Chapter 6
"Alright, everyone. This week, on Friday, there will be the midterm exams. Which means that you have to revise all what has be done until now for all the subjects. For today the lesson ended and have a good day, everyone.", said the homeroom teacher of Miku's and Fuutarou's class while leaving the class.
What he just said caused the most of the students to groan about having to study the exams while Miku seemed pretty calm, which was due to the fact that she had Fuutarou helping her everytime with his tutoring.
"So we finally have these midterm exams to do…Do you feel ready to take them up, Miku?", asked her bodyguard while putting a hand on her shoulder.
The Sengoku lover smiled while blushing, "I-I'm l-little unsure about s-some things, but with your h-help I will be able to u-undertstand them, F-Fuutarou.
The blond punk grinned, "You can count on me, Miku. I will make sure that you pass your exams with amazing grades."
His toothy grin made Miku blush deeper while smiling blissfully at him. 'It's because of your big kindness that I fall more for you everyday.', she thought, feeling her heartbeat get faster.
Her smile was also due to the fact that no other girl tried to flirt with the boy she fell for, and surely it was due to the fact that she and Fuutarou were always seen together at lunch or when they went back to home. This made them look completely like a young couple, and the young girl was happy to be seen as Fuutarou's girlfriend.
Since the last lesson of the day ended, the 2 teenagers left their classroom and went to hop on Fuutarou's bike to go towards the Pentagon. And during this, the young man launched a menacing glare at the boys who dared to say something bad or dirty about him and Miku.
'Say that again and I will break you a limb, idiot', was the message that he sent through his glare to a jerk that said something about Miku being pathetic to be with someone like Fuutarou.
Unfortunately, despit being the nightmare of bullies and the strongest guy of Asahiyama, the blond punk had to deal with the jealousy and envy of some boys, who didn't like how Fuutarou was so popular with the girls.
He couldn't care less if they spread bullshit about him, but if they dared to involve Miku's name in their lies and no-sense, they had to be ready to deal with the ferocious golden eyes of Fuutarou. Ferocious like those of a lion.
Once they hopped on his bike, the 2 teenagers left to reach the Pentagon for their daily study session, with the headphones girl hugging Fuutarou's waist tightly and enjoying his comforting warmth. He, on the other hand, smiled and also blushed because of her soft chest pressed on his back.
Some minutes later, they arrived to the giant apartment complex and parked the bike before entering and taking the elevator. "So, which subjects do you want to revise the most, Miku?", he asked her meanwhile.
"I-I feel a bit unsure about Biology and English. C-can we r-revise those t-the most?"
"Sure, no problem. That means that I don't have to worry about your Social Studies' future points on the exam. It's your strongest subject after all.", he replied, caressing her head and making her blush.
In response she giggled and nodded to him, happy for being praised by him.
And after reaching the last floor, Fuutarou and Miku went towards the door of her apartment and opened it. And with no surprise, the young man was hugged by no other than a long haired butterfly ribbons girl.
"Hello, Fuu-kun. I'm glad to see you again hehe.", said a giggling Nino, tightening her hug on him.
"Yo, N-Nino. It's nice to see you again for me too.", he replied, blushing and patting her head.
"Welcome back, Uesugi-kun.", was Itsuki's polite greeting, blushing at how her older sister was again so clingy with Fuutarou.
"Nino, why do you always Fuutarou when you see him?", asked Miku, pouting.
"What's wrong with that? Fuu-kun doesn't mind me hugging him hehe. Are you jealous?", retorted Nino with a smug smile. At that reply Miku hugged Fuutarou too, so now the young man found himself with 2 quints clinging on him.
"Ara ara, you really made my little sisters fall for you so much, Fuutarou-kun.", said Ichika from the couch where she was watching a movie with Yotsuba.
"Hello, Uesugi-San! I heard that there will be the exams on Friday at Asahiyama; is M-Miku ready to pass them all?"
While being still hugged by his student and the social butterfly, the young man replied, "Well, Miku is a little unsure about Biology and English, but don't worry; she will pass her exams with great grades."
"She needs help with English, huh? How about I join the study session, Fuu-kun? English is my best subject so I can help a little hehe.", asked Nino with a bright smile.
"Yeah, why not? I can help you with some homework that you received at Kurobara if you want."
"You're so nice, Fuu-kun!", she replied, continuing to hug him.
The Sengoku lover, on the other hand, pouted as she wanted that Fuutarou focused only on her. Ichika, Yotsuba and Itsuki giggled instead for how the 2 love rivals were competing against each other again.
So, after deciding this arrangement, the blond punk sat near the couch between Nino and Miku, explaining what they had to do about certain questions and helping the social butterfly with her homework from Kurobara.
This was the perfect occasion for both girls to lean their heads on Fuutarou's shoulders, and if someone could notice, they had various hearts flying around them.
'Is this what they call "having more than girl that has the hots for you?" Guess that I don't need an answer.', thought the young bodyguard, blushing and sweatdropping at how the 2 girls tried often to keep his attention on them.
The other 3 sisters simply smiled at how Nino and Miku were so head over wheels for the blond punk, even if Itsuki found it more shameless and was embarrassed.
Of course she didn't consider Fuutarou a bad person after seeing how kind and helpful he was. Plus, the fact that he had called her and her sisters beautiful the first day of tutoring was still impressed in her mind. And it made her blush and smile everytime she remembered it.
She thought that Fuutarou was very handsome, but since Nino and Miku were so in love with him and were competing with each other, she just kept seeing him as a great friend.
Ichika and Yotsuba were of the same thought as they didn't want to get involved in the social butterfly's and the Sengoku lover's love competition. After all, the young man seemed to be already quite troubled by the big affection of the 2 girls. Not that it annoyed him of course.
After at least 2 and half hours of studying, with a little pause in the middle, the study session ended and Fuutarou was ready to go back to home.
But Nino and Miku didn't want him to leave so soon. "W-wait, Fuutarou. C-couldn't w-we study a little more?", asked him a blushing Miku.
"Huh? But the tutoring session has ended already and I have to go home to have dinner with my family."
"I have an idea, Fuutarou-kun; how about you stay here for dinner and the night?", proposed Ichika, making everyone surprised.
"S-Staying for the night? Are you sure? I don't want to seem annoying or something.", he said while scratching the back of his head.
"Annoying? You're not, Fuu-kun! You can stay here for the night with no problem! I will make you a fantastic dinner like this hehe.", told him Nino, hugging his left arm.
"I agree, Fuutarou. Y-you're our friend so you can stay here as much you want.", told him instead Miku that hugged his other arm.
The other sisters then nodded in agreement with them, so Fuutarou smiled and accepted to have a dinner and also stay for the night. But he had to call Raiha in this case to make her know that he wouldn't come home for tonight, so he went outside to make a call.
Meanwhile, Nino and Miku were very happy that their love interest was going to stay for the night; this would give them other chances to make more moves for him.
Their sisters instead were glad that he stayed until the morning because they could play some board games with him or watch a movie together. He was a great friend for them after all.
When the young bodyguard finished to call Raiha, after hearing her about how he was lucky to sleep over in the house of 5 beautiful quints, he took place on the couch again to play one of Yotsuba's favorite board games: Life.
So he, the bunny ribbon quint, Miku and Ichika started to play while Nino would prepare the dinner with Itsuki's help. And after various turns in which every player earned or lost money, Miku drew a card that made her blush later.
"Congratulations, you and the player close to you got married.", she said while reading the content of the card, but when she checked the closest pawn to hers, she saw that it was Fuutarou's one.
"Wow, Miku and U-Uesugi-San got married! Congratulations hehe!", giggled Yotsuba while clapping her hands.
"Ehhhh?! M-me and F-F-Fuutarou m-married?", stuttered Miku, red as a tomato.
"W-what?! F-Fuu-kun married Miku?!", shouted a very jealous Nino that heard everything from the kitchen.
"Fufu, you chose Miku instead of Nino. You're quite the player, Fuutarou-kun."
"I-It's married in the game. Don't take it too seriously.", he replied, blushing because of her teasing and the words of the other sisters.
But even like this, that didn't stop a frowning Nino to quickly call everyone at the table while placing the food that she cooked with Itsuki's help and sitting immediately next to Fuutarou.
'The one that will be Fuu-kun's girlfriend and f-future wife is me!', she thought, starting to feed her love interest a spoon of miso soup, making him embarassed.
Jealous, Miku took a piece of Tonkatsu and offered it to her bodyguard, despite being flustered to do that.
This made the young man blush as well while the other 3 sisters found it cute, especially when Fuutarou ate both the food offers and said that the food was great.
The butterfly ribbons sister was happy to hear him praising again her cooking, so she told him to eat as much he wanted, smiling blissfully at him. Miku, on the other hand, continued to offer him some pieces of food like a sweet girlfriend.
But it was when Yotsuba asked where Fuutarou would sleep for the night that the 2 love rivals showed their competitive side the most, offering each one her room and glare at each one then.
"I appreciate the thought, but since I'm just a guest, I will sleep on the couch, girls.", said the young man, causing his the 2 rivals to make a sad look.
"B-but I-I don't have problem to let you sleep in my room, Fuu-kun. You don't have to sleep on the couch.", told him Nino worryingly.
"Don't worry, I'm used to sleep on a futon at home. The couch will be a nice change for once.", he replied ,caressing her head.
"Well, if Fuutarou-kun says that, then it's fine. And since you will sleep here, you can also take a shower in the bathroom while I wash your back fufu.", said instead Ichika in a flirty manner.
This made Itsuki and Yotsuba blush at their sister's teasing towards Fuutarou while Nino and Miku glared at her, scaring her a bit.
She said that she was just kidding, but that just made Fuutarou sweatdrop. 'She has a knack for teasing other people.', he thought, chuckling at how Ichika got scared of the icy glares of the 2 love rivals. She basically triggered them in the end.
Once they finished to have dinner, Fuutarou helped Miku and Nino with other assignments while praising them with headpats whenever they did well an exercise, making them giggle happily. He also explained some things to Itsuki that the ahoge girl was interested to learn to clear some doubts she had on some subjects.
Ichika and Yotsuba watched instead a funny comedy on the tv, but they took some glances at Fuutarou having again the 2 love rivals be clingy with him again, giggling at such sight.
An hour and some minutes more later, Fuutarou decided that they had studied well enough, so he got up to go to take a shower. After he went to the bathroom, Ichika teased Nino and Miku about going to join him, making them blush instantly. Even if they didn't dislike the idea.
While Fuutarou was taking a shower, Itsuki, Yotsuba and Ichika decided to go to sleep and said goodnight to the other 2 sisters who stayed on the couch.
"Why didn't you go to sleep too, Nino?", asked Miku to the her rival.
"Simple: I want F-Fuu-kun to sleep in my room. I can't let him sleep on the couch; he's our guest.", replied Nino, blushing and smiling.
That made Miku pout, "N-no! Fuutarou will s-sleep in my bedroom. H-he's my bodyguard."
"Sorry sis, but he will sleep in my room, not yours.", retorted Nino smugly, starting to glare at Miku.
But during this, they didn't notice the figure of a blond guy climbing down the stairs, with only the sound of his footsteps being able to stop the girls from glaring at each other.
Both Miku and Nino turned around to see the handsome figure of their love interest fresh of shower, wearing his grey trousers and a sleeveless black t-shirt, which made his abs and strong arms very noticeable.
Needless to say, such sight made both girls blush a storm and also drool, highly attracted to him.
'H-He's so s-sexy!', they thought in unison, smiling in delight.
"What are you 2 doing here? You should go to sleep like your sisters by now.", he asked them while finishing to dry his blond hair with a little towel.
"Umm, I-I want you to sleep in my room, Fuutarou. I can't let you sleep on the couch while being o-our guest."
"F-Fuu-kun, you can sleep in my room instead."
Hearing those replies made him chuckle and give a headpat to both of them, causing them to blush. "I really appreciate your concern for me, but as I said, I'm fine with sleeping on the couch. Now go to sleep and have a nice rest, ok?"
They blushed more at his words, so they simply nodded while he caressed their heads a little more. Then he wished them a goodnight, with them doing the same while he laid on the couch and put a blanket upon himself.
After both girls went to their bedrooms, the young man started to sleep while enjoying the comfort of sleeping on something better than a futon. But during this, he didn't notice how a long haired girl and another one with a blue pajama, both of them sleepy, climbed down the stairs and clang on him, hugging his arms and sleeping with him with happy smiles on their faces.
They were jealous of each other for thinking of the same idea, but since they didn't want to disturb the handsome blond guy in his sleep, they let it be for this time and just enjoyed sleeping while hugging him.
The morning after, the first one to get up early in the apartment was Yotsuba, as she was always the first to wake up between the quints. But when she went downstairs, she noticed how Nino and Miku were happily sleeping on the couch with Fuutarou while clinging on his arms.
'Awawawawa, t-they s-slept for the night while hugging U-Uesugi-San! T-that's so cute but b-bold too!', she thought, blushing at how the 2 love rivals could be so daring to sleep together with Fuutarou like that.
And after Yotsuba, also Ichika and Itsuki woke up and saw with their ocean blue eyes the sweet scene in front of them, causing the first to giggle and the second one to blush.
Thinking that it deserved to be remembered, Ichika took her phone to take a photo of the young man being hugged by Nino and Miku in their sleep.
'This will be a nice way to tease the boy my 2 sisters like fufu.', she thought, looking forward to embarrass Fuutarou with said photo.
Suddenly, the blond guy's eyes slowly start to open while waking up, feeling something soft on his arms. He looked at his sides to see Nino and Miku sleeping while clinging on his arms, their chests pressed against them.
'W-What a-D-Did they sleep for real here on the c-couch with me? W-wow, I made these 2 fall for me s-so much. Now I see why Dad defines me as a lady killer; I a-attract girls easily.', thought the flustered young bodyguard, trying to wake up the 2 quints.
But during this, he also saw the other 3 sisters looking at him and the 2 sleeping beauties with different expressions: Ichika had an amused smile, Yotsuba was blushing hard and Itsuki had a pout.
"U-Uesugi-kun, w-why d-did you sleep with 2 of my sisters?", she asked him, seeming jealous of Nino and Miku.
"W-wait, it's not like y-you think. I told them that I-I could sleep on the couch just fine yesterday night. It's only now that I noticed that t-they s-slept while clinging on me, I swear.", he replied with red cheeks.
His answer seemed to have convinced the ahoge girl, who sighed; she knew that Fuutarou was an honest person, so he would not try to lie to her and her sisters. They were friends after all.
"I-I believe you, Uesugi-kun. I-I apologize f-for my sisters' behavior.", she told him, feeling guilty for thinking of him as a bad person.
"I a-agree, Uesugi-San! I know that you're not that t-type of a person. You're Miku's bodyguard after all!", told him instead a smiling Yotsuba.
"Moo, let me sleep! I d-don't want to get up yet.", said the sudden voice of Nino, who hugged Fuutarou's arm tighter.
"F-Fuutarou.", said instead Miku, who snuggled closer to him.
Their actions caused him to blush while Itsuki pouted. "You 2, wake up mouu!", she exclaimed, with again jealous in her voice.
Her shout made Nino and Miku wake up instantly, and when they saw their sisters and how they were hugging Fuutarou, who was still flushed, their faces became red as their hair.
'I-I s-slept with Fuutarou/Fuu-kun! Awww, I'm both h-happy and embarrassed!', they thought in unison, their blush increasing meanwhile. But they also glared at each other, as both of them didn't like how the other one did the same thing of the other.
"C-Can we have b-breakfast now? I'm quite hungry.", asked Fuutarou, trying to defuse a possible argument between the 2 love rivals.
The idea of having breakfast was fast liked by a happy Itsuki, so Nino stopped glaring at her rival and got up to go to the kitchen. Miku, Fuutarou, Ichika and Yotsuba worked together to dress the table, even if Miku took some glances at the attractive upper body of her crush, blushing brightly.
After some minutes, the young man and the quints sat down and enjoyed the breakfast, with the blond punk munching in delight the chocolate and vanilla biscuits that Nino baked, making her blush and giggle.
"Eat as much as you want, Fuu-kun hehe.", she told him.
"F-Fuutarou, drink s-some Matcha soda too. You c-can't eat and drink only sweet things.", told him instead Miku, offering filling his glass with some of her soda.
"Thank you very much, girls.", he replied to both of them, quite liking how they were spoiling him. They giggled happily at this, just like Itsuki when gave her some biscuits as the plate was empty.
'Uesugi-kun is really kind! I would like to have him as classmate me too hehe.', thought Itsuki, liking the idea to have like Miku a great and nice classmate like the blond punk.
Of course it wouldn't be possible, since she still went to Kurobara like Nino, Ichika and Yotsuba. But if she transferred at Asahiyama, there could be the chance.
After some minutes they finished to have breakfast and it was time to go to school, so they went to wear their uniforms and left the apartment.
Once outside of the Pentagon, Fuutarou and Miku went to hop on his motorbike and waved to her sisters while leaving after he turned on the engine.
Her sisters had waved back to them, but the social butterfly had a frown on her face. "Nino, what's wrong?", asked her Yotsuba, noticing her expression.
"You know, I thought about it for a while, and I think that I will transfer to Asahiyama me too.", replied her older sister.
"Ara ara, you're jealous that Miku can pass more time with Fuutarou-kun while you can see him only when he comes here, right?", asked her Ichika teasingly.
"Ehhh?! R-really, Nino?", was Itsuki's reaction, getting a nod from the social butterfly.
"Yes, I'm jealous and I want to go to the same school of Fuu-kun and have lunch with him. I want to be his girlfriend after all."
Her answer made her sisters blush and surprised; Nino was really determined to make Fuutarou love her like she did with him.
"Hehe, that means that Miku will lose her advantage like that. But you need to tell Dad that you want to change school first, Nino, giving him a good reason.", suggested her Ichika, getting a nod from every sister.
"If you go to Asahiyama, Uesugi-San can be your bodyguard and tutor too! Miku ameliorated a lot thanks to him!"
"Yeah, and he's also very protective of her at school as she often told me.", said Itsuki with a smile.
"Hehe, I know. He saved me once already as you remember, showing me the handsome knight he is. A reason more for going to his school and make me him my boyfriend.", Nino replied, blushing and starting to imagine Fuutarou and her kissing each other lovingly.
Understanding what she thought about, Yotsuba and Itsuki blushed while Ichika simply giggled; they knew how much romantic the second oldest quint could be.
And speaking of romantic, they found the way that Fuutarou saved Nino from some jerks as she told them very romantic indeed, wishing to have been in her place. After all, each one of the quints liked brave guys.
The fact that Nino wanted to change school to go to Asahiyama like her crush wasn't something that her sisters disliked; since Miku had been bullied at Kurobara, they didn't like that private school so much, especially the girls that made fun of their sister.
But now that Miku has Fuutarou as her bodyguard and not just as her tutor, in the case she met again those bullies, the fierce and menacing glare of the blond guy would scare them so much that they would think twice before daring to insult Miku. Fuutarou was certainly nice, but he wasn't with those who tried to hurt the people he held dear. And this was also the main reason why Nino fell for him too.
And since she was head over heels for him, she would ask immediately Maruo to make her transfer to Asahiyama. Going there and passing more time with her love interest was she wanted the most after all. Even if it meant competing more against Miku for Fuutarou's affection.

Chapter 6 is here, everyone! Oho, Fuutarou slept over in the quints'apartment and Miku and Nino competed again for his affection? Yes, everyone, and they also slept and cuddled with him while sleeping on the couch haha.
Their sisters had as usual their reactions before Nino's and Miku's behavior, even if Itsuki seemed jealous of them; maybe of the fact that her sisters have a great guy like Fuutarou as love interest haha.
And speaking of love interest, it seems that Nino has decided to go to Asahiyama her too in order to pass more time with her crush and make him her beloved boyfriend. This means that Miku will lose her main advantage haha. What will happen in such case? Stay tuned to find out.
