Author has written 4 stories for Phantom of the Opera. I forgot what an intolerable, insufferable, demanding, abusive, controlling, and finicky muse Erik can be. -glares at him- Anyway. It's been a long time since I've written here... I adore Phantom of the Opera. I have been in love with Erik since I was eleven, when my parents first brought home the Crawford soundtrack. Reading Leroux, seeing the play several times, seeing the movie (five times in the first week, heh), reading Kay, and listening to the soundtrack over the last thirteen years has only deepened my love of this incredible character. Kay's Erik is probably my favorite personality-wise, but I have a deep and abiding love for the Gerik as well. In Phantom, I usually write in a verse that's a mix of Kay, Leroux, and the movie Gerik. Due to... circumstances, my love for Erik has become platonic friend-love, but I still adore the man thoroughly and love getting to write him. I graduated in English with a Technical Writing emphasis. I am currently a law student in Houston, Texas. I love reading, writing, movies, plays, music . . . basically anything fantastical. Escaping reality and all that. There isn't much I won't read and little I do read that I don't like (a notable exception is Upton Sinclair's The Jungle, which I refuse to even consider a book. The same goes for the horror known as Phantom of Manhattan). I would list my favorite books and movies and discuss them, but then we would be here all night. My first introduction to fanfiction happened with Star Wars, about the age of 14-16 (RogueJai and CeNedra on ) , then I quit for four years, then I came back for a while, and then I quit again... ahem.
