Chapter 8: A Day at the Museum!
Pokemon Centers are quite possibly a Pokemon Trainer's best friend.
They offer free healthcare services for your Pokemon, they have lounges where Trainers can relax after a long hard day, and they even have rooms for lodging. That's where Ash and his friends were spending the night.
Obviously, Lillie was sleeping in the female branch of the lodging area, but Ash and Peter were sharing a room. They had a bunk-bed in their room, and Peter, being older then Ash, was staying on the top bunk. Because of this, Ash was sleeping on the bottom bunk. Scorbunny was curled up on its trainer's lap, and was fast asleep, just like Peter was.
Ash, however, couldn't sleep. He was way too excited!
"Tomorrow's the day that I challenge the Pewter City Gym Leader!" the raven-haired boy excitedly exclaimed to himself, his arms behind his head as he looked up and imagined the spectacular battle that he and the Gym Leader were going to have. "Me, Scorbunny, Mankey...We're all going to totally win!..."
However, Ash soon let out a yawn. "But boy...Am I tired...I better get some rest..."
And soon, the wannabe Pokemon Master drifted off to sleep, thinking about the battle that he was going to have the next day...
"How DARE you criticize me!" Norman, dressed up in his Green Goblin suit, shrieked at his new partner. The goblin-themed villain was standing on top of his glider and was glaring down at the man who he was assigned to work with. "I'M the boss of this operation, you hear me?! You're going to listen to ME!"
Norman's partner had his arms crossed and was leaning against a tree. The two of them were locked in a mostly one-sided argument, with The Green Goblin yelling his face off and his partner keeping his cool the entire time. He was also hiding in the shadows provided by the trees.
The two of them, along with a handful of grunts that were assigned to help them out, were hiding out in Viridian Forest, waiting for the perfect time to strike and rob the Pewter Museum of Science. Of course, the only problem was that the two of them couldn't decide on what time they should have gone at...
"If we rob the Museum of Science in the day, nobody will expect it and we'll have the element of surprise!" The Green Goblin angrily told his partner. "And besides, they'll be able to get photos of ME! People will once again learn to fear me! After all, my reputation has plummeted ever since my loss to Spider-Man!"
"Are you even listening to yourself, you moronic man dressed up in a Halloween costume?" Norman's partner angrily asked as he stepped out of the shadows to glare at his partner with an intense glare. "It would be absolutely foolish to go in the day! Not only were we specifically told by our Master to attack at night, but it would play to our strengths! With the power of an experienced ninja, we will be able to go in and out faster then a Ninjask! They don't call me 'The Poison Ninja' for nothing!"
The Green Goblin's partner was dressed up from head to toe in a purple ninja outfit which covered his entire body except for his peepers, which exposed his intense eyes and bushy eyebrows. He had a massive red 'R' on his chest, signifying his allegiance to Team Rocket. Furthermore, he also had a black katana sheathed on his back, and a few ninja-stars that were located on his waist, alongside some Pokeballs.
"This is NOT a Halloween costume!" The Green Goblin angrily shouted at his partner, leaning in and making his face really close to the man he was arguing with. "This is an elaborate armor that can survive almost anything! It also strikes fear into the hearts of my foes! What'll yours do? Make them think they're in the 15th Century?!"
This comment particularly angered the ninja, and he proceeded to grab Norman by the neck. "I'll have you know that this outfit not only conceals my true identity, but it also allows me to blend in with my surroundings! You wouldn't not that, of course, since you're wearing a horrid combination of purple and green!"
The Green Goblin slapped the ninja's hand away and growled. "You're yelling at me for wearing purple and green?! You're LITERALLY wearing a purple ninja costume, you moron!"
The two villains immediately locked themselves in an intense argument, neither of them backing down or deciding to accept the other's plan.
Unfortunately for both of them, this attracted some...Unwanted attention.
Hiding in some nearby bushes was a woman that looked like Officer Jenny, presumably the Officer Jenny belonging to Pewter City, as well as a man with grey hair. He was wearing a brown trench coat over a white shirt with a red tie. The man was holding a gun in one hand, and a Pokeball in the other.
"Damn villains!" the man angrily whispered to the Officer Jenny, who appeared to be his partner. "Listen to me, Jenny, I want you to radio back to base and tell them that the Museum of Science should beef up their security ASAP!"
Officer Jenny nodded in response and grabbed a walkie-talkie from her waist. Promptly, she began speaking into it. "Hello? Yes, this is Pewter City's Officer Jenny. Me and Captain Stacy have discovered a group of Team Rocket members that are planning a potential heist at the Museum of Science! Please increase the security there pronto. Me and Captain Stacy will attempt to defeat them, Jenny out."
The police officer put away her device and nodded at the man, who appeared to be her superior, mostly due to his age. "They said they're going to do so. Until then..."
"We fight," Captain Stacy interjected, finishing the policewoman's sentence.
The two supervillains were still arguing when, suddenly...
BANG!
A gun-shot could be heard, catching both the attention of both The Green Goblin and the mysterious Poison Ninja.
One of the Team Rocket grunts immediately fell over after the bullet was fired, and everybody's attention was drawn to Officer Jenny and Captain Stacy, who were both accompanied by powerful Arcanines. They had jumped out of the bushes, and were ready to attack.
"You're all under arrest!" Officer Jenny shouted to the criminals, who all angrily glared at her and Captain Stacy.
"Put your hands where we can see them, and don't make any sudden movements!" the grey-haired police officer angrily added, pointing his gun at some of the grunts. "If you do, we'll be forced to open fire!"
The Green Goblin smirked and slowly brought his hands to his waist, eager to blow up the people who upheld the law using his Pumpkin Bombs. However, his ninja friend had a very simple solution to their situation.
"At ease, my green-clad friend. I shall handle this!" the ninja exclaimed as he grabbed a smoke-bomb from absolutely nowhere and threw it towards the ground. He immediately vanished, much to the shock of Officer Jenny, Captain Stacy, and their Arcanines.
Officer Jenny was particularly disturbed. "Wh-Where'd he g-"
Immediately, the ninja reappeared behind the policewoman and slashed at her back using his katana. Not only did he create a particularly deep cut on her back, but he also caused the police officer to fall over forwards, unconscious.
"W-What?!" Captain Stacy exclaimed in disbelief. "How did you-"
"Go, Venomoth!" the ninja exclaimed as he threw his Pokeball out, causing an insect-like Pokemon to materialize in front of him. It looked slightly like a moth, and had a purple body. "Venomoth, my deadly partner, use Confusion on both of those Arcanines!"
Both of the majestic dogs that belonged to the police officers growled as the ninja's Pokemon glared at them. Suddenly, its turned bright pink and it shot a blast of pink energy at the two fire-type canines. The Pokemon cried out in pain as they were sent flying into a nearby tree.
The ninja then turned his head to look at Captain Stacy, scowling at him under his mask.
"D-Damn!" the police officer mentally exclaimed as he fearfully took a step back, clutching his pistol in his hands tightly, fearful of what the ninja would do to him. "This man is a monster...And not the cute and cuddly kind like a Pikachu or an Eevee!..."
"I think you've done enough patrolling for one night, officer," the ninja whispered before he sliced the air with his blade diagonally. He then proceeded to turn around and sheathe his weapon, much to the confusion of the officer. "Good night."
Captain Stacy raised an eyebrow. "W-What are you-"
Immediately, a large diagonal cut ripped through Captain Stacy's clothes and created a deep wound on his body. His eyes widened before he proceeded to bleed profusely, which was followed by him falling backwards and passing out.
"It's over," The Green Goblin's partner stated as he returned his Venomoth to its Pokeball.
Meanwhile, everyone else, including Norman himself, were in shock and looked on with dropped jaws and widened eyes.
"W-Wow...He's so strong..." some of the grunts murmured.
"H-He IS one of the executives..." others added.
The ninja looked at The Green Goblin and began to speak. "They've most likely already warned The Museum of Science of our plans. We should postpone our heist to tomorrow morning. Although it may seem foolish to rob a museum in broad daylight, it will give us the element of surprise that we have been stripped of and-"
"HAHAHA! We're finally doing my plan! But anyways, who cares about THAT?" The Green Goblin asked, cutting off his ninja partner as he zoomed towards Captain Stacy's unconscious body and picked it up by the head. "We've got one of the best detectives in the world, an Officer Jenny, and two powerful Pokemon! We can use them as hostages and-"
"No. We will not."
"What?" the green-armored villain angrily asked, turning his head back to glare at the ninja in utter disbelief. "Are you joking?"
"Our master simply instructed us to head to the Museum of Science and retrieve the 'Black Goo' known as V-252 that is being kept there. He did NOT instruct us to murder or take hostages..." the ninja calmly replied, his back faced to The Green Goblin. Suddenly, he quickly turned around and zoomed towards his partner. His face was just a few inches from The Green Goblin's, and he had an intense look in his eyes. "...And if I can avoid taking a life, I will. Now, we will attack the Museum of Science tomorrow afternoon, and we will leave these two, along with their Pokemon, here. Understood? If they get up, then, in the words of children nowadays, 'Sucks to be us'."
The Green Goblin was a devastating villain, but even he had to admit that his partner was pretty intense and a little horrifying. "A-Alright..."
All of the Team Rocket grunts kind of just stood there as their higher-ups argued. They knew better then to interject into a disagreement between two of the most dangerous people Team Rocket had to offer.
Captain Stacy's body was dropped onto the floor, and The Green Goblin turned around and crossed his arms. "Fine. We'll strike tomorrow. For now, though, let's set up base somewhere else and get some damn sleep. I need to call my son and tell him I won't be home tonight..."
Unbeknownst to everyone, however, they were being watched by OTHER people...
"You hear that? They're going to attack the Pewter Museum of Science tomorrow!" a male voice exclaimed.
"I heard, I heard!" a female voice responded. "If we get there first and steal it for the boss before they can..."
"We'll be recognized as Team Rocket heroes!" a third voice shouted, finishing off the plan.
They then walked out of the shadows, revealing themselves to be Jessie, James, and Meowth. The three of them grinned mischievously at their ideas and began dancing around, thinking that this would be the day where they would no longer be considered useless by everyone around them.
Of course, that would never happen...Right?
The next day...
Peter gleefully hummed to himself as he walked from the Pokemon Center to The Museum of Science, a grin spread across his face. Man, he was excited! He just couldn't wait to get there!
Of course, trailing behind him were Ash, Lillie, and Scorbunny, and all of them were NOT as excited as Peter to go the Museum of Science.
"Aw...Do we HAVE to go to the Museum of Science?..." Ash asked before groaning. "I want to challenge Brock, the Gym Leader, right now!..."
Scorbunny, who had gotten used to sitting on its trainer's head, nodded in agreement. "Scor-Bun!..."
"Be a little patient, Ash!" Peter told his friend, turning around to face him while walking backwards towards the Museum of Science. "We can head off to the Gym later! There's something I have to do at the Gym, alright?"
The secret superhero once again turned around and looked back in the proper direction, and Ash simply sighed while slumping his shoulder.
"Cheer up, Ash," Lillie smiled at her raven-haired friend, causing him to raise an eyebrow at her. "Sure, Peter can be a complete weirdo around science, but I think it would be pretty fun to look at some ancient Pokemon fossils!"
Ash blinked twice before frowning. "You're only saying that because you read a lot of books..."
"W-What?! Well, um, yes, I do, but that's besides the point..." the blonde-haired girl replied, scratching her cheek and looking away.
"Agh! I'm surrounded by nerds!" the wannabe Pokemon master exclaimed, furiously scratching his hair, with Scorbunny comedically looking up at him. This proved amusing to Lillie, who chuckled in response.
"Scorbunny Scor!" the Pokemon exclaimed as its trainer shook his head from left to right.
"Alright, we're here!" Peter immediately exclaimed, stopping in his tracks and extending his arms out from left to right. Ash and Lillie had to quickly stop themselves in their tracks, due to their brown-haired friend's abrupt stop. They both, along with Nebby and Scorbunny, both peeked at what was in front from behind Peter, and let out audible gasps.
In front of them was the Pewter Museum of Science, but it was so much larger then they thought it was! It was brown in color, and had a large Pokeball logo on the front. There were also a multitude of different trees planted around it to give it a natural look. However, there were also quite a few cops everywhere, much to Ash and Lillie's confusion.
"Wow, this place looks nice..." Ash truthfully muttered, moving away from behind Peter to get a better look at the place. "But why are there so many police officers?..."
"Yeah..." Lillie responded as she counted a total of at least 15 cops. "I wonder why..."
"Pew!" Nebby exclaimed, peeking its head out from Lillie's bag to look at the large structure in front of them.
"It's nothing! They're probably just security guards. This IS one of the biggest museums in the world, you know!" Peter told his friends. Excitedly, he walked over to the front-door and opened it with one hand before looking back at his friends. "Well? Come on in! Don't keep me waiting! I need to meet up with someone!"
Ash and Lillie exchanged confused glances. Who did Peter have to meet?
They proceeded to follow their excited friend, and entered the building, finding themselves in a lobby. There, they each bought a ticket for themselves, which were surprisingly cheap, considering the kinds of things that you could see at the Pewter Museum of Science.
"So, um, where should we start?" Lillie asked Peter as they entered the museum's main area. "There are so many exhibits to explore..."
"Huh? Oh, uh, right..." Peter half-heartedly replied as he took out his Rotom-Phone and dialed a number. It started ringing, and he brought it to his ear and began looking around. "Just a minute, Lillie...I still need to meet up with that guy..."
The blonde-haired girl blinked twice before raising an eyebrow. "Uh, Peter? Who are you calling?..."
"Maybe Professor Oak?" Ash suggested to his friend. "He IS his assistant...Maybe he wants to tell him about how he's at the Pewter Museum of Science and that he can check things out? I don't know..."
After a bit of looking around with his phone to his ear, Peter eventually spotted the person that he was looking for, and a large grin immediately formed on his face. He put his phone in his pocket and waved at somebody. "Hey Eddie! Over here!"
"Who's Eddie?" Ash and Lillie asked in unison as they turned their heads to the right, with Scorbunny looking on as well.
A man who looked a bit older then Peter looked in his direction and grinned. He was wearing a black jacket with a white shirt underneath, along with a pair of blue pants. There was also a strange owl-like Pokemon perched on his shoulder. He had a black Rotom-Phone which he was apparently talking to Peter on, and quickly put it away into his pocket.
"It's great to see you again, bro!" the man known as Eddie stated as he walked over to Peter and shook his hand. "It sure has been a while!"
"Yeah, it has!" Peter responded with a large grin on his face. He then noticed Ash and Lillie looking on confusedly and he turned around and quickly cleared his throat. "Oh, uh, I guess I should introduce you guys. Ash, Lillie, this is my old friend Eddie! Eddie, these are my new friends, Ash and Lillie!"
"Oh, well, hi!" Ash grinned. "My name's Ash, and this is my partner Scorbunny!"
"Scor-Bun!" the fire-type Pokemon exclaimed as it jumped up from the ground, using its powerful legs to comedically kick Ash in the head.
"Ow!"
"And my name's Lillie," the blonde-haired girl stated while shaking Eddie's hand, introducing herself. "It's nice to meet you!"
"Yeah, it's nice to meet you too, Lillie," Eddie responded as he pulled away and noticed the Pokemon on his shoulder was asleep. He quickly tapped its head a few times, causing it to wake up. "This little guy's my partner, Hoothoot. He's likes to sleep quite a bit, but he's pretty powerful when it comes to battling! Of course, you wouldn't really be able to see that because of its appearance..."
"Hoothoot..." the Pokemon muttered as it found itself drowsing off again, even though it was literally just woken up.
"Eddie and I used to be friends back when we were younger. He eventually grew up and had to move to the Johto Region so that he could go to college," Peter explained to Ash and Lillie. "I recently found out that he got a job here at the Pewter Museum of Science, so I decided to pay him a visit! That's why I wanted to come here so bad!"
"Oh, I see!" Lillie responded with a nod before shifting her attention to Eddie. "What exactly do you do here, Eddie?"
"Well, the Pewter Museum of Science acts as both a museum and a science lab," the blonde-haired man explained. "I work at the science lab part, researching a substance that my parents discovered on an asteroid called 'V-252'. Yeah, it's from space, let that sink in. And what's cooler is that, apparently, it's ALIVE. It's an alien substance, yet it can't quite be classified as a Pokemon like Clefairy or Elgyem, making it a unique case!"
"Wait, you mean it's an ALIEN?!" Ash asked in disbelief. "That's so cool!"
"Well, yeah, I guess. The best thing about it, however, is that it can cure things many different diseases! It acts as a parasite, latching itself onto the bodies of people or Pokemon, but it immediately heals any wounds or disease that they may have! Heck, it even makes them stronger while the person wears it!" Eddie replied, continuing. However, his mood quickly became somber. "My mother died of cancer, and my father currently has an even worse case of it. He's in a pretty bad condition...So that's why I'm doing everything in my power to try and research the V-252 as much as possible. I want everyone in the world to be able to buy a part of V-252 so that we can heal everyone in the world!"
"Huh. That's quite a dream you have there..." Lillie responded, taken aback by Eddie's dream. However, she quickly smiled. "But it's a good idea. It would be great if the world were filled with people like you..."
"Haha, thanks!" Eddie replied while scratching the back of his neck. "We still have a while to go before it's ready for usage in hospitals and Pokemon Centers, considering there are a few...Uh, side-effects, but I really hope that we can get it ready for the whole world to use soon!"
"Yeah, yeah, that's pretty cool, but can we, you know..." Peter replied, catching his old friend's attention. "...See it?"
"Typical Peter. I should've known that you would've asked that," Eddie responded with a smirk. "Hm...Only authorized personnel are allowed in the lab...But since I know you guys are all good, I'll make an exception for you. Follow me!"
Eddie proceeded to put his hands in his pocket and began walking. Ash, Lillie, and Peter followed him, and he led the trio to a metal door which was located in the back of the museum. Next to the door was a scanner. Eddie took out a key-card from his pocket and put it in front of the scanner. Immediately, the door opened, and the blonde-haired man invited the three inside. "Well, come on in!"
The group entered inside and gasped at how scientific everything looked.
The lab had a sleek design, and there were a multitude of machines located in it. There were no scientists present at the time, but there were a few experiments that seemed to be still going on. For example, there were a few beakers with some chemicals in them that were bubbling, as well as a few fossils located randomly on some counters.
"Most of the scientists here work on the restoration of Pokemon fossils," Eddie explained as he walked over to a machine and crouched down so that he could work on it. "I think I'm the only one here who isn't working on bringing back Pokemon that went extinct many years ago..."
Peter watched on excitedly as his friend pressed a few buttons. Ash and Lillie, meanwhile, looked around the room. It was quite boring, to be honest.
Suddenly, the machine in front of Eddie began making a buzzing noise, catching the attention of the trio. They looked on in excitement as it began to change shape. A glass vial was produced, and Eddie promptly grabbed it. He showed it to the group and smiled.
"This is the V-252," Eddie explained. "Pretty cool, huh?"
In the vial was a black, sticky liquid. It was moving around a lot inside the vial, and it seemed that if it wasn't in its container it would burst out at someone or something like that!
"That. Is. So. Cool!" Peter exclaimed in awe, examining the vial. "Man, Eddie, you're so lucky to be able to work on something like this!"
Eddie smiled and nodded at his friend. "Yeah, I guess I am!"
However, Lillie raised an eyebrow at something odd that she had noticed. "Hm...Eddie, why does the liquid seem to be moving around so much? It seems extremely volatile..."
"Man...I didn't really wanna mention this considering you guys are young, but since you asked..." Eddie started as he shook the vile, quieting down the substance. "The V-252 is a living thing and, like all living things, it has to reproduce. It does this by splitting itself. To get ready for splitting, it begins shaking violently. Of course, the biggest problem with this is that we don't know WHEN it will split. It could be tomorrow, or it could be in a few months!"
"Has it split before?" Peter questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, it has," Eddie responded as he put the vial back into the machine. "Though we don't have any of the 'children' here at the lab. Because of a deal with a company called Oscorp that my father had made, I'm only allowed to keep the V-252. Everything else, including the V-252's children, technically belongs to Oscorp..."
"Oh, so you're working with Oscorp?" Peter asked. "That's pretty neat!"
"Yeah, it's really because of them that I even have a place to live," Eddie chuckled as he put his hands in his pockets and leaned against the machine that was containing the V-252. The machine was returning to the shape that it was originally. "They're the one funding my research regarding the V-252...I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost the thing..."
The conversation was cut short when Ash randomly asked a question.
"Hey Eddie, what's this thing?"
Peter, Lillie, and Eddie all turned around to see Ash and Scorbunny inspecting a strange metal device that looked kind of like an enhanced boombox. It was purely silver, albeit for a few buttons. The wannabe Pokemon Master's finger was hovering over a red one, and this caused Eddie's eyes to widen.
"Wait, Ash! Don't press that button!" Peter's old friend shouted. "They use it to remove any excess rocks that are still attached to revived fossil Pokemon! If you press it, then you'll be-"
Ignoring Eddie's warnings, Ash pressed the button...
…And was immediately sent crashing into the wall!
"...Bombarded with powerful sound waves!..." Eddie finished before wincing at the damage that Ash had caused to the walls.
Ash, who was laying on the floor in front of a comedically large crater in the wall, immediately got up and dusted himself off before noticing the damage that he had done to the wall. Thankfully, Scorbunny was able to dodge the soundwaves given off from the boombox. "Oh man, sorry, Eddie..."
"It's alright, Ash," the blonde-haired man sighed. "Stuff like this happens in the lab all the time..."
Ash grinned and sheepishly scratched the bed while Lillie and Scorbunny looked on with disappointed stares. Peter immediately started apologizing to his old friend, but Eddie told the brown-haired assistant to Professor Oak that it was fine.
…
Suddenly, however, the group heard an explosion!
BOOM!
"What was THAT?" Ash exclaimed, hearing the loud explosion.
The group proceeded to rush out of the lab and into the main area. There was a large hole in the wall, and there were a multitude of police officers in front of it, meaning that the group couldn't really see past them...
"What's going on here?! Get out of the way, please!" Eddie angrily shouted as he pushed past the police officers until he eventually saw what was causing the issue. His eyes widened in confusion. "Wh-Who ARE you people?!"
"Oh you poor little boy. Haven't you been keeping up with the news?" the man in the front of the group asked as he inched towards Eddie. "We're your worst nightmare, and I specifically am THE GREEN GOBLIN!"
It was none other then Team Rocket!
The Green Goblin was standing on top of his glider, and was accompanied by the deadly Poison Ninja. Standing behind them was the army of Team Rocket grunts that they had brought with them.
"The V-252," The Green Goblin stated with a serious expression, extending his arm out to Eddie. "I want one of you to fetch it for me. Now."
"W-What?! What do you want with-" Eddie started, but was cut off by one of the police officers.
"It's The Green Goblin! Open fire!"
Immediately, all of the police officers that were present began shooting at the deadly villain, hoping to bring him down. Their bullets, however, only bounced off of the metal goblin skin of his armor, which simply caused him to smirk.
"So we're doing this the fun way, eh? Fine by me!" the villain exclaimed as he grabbed some pumpkin bombs from his waist and threw them at the officers, immediately causing some explosions.
"I-I'm so confused! Who ARE these guys?!" Eddie asked as he took a few steps back.
"They're Team Rocket!" Ash exclaimed to the blonde-haired man while taking a few steps forwards. "They're evil people who steal other people's Pokemon!"
"I bet they want the V-252 to try and help them on their evil quest!" Lillie added.
"What?! No way am I letting that happen!" Eddie immediately shouted as he heard Lillie say this. He glanced at the Pokemon on his shoulder and nodded, basically saying that he wanted to battle. "Hoothoot, let's show these guys who's boss! We'll never let them take it!"
The owl Pokemon, seemingly awakened by the opportunity to battle, nodded and jumped in front of Eddie, ready to fight.
"We'll help too! Right Scorbunny?" Ash asked his partner, who immediately nodded and ran in front of him, eager to battle.
"I'll just, uh, hang out around here, where it's safe..." Lillie muttered as she took a few steps back, making sure Nebby was safe in her bag.
"Um...So will I!" Peter shouted, inching backwards, much to everyone's confusion. They all watched the nerdy teenager as he inched further and further back before immediately dashing away and out of sight.
"Huh. I wonder what he's up to..." Eddie muttered before shaking his head and looking back at the villains. "Well, that's none of my business. I guess we'll have to ask him later! Come on, Ash! Let's teach these morons who's boss!"
The raven-haired boy smirked and raised his fist. "Yeah, let's!"
"Man, this is going to look really suspicious..." Peter thought to himself as he ran to an area that he was sure was empty. He proceeded to then change into his Spider-Man outfit before peeking behind the wall that he was hiding behind. "Alright, well, time to help 'em out..."
However, something caught the webslinger's attention.
Sneaking behind all of the commotion, dressed up in their bright, white-colored outfits...
It was Jessie, James, and Meowth!
"Those bozos again?! Man, they never give up, do they?..." Peter angrily thought to himself. "Well, I guess I'll stop them first..."
The wallcrawler shot a web in their location, shocking the trio of incompetent villains. He then proceeded to swing in their direction and stopped in front of them, looking at them underneath his mask.
"Listen, you three, I'm getting tired of your constant reappearances, so just get lost, alright?" the hero asked the villains. "It'll be better for both of us that way. I won't have to waste my time with you, and you won't have to get your butts kicked. Deal?"
"I-It's that Spider-Freak!" James exclaimed as he grabbed Koffing's Pokeball. "Oh, he's so hideous! I want him out of my sight!"
"How does he even know who we are?" Jessie angrily asked as she got ready to send out Ekans to battle against the superhero. "We haven't even met him before..."
"Crap, she's right! I haven't actually ever talked to these guys as Spider-Man!" Peter exclaimed to himself. "That sure was a close one...They could've figured out my identity!"
"I, uh...Have heard great things about you?" the hero asked, unsure of how to explain himself. "Damn. That was dumb."
"Wow! A superhero's actually heard of us!" Meowth exclaimed in disbelief. "Man, maybe we're not that bad at being bad guys after all..."
Spider-Man rolled his eyes and raised both of his hands at the trio. "Yeah, we all know THAT isn't true..."
The next thing the villains knew, they were wrapped up in spider-webs.
"Aaaaand hopefully that's the last time I have to see you creeps..." Peter told the incompetent villains before swinging away to the real action. "Now, time to fight the ACTUAL villains..."
As Spider-Man zoomed towards the actual fighting, Jessie, James, and Meowth all blinked twice.
"W-Wait, is he actually going to just leave us here?!" they all exclaimed in unison.
"Hoothoot, use Swift!" Eddie commanded to his partner, who immediately listened to its trainer.
"Hoot...HOOOOT!" the Pokemon shouted as it rapidly flapped its wings, sending some stars made of pure energy at some Team Rocket grunts, surprising them with its power.
"Wow, Hoothoot sure is strong!" Ash exclaimed before looking back at his partner. "Let's show 'em what WE can do! Okay, pal?"
Scorbunny smirked in response. "Scor-Bun!"
"Alright then, buddy, use Double Kick on The Green Goblin!" Ash shouted to his partner, who nodded and rushed at the villain at full speed. However, the green-clad Team Rocket Executive simply frowned at this.
Ash's fire-type partner, who had turned into the fighting-type, jumped up at the villain and attempted to swing its legs at him. However, the scary enemy simply grabbed him by the head.
"Hm...You seem familiar, didn't I meet you at the Viridian City Pokemon Center?" The Green Goblin asked Scorbunny and, in extension, Ash. He knew who they were because they had met at the World Science Expo when he was in his Norman Osborn persona, but he didn't really pay much attention back then.
"Well, we didn't really talk, but I definitely did see you!" Ash shouted to the villain, who listen on with a raised eyebrow. "Some of your lackeys tried taking Scorbunny, but we defeated them! Now, we're gonna defeat you!"
A smirk appeared on The Green Goblin's face before he threw the fire-type Pokemon directly at Ash, causing it to crash into his stomach. "Haha! Well then, come at me, hero!"
"Ugh!"
"Ash, are you okay?" Lillie asked her friend as he slid over to her, on the ground with Scorbunny in his arms.
"Yeah...Perfectly fine..." Ash replied painfully as he got up and dropped Scorbunny on the ground, who easily landed on its feet. "Lucky hit, Green Goblin! This one won't be so easy!"
The villain cracked his knuckles. "I never did find the appeal in raising Pokemon. I always found fighting on your own to be more fun!"
The villain was about to zoom towards Ash and kill him, but was stopped when the Poison Ninja began to speak. "I grow sick and tired of your playing around. Let us retrieve what we have come for and go. NOW."
"Grrr...Who are you to tell me what to do?!" The Green Goblin angrily asked, snapping at his partner.
This, however, would prove to be a mistake.
Immediately, The Green Goblin found that his Goblin Glider began malfunctioning and, before long, it was immediately sliced in half, causing the villain in purple and green to crash onto the ground! He immediately got up and started yelling at his partner.
"You moron! Now how am I supposed to fly around and terrorize these idiots?!" the crazy villain asked the calm one, who ignored his partner by rolling his eyes.
"I've got an idea. How about you just, I don't know, DON'T terrorize people like every normal person out there?"
Everyone present, including the Team Rocket grunts who were locked in an intense battle with the police officers, looked up to see none other then the Amazing Spider-Man Spider-Man hanging upside down on the roof!
"Seriously, guys, this is starting to get annoying!" the hero quipped.
"Spider-Man!" The Green Goblin screamed as he grabbed some pumpkin bombs from his waist and aimed at the superhero, his attention immediately shifting to the wallcrawler. "I'll make you SUFFER for the humiliation I had to face because of you defeating me at the Viridian City Pokemon Center!"
The villain promptly began bombarding the hero with pumpkin bombs but, with the grace of a gazelle, the hero easily grabbed the explosive devices using his webs and threw them out the window, where they exploded.
"Hey, no offense Gobby, but you were pretty much asking for it back then!" the hero chirped as he landed onto the ground.
"Who's this guy?" Eddie angrily inquired. "Another member of Team Rocket?"
Ash and Lillie blinked twice before grinning. "No, it's Spider-Man! The superhero! He must be here to help us out!"
"Huh? This guy's a superhero?" the blonde-haired man asked, raising an eyebrow. "I wasn't aware that we were living in some sort of comic book..."
"Listen Gobby, you should run now before you seriously get hurt again. After all, I don't really wanna see your ugly mug anymore!" the wallcrawler exclaimed, ignoring the comments by Ash, Lillie, and Eddie. He then noticed the Poison Ninja and looked back at the villain he had fought with before. "And I see you made a new friend! That's so nice. You're going to have to introduce us later!"
"You're in a good mood, Spider-Man! However, I'm going to make sure its the last time you're happy!" The Green Goblin exclaimed with a smirk as he raised a fist at the wallcrawler. "After all, I'm going to do what I couldn't do last time...AND CRUSH YOU LIKE THE DAMN BUG YOU ARE!"
"Well, technically, spiders aren't bugs, they're arachnids, but-"
Immediately Peter's Spider-Sense started ringing and he tilted his head to the left, dodging a Pumpkin Bomb that totally would have obliterated his face. "Not cool, Gobby."
"So you struggled to defeat a child that can only make useless quips and dodge things? How disgraceful, Goblin," The Poison Ninja stated as he unsheathed his blade. "I will show to you that he can be defeated quite easily!"
Spidey's Spider-Sense immediately went off, and he gulped. "This guy seems like trouble!"
"So while Spider-Man's dealing with those guys, what do WE do?" Ash asked raising an eyebrow at Lillie and Eddie.
"I say we protect the V-252!" Eddie exclaimed as he slammed his fists into each other. "There's no way I'm letting them get their slimy, grubby hands on the only thing that can cure my father!"
Ash and Lillie nodded, following Eddie as they all made their way to the lab.
"Well, this is just great," James muttered as he rolled his eyes. "We're totally going to get caught like this..."
"Yeah, And- Alright, Meowth, can you stop swishing your tail around?!" Jessie angrily asked the cat Pokemon. "We're stuck in this web together, the least you can do is make it a bit comfortable!"
"Well excuse me for doing something I can't control, Meow!" Meowth replied in an equally angry tone.
"It sure was kind of Spider-Man to leave criminals like you behind."
The three shifted their attention to a man with grey hair angrily walking over to them. It was Captain Stacy! Following him were an Arcanine and a Machamp, who were equally as angry at the trio.
"Uh-Oh! This it, guys! We're headed to the slammer!" Meowth exclaimed as he shut his eyes in fear. "Got any last words before we go to jail? Any final confessions?!"
James shut his eyes in fear as well. "Yes! Yes, I do! Meowth, I must confess: I was the one who ate your chocolate ice cream on Monday! And Jessie, I was the one who took those 15 dollars from you, even though I told you that it was the random Pidgey that we proceeded to kick! Agh, I feel terrible!"
Jessie and Meowth gasped in unison. "JAMES!"
"I know, I know! I'm a terrible person!" the purple-haired man exclaimed in a comedically sad tone.
"You three better get used to telling the truth, because you're going to be doing quite a bit of it in front of the judge!" Captain Stacy told the trio of pathetic Team Rocket grunts as he walked over to them. "Now, how do I get you out of this strange web?...Machamp, help me out here!"
"MA-CHAMP!" Captain Stacy's fighting-type partner shouted, rushing over to Jessie, James, and Meowth to help its trainer get the villains out of their confines. It seemed that this particular Machamp was pretty clumsy yet strong. However, in a comedic turn of events, the four-armed Pokemon tripped over some debris because of this and crashed right into Team Rocket, causing them to comedically fly upwards, crashing through the roof and over the horizon!
"W-Wait a minute! We're saved!" Jessie exclaimed.
"Yeah, Meow! Thanks to that Machamp's absolute clumsiness, we've been given another chance to be evil!" Meowth happily added. "Though, that was pretty unrealistic..."
"Y-Yeah!" James muttered. "I-I just wanted you two to know that I was lying about doing that stuff..."
Jessie and Meowth glared at James with a glare that basically said 'We're going to kick your butt off-screen.'
However, until then...
"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIAAAAAN!..." they exclaimed before disappearing.
Ding!
Captain Stacy and Arcanine both blinked twice in absolute disbelief at the oddness of the situation. They then
looked angrily at Machamp, who scratched the back of its head with its two right arms in embarrassment.
"Ma-Ma Champ..." the Pokemon sheepishly stated.
"Remind me not to ask you for your help ever again..." Captain Stacy sighed before turning his head to look at Spider-Man, who was fighting against the Purple Ninja. "Well, we might as well help out that superhero! Come on, guys! We might not be able to fight the supervillains, but we can at least fight some of those low-level grunts!"
"Damn it! I'm no match for him!" Peter exclaimed as he ducked under the Poison Ninja's blade as he swung it at him, attempting to slice the hero's head clean off. "Sure, I have my Spidey-Sense to warn me of immediate danger, but this guy...He's so fast! I can't react in time, even though I'm being warned..."
The Poison Ninja delivered a devastating kick to the hero's face, causing him to skid backwards. He got up from the crouched position he was in and began rubbing his face painfully.
"Alright...No more Mr. Nice Spidey! It's time to get serious!" Spider-Man exclaimed as he got into a proper fighting stance. "I'll just get my partner out of his Pokeball and-"
"In battle, no one will give you that much time," The Poison Ninja bluntly stated as he vanished and reappeared in front of Peter, pushing his blade to the young hero's neck and pinning him to the wall. A small smirk spread across the villain's face underneath his mask. "My orders were clean and simple. Fetch the V-252 and return to base. My Master gave me those rules. However..."
He pushed the blade further and Peter yelled out in pain.
"...I think I can spare a few moments to end your life!"
"Damn it..." Spider-Man angrily muttered. "Never thought this would be how I went out..."
"Damn it! I wish there was a way I could help, but I can't..." Captain Stacy angrily thought to himself as he delivered a blow to a random Team Rocket Grunt's face. "There's nothing I can do! These supervillains...We need to be able to fight against them...Hey, wait a second, who's that guy sneaking into the Museum? Doesn't he know how dangerous this place is?..."
Arcanine barked at its trainer, warning him of a Team Rocket member who was trying to sneak up on him. Not even paying attention to him, Captain Stacy half-heartedly smacked the man in the face with the back of his hand, still focused on the stranger that he had noticed. "Hey, wait a minute, isn't that guy?..."
"Spider-Man needs our help!" Ash exclaimed as he peeked out of the lab, watching the fight.
"Scor-Bun Bun!" Ash's partner added, voicing its concerns.
"You're right..." Eddie muttered to himself before clutching his fists and walking over to the fight. "You're right! Ash, Lillie, Scorbunny, stay here. I'll help Spider-Man! Come on, Hoothoot!"
Lazily, Eddie's flying-type partner fluttered over to him, ready to aid the superhero.
Suddenly, however, they saw a person walking over to The Poison Ninja.
"Huh? Who's that guy?" Eddie thought to himself out loud. He then narrowed his eyes and suddenly grinned. "Wait a second...IT'S HIM!"
"Rhyhorn! Use Thunder Fang!"
The Poison Ninja turned around to see a Rhyhorn charging at him at full speed, with electricity coursing through its jaws! The deadly villain let go of his hold on Spider-Man and jumped out of the way, causing the rock-type to crash into a wall. Comedically, it got its horn stuck in the wall, but the rock-type Pokemon was able to pull it out just in time.
"A Rhyhorn? But...Where did it appear from?" The Poison Ninja found himself asking. He then looked to the right and growled. "Damn it! The cavalry!..."
Standing there, with a confident attitude, was a person of about Peter's age. He had tan skin, spiky dark hair, and his eyes seemed to be closed. He was wearing an orange t-shirt, a lime green cargo vest with 4 pockets, a dark brown belt with a gold buckle and dark red pockets, brown jeans and blue-gray sneakers with white trim. He had his hands on his hips.
"Mind if I help you, Spider-Man?" the mysterious person asked with a grin.
After catching his breath and rubbing the front of his neck to make sure it was okay, Peter let out a laugh.
"Sure, random guy. I'm gonna need all the help I can get to take down this guy!..." the superhero breathed.
The stranger nodded and helped Spidey stand up before standing side-by-side next to him. In front of them was the stranger's Rhyhorn, and Peter promptly sent out his Joltik. The duo were ready to fight against the mysterious Poison Ninja with their Pokemon.
"So it's just us against him?" the stranger asked the superhero, causing him to nod.
"Looks like it..." Spider-Man replied dejectedly.
"Actually, I'll join in!" Eddie exclaimed as he ran to their side and stood with them while Hoothoot flew next to Joltik and Rhyhorn. "Me and Hoothoot need the exercise anyways."
"The more the merrier," Spider-Man smiled.
"Well, if Eddie's helping, WE'RE helping!" Ash shouted with a grin as he joined the row of trainers that had formed, with Scorbunny joining the line that the Pokemon had formed. "We're an unstoppable force!"
"Scor-Bun!" Ash's Pokemon grinned.
The Poison Ninja simply scoffed at this and glanced at his forces. Most of his Team Rocket grunts were down, and the ones that were still standing were either taking a beating from Captain Stacy or the police officers.
"Dammit! Good for nothing grunts!" The Poison Ninja angrily exclaimed. However, he quickly smirked. "Well, at least my Master has assigned me with a partner! Goblin! Come, let us-"
However, much to the villain's surprise, his partner was...Running away?!
"Fool! Where are you goin-" The Poison Ninja started, before realizing what The Green Goblin was doing. He wanted his new partner to lose on purpose so then the boss would split them up! How devious! And not only that, but now he had a chance of going to jail because of his partner's stupid acts! "Dammit! Osborn is every bit of despicable as the rumors say he is...This truly is a battle that I can't win..."
Captain Stacy looked from afar and chuckled to himself as he and his Pokemon stood triumphantly over the bodies of some unconscious people and Pokemon that were working for Team Rocket. "I've seen that look on a criminal's face before. It means he knows he's lost. But just for the fun of it, let's see how he tries to defend himself!..."
"Fine! My partner may have abandoned me, but I shall never run away! That would be dishonorable!" The Poison Ninja exclaimed as he did a few poses with his blade. "Come at me with all of your might! I shall never lose!"
The four Pokemon trainers all grinned at each other, and a single bead of sweat trickled down The Poison Ninja's forehead. "Crap. Even if I DID send in Venomoth, it would be useless..."
"Let's do a combined attack! It'll be really cool!" Ash exclaimed excitedly at the other three trainers. "What do you guys think?"
"It's fine by me," the mysterious stranger stated.
"Cool with me too. I wanna see this jerk get what he deserves!" Eddie exclaimed before turning to the superhero. "Spidey?"
"Hm...Alright then, fine! Let's finish this thing with a bang!" Spider-Man replied before commanding his Pokemon. "All together now! Joltik, use Thundershock!"
"Haha! Hoothoot, use Confusion!"
"Rhyhorn, use Ice Beam!"
"Scorbunny, use Ember!"
The four Pokemon all grinned and started to use their attacks upon hearing their trainers' commands.
Electricity crackled around Joltik's body, before it unleashed said electricity at the ninja. "Jol...TIK!"
Hoothoot's eyes widened and glowed a pink color. It then flapped its wings at the deadly Poison Ninja, sending the energy flying towards him. "Hoot...HOOT!"
Rhyhorn opened its mouth wide and a light-blue energy began to gather within it. It then blasted said energy at the enemy. "Rhy...HORN!"
Finally, it was Scorbunny's turn to use its move. The fire-type Pokemon inhaled some air, before immediately exhaling, causing balls of fire to be hurled at the evildoer! "Scor...BUNNY!"
The Poison Ninja growled angrily and raised his blade defensively. However, right before the attacks hit...
…He knew that he was screwed.
The combined power of the attacks sent the ninja comedically flying through the roof and over the horizon in a similar fashion to what Jessie, James, and Meowth had done a few minutes prior.
"NOOOOO! I WILL HAVE MY REVEEEEENGE!..."
DING!
And so comes an end to the battle.
The Pewter Museum of Science was in ruins, but hey, at least the day was saved.
"Thank you Spider-Man, The Green Goblin and that new partner of his may have escaped, but we were able to catch all of these grunts and bring them in for questioning. You've done a great service for the Region today, kid," Captain Stacy smiled at Spider-Man, thanking him for the great work that he had done against the forces of evil. The Team Rocket grunts were all in handcuffs and were being shoved into police cars. A good fate for such terrible people.
"You're welcome, but I don't think I should be taking all the credit," the wallcrawler stated before gesturing to Eddie, Ash, and the mysterious stranger that had randomly appeared to help save the day. "These guys deserve some praise too!"
Captain Stacy smiled and nodded. "Well, once again, a big thank you to ALL of you. You really saved the day!"
"Heh, well, I'm just glad that the V-252 is safe..." Eddie stated with a chuckle and put his hands into his pockets. "But I wonder where Peter ran off to? That old doofus disappeared into thin air. I really need to ask him what's up..."
"Oh, uh, he's probably hiding somewhere!" the wallcrawler immediately replied before turning around, frantically shaking his arms. "I'm certain you'll find your friend if you search hard enough!"
"How'd you know he was Eddie's friend, though?" Ash asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I...Uh...Gotta run!" Spider-Man exclaimed as he shot a web and swung away, leaving the group very confused.
Captain Stacy narrowed his eyes at the fleeing superhero. "How odd...Well, at least I know he's a good guy, so there's that..."
"So, um, apart from Peter, I think we have to talk about the other 'Cufant in the room'..." Lillie started as she turned to look at the stranger that had randomly appeared to battle against the Poison Ninja. "...Who's this guy?"
"Yeah, now that you mention it, he DID just randomly appear out of nowhere..." Ash replied, shifting his attention to the stranger. "Hey, just who ARE you?"
Eddie and Captain Stacy seemed shocked by Lillie and Ash's lack of knowledge regarding the mysterious individual.
"What?! Dude, that's literally Brock, the Pewter City Gym Leader!" Eddie immediately exclaimed to Ash, causing his eyes to widen. "How do you NOT know that?! Don't you wanna be a Pokemon Master?"
…
"W-Wait, YOU'RE the Gym Leader?!" Ash asked the person, who chuckled and scratched the back of his head with a nod.
"Well, yeah. I guess the secret is out!" the trainer who turned out to be none other then the Gym Leader, Brock, laughed. "My name's Brock, and I'm the Pewter City Gym Leader. I saw what you and your Scorbunny were able to do at the Pewter City Tournament yesterday, and to be honest, I'm really excited to battle you!"
Ash blinked twice before grinning. "Really? Well, so am I! Man, I even got to see you in action, too! You're really strong!"
Brock grinned in response. "Yeah, I am. Think you have what it takes to beat me?"
"Of course I do!" Ash told Brock. However, he quickly changed his statement as he looked down at Scorbunny, who looked up at him disappointedly. "Wait, never mind, of course WE do. Me and Scorbunny are in this together!"
Ash's fire-type partner smiled up at him and put its hands on its hips. "Scor-Bun!"
"Hm...Now, before you guys go off to do your battling..." Lillie started, getting the attention of both of them. "...Brock, your Rhyhorn. It knew moves like Thunder Fang and Ice Beam. I've read many books, and I've never heard of a Rhyhorn that could use those moves, so...How?..."
Brock grinned in response. "Well, that's because in my spare time I like to practice Pokemon breeding. When I'm not being a Gym Leader, I'm practicing to be a great Pokemon Breeder! That's why some of my Pokemon might know some...Surprising moves! It's just a unique skill that they possess because of the way you raised them!"
"I see..." Lillie replied, slowly nodding her head. She then grinned. "That's nice! I don't really have a hobby of my own..."
"Hey guys! What'd I miss?!" a voice shouted.
The group turned around to see Peter running towards them.
"Bro, where the heck did you run off to?" Eddie angrily asked his friend before smirking sarcastically. "You weren't trying to research the V-252 while we were all under attack or something, were you?"
"W-Well, you see, Eddie, I, uh...You see..." Peter stammered, frantically waving his hands as he attempted to create an excuse. "I was...Uh..."
Thankfully, Ash was able to accidentally save Peter's skin.
"Come on, forget about that!" the raven-haired boy exclaimed as he raised his fist. "I wanna battle against Brock right NOW!"
"It's hard to believe Ash is my age..." Lillie thought to herself as she rolled her eyes. "He acts so childish..."
"Well, follow me, then!" Brock exclaimed with a grin as he proceeded to walk away from the remains of the Pewter Museum of Science and towards the Pewter City Pokemon Gym. "We've got a separate room for Gym battles that is away from the Pewter City Tournament. I'll lead you guys to it!"
Ash excitedly followed Brock while Lillie trailed behind him. Captain Stacy chuckled to himself and entered his car, driving off and muttering something about youth.
"So, uh, Eddie. I think we should stay in touch!" Peter suggested to his friend. "We could bounce ideas regarding the V-252 off of one another, and that way we could get it out to stores faster...And, to be completely honest with you, I just really want to learn more about it..."
Eddie grinned and slapped his old friend on the back. "Sure thing, Peter! Why not?"
"Hey Peter! You coming or not?!" Ash called to his brown-haired friend, who shouted 'In a minute!' in response before looking back at Eddie.
"Well, it was nice to see you again, Eddie!" Peter exclaimed as he shook his old friend's hand. "See you around!"
"Heh, yeah, see you," Eddie responded with a smirk before Peter proceeded to run off so that he could catch up with Ash, Lillie, and Brock.
The Pewter Museum of Science may have been saved, but there still was going to be more action that day.
After all, Ash still had to battle against Brock to earn his first Gym Badge!
"I failed you master..." The Poison Ninja stated to his boss on one knee, holding his blade in his right hand. "I will accept whatever punishment you think is acceptable for me..."
The deadly villain was standing in front of his leader in a dark room, illuminated only by the giant blue screen that was located behind the boss.
"At ease, Poison Ninja," the 'Boss' of Team Rocket stated, raising his hand to signal for the deadly villain to stop. "Norman is the one to blame. I made you his teammate so that he could learn how to work with others, but that backfired spectacularly, and all of the grunts that we sent for the mission are currently behind bars..."
"Hm? do you truly believe that I had a chance?"
"Oh come on, don't you think you're being too hard on yourself?" the dangerous man asked with a smirk. "After all, you weren't even allowed to use your strong Pokemon. You're keeping your REALLY devastating ones back at the Gym in Fuchsia, right?"
"Yes, I suppose so..."
"So don't beat yourself up. After all..." the man stated before stopping to take a moment to chuckle darkly. He then continued. "...That's not a good look for a Gym Leader."
Thought I'd answer some questions from the reviews.
Q: hey I'm curious will you do the Pokemon movies too?
A: Maybe. I might adapt some of the movies if I feel like I can fit them into the story.
Q: So I gotta wonder, why doesn't Ash get Pikachu? Just maybe you'll tell us?
A: I wanted to try doing something different from the show and give Ash a different starter Pokemon. Pikachu's still with Professor Oak, I suppose.
Q: hey I'm wondering since whenever ash goes to a new region he changed his clothes I'm wondering Peter would do the same thing like he wear clothes from the different Spider-Man cartoons like in the Unova he wear clothes from the 90s cartoon or in Kalos he wear clothes from the Spider-Man unlimited, what you think?
A: Peter will definitely change outfits somewhere down the line. As for when exactly, you'll have to wait and see.
Anyways, Chapter 8's finally done.
Eddie is pretty much just inspired by his appearance in the Spectacular Spider-Man show, meaning that he's kind of like an older brother to Peter.
As for the Symbiote, it's kind of a combination between the Symbiote from the Ultimate Comics and the Symbiote from Spectacular Spider-Man.
In the Ultimate Comics universe, the Symbiote was created by Peter and Eddie's fathers, unlike in most media where it was an alien. In this story, I'm keeping the whole alien aspect of the Symbiote, but it was discovered by Eddie's father, henceforth why its in his possession.
Not much else to say. Until next time!
