Welcome! One and all to The AFK Pool! (And the thought process behind it.)

Yes, we realize that the name has a bit of cheese coated on it.

However! If there was one way to describe us and what we are, well, no further explanation needed.

Now, after the first or second sentence, you may have noticed the multiple of 'we' used instead of 'I'.

This, for lack of a better way to say it, is because we are not, one, person.

Instead, we are a group of "close" friends, comprised up of fifteen... maybe sixteen, depending on who you ask, people. Who would spend most of their day laughing and "enjoying" life.

And for those who thought we meant one person with multiple personalities... no, sadly, but give yourself a 'thought point' and a good back rub.

Anywho, we thought, or I thought (MSTK), that it would be a good idea if we broke from our regular routine of Skype calls and nonsense.

So, in response to wanting a new hobby, I, started reading on this site and quickly took up a liking.

And upon gaining this new hobby, I would find myself pacing a trench along a stretch of hardwood floor during the hour of free time in gym class.

In which I would 're-make' the stories I had read the previous day in my mind to the best accuracy that I could.

After a solid month of building bunkers and half thoughtless mumbling, I gave into my subconscious desire to add to the wealth of stories available on this site.

This all happened at the end of 2014 and since then I've been writing occasionally on Google docs and such.

Not that I didn't want to post things it's just that the account had yet to be made. However, true to the promise I made to no one, I made this account.

And thus, The AFK Pool fan fiction account was formed.

Oh, and if any of you were wondering. Here if a list of the usernames of the people who are associated with The AFK Pool and might be posting on this account.

It would be ridiculously ignorant for each of our bios to go here. So if you want anything on any of us you'd have to check our separate accounts.

If they exist, cause, you know... laziness...

Mind you that we realize that there are only nine people here. If we were to list them all. Well, we can say it would have been unnecessary (... There are 21). These are just the people who might post or are helping others with their work. Also, each person might have their own separate account, just going to put that out there.
