That is the beauty of Fanfiction. It doesn't have to make any sense. Also, there have been instances of inmates going to other countries for imprisonment, mostly in the anime verse but again, this is fanfiction. If I wanted to I could make it so she butchered the entire family laughing maniacally. Heck, if I wanted I could make it so she's part of the Deadman Wonderland project, doesn't mean she is though! I could even make it so she doesn't appear at all in Harry Potter. See, fanfiction :)

Richerds1234- Yush! That was the plan for a while until the hiatus happened. I also planned to have Dumbledore stupidly plan to have some of the students visit Deadman Wonderland and be utterly horrified by what he was seeing and finally understand what Harley went through. It would not only punch some sense into not only Dumbledore but Snape as well. I was excited for that tbh
Ultima-owner- I hadn't chosen a branch of sin just yet and I plan to rewrite this anyway so I'll figure it out soon.
Sakura Lisel- I actually really like that idea. Especially with the fact that the Magical world are dumb af anyway. And about the fact that she's wearing a collar that would interfere with magic… wouldn't it make sense for the collar to be magic-proofed? They have a whole bunch of things that don't make sense. Let's add that too. Plus I like the idea that Magical England is years behind the other magical areas like Japan and just don't know that they can make stuff that doesn't screw with magic.
