![]() Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter, Yu Yu Hakusho, and D.Gray-Man. UPDATE (7/19/17): I recently rewrote and posted a new They All Fall Down. I wrote and completed it originally in roughly 2010. I decided to use it as practice nowadays, so I had very specific goals for this rewrite. There are the same number of chapters because the overarching plot of each are the same. There were a lot of events I could have cut - there's a lot of small ones I already have. I made the plot tighter, took out unnecessary things (Like that bit about the battle magic book that was mentioned and never heard of again). I amplified small bits and used more logic on how I think things would have turned out. I focused largely on the writing itself. The ending, however, is completely new. I decided not to keep the original one because I no longer had the excuse that I didn't know how DGM was going to go. So the Epilogue is now written with the current DGM chapters in mind - and, I hope, opens your imagination for how things might continue after the story has already ended! I hope everyone enjoys this new version! Hello! Welcome to my profile page. Any compliments, criticism, ideas, or advice are all welcome. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to review any of the fanfiction I have posted. They are all wonderful to read and were absolutely great motivators when I didn't have much of a will to write. If you'd like to know about me personally, well, there's not that much to know! I'm a 90's baby who grew up when Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z and Yu Yu Hakusho were popular. I came home everyday and watched it after school almost religiously, and I fell in love with ones that came soon after: Inuyasha, Ronin Warriors, Full Metal Alchemist and eventually Naruto. I used to be a great fan of anime and manga, but nowadays it's been so long since I've read many new ones that there are a great many I don't know about. Writing started for me during school. English classes were relatively easy for me, so that meant I liked them, but I didn't pay much attention to them. I made a few stories when I was younger - none, of course, very good (I once wrote a story and thought to myself, 'Self? This isn't very long. You know what would make it longer? Obviously, making the font bigger!' And so I made the font huge and next thing I knew I had a fifty page story! I was so proud of myself. I thought I was more clever than I was). More, I was an artist. My mother in particular encouraged this, as she had a creative side too that she had never been able to pursue very far. So I grew up with shading pencils, crayons, and paints. I loved coming up with characters! My friends and I would create OC's for our favorite worlds (Which were not often original). The stories I wrote paled and fell away in front of the love I had for drawing these characters I created. Every once in awhile I would write a story concerning these characters and my friends' characters. They were terrible! I still have some, stowed away, written in pencil on lined paper, back to back. It suffered from all kinds of problems, most notably with the characters! It was never a big deal. I was encouraged by my friends, but drawing was what I liked, was my 'real' hobby. I wrote several of the fanfictions on my profile in high school during difficult times. The feedback I got from them was great, and I enjoyed writing, enjoyed being able to share them, but they were 'just' fanficiton. They were for fun, though I still spent a lot of effort on them. I didn't use it as an excuse to cover mistakes or refute people who didn't agree with it, but it was something I liked doing in my spare time. I had a lot of spare time in high school. However, a couple years ago, I found that one of my (And a friends) original stories was something we were both very passionate about. And the best way to share it was in written form! So I decided - it would no longer be a hobby. I want to do this for real. I didn't have time for fanfiction, even if I had gained back some inspiration after a couple years away. I'm still working diligently at this, which is no longer just a hobby. Fanfiction is still on the back burner, but I've started again as a way to practice. To sharpen my skills in the best way possible - by getting feedback. I don't have more than one and a half people to look at my originals, but I have many more here. My Deviantart account: http :// remnantation. deviantart .com/ They All Fall Down is a Harry Potter and D. Gray Man crossover. I wrote it in 2010 during high school and rewrote it 2017 as practice without pressure. I tried to tie the worlds together in a new way - this takes place during Harry's 7th year and no one attends Hogwarts under cover. It follows Deathly Hallows and is (mostly?) cannon compliant. -Complete- Ashes, Ashes is just a one-shot booklet that is based off of They All Fall Down (Clever title right? Not so much, haha). It is literally just a collection of scenes and ideas that wasn't in TAFD. I updated it sporadically and took suggestions from people as to what sort of things they would like to see, but at this point it's probably as complete as it is going to get. Thank you for the fun ride! -Complete/Discontinued- Not All Heroes Are Shining is a Yu yu Hakusho fanfic that was just suppose to be a small story that played out a particular fancy of mine. The main character is Masaru, the boy from the very beginning of the YYH manga that Yusuke save and died for! I've never seen him used before. I tried writing this once before, years ago, but it became discontinued. I used it as a writing exercise and, while not my best, it is now complete!. -Complete- Indivisible is another DGMxHP crossover. I wasn't quite done with this particular crossover pairing, but TAFD was over, so I tried something new. In this, Harry is an exorcist (It had been a close tie between exorcist or Noah, but I obviously settled on exorcist). It begins in Harry's childhood and continues through each Hogwarts year. Because of the ages, Allen wouldn't show up until near the end, but other characters are around. I wrote it weirdly, to be honest, and the chapters are rather short and more drabble-like. It's unfortunately discontinued, as I had only been using it to throw around the idea and try new things with writing. -Discontinued- Forgotten History is a one-shot. Yet another DGMxHP crossover, it takes place after the end of HP, though before the epilogue, and far after the fictional end of DGM. Unlike TAFD, it doesn't ignore the time difference between the two worlds. I was very fond of the idea and wanted to make a real story out of it, but knew I didn't have the will to finish it at the time. I offered it up for adoption, but despite a few offers, it remains a one-shot. -Complete- FANART!!!!: In Chapter 25 of TAFD, Komui gives Harry a personalized outfit made out of the same materials as the exorcist uniforms.
