The Astral Plane…

In an effort to defeat the very person responsible for killing Heihachi Mishima and plotting to destroy the world with a massive launch of missiles, Asuka Kazama chased after Kazumi Mishima after she took her cousin into the Astral Plane. The Astral Plane was a separated world between life and death. One could say it looked liked the center of the Earth. Asuka Kazama and Ling Xiaoyu fell right into this strange world. The area was a steamy and hot place hovered by floating rocks. At the bottom of those rocks was gushing molten lava. It was a dangerous area for certain.

Ling Xiaoyu: "What is this place?"

Asuka: "I dunno. But…look!" (Sees Kazumi with Jin at a large hovered island not too far from them.) "There they are!"

Xiaoyu: "I can't fly! You should carry me over there!"

Asuka: "Alright! I'll carry you by the arms!"

At the bigger island…

Devil Kazumi: "Don't resist me boy! Your power will belong to me soon enough! And your suffering will be over!"

Jin (Feeling weaker): "Aaaaggggcccchhhh!"

Devil Kazumi was siphoning Jin's aura by stabbing his neck vein and using her other hand to absorb the nutrients. The process didn't last long at all. Asuka and Xiaoyu landed down on the very island where Kazumi and Jin stood. Xiaoyu had a horrified look on her face where as Asuka grew angry at the sight of her cousin's predicament. Devil Kazumi looked up to see the two girls up ahead, so she stopped her transfer of power.

Kazumi: "What? How did you two get here?"

Asuka: "We just decided to jump in. Now! Can we have Jin back?"

Kazumi: "Not a chance! Once I claim his power, I will be stronger than ever! And I will return to the living world and cleanse everything!"

Xiaoyu: "But why?!"

Kazumi: "To make amends for humanity's sins child! Too many times, humans have torn the planet apart with its petty wars and disputes. It has affected the world in a negative way. At this rate, there will be no world left. With this power in my blood, I will start everything over and wipe out humanity as it is now! When the planet can heal itself, then I will step in and make sure mankind will not repeat the same mistakes again."

Asuka: "Oh great! Another deranged lunatic wanting to wipe off humanity. No wonder you like Heihachi so much. You two are nuts!"

Kazumi: "Shut up! A bunch of children would naturally know nothing about owning up to responsibilities!"

Jin regains consciousness and fights off his grip from Kazumi…

Jin: "Tch!"

Jin kicks Kazumi in the torso and pedals back to regain his footing…

Jin: "Damn you and this curse!"

Kazumi: "You will submit to me Jin Kazama! And as for you!" (Points at Asuka.) "It's clear you are a Kazama because of the power in your bloodline. My family has opposed yours for over a millennium. And yet, somehow this power has reawakened within you. I wonder how you came to exist. Well, no matter!" (Smirking.)

A portal summons a tiger…

Kazumi: "Come my pet! Go and fight Jin while I deal with this Kazama girl!"

Asuka: "I got this Xiaoyu. Go and help Jin!"

Xiaoyu: "Alright!"

As Jin Kazama and Ling Xiaoyu went to defend themselves against Kazumi's tiger, Asuka was alone with Devil Kazumi. They both made mean faces at each other. Kazumi wasn't the least bit worried about a little girl who did not fully understand her capabilities. Asuka wouldn't allow herself to be intimidated by Kazumi's aura and glare. This woman was going down no matter what!

Asuka: "Teeeerrrrriiiiyyyyaaaaa!"

Kazumi (Powers up): "Hhhhhaaaahhhh!"

Asuka uses her phantom wings to fly right at Kazumi. She throws a Superman style aiming for Kazumi's face, but the Devil woman blocks it with just one hand. A wide spark of ki erupted once it happened. When the dust cleared, Asuka was surprised to see Kauzmi not get hit. Kazumi responded with a rising uppercut to Asuka's chin. Asuka did a midair back flip after hit. Now quickly in transformation, Kazumi proceeded to blast Asuka with her laser beam from her foreheard.

Asuka: "Agh!"

Asuka rolled over to the right and started flying again to avoid the laser shots Kauzmi was sending to her. After some nifty dodges Asuka came right back at Kazumi with a forward tackle. Asuka tackled Devil Kazumi on the ground as she quickly mounts on her. Asuka gave her an array of punches at her face like she intended to do before. Devil Kazumi channeled her ki into her legs and was able to get Asuka off balance by thrusting up her hips. Asuka was surprised by this move and now Kazumi returned the favor at the girl her own barrage of punching! Asuka defended well, but then the moment was right, she shifted her body toward the left as Kazumi missed her face with a right crossing punch. Asuka traps the arm and tried to triangle choke Kazumi. Getting sneaky, Kazumi grabs Asuka's hair and pulls it hard with her other hand! Rolling around several more times, Asuka could no longer maintain the choke, and then Kazumi lets go of Asuka's hair and rolled away from the girl's grasp. They both stood back up, angrily looking at each other.

Asuka: "Damn you!"

Kazumi: "Tch…it's a shame you will die here girl! In a way you remind me of myself when I was younger! It's too bad we are polar opposites with our bloodlines aligned to different spirts!"

Asuka: "Well that's fine by me! I would never be as ugly as you or do the crazy sh*t that you are planning for killing off mankind!"

Kazumi (Laughing): "You have conviction it won't be enough to stop me! Now! Allow me to show you the limit of your abilities!"

Devil Kazumi teleports right at Asuka's face and headbutts her! With no vision, Asuka's defense was gone as Devil Kazumi went on a barrange of combinations until she decked Angel Asuka with a strong Soul Palm Heel strike to the chest area. This attack sent Asuka flying about 20 feet until her body hit the ground hard. The young girl was slow to get up after that, but Kazumi would punish her slowly.

Devil Kazumi: "This can't be all you have young one! And to think I was beginning to have fun! (Picks up Asuka by her small jacket) "I can end this now if you wish!"

Asuka: "Shut up! Tch…you b*tch!"

Devil Kazumi: "Haaah!"

Annoyed at her response, Kazumi tosses Asuka in the air and hit her with a rising Demon Uppercut to the solar flex! Then Kazumi follows up with a downward elbow strike to back as Asuka hit the ground face first and stopping after landing on her back. She was really losing this fight. The difference in poise and experience was getting more obvious. What will Asuka do now?

Kazumi: "You had enough now?" (Kicks her ribcage.)

Asuka: "Ugh! Ugh! Aaah!"

Kazumi: "I still don't know how you harnessed that power, but its clear you are not used to your ability." (Chokes Asuka by the neck with her foot.) "No matter. Your life ends here!"

Suddenly, a beam hits Kazumi on the right shoulder blade…

Devil Kazumi: "Agggghhhh!"

Kazumi got on her knees in immense, Asuka rolled over to safety as she was coughing saliva and blood to breathe. Looking up at the sky was Jin in his Devil form. He managed to defeat the tiger earlier and was now free to deal with Kazumi. Kazumi couldn't believer her eyes!

Kazumi: "Jin!"

Devil Jin: "Give up! It's over for you!"

Kazumi: "Never! Hhhhaaaaa!"

Allowing Asuka to recover from her injuries, Devil Jin and Devil Kazumi took the fight into the air, exchanging attacks. However, the wound Kazumi suffered from was slowing her down as her defense could not hold to Jin's strong punching. As Asuka witnessed, Jin Kazama punches Kazumi hard on her jawbone with a powerful overhand hook. The impact sent her back on the ground making a small crater.

Asuka: "Unbelievable!"

Devil Jin sees Asuka getting back up on her feet and approaches her to see how she was holding up.

Devil Jin: "Asuka. Are you alright?"

Asuka: "Yeah. I thought I was a goner for sure. Thanks."

Devil Jin: "Now…its time to finsh Kazumi."

Asuka: "Hold it!"

Devil Jin: "Hmph."

Asuka: "If we kill her now, does that mean we are stuck here?"

Devil Jin: "No. I've had visions of this place before. I think I can bring us back home using my power."

Kazumi struggles to stand as the wound of her right shoulder and chest was bleeding worse and worse. She could see the Kazamas approaching her. A two on one against these superhumans was not something even Kazumi wanted to deal with. The Kazamas approached her as Asuka demanded that she tell them how to back get home.

Angel Asuka: "Alright lady! Tell us how to get out of here!"

Devil Kazumi (Coughing blood): "I refuse!"

Angel Asuka: "Wrong answer!"

Asuka files to punch Devil Kazuma, but Kazumi had enough energy to roll over before she could get hit by Asuka. It a last ditch effort Kazumi tried to laser blast Asuka from behind, but Devil Jin swiftly hits Kazumi dead in her face with a Demon Fist punch. Kazumi flew almost near the edge of the floating island and was knocked out afterwards.

Angel Asuka: "Thanks!"

Devil Jin: "No problem."

Angel Asuka: "Well good news is we won. Bad news. We can't leave out of here now."

Angel Asuka relaxes her mind to ease back into her human form. Jin on the other hand remained in his Devil Form. It was up to him to summon enough energy to form a portal back into the living world. Without saying another word Jin walked to another corner of the island and began to close his eyes in meditation. Asuka followed him, but then she heard Xiaoyu's voice crying for help.

Without saying another word Jin walked to another corner of the island and began to close his eyes in meditation. Asuka followed him, but then she heard Xiaoyu's voice crying for help.

Asuka: "Oh crap! Xiaoyu?" (Yells at Jin.) "Hey! I'll be back! I'm getting Xiaoyu!"

Asuka reentered her Angel form and met up with Xiaoyu at the other island below…

Asuka: "Xiaoyu, are you ok?"

Xiaoyu: "I'm alright, but my head hurts though."

Asuka (Sees Xiaoyu's gash.): "Ah yeah, that's gonna leave a mark."

Xiaoyu: "What is Jin doing?"

Asuka: "I'll take you to him and let's find out ok?"

Xiaoyu: "K."

As Jin was summoning a new portal back to the living world, Devil Kazumi regained consciousness. She got up to see Jin trying to escape the astral plane. None of them would leave this world alive in her mind! As Asuka and Xiaoyu came back they were both shocked to see Devil Kazumi back on her feet as she rushed and tackled Devil Jin! With her last strength Kazumi flew herself and Devil Jin off the floating island and they both descended down! The girls both panicked!

Angel Asuka: "Oh sh*t!"

Xiaoyu: "Jjjjjjiiiiiiinnnn!"

They ran to the other side of the floating side of the island. They look down, but they could find Jin or Kazumi anywhere. Xiaoyu couldn't believe it. Asuka could no longer sense the Devil's prescene. Where did they go?"

Asuka: "Damn! Where did they go?"

Xiaoyu: "Jin! He's…he's gone!"

Asuka (Sees the portal still open.): "The portal is back! But…"

Xiaoyu: "I can't leave! Not without him!"

Asuka: "But this is our only chance to leave! I can't make another portal like he could!"

Xiaoyu (Crying): "No, Jin!"

Asuka: "Xiaoyu! Let's believe in him! He can stop that woman! Only he can get in and out of this place by himself! NOW COME ON! OR WE WILL BE STUCK HERE FOREVER!"

Xiaoyu looked at Angel Asuka who was very serious…

Xiaoyu (Stands up): "Alright. I should believe in him."

Asuka (Sighs.): "Sorry for yelling."

Xiaoyu: "It's fine. Let's hope for the best."

The portal soon closed after the girls left the astral plane. After walking for only 5 seconds, the girls found themselves back into the living world. They were just behind Central Tower of the Mishima Zaibatsu headquarters. The sun was setting going into the nightfall. Both girls were battered, weary, and hungry. However, as soon they approached the street leading out of the headquarters, Xiaoyu could see all of her friends coming from the other side of the street. Alisa, Panda, and Miharu searched around for about 2 hours until they finally saw Xiaoyu along with Asuka. They yelled her name in excitement.

Miharu: "Xiaoyu!"

Alisa: "Xiaoyu over here!"

Panda: "Xiao! I'm so happy you are alive!" (Growling with her paws over her eyes.)

Xiaoyu: "Guys! It's really you!"

All of the girls embraced Xiaoyu. Asuka looked on but wasn't jealous about it. She gave a smirk looking on. And then Xiaoyu wanted the girls to acknowledge Asuka because of her help.

Alisa: "Asuka Kazama is here too?"

Xiaoyu: "Yeah. She helped me escape out of a weird place, but…"

Alisa: "Hmm?"

Miharu: "I bet its Jin! Where is he? Did you see him?"

Xiaoyu: "Jin…is not here."

The girls were in shock…

Xiaoyu: "But's he still alive! He just had to stay behind!"

Alisa: "Behind? Where?"

Asuka: "It's a long story. Look, we should go now. I am super hungry and I could use some sleep!"

Miharu: "Well…but maybe we should wait for Jin to come back."

Alisa: "I do not detect his life force anywhere. It's completey gone. Maybe we should get some rest like Asuka suggested. I need to recharge my battery soon."

Panda (shrugs.): "He's a tough guy. I think we can try looking for him again tomorrow perhaps."

Xiaoyu: "Yeah." (With her head down.)

Miharu: "There there, Xiao." (Hugs her.) "Its getting dark. The walk to the harbour will be a long one."

Xiaoyu: "Alright."

Asuka looked back at the Central Tower one last time. She could not feel Jin's prescene coming back at all. With a big sigh of breath, Asuka wiped her forehead from the sweat and blood she got in the fight against Kazumi. Soon she followed Xiaoyu and her friends closely. After a long walk in downtown. They were eventually discovered by a Rebel Force reconnaissance group who were looking for suvivors of today's earlier battles. Their lead officer offered them a ride back to the rebel camp. The long arduous day of fighting was finally over.
