 Author has written 9 stories for Legend of Korra. Hi! So I'm new to writing and my love for the show Legend of Korra inspired me to get my feet wet in this new creative outlet. I loved Avatar: The Last Airbender a looong time ago and kept seeing LoK pop up on my Amazon Prime account. Once I decided to watch it a few months ago, I was hooked. I actually got curious about the Korra/Asami dynamic, so I googled it. Low and behold, I found fanfiction.net and AO3. I've never heard of those before and decided to check them out due to my curious personality and was instantly hooked. I've been following Book 4 over the last several weeks and thought, why don't I give this writing thing a try? Now hear I am, a few stories in, and already gaining a few followers who seem to enjoy my stories and writing style. Without further adieu, I'd like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone out there who have decided to take the time to read my stories. I've really begun to enjoy getting my thoughts down in writing and sharing them with all you wonderful people. A little bit about one of my stories 'What Power Can't Fix.' While this is centered around Korra/Asami and will have lots of angsty storylines that effect their relationship, there is a personal connection to it. My mother died in June 2014 after a 3 year battle with cancer. This story's main premises is to acknowledge this illness and real-world scenarios that surround it, both with the individual that is sick and the people around them. IF this story is too heavy for you, I suggest you avoid it. But, for me, it's an outlet that I've been looking for for a long time to help me deal with the reality of the situation. In which case, if you'd like to share something very personal with a stranger like me, I encourage you to follow.
