Jaune was following Ozpin to his office. He doesn't know why Ozpin wanted to speak to him, but at least he couldn't feel any malicious intent from the old man. As they arrived at the top of the tower where Ozpin's office was, Jaune saw a familiar set of white hair. It was Winter Schnee.
"I presume you know Miss Schnee," Ozpin said. "She requested you to give her the tour of Beacon. This is unusual since you just completed your initiation today".
"I do know Miss Winter," Jaune replied. "We've known each other for three years. I first met her when her bullhead crashed in Anima. I ran as fast as I could to see if anyone needed assistance, and it was there that I first saw Winter".
"It was quite a rescue, if I might add," Winter said. "If it weren't for Jaune, I would have been killed by the White-Fang that attacked the bullhead".
"So, Miss Schnee," Ozpin said. "Why is it that you wish Jaune to give you the tour of Beacon, considering today was the day of initiation. How could you have possibly known that Jaune would pass?".
"I have fate in him," Winter said. "And also, because I know what he is capable of. After all, I was beaten black and blue by him during our friendly spars".
"That's no surprise," Ozpin said. "Especially after watching his fight with the Nevermore earlier".
"As for Why I want Jaune to give me a tour, considering he doesn't know the facilities of Beacon," Winter said. "I just want to spend time alone with him before I meet with my sister. Prepare myself a bit before then".
"Alright then," Ozpin said. "Mr Arc, do you mind showing our newest Professor around Beacon?".
"That's not a problem, Headmaster," Jaune said. "I'll show her the best time around Beacon".
"May I suggest not too good of a time," Ozpin said. "I don't want rumours of the new professor and a new student having fun around Beacon".
"Sir", Jaune said. "You know of mine and Winter's relationship. But how? Not even her father knows about it".
"It's the way you look at her," Jaune said. "Whenever you look at her, I can see warmth and love in your eyes. I wasn't completely sure, but what you said confirmed my suspicions".
"Will that be a problem, Headmaster?" Jaune asked. "I mean, I do have a relationship with a professor".
"There shouldn't be," Ozpin said. "There is nothing the rules that say otherwise,"
With that, Jaune and Winter headed out of Ozpin's office and started touring around Beacon. Due to them not knowing where anything was, Winter and Jaune had to ask quite a few students a few questions.
"How is my sister doing?" Winter asked. "I know that you told me that she was being a bit of a snob but is it that bad?".
"Do you remember the time I met with you in the hospital after I saved your life?" Jaune asked. "You were being a bit of bitch telling me to stand firm, Blah-Blah-Blah-Blah and stuff".
"That's not too bad," Winter said. "I mean it is…".
"I wasn't done," Jaune interrupted. "The way you acted in the hospital isn't that bad, now crank that up by ten. That's how snobby Weiss was acting".
"Okay, that's bad," Winter said. "Oh, Weiss. I hope she doesn't turn into Jacques jr.".
"Then you should speak with her," Jaune said. "This morning in the lockers, she was scheming to get Pyrrha Nikos into her team to use her status as the 'Invincible Girl', even though the girl was uncomfortable with her celebrity status".
"Oum! Damn it, Weiss!" Winter cursed. "Jaune, let's head to the dorms. I need to speak with my little sister".
"Winter, "Jaune said. "I need you to calm down first. Meeting your sister with a hot head isn't going to do you any good".
"You're right," Winter said. "Sorry about that. I do not want any of my siblings becoming Jacques jr. I even took your advice to get Whitley and my mom away from him. Albeit he is on the warpath for me".
"Winter, are you going to be alright?" Jaune said with a worried tone. "If you need help with anything, and I do mean anything, I'll be there to help you".
"I know that," Winter said. "It is the reason that I'm here at Beacon. To be far away from Atlas".
"Wait a second," Jaune said. "You brought your brother and mother with you? Where are they staying?".
"They're staying at a hotel in Vale," Winter said. "Until I can find a home for them, that's where they will stay".
"How about you bring your brother and mother to my place in Vale?" Jaune said. "I mean, I'll be staying at Beacon most of the time, and the house is big enough for a few people to live in".
"That's…Thank you, Jaune". Winter said while kissing Jaune. "That'll be a huge help".
"Hey, no need to thank me," Jaune said. "You're important to me. I would do everything I can to help you when you need it".
It would take Jaune and Winter half an hour before meeting Glynda Goodwitch and learning where the new initiate's dorm room is. On the other hand, Glynda was confused as to why Jaune was giving Winter Schnee the tour, a job that she usually does.
When Jaune and Winter arrived in the dorm room, they went separate ways. Jaune went to his team dorm while Winter went to team RWBY's dorm. When Jaune entered his dorm, he was greeted by his teammates, who was unpacking their belongings.
"I see that you guys are hard at work," Jaune said. "Have you guys introduced yourselves to each other?".
"Not yet," Ren replied. "We wanted to wait for our leader before we get to know each other".
Jaune joined the others and unpacked his belonging as well. Jaune didn't have much with him since he lived in the wilds for a while and barely entered a village or a city. That's how intense Jaune's training was. Survival was one of the most essential parts of his training. He needed to learn to be self-sufficient in the wild. Hence, Jaune knows a lot about wild berries, fishing, tracking, etc.… Jaune's mentor made sure he was ready for anything. After unpacking, Jaune asked everyone to sit on the floor with a circular pattern.
"Anyway, Jaune said. "As you already know, I'm Jaune Arc. If there is anything you want to know about me, then you are free to ask".
"I'm Pyrrha Nikos," Pyrrha said. "And similarly, I don't mind if you would like to ask questions about me".
"I'm Nora! Nora Valkyrie," Nora said. "I love pancakes!".
"Lie Ren," Ren said. "I don't really talk much".
"Well, introductions are over," Jaune said. "So, do any of you have any questions?".
"Oh! Me, I have a few," Nora said. "Where are you from, Fearless leader? Do you like pancakes? And how did you do that running on air thing?".
"Whoa! One question at a time," Jaune said. "I'm from Domrémy, it is in the outskirt of the City of Vale. I do indeed like pancakes, and as for the air running thing, I was not running on air. I was merely propelling myself using my Aura".
"Can you teach me?" Nora asked. "I would love to be able to do that".
"I don't mind teaching you," Jaune said. "But whether I teach it to you is dependent on whether your Aura capacity will be able to support the technique. Aura Burst isn't Aura efficient".
"Oh…Well, at least you didn't say no," Nora said. "So, when can we check if I can use it?".
"Slow down, Nora," Jaune said. "We can test it this coming weekend".
"Uhm… Jaune," Pyrrha said. "Can I ask which combat school you went to?".
"Oh, that," Jaune said. "I wasn't trained in any combat school. My parents never wanted me to be a Huntsman. They never told me the existence of combat schools. I was trained personally by amazing people, but unfortunately, they are no longer with us".
"I'm sorry," Pyrrha said. "I shouldn't have asked".
"No, it's fine," Jaune said. "I know they would want me to move on rather than wallow in sadness. They were warriors after all".
The team of four continued talking with one another. Team JNPR learned a lot about each other. Ren, Nora, and Jaune didn't know that Pyrrha was a four-time tournament champion since they've been in the wild for a long time. Pyrrha and Jaune weren't surprised that Ren and Nora were orphans. It was pretty common in the world due to the Grimm. And lastly, Ren, Nora, and Pyrrha were surprised that Jaune ran away from home to join his mentor for training.
