AN: I missed yesterday's prompt :( So today I tried to fit both into one. I wanted to write something light and funny and this is what I came up with. Hope y'all like it!

Day 14 & 15- Cursed and Ghosts

"Can you curse her?!" Harry stormed into the kitchen where Severus was, up until then, enjoying his morning coffee.

"Good morning," Severus replied. "Curse who?"

"Rita Skeeter!" He threw down the morning's copy of the Daily Prophet and asked, "Did you see what she wrote about me?"

"Ah." Severus understood now but he made no move to pick up the paper. He had, in fact, already read it that morning. He had just been hoping that Harry wouldn't.

"I never wanted to have to be in this stupid tournament in the first place, and now here she is telling the whole wizarding world that—" he picked up the paper and jabbed a finger at a point about halfway down the page, "Harry Potter's eyes are swimming with the ghosts of his past."

"Harry—"

"Can she just make up stuff like that? Is that allowed?"

Severus wasn't entirely sure how to answer that and so he sat down his coffee and turned to Harry. "And what is it exactly that you think I can do about it?"

Harry threw his hands up in exasperation. "Well, I dunno, dad, but something. I mean, you're Severus Snape. Potions Master for Hogwarts, Head of the bloody Slytherins, feared Bat of the Dungeons, Spy for the Light and ex-Death Eater for Merlin's sake, surely you can think of something!"

Severus bit the inside of his cheek to keep from grinning, knowing that such an action would only infuriate his son further. He took a deep breath and said, "Yes, Harry, I can think of several things. All of which will land me in Azkaban. Can I assume that you would rather not have me in Azkaban?"

Harry rolled his eyes and dropped heavily into his chair. "You know that I don't. I'm just frustrated. She's covering the first task next week and I'm sure she's going to come up with some other awful thing to write about me."

"And your first instinct was to have me curse her for it?"

"Ghosts of my past, Dad!"
