleeping bag.

"We aren't going to get a lot of downtime with being pro heroes and teachers. So this is sort of a requirement. Normally we start at my place for a day. But, you kind of have a huge place. We all decided we're going to spend two days here."

"You did say your door is always open."

"Right, I did." He entered the kitchen, pro heroes following after. "Jin, I'm sending you to hogwarts."

The boy's eyes widened, "Sir! You're sending me away already? It has only been a week!"

Izuku's face turned into a confused one, right. Not everyone watches old types of movies. "Right, we'll be watching old reruns today. You'll get the reference. I'm not sending you off"

Meanwhile, Midnight was laughing her ass off.

Izuku turned and just gave her a impassive stare. She shuddered a bit. He then smiled and turned back to the teenagers, "So! This is Midnight!" He introduced.

She waved and winked at the teenager, "Kayama Nemuri! Nice to meet the kid Izuku has been keeping an eye on."

"You're just happy that you can make an impression on his kid." Hisashi whispered.

The pro hero, Owl. Blanked when he heard it. While he was blanking out, Nemuri was slapping Hisashi's shoulder over and over, 'Fucking enhanced hearing dimwit!' She signed.

Mic's voice turned into an O. His shoulders shook with quiet laughter. Izuku was mumbling, "His kid. right Right Right, his kid. Implying my kid. Right right."

Jin just, stared at the guy who took him in. " has stopped working." He snorted.

Of course, the computer nerd Melissa laughed. "Aizawa-kun, you can nap on the couch if you want, or you can join us to the gun range."

The man grunted and left the kitchen area.

Jin gasped, "You have a fucking gun range?!"

"You're not touching a gun, Jin."

"Awh man." He snuck a look at Melissa, who just nudged him. "Can I hang out with a friend? dad."

Izuku's eyes widened and his jaw dropped, "R-Right! Make sure your phone is charged and always available. Do you need a ride?" Melissa looks oddly smug.

"Will do! I'll get there by foot!" Jin hopped off of his chair, skipping out of the room. Walking back in, he rubbed the back of his neck, "When are we going to the store and buy more stuff? The room feels pretty empty."

"You need an AC if you're going to sleep there permanently. We'll go shopping next time." Izuku said. "And get a bunch of paperwork done."

"There is no escaping it anymore." Melissa said and slung her arm around Jin's shoulders. "He's taking you in."

"Welcome to the Tsukauchi household." Izuku announced, "ATLAS!" He called out, "Make dinner appointment with the Tsukuachi's plus Mel. Look at their schedules and pick the fastest one possible."

"Will do, OWL."

"Thank you."

"You have a personal Siri?" Yamada said out of amazement.

"Developed it myself, now about the gun range?" He said and smirked.

After throwing on a shirt they were standing in the shed he called the gun range. Big gardens are good.

"So, these are the basic guns I got clearance for." Izuku said as he opened the door to the soundproof gun range. It was a simple thing, everything isolated, only one range. But a wall full of guns he could use. Of course, most of them are just pistols and there is only one sniper. (A/N: Basing these off of the GTA wiki, it's just easier)

Aizawa who tagged along, looked around. "Why do you need a gun?"

"The long range part of my quirk is out of commision." He explained, "I have a lethal, two narcotic and rubber rounds with me on patrol. You know how bad criminals can get in the wrong part of town."

The man just grunted.

Izuku took that as the sign to continue, picking his most used gun off of the wall. The one on his night costume. "This," he held it up so they could see the empty gun. "Is the one on my night costume." He turned to the range and clicked some numbers on the keypad. Rounds fit for his gun were lifted from the inside of the table. He quickly took off two noise cancelling headphones and handed one to Nemuri, who was staring interested.

He got into his stance and lifted the gun, making sure his grip was fine. Sliding back the rear and then putting in one of the magazines of the real bullets. He slid it back into its original place.

Looking at the target, he shot a few times. Placing the silenced 9mm back down on the counter, he grinned and turned back to the three.

Nemuri was gaping, Yamada was just blinking and Aizawa was stoic as always. Taking off his headphones, the rest followed.

"Can I try?" Midnight asked.

Izuku tilted his head, "You're not a gun type of fighter."

"Just to try." Nemuri pouted, knowing damn well she's more of a whip person.

Izuku shrugged and let her stand right next to him. "So, your stance has got to look like this." He said, and did the stance. Letting Nemuri copy him he continued. "You hold the gun, just like you're sliding in." He did the example with the cocked back rear of his gun.

"So you just put your fingers in there?"

"Yeah, you just slide them in there." Izuku continued explaining.

Hizashi just pursed his lips, 'I see what she's doing.' He signed to Aizawa.

'He's oblivious.' The tired man signed back.

Izuku then slid the rear back and handed Nemuri the gun. "Don't point it at someone." He warned.

Nemuri nodded, "Right."

"You're slouching, your stance is kinda off. Do you mind?" He asked and put a hand on her back. getting confirmation that she doesn't mind. Moving behind her, he slowly placed his hands on her waist and readjusted it. Then he put a hand on her back and pushed her shoulders a bit back.

"You sure you're bad at massaging?" Nemuri said, biting the inside of her cheek, "You have good hands for it."

Izuku turned red at the compliment, "No no, I'm not good!" He said, typing a few things into his keypad. A clean slate of the target appeared. "You can shoot the gun now."

Nemuri shot the gun and was surprised at the small amount of recoil it had. Shooting the half full mag to a completely empty one. "I like the rush."

Izuku laughed and nodded, "I agree," turning to the other in his now friend group, "Anyone else?"

The two both quickly said a "no thank you." And headed inside. Izuku quickly locked the range behind him.

Going through a fingerprint scanner, face recognition and a secret code. As the four stepped inside the house, Izuku got tackled in a hug by Twice. "Bye dad!" The teenager said and opened the door, "I'm home at dinner time!" A pause, "You should send me the time we have dinner!"

Now, a pro hero who ranked second internationally. Turned red. "Dad," He repeated, "Totally forgot."

Nemuri nudged his side, "What are we going to do now?"

Shaking off the thoughts of parenting, he rubbed the back of his neck. "I have nothing planned. But I have the gaming consoles and movie apps, so we can watch movies." He rubbed the back of his neck, "Oh Aizawa! I'll be able to patrol with you once school starts! Agency is all in order." He grinned happily.

Aizawa just nodded.

Izuku bit the inside of his cheek, remembering a key game he brought back to Japan. "Nemuri." He said and turned to her, she looked back and raised her eyebrows suggestively. "What do you think about drinking games?"

"Absolutely yes."

"I honestly expected you to have a whole set up." Yamada said as he entered the kitchen, looking at the cheap net and plastic cups.

Izuku waved his comment away, "Drinking is bad for your muscles and stuff!" He exclaimed and held up a ping pong ball. "I also don't want to turn into an alcoholic, you know with this kind of field we work in." He shrugged.

Nemuri crept up from behind him, and planted her hands on his chest. Slowly going up and grabbing the ball out of his hand. "Let's play."

Izuku took a shot of hard liquor. "Who knew you had such a good throwing hand." he said to Nemuri.

"Well, Izuku~" She sung and did her signature wink and finger to her lip, "It's all in the dynamics of a whip!"

Izuku nodded slowly, "Right,.." He then started putting it all together, "Thanks Nem~."

Aizawa groaned, "You just gave him our key. Which he should already have, for a marksman."

Izuku just whistled innocently.

Yamada laughed from next to him, "I have an idea for the next game!"

"I didn't have kahoot in mind." Izuku said as he answered wrong on the quiz. Taking another swing of alcohol.

"It sure is effective." Aizawa said before taking one shot himself. "I just want to bet they chose this quiz against us."

Izuku nodded, "Who are we to know about some pop quiz stuff?" He exclaimed and pointed to himself, "The workaholic with now another part time job!" Then pointed at Aizawa, "The sleep deprived hero with no interest in anything other than cats."

Nemuri sighed from next to Izuku, "It's literally the first thing shown on the board."

Izuku huffed and crossed his arms. "Sure."

They put on some music and talked the whole evening, Yamada and Aizawa sat on the couch, half asleep on each other's shoulders. Izuku sat outside with a wine bottle in his hand and a cigarette in the other.

He was all the way sobered up, damn his fast metabolism. He was taking a drag from his cigarette when the door opened and Nemuri walked out.

"There you are."

He tilted his head to look up at her, "Hey Nem, need anything?"

"Nothing yet." She said and sat in the empty chair next to him, with only a small table separating them. She looked at the smug face next to her, "What?"

"You do need something, but you don't know yet."

"If you phrase it that way." She said and leaned on the table. She grabbed the bottle out of his hand and took a sip. "Fast metabolism?"

"Yes." He answered, turning to look at her.

Sky blue eyes.

His breath hitched a bit, as the cigarette in his mouth faltered a bit. He recovered by taking a drag and blowing it away. "Wine and cigs don't taste too bad together."

Nemuri took a sip of the beverage and leaned a bit closer and gulped it down, "Show me." She whispered and inched closer.

Izuku smiled and leaned in to kiss her.

Closer…

And closer…

Not there yet..

And one more in-, "Dad!" A distraught voice shouted from the side of his yard. He recognised the voice, and his head flinched away to see who it was.

He looked to the left of him, Nemuri long forgotten as a look of concern etched on her face. There stood Jin, with a girl in his arms, holding her up. Clutching onto her as she is his life support. With tears in his eyes, and a broken voice, he said.

"Save her, please."

Sorry for the long update lol, saw that it has gained a teeny bit of attention, thought I'd update. I totally forgot about this story. Might take it down to continue it in the drafts until it gets to some sensible place.
