Part 1: Blonde problems.

Lumine turned to the person. "I'm looking for my brother."

The person from Mondstat/Liyue/Inazuma/Hyrule looked to the Traveler's left/right to see Link wearing a rubber fish for a helmet. (Somehow, Lumine hated how she kept asking this when Link wore his anti-electrical armor.)

"No, he's not my brother. I'm looking for my twin brother."

When Link removed whatever weird hat or helmet at the time, the person in question stared harder to find the difference between the two aside from the ears and eye color.

Lumine sighed.

In an alternate timeline, one would think Aether would be free of this problem.

"I'm looking for my sister. Have you seen anyone that looks like me?"

"Isn't that Vai your sister?" The Gerudo asked as she pointed to Link in his Gerudo guise. (Or similarly, when Link felt like wearing the Vai Disguise anywhere else besides Gerudo Town.)

"No, I mean my twin sister!" Aether corrected.

The Gerudo woman narrowed her eyes as she tried to find the difference between the two aside from their ears and eye color.

Aether sighed.

Part 2: Eternity's number 1 enemy is a fish?

It is both hard to enter and leave Inazuma. This was the case until the strange portals to Hyrule popped up like daisies.

The Raiden Shogun had made a new order to her threat to Eternity: destroy these portals with extreme prejudice.

But apparently, that posed a problem. When someone attempted to destroy one of these mysterious portals with their own visions/explosions and the likes, there would be a violent feedback explosion. Not only that, monsters from either side suddenly appear in swarms in the opposite area. In Teyvat, Hyrule mobs raged across the broken area while Teyvat monsters swarmed over Hyrule Lands.

Not wanting the likes of perhaps even a Lynel to appear in the cities, it came to a point where portals found in cities were heavily guarded.

But it did not stop curious Hylians from wandering into the land of Eternity and being ejected right back out or even detained. Nor did it stop certain people from risking abandoning their homes to find peace in the dangerous lands of Hyrule.

Considering how no one knew exactly when or where they would appear and connect to, the pair of Traveler and Knight simply had to book a ride in Liyue.

After being swept up once more in the events of the land, the Traveler found themselves eventually having to face the Electro Archon herself in a strange pocket dimension.

Luckily for (him/her), Link was there to assist them. Link had no Vision, but the Traveler thought that was for the best. For Link might be too strong if he were to gain a single Vision. But his skill with a bow was immaculate. Even with thunder storming around them, Link never missed an arrow and even forced the Raiden Shogun on the defensive despite how fast she moved and struck. Daruk's Protection and Mipha's Grace made sure the fight didn't end swiftly in the Raiden Shogun's favor as they completely nullified her strongest attacks.

But out of all Link's equipment that was critical in shifting the momentum, none were as effective as Link's... rubber gear, or as the Traveler and everyone else knows as "the weird get up with a fish helmet".

The silly fish armor that Link was adamant to obtain over in Hyrule proved to have immunity to Raiden Shogun's electric-based attacks, forcing her into melee range. (Traveler made a note never to underestimate Hyrule vestments again. Yet a small piece of of him/her hated how effective the silly gear was working against their toughest opponent yet.)

With Link at their side, it looked like they might defeat the Raiden Shogun.

But they overlooked one thing.

She dragged them both into her pocket dimension. So, seeing as how the Hyrulian countered everything she could throw at him, The Shogun excluded Link from the fight when he was gaining the upper hand. Paimon and the Traveler quickly understood that when Link left, so too their greatest support against the Electro Archon.

Link, on the other hand, worked with Thoma to fight off the guards after returning. However, they found the Traveler beaten by the Electro Archon and were forced to take (Aether/Lumine) back and retreat.

This also meant that the Electro Archon would never again bring Link back into the pocket dimension where they fought as he countered nearly everything she could throw at him.

Still, during that fight, the Electro Archon thought back to the strange-clad man from Hyrule.

"Odd, he is supposed to be an Exception, an enemy to Eternity, correct? But why do I have the feeling he is more Eternal than even..." She shook her head and began to meditate once more. "If not for the defenses he wields, I would wish to know more of this paradoxical being."

(Much down the line, Ei would one day be interested in the story of the Goddess, World-breaker, and the Hero and how Eternal their story seems to be.)

Extra 3: Houseception.

In Hateno Village, there was a lovely house that Link had helped create and buy. A few hundred to thousand Rupees later, along with some gear, and the place got spruced up.

Soon, the Traveler found the Magic Teapot. A wonderful artifact capable of containing housing inside a mystical teapot.

Many of Hateno Village wondered how many people from both Teyvat and Hyrule entered Link's house but always remained serene and quiet.

Meanwhile, in the Serenitea Pot, it was very lively as Zora, Gorons, Hylians, and even Koroks moved up and about. Aether's close friends from Teyvat also moved around the pocket dimension and interacted with those Link had befriended.

A certain former Archon of Geo took great interest in the Gorons, although Yunobo found his stares to be very intimidating.

Klee dragged a monotone Qiqi to play hide and explosions with Koroks.

Venti enjoyed duets with Kass.

And somehow, Prince Sidon very much enjoyed Fischl's company, even if her Vision was especially harmful to his kind. (Bennet was also very supportive.)

These were only a short list of the strange chaos that permeated in the home within a home.

Still, even with all these new and wonderful friends, a Knight wished his Princess was here the same as how a Traveler wished their sibling was also here to share this moment.

[Author Notes]

Here we go again. This one was inspired by Legomanny and some of derrickfoo0.

Nothing too big, just a few shorts and blurbs I thought about posting. This came out sooner than I thought it would. There are still other characters I haven't touched from the Teyvat side I'm sure others would like to see. (Similar to Hyrule's side) Either way, maybe if one of you can think of a fun idea, I might write it.

Now for something funny. While I was writing the silly first part of this, I realized something about Link's rubber armor: it really does give immunity to electricity. And even if Genshin Impact has Anime-Levels of combat, Link can pretty much counter it because, even if you don't include Hyrule Warriors, he's shown to fight against Thunder Blight Ganon and even react to his lightning speed moves.

Basically, the more I thought about it, the more broken Link is in the Genshin Impact world that's based on elementals. His growth isn't through power, but versatility and equipment, which is super cool. (Heck, the guy can go toe-to-toe with Cloud Strife, a building-buster at the absolute minimum! His two Death Battles prove that it's never an easy win or loss.) So it's funny to see that Link might be stronger than all these over-the-top anime husbandos and waifus.

*The Twink is mightier than the Anime.*
